| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 2 | CapOX as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced operable colon cancer patients: a prospective single-arm phase Ⅱ trial显示文摘Objective: The aim of this prospective, single-arm phase II trial was to confirm the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) using oxaliplatin plus capecitabine(Cap OX) for patients with operable locally advanced colon cancer(CC).Methods: Patients with computed tomography-defined T4 or lymph node-positive CCs were enrolled. After radiological staging, patients were treated with at least 2 cycles of NAC consisting of 130 mg/m2 oxaliplatin on d 1,plus 1,000 mg/m2 capecitabine twice daily for 14 d every 3 weeks, followed by surgery, and then with the rest cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. Radiological response was evaluated after 2 cycles of NAC. Tumor response, treatment toxicity, and surgical complications were recorded. The pathological response to therapy was evaluated according to the tumor regression grade(TRG) score. The primary endpoint was pathologic tumor response. This trial is registered in Clinical Trials.gov(No: NCT02415829).Results: Forty-seven patients were enrolled in the study. Forty-two patients completed the planned treatments.The total radiological response rate was 68%(32/47), including complete and partial response rates of 2%(1/47)and 66%(31/47), respectively. Stable disease was observed in 32%(15/47) and progressive disease was observed in none. Complete pathologic response, major regression, and at least moderate regression were achieved in 1(2%), 2(4%), and 29(62%) patients, respectively. Four patients developed grade 3 treatment toxicities. One patient with wound infection occurred after operation(1/47, 2%). | 6 | Fast and hydrosensitive switching of plasmonic nanocavities via photothermal effect显示文摘Metallic nanoplasmonics,due to its extremely small size and ultrafast speed,has been one of the key components for next-generation information technology.It is vital that the highly tunable nanoplasmonic system in the solid state can be achieved for optoelectronic devices,which,still remains elusive for the visible region.Here we sandwich vanadyl oxalate(VOC_(2)O_(4))thin films in-between gold nanoparticles and gold film to establish thermo-responsive nanoantennas.The thickness of the VOC_(2)O_(4) composite films remains almost unchanged within the temperature cycles between 15℃ and 80℃,while the refractive index of the films decreases with the increase of temperature due to the dehydration,which results in blueshift of the plasmon peak up to 60 nm.The plasmon resonances can be fully recovered when the temperature cools down again.This process is reversible within the temperature range of 15℃–80℃,which can be optically modulated with photothermal effect.Such thermo-responsive plasmonic nanoantenna works in the solid state with hundreds of kilohertz switching speed,which is highly compatible with traditional optoelectronic devices.It can be envisioned that this thermo-responsive optical thin film can be a promising candidate for integrated nanoplasmonic and optoelectronic devices. | FANGQI CHEN YONG LIU TAO DING | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,1: | 0 |

Inspired by the recent experimental high-spin data in the odd-proton nuclide 171 Tm, we perform projected shell model(PSM) calculations to investigate structure of the ground band and other bands based on isomeric states. In addi- tion to the usual quadrupole-quadrupole force in the Hamiltonian, we employ the hexadecapole-hexadecapole(HH) interac- tion, in a self-consistent way with the hexadecapole deformation of the deformed basis. It is found that the known experi- mental data can be well described by the PSM calculation. | 10 | High efficiency giant magnetoresistive device based on two-dimensional MXene(Mn_(2)NO_(2))显示文摘Due to the unique electronic structure of half-metals,characterized by the conductivity of majority-spin and the band gap of minority-spin,these materials have emerged as suitable alternatives for the design of efficient giant magnetoresistive(GMR)devices.Based on the first-principles calculations,an excellent GMR device has been designed by using two-dimensional(2D)half-metal Mn_(2)NO_(2).The results show that Mn_(2)NO_(2)has sandwiched between the Au/nMn_(2)NO_(2)(n=1,2,3)/Au heterojunction and maintains its half-metallic properties.Due to the half-metallic characteristics of Mn_(2)NO_(2),the total current of the monolayer device can reach up to 1500 nA in the ferromagnetic state.At low voltage,the maximum GMR is observed to be 1.15×1031%.Further,by increasing the number of layers,the ultra-high GMR at low voltage is still maintained.The developed device is a spintronic device exhibiting the highest magnetoresistive ratio reported theoretically so far.Simultaneously,a significant negative differential resistance(NDR)effect is also observed in the heterojunction.Owing to its excellent half-metallic properties and 2D structure,Mn_(2)NO_(2)is an ideal energy-saving GMR material. | Xiaolin Zhang Pengwei Gong Fangqi Liu Kailun Yao Jian Wu Sicong Zhu | 2022 | Frontiers of physics2022,17,5: | 0 |
| 11 | Scavenging Effects of Kaolin on Fine Ash Formation during Zhundong Coal Combustion显示文摘The previous work found that the additive kaolin could scavenge not only sodium(Na)but also calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg),which is the important ash fluxing agents in low rank coal combustion.Such scavenging effects of kaolin on fine ash formation were studied in the present work.A typical Zhundong coal and its blends with kaolin at dosages of 1,2 and 4 wt%were combusted in an electrically heated drop tube furnace(DTF)at 1300℃.The fine ashes generated were collected and size segregated by a low pressure impactor(LPI).The morphology and chemical composition of fine ash were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy equipped with an energydispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS).In addition,char/ash particles were sampled at various positions of DTF to elucidate how kaolin additive affected the fine ash formation process.The results further showed that apart from the scavenging of volatile Na,kaolin additive could also strongly scavenge the refractory Ca,Mg and Fe in the fine ash during Zhundong coal combustion,which transformed the sintered particles with irregular shape into melted spherical particles,and finally resulted in the considerable decrease of these elements in both PM_(0.4)and PM_(0.4-10)by melting and agglomeration.The close contacts between kaolin particles and coal resulted from physically mixing were a key factor responsible for the reaction of kaolin with the refractory Ca,Mg and Fe. | Fangqi Liu Xianpeng Zeng Yimin Xia Zihao Wang Dunxi Yu | 2021 | Energy Engineering2021,118,3: | 0 |
