1Water-driven photoluminescence reversibility in CsPbBr_(3)/PDMSPUa composite显示文摘Strong ionic character endows all-inorganic perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)with particular optoelectronic features when interacting with common polar solvents,such as water.However,the interaction mechanism of water affecting perovskite NCs is still lack of in-depth understanding.This study systematically explores the roles of water on CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals(CNCs)by finely controlling the polymer coating degree of polydimethylsiloxane-based polyurea(PDMS-PUa).Through this coating,the effect of water on CNCs is found to experience from“fluorescence quenching”owing to irreversible crystal decomposition towards“forward fluorescence reversibility”by crystal destruction and recrystallization.With gradually enhanced coating,a phenomenon of“reverse fluorescence reversibility”is further observed in that water begins to passivate the CNCs’defect states.Finally,“fluorescent balance”can be achieved with a thick enough coating,where water can hardly contact with the CNCs.Inspired by the fluorescence reversible mechanism discovered,a new wearable intelligent sensing skin is demonstrated by using the CsPbBr_(3)/PDMS-PUa composite as raw material.Both water contact and humidity change can be perceived through photoluminescence(PL)intensity,corresponding to stimuli-responsive sensory nerves of human skin.It is expected that these findings will shed some new lights on perovskite NCs.Junhu Cai Chenhui Wang Xinpei Hu Yuanyuan Ye Lijuan Zhong Enguo Chen Yun Ye Sheng Xu Jie Sun Qun Yan Tailiang Guo 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:4
2Late Holocene hydroclimatic variations and possible forcing mechanisms over the eastern Central Asia显示文摘Hydroclimatic variations over the eastern Central Asia are highly sensitive to changes in hemispheric-scale atmospheric circulation systems. To fully understand the long-term variability and relationship between hydroclimate and atmospheric circulation system, we present a high-resolution lascustrine record of late Holocene hydroclimate from Lake Sayram, Central Tianshan Mountains, China, based on the total organic carbon, total nitrogen, and carbonate contents, carbon/nitrogen ratios, and grain size. Our results reveal four periods of substantially increased precipitation at the interval of 4000–3780, 3590–3210, 2800–2160, and 890–280 cal yr BP, and one period of slightly increased precipitation from 1700–1370 cal yr BP. These wetter periods broadly coincide with those identified in other records from the mid-latitude Westerlies-dominated eastern Central Asia, including the northern Tibetan Plateau. As such, a similar hydroclimatic pattern existed over this entire region during the late Holocene. Based on a close similarity of our record with reconstruction of North Atlantic Oscillation indices and solar irradiance, we propose that decreased solar irradiance and southern migration of the entire circum-North Atlantic circulation system, particularly the main pathway of the mid-latitude Westerlies, significantly influenced hydroclimate in eastern Central Asia during the late Holocene. 4Eddy current loss analysis and frequency optimization design of double-sided LCC-IPT system in seawater environment显示文摘Inductive power transfer system can generate eddy current when operating in seawater medium. On the one hand, it can cause eddy current loss, and reduce operating efficiency of the system. On the other hand, it can change parameters of the system and increase difficulty of system design. To grasp the influence mechanism of seawater on the inductive power transfer system,firstly, an equivalent circuit model of double-sided inductor-capacitor-capacitor(LCC) inductive power transfer system in seawater environment was established based on loosely-coupled transformer model of eddy current. Then, based on Maxwell’s equations, the distribution function of the magnetic field and electric current density along radium direction of the coupling coils in seawater medium was obtained by analytical calculation. Besides, in combination with Biot-Savart law, expression of the eddy current loss in transfer direction was derived, and based on which expression of the equivalent of the eddy current loss on the coupling coils was got. Thus the equivalent resistance of the eddy current on the coupling coils in a seawater environment could be predicated, and the optimal operating frequency of the inductive power transfer system could be further optimized. Finally, a prototype of inductive power transfer system was established, which gave the experimental results, and verified the correctness of theoretical analysis, and the experiments showed that: in air medium, the transfer distance was 100 mm, the transfer power was 3.3 k W, and the transfer efficiency was 92.6%;while, in seawater medium, the transfer efficiency was 87%. 5Preparation of Zirconia-Ceria Powders with High Specific Surface Area显示文摘Zirconia-ceria mixed oxide powders were prepared by high temperature aging method.The effects of the temperature and the time of aging, cerium content and calcination on powder performance were studied.The result shows that high temperature aging is an efficient way of preparation of ZrO2-CeO2 mixed oxide powders with high specific surface area and good thermal stability, and that addition of a small amount of cerium to hydrous zirconia can promote the preparation of high specific surface area powders.Wang Enguo Mei Fang 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:1
6Occurrence and Damage Regularity of Spodoptera litura in Broccoli显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the occurrence and damage regularity of Spodoptera litura in broccoli,and to reveal the annual movement regularity and seasonal fluctuation regularity of S.litura population.[Method] The monitoring data of sexual attractants at fixed points for 11 consecutive years were summarized and analyzed.[Result] The large occurrence frequency of S.litura in Taizhou was 36.4%;the annual movement showed a downward-opening parabolic form,and the movement trajectory was N =-18.416 t^(2)+182.51 t +179.71,t ={1,2,3,…,n}(n =11;r =0.691 7*).The seasonal fluctuation showed a trend of peak oscillation attenuation curve,and the total moth quantity gradually decreased from sowing to heading stage.The functional model of average daily quantity was m=0.000 2 d^(2)-0.067 5 d+6.797 3,d={1,2,3,…,n}(n =186,r=0.955 2**).Air temperature was the main external factor affecting the seasonal variation of quantity,and there was a significant correlation be-tween the number of ten-day moth trapping quantity and ten-day average temperature:M =0.243 T^(2)-6.935 1 T +46.681(n =108,r =0.560 2**)or M=2.734 4 T-35.446(n=108,r=0.500 3**).Therefore,the moth quantity in the field increased with the increase of ten-day average temperature,and the period from July to September with high temperature and less rainfall was the peak occurrence period of S.litura.[Conclusion] These models can be used to improve the prediction and early warning levels of S.litura in broccoli,and has good guiding significance for decision-making and prevention.Weiming Liu Enguo Wang Yenan Liu 2021Plant Diseases and Pests2021,12,4:0
7Catalytic Behavior of CO Oxidization over Pd/ZrO2 - CeO2 Catalyst显示文摘The effects of Pd loading, cerium content, the special surface area of the support and calcination temperature on the catalytic properties of Pd-loaded zirconia-ceria mixed oxide were studied.The results show that loading Pd and increasing cerium content in the mixed oxides can enhance the catalytic activity.There is a little effect of calcination temperature on catalytic activities, implying that these catalysts are effective with good thermal stability.Wang Enguo Mei Fang 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:0
8Epidemic Regularity and Control Effect of Huanglongbing (HLB) in Different Management Approaches显示文摘In order to reveal the epidemic regularity of Huanglongbing( HLB) in different management approaches,different citrus production areas were selected between 2002 and 2012 to compare epidemic regularity of different types and control effects of different management approaches with plant incidence rate. All survey data in 11 years were used to build a mathematical model,and epidemic evolution and control effects were quantitatively analyzed. The results indicated that diffusion and prevalence of HLB generally increased linearly. In naturally growing citrus orchards without artificial control,the annual diseased plant rate was 11. 11%,and the epidemic diffusion model was y1= 12. 24x- 1. 382 8( n = 9,r = 0. 976 9**). 9Field Trapping Technology of Sex Attractants against Major Pests of Broccoli显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to explore the comprehensive sexual attraction control technology of main pests in broccoli,and to improve the green control technology of main pests in broccoli.[Method]The comprehensive control technology of sex attractants against major pests in broccoli was studied by using special sex attractants,lures and traps.[Result]The mixed quantities of Spodoptera litura,Spodoptera exigua and Plutella xylostella were fluctuated in a'W'shape in broccoli growing season in coastal area of Taizhou,central Zhejiang province,including seedling growth period(July to August),rosette and bud growth period(late September to early November),late harvest period of late-ripening broccoli(after early march).S.exigua and S.litura occurred severely at seedling stage;S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella occurred simultaneously at rosette and bud growth period;P.xylostella damaged florets of lateral branches in late harvest period.The trapping effects of combination A and E against S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were the best;more than 1260 individuals of S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were daily trapped per hectare,and the occurrence and damage of the three insect pests could be basically controlled.With the sex attract produced in Ningbo as an example,the combination of S.litura S type∶S.exigua S type∶P.xylostella blue type=1∶1∶4 distributed in five stars of clubs(space 10-20 cm)showed good comprehensive trapping effect in large area demonstration;traps were hung at the height of 0.5 m(0.2 m for P.xylostella),and lures were replaced once every 30-40 d.[Conclusion]Using special sex attractants,the comprehensive effects on S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were determined at rosette and bud growth period of broccoli through combination modes,and supporting application technology were put forward,making great progress in exploring and improving sex attractant combination against insect pests.Liu Weiming Wang Enguo Liu Yenan He Xianbiao 2020Plant Diseases and Pests2020,11,1:0

12MicroRNA-122-functionalized DNA tetrahedron stimulate hepatic differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells for acute liver failure therapy显示文摘As the most abundant liver-specific microRNA, microRNA-122 (miR122) played a crucial role in the differentiation of stem cells into hepatocytes. However, highly efficient miR122 delivery still confronts challenges including poor cellular uptake and easy biodegradation. Herein, we for the first time demonstrated that the tetrahedral DNA (TDN) nanoplatform had great potential in inducing the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) into functional hepatocyte-like cells (HLCs) by transferring the liver-specific miR122 to hMSCs efficiently without any extrinsic factors. As compared with miR122, miR122-functionalized TDN (TDN-miR122) could significantly up-regulate the protein expression levels of mature hepatocyte markers and hepatocyte-specific marker genes in hMSCs, indicating that TDN-miR122 could particularly activate the hepatocyte-specific properties of hMSCs for developing cell-based therapies in vitro. The transcriptomic analysis further indicated the potential mechanism that TDN-miR122 assisted hMSCs differentiated into functional HLCs. The TDN-miR122-hMSCs exhibited hepatic cell morphology phenotype, significantly up-regulated specific hepatocyte genes and hepatic biofunctions in comparison with the undifferentiated MSCs. Preclinical in vivo transplantation appeared that TDN-miR122-hMSCs in combination with or without TDN could efficiently rescue acute liver failure injury through hepatocyte function supplement, anti-apoptosis, cellular proliferation promotion, and anti-inflammatory. Collectively, our findings may provide a new and facile approach for hepatic differentiation of hMSCs for acute liver failure therapy.
