Investment risk analysis of China's wind power industry based on pre-assessment matrix显示文摘Wind energy is a clean and sustainable energy, and wind power does not rely on fossil fuels. So there is no fuel price risk, and it,of course, does not include the environmental costs, such as carbon emissions.Because of these unique advantages, wind power has gradually become an important part of the strategy of sustainable development in China. Now with the growing voices on global greenhouse gas emission reduction, and as a clean and efficient energy, wind power has huge potential in combating climate change, energy security pressures and the needs for energy.Wind power in China began to develop from the 1980s.In the first 20 years, the speed of development was slow;but since 2004,it has had an extremely rapid growth. This paper,in order to study the development mechanism of China's wind power industry, investigated and analyzed the status quo of wind power industry in China, and then found that(1) the development trend of wind power industry in China appears exponential growth;(2)China's installed capacity of wind power is still smaller than that os some other countries;(3)new subsidy policies bring developing opportunities to wind power industry in China;(4)the sectors of wind power industry are in unbalanced growing;(5)the owners of proposed wind farms are too optimistic though the built wind farm had many problems. In addition,by using the methodology of Game Theory, this paper has also constructed the matrix of pre-assessing risks of China's wind power industry to further discuss the potential risk factors within China's wind power industry as risk factors of wind farm construction, risk factors of production of wind turbines, risk factors of parts and components manufacturing industry under risk indicators like R&D,patents, the domestic policy, the international policy, the quality of products and the market regulation,in order to provide a scientific assessment and self-assessment tool for investors or implementers, and also to promote the further development of the wind power industry.Yang Yong Jiang Dongmei Geng Jie Fan Hua Zhang Fashu 2009Ecological Economy2009,5,4:3
Discovery of a series of dimethoxybenzene FGFR inhibitors with 5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine scaffold: structure–activity relationship, crystal structural characterization and in vivo study显示文摘Genomic alterations are commonly found in the signaling pathways of fibroblast growth factor receptors(FGFRs). Although there is no selective FGFR inhibitors in market, several promising inhibitors have been investigated in clinical trials, and showed encouraging efficacies in patients. By designing a hybrid between the FGFR-selectivity-enhancing motif dimethoxybenzene group and our previously identified novel scaffold, we discovered a new series of potent FGFR inhibitors, with the best one showing sub-nanomolar enzymatic activity. After several round of optimization and with the solved crystal structure, detailed structure–activity relationship was elaborated. Together with in vitro metabolic stability tests and in vivo pharmacokinetic profiling, a representative compound(35) was selected and tested in xenograft mouse model, and the result demonstrated that inhibitor 35 was effective against tumors with FGFR genetic alterations, exhibiting potential for further development.Peng Wei Bo Liu Ruifeng Wang Yinglei Gao Lanlan Li Yuchi Ma Zhiwei Qian Yuelei Chen Maosheng Cheng Meiyu Geng Jingkang Shen Dongmei Zhao Jing Ai Bing Xiong 2019Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2019,9,2:2
Geniposide protects human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced injury显示文摘In vitro cultured human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells were pretreated with 50 or 5 μg/mL geniposide for 12 hours and exposed to 400 μmol/L corticosterone. Corticosterone exposure in cultures not pretreated with geniposide resulted in inhibited cell growth, reduced cell survival, and increased P53 and P21 protein expression. However, in geniposide pretreated SH-SY5Y cells, cell viability and the number of cells in the G2 phase of the cell cycle were significantly increased, P21 and P53 protein expression was reduced, and cell apoptosis was inhibited following corticosterone exposure. These results indicate that geniposide can protect SH-SY5Y cells against high-dose corticosterone-induced injury.Liping Chen Fawei Wang Miao Geng Hongyan Chen Dongmei Duan 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,21:2
Shuyusan-containing serum protects SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced impairment显示文摘The Chinese herb Shuyusan, whose main constituent is jasminoidin, has been shown to protect SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced damage.SH-SY5Y cells injured by 400 μmol/L corticosterone were treated with 5 and 30 μg/mL Shuyusan-containing serum. Results revealed that Shuyusan-containing serum elevated the survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells, reduced Bax expression, increased Bcl-2 expression, markedly elevated brain-derived neurotrophic factor mRNA expression, and blocked cell apoptosis. Moreover, the effect of high-dose (30 μg/mL) Shuyusan-containing serum was more remarkable.Therefore,Shuyusan-containing serum appears to protect SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced impairment by adjusting the expression of apoptosis-associated proteins and brain-derived neurotrophic factor.Moreover,high-dose Shuyusan-containing serum has a protective effect on high-dose corticosterone-induced impairment.Liping Chen Zhigao Sun Fawei Wang Chengyong Xu Miao Geng Hongyan Chen Dongmei Duan 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,22:1

One-pot synthesis of Ag-rich AgPd alloy nanoactiniae and their enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward oxygen reduction显示文摘The electro-catalytic properties can be effectively optimized by designing bimetallic alloy nanoparticles with high-content less-active metal to enhance the competence of more-active noble metal. Herein, a one-pot hydrothermal approach is demonstrated for the controllable synthesis of Ag-rich Ag_9Pd_1 alloy nanoactiniae with obviously enhanced electro-catalytic activity(2.23 mA cm^(-2) at 0.85 V) and stability for oxygen reduction reaction. In alkaline solution, the ORR onset potential and half-wave potential of the Ag_9Pd_1 alloy nanoactiniae can reach a value of 1.02 V and 0.89 V, respectively, which origin from strong ligand and ensemble effects between Pd element and Ag element. The nanocrystals are uniformly alloyed, displaying a Ag_9Pd_1 combination, as displayed by an assembly of X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectrum, energy dispersive X-ray(EDX) analysis, and cyclic voltammetry(CV). This concept of tuning bimetallic alloy nanocrystals with low concentrations of more precious metal may be a promising approach to be applicable to a wide range of alloy nanocrystals.Xiaoyu Qiu Xiaohong Yan Ke Cen Huaifang Zhang Geng Gao Liangjun Wu Dongmei Sun Yawen Tang 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,1:0
Ecological adaptation of Reaumuria soongorica root system architecture to arid environments显示文摘The architectural parameters of Reaumuria soongorica root system in different habitats of Gansu Province,China were analyzed to examine its ecological adaptability to arid environments. Results show that:(1)Topological indices of R.Soongorica root system are small in all habitats, and root branching pattern tends to be dichotomous. Also, the indices gradually increase in the Minqin windblown sand region and the Zhangye Gobi region in Hexi Corridor, which indicates that drought tends to produce herringbone-like root branching patterns.(2)Fractal dimension values of R.Soongorica root system are small and not obvious in the Minqin windblown sand region and the Zhangye Gobi region in Hexi Corridor, with values of 1.1778 and 1.1169,respectively.Fractal dimension values are relatively large in Jiuzhoutai semi-arid hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau, which indicates that the R.Soongorica root system has better fractal characteristics in this region than in the other regions.(3)Total branching ratios of the R.Soongorica root system in arid regions of Hexi Corridor are smaller than that in the Jiuzhoutai semi-arid hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau. This shows that root branching ability in the semi-arid region is stronger, and it decreases to some degree with increased drought.(4)The root connection lengths of R.soongorica root system are long in all habitats, but there are significant length differences between the different habitats. The root connection length at the Minqin windblown sand region is the longest. It is concluded that R.soongorica adapts to arid environments by decreasing root branching, decreasing root overlap and increasing root connection length, which makes its root branching pattern tend to be herringbone-like to reduce competition in root internal environment for nutrients and to enhance root absorption rate of nutrients, and ensure effective nutrition space. Thus the roots can absorb enough water and nutrients in resource-poor settings to ensure normal physiological requirements.LiShan Shan Yi Li DongMei Geng QiuLian Dong 2014Research in Cold and Arid Regions2014,6,2:0
Co-Localization of Sampling and Sequencing for Zoonotic Pathogen Identification in the Field Monitoring Using Mobile Laboratories显示文摘Introduction:Accurate etiological detection is needed to evaluate the risk of zoonotic diseases.Metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)can be used to monitor pathogens in animal species and identify potential zoonotic threats. The current sampling model for zoonotic pathogen monitoring in wild animals requires samples to be transferred from the field to a laboratory for further detection. Methods:We constructed a zoonotic pathogen survey model using a set of mobile laboratories. Results:The monitoring in this study was preplanned to detect Yersinia pestis, but the mNGS unexpectedly identified Bartonella spp.in the rodent samples, thus exposing the threat of bartonellosis to humans in this region. The co-localization of sampling and sequencing(CLOSS)model we tested required no long-distance transferring of samples and expands the regional coverage of zoonotic surveys by using a mobile laboratory.Discussion:Using this mNGS technique will enable detection of more zoonotic pathogens beyond the preplanned monitoring targets. This may increase the surveillance efficiency compared with that of the previous workflow and expand the application of the mobile laboratories for infectious diseases identification and surveillance in the field.Xin Lu Yao Peng Yuanyuan Geng Hongqun Zhao Xiaona Shen Dongmei Li Zhenpeng Li Liang Lu Mengguang Fan Wenbin Xu Jin Wang Lianxu Xia Zhongbing Zhang Biao Kan 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,12:0
