| 1 | High performance liquid chromatographic separation of eight drugs collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 on amylose ramification chiral stationary phase显示文摘The enantiomers separation of ei ght pharmaceutical racemates collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010(Ch.P2010),including nitrendipine,felodipine,omeprazole,praziquantel,sulpiride,clenbuterol hydrochloride,verapamil hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate,was performed on chiral stationary phase of amylose ramification by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)on Chiralpak AD-H column and Chiralpak AS-H column with the mobile phase consisted of isopropanol and n-hexane.The detection wavelength and the flow rate were set at 254 nm and 0.7 mL/min,respectively.The effects of proportion of organic additives,alcohol displacer and temperature on the separation were investigated.The results indicated that eight chiral drugs were separated on chiral stationary phase of amylase ramification in normal phase chroma tographic system.The chromatographic retention and resolution of enantiomers were adjusted by factors,including the changes of the concentration of alcohol displacer in mobile phase,organic alkaline modifier and column temperature.It was shown that the resolution was improved with reducing concentration of alcohol displacer.When the concentration of organic alkaline modifier was 0.2%,the resolution and the peak shape were fairly good.Most racemates mentioned above had the best resolution at column temperature of 25℃.The best temperature should be kept unchanged in the process of separation so as to obtain stable separation results. | Yan Wang Ying Zhou Chao Ma Beibei Yang Ru Feng Yiying Zhang Jie Fu Wenjing Chen Yupeng Sun Jingyi Ma Qiming Zhang Yulin Deng Yukui Zhang Wenyi He | 2012 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,5: | 3 |

| 3 | The hydrogenmigration in cryogenic tubes of superconductive accelerator with gas source显示文摘Background In superconductive linear accelerator,the performance and stability can be impacted by gas adsorbed on cryogenic surfaces adversely.The cryogenic devices usually work at 4.2 K or 1.9 K and are refrigerated by normal or super fluid liquid helium,respectively.Purpose The purpose of this paper is to study the character of gas migration in cryogenic tubes.Method Adsorption coefficient for hydrogen at 4.2 K is measured by experimental study.Then,a gas migration model is established based on the experimental results to depict the hydrogen migration process in cryogenic tubes.Results The experimental results and model analysis indicated that at cryogenic temperature(4.2 K),adsorption coefficient for hydrogen is very close to 1,which is several orders higher than the adsorption coefficient at room temperature,resulting in a unique pressure distribution pattern in cryogenic tubes when compared with the pressure distribution in room temperature tubes.Conclusions At 4.2 K or 1.9 K,the gas migration process is obviously different from the process at room temperature and is significantly affected by the gas adsorption on the cryogenic surfaces.The model established in this article can be applied not only to hydrogen migration in cryogenic tubes but also to other gas migration in tubes with high adsorption coefficient. | Chuanfei Hu Feng Bai Wanhong Guo Yukui Yin Yugang Zhao Junhui Zhang | 2019 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2019,3,2: | 0 |
