1Analysis of pesticide residues in commercially available chenpi using a modified QuEChERS method and GC-MS/MS determination显示文摘To ensure the safety of the commercially available chenpi,a convenient and fast analytical method was developed for the determination of 133 pesticide residues in chenpi using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).In this study,different extraction solvents,redissolution solvents and adsorbents were tested according to the recovery and purification effect to obtain a modified QuEChERS method.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.During the clean-up step,octadecyl-modified silica(C18)and graphitized carbon black(GCB)were selected,and aminopropyl(NH2)was used instead of primary secondary amine(PSA)because of its weaker ion exchange capacity which had little effect on the recovery of ditalimfos.Samples were quantified by matrix-matched calibration with internal standards.All pesticides showed good linearity in the respective range,both with values of r2>0.99.The average recoveries of the pesticides spiked samples ranged from 70.0% to 112.2% with the RSDs of 0.2%–14.4%.The modified QuEChERS method was validated and applied to twenty real samples.Five pesticides were found in eight batches,but no pesticide exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRL,MRL reference to European commission).Shuang Li Peipei Yu Ceng Zhou Ling Tong Dongxiang Li Zhiguo Yu Yunli Zhao 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,1:34
2Early Cretaceous Climate Changes Recorded in Magnetic Susceptibility and Color Index Variations of the Lower Liupanshan Group, Central China显示文摘This study carried out comprehensive analysis on sedimentology, magnetic susceptibility(χlf) and color data of the continental sediments of the Liupanshan Group in Central China so as to obtain climatic change information during the 129.14–122.98 Ma interval. Based on the results of the ?lf and of the redness(a*), the section can be divided into two segments:(1) 129.14–126.3 Ma, with the lowest ?lf values and strongly variable relatively high values of redness and(2) 126.3–122.98 Ma, with high ?lf values and relatively low redness. Analysis of the lithology and facies as well as the magnetic minerals and their contents points to a detrital origin of the magnetic minerals and this allow us to interpret the relationship between magnetic susceptibility variations and climate changes. 9Revealing Functional Significance of Interleukin-2 Glycopro-teoforms Enabled by Expressed Serine Ligation显示文摘Naturally occurring interleukin-2(IL-2)is a pleiotropic glycoprotein that regulates immune responses by controlling the differentia-tion and homeostasis of T cells.Non-glycosylated IL-2 has been used in clinical settings for three decades.However,the function of the O-glycan of native IL-2 remains elusive.Herein,to stress this issue,we report a highly efficient semi-synthesis of homogeneous glycosylated IL-2 with various glycoproteoforms on a multi-milligram scale.The glycopeptide fragment was prepared by chemical synthesis and then merged with recombinant fragment via a serine ligation to generate the desired glycoprotein in a single opera-tion.Biological evaluation of the homogenous glycoprotein library reveals that the activity of IL-2 in activating individual T cell subset is glycan dependent,thus highlighting the possibility of further improving current clinical medicine.Jie Zhao Jiazhi Liu Xinnan Liu Qi Cao Hongbo Zhao Lizhen Liu Farong Ye Can Wang Hong Shao Dongxiang Xue Houchao Tao Bin Li Biao Yu Ping Wang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,7:1

13Emulsification for castor biomass oil显示文摘The effect of the emulsifier formula on the stability of castor oil-water system was studied through compounding three groups of emulsifiers from the aspects of stability factor of absorbance,centrifuge stability,demulsification time in quiescence,appearance of the droplets,and viscosity.The best emulsifier formula for castor biomass oil was the composite formula of sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate.Correlation exists between the stability of emulsion and the viscosity/particle size of the droplets,with better stability in the case of greater viscosity or narrower distribution of particle size in the emulsion of castor oil-water system.Methanol added to the castor oil-water system may decrease the viscosity of the emulsion.Comparing the castor oil-water emulsion with methanol-castor oil-water emulsion,the optimal hydrophilic and lipophilic balance(HLB)value based on castor oil-water system was acquired between 6.6 and 7.5,while the optimal HLB value based on the methanol-castor oil-water system was between 5.5 and 6.0.The optimal HLB value of methanolcastor oil-water system gradually moved to that of castor oil-water emulsion with adding more water.Dongxiang ZHANG Yuanping LIN Anmei LI V.V.TARASOV 2011Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2011,5,1:1

19Cultivation of Hippeastrum vittatum Embryogenic Calli and Their Sensitivity to Antibiotics显示文摘In this study,an embryogenic callus induction and proliferation system for Hippeastrum vittatum was established,with the tender bulbs as explants. And then the sensitivity of the explants and calli to kanamycin and hygromycin was evaluated. The results suggested that the embryogenic calli were induced from tender bulbs and cultured in Murashige and Skoog( MS) medium supplemented with 0. 5 mg/L N-phenyl-N'-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-ylurea( TDZ),1. 0 mg/L 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid( 2,4-D),and 30 g/L sucrose( pH5. 8) in the dark at 25 ± 1 ℃. Further study of the influence of kanamycin and hygromycin on callus induction and multiplication showed that,the lethal doses of kanamycin and hygromycin to bulb explants were 100 and 30 mg/L,respectively. All explants of H. vittatum died on the medium supplemented with 100 mg/L kanamycin or 30 mg/L hygromycin at the induction stage,and callus proliferation was completely inhibited by 100 mg/L kanamycin or 25 mg/L hygromycin,and all the calli died at last.
