| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 3 | Multicenter study of the clinicopathological features and recurrence risk prediction model of early-stage breast cancer with low-positive human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 expression in China (Chinese Society of Breast Surgery 021)显示文摘Background:Breast cancer with low-positive human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)expression has triggered further refinement of evaluation criteria for HER2 expression.We studied the clinicopathological features of early-stage breast cancer with low-positive HER2 expression in China and analyzed prognostic factors.Methods:Clinical and pathological data and prognostic information of patients with early-stage breast cancer with low-positive HER2 expression treated by the member units of the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery and Chinese Society of Surgery of Chinese Medical Association,from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected.The prognostic factors of these patients were analyzed.Results:Twenty-nine hospitals provided valid cases.From 2015 to 2016,a total of 25,096 cases of early-stage breast cancer were treated,7642(30.5%)of which had low-positive HER2 expression and were included in the study.After ineligible cases were excluded,6486 patients were included in the study.The median follow-up time was 57 months(4-76 months).The disease-free survival rate was 92.1%at 5 years,and the overall survival rate was 97.4%at 5 years.At the follow-up,506(7.8%)cases of metastasis and 167(2.6%)deaths were noted.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that tumor stage,lymphvascular invasion,and the Ki67 index were related to recurrence and metastasis(P<0.05).The recurrence risk prediction model was established using a machine learning model and showed that the area under the receiving operator characteristic curve was 0.815(95%confidence interval:0.750-0.880).Conclusions:Early-stage breast cancer patients with low-positive HER2 expression account for 30.5%of all patients.Tumor stage,lymphvascular invasion,and the Ki67 index are factors affecting prognosis.The recurrence prediction model for breast cancer with low-positive HER2 expression based on a machine learning model had a good clinical reference value for predicting the recurrence risk at 5 years.Trial registration:ChiCTR.org.cn,ChiCTR2100046766. | Ling Xin Qian Wu Chongming Zhan Hongyan Qin Hongyu Xiang Ling Xu Jingming Ye Xuening Duan Yinhua Liu Chinese Society of Breast Surgery(CSBrS) Chinese Society of Surgery of Chinese Medical Association | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6: | 9 |
| 4 | A Method for Detection of Main Metabolites in Aromatic Rice Seeds显示文摘[Objective] A method was developed for the analysis of main metabolites in aromatic rice seeds by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS).[Method]The main metabolites in seeds of 9 different aromatic rice varieties were compared and analyzed with two methods. Method 1: the compound was extracted by the mixture of anhydrous ethanol and methylene chloride( V/V = 1∶ 1) at 60 ℃ for 3 h in water bath; the extract was isolated and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using HP-5 capillary column with scan monitoring mode. Method 2: the main metabolites in aromatic rice seeds were detected using headspace solid phase micro-extraction and gas chromatography mass spectrometry( GC-MS). [Result]Fifteen types of common metabolites were found in 9 different aromatic rice varieties. Method 1 was more effective than method 2 in detecting the main metabolites in aromatic rice seeds. | 5 | LRP6 downregulation promotes cardiomyocyte proliferation and heart regeneration显示文摘The adult mammalian heart is thought to be a terminally differentiated organ given the postmitotic nature of cardiomyocytes.Consequently,the potential for cardiac repair through cardiomyocyte proliferation is extremely limited.Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6(LRP6)is a Wnt co-receptor that is required for embryonic heart development.In this study we investigated the role of LRP6 in heart repair through regulation of cardiomyocyte proliferation.Lrp6 deficiency increased cardiomyocyte cell cycle activity in neonatal,juvenile and adult mice.Cardiomyocyte-specific deletion of Lrp6 in the mouse heart induced a robust regenerative response after myocardial infarction(MI),led to reduced MI area and improvement in left ventricular systolic function.In vivo genetic lineage tracing revealed that the newly formed cardiomyocytes in Lrp6-deficient mouse hearts after MI were mainly derived from resident cardiomyocytes.Furthermore,we found that the pro-proliferative effect of Lrp6 deficiency was mediated by the ING5/P21 signaling pathway.Gene therapy using the adeno-associated virus(AAV)9 miRNAi-Lrp6 construct promoted the repair of heart injury in mice.Lrp6 deficiency also induced the proliferation of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(iPSC-CMs).Our study identifies LRP6 as a critical regulator of cardiomyocyte proliferation,which may lead to the development of a novel molecular strategy to promote myocardial regeneration and repair. | Yahan Wu Liping Zhou Hongyu Liu Ran Duan Huixing Zhou Fulei Zhang Xiaoyu He Dongbo Lu Ke Xiong Maolin Xiong Jinzhu Zhuang Yi Liu Li Li Dandan Liang Yi-Han Chen | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,4: | 5 |

| 7 | Distribution and characteristics of telocytes as nurse cells in the architectural organization of engineered heart tissues显示文摘Interstitial Cajal-like cells are a distinct type of interstitial cell with a wide distribution in mammalian organs and tissues,and have been given the name'telocytes'.Recent studies have demonstrated the potential roles of telocytes in heart development,renewal,and repair.However,further research on the functions of telocytes is limited by the complicated in vivo environment.This study was designed to construct engineered heart tissue(EHT)as a three-dimensional model in vitro to better understand the role of telocytes in the architectural organization of the myocardium.EHTs were constructed by seeding neonatal cardiomyocytes in collagen/Matrigel scaffolds followed by culture under persistent static stretch.Telocytes in EHTs were identified by histology,toluidine blue staining,immunofluorescence,and transmission electron microscopy.The results from histology and toluidine blue staining demonstrated widespread putative telocytes with compact toluidine blue-stained nuclei,which were located around cardiomyocytes.Prolongations from the cell bodies showed a characteristic dichotomous branching pattern and formed networks in EHTs.Immunofluorescence revealed positive staining of telocytes for CD34 and vimentin with typical moniliform prolongations.A series of electron microscopy images further showed that typical telocytes embraced the cardiomyocytes with their long prolongations and exhibited a marked appearance of nursing cardiomyocytes during the construction of EHTs.This finding highlights the great importance of telocytes in the architectural organization of EHTs.It also suggests that EHT is an appropriate physical and pathological model system in vitro to study the roles of telocytes during heart development and regeneration. | ZHOU Jin WANG Yan ZHU Ping SUN HongYu MOU YongChao DUAN CuiMi YAO AnNing LV ShuangHong WANG ChangYong | 2014 | Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,2: | 4 |

| 9 | A statistical study on the brightening propagation of post-flare loops显示文摘After examining the data observed by TRACE 171 and 195 from May 1998 to December 2006, we choose as our sample 190 (39 X-class and 151 M-class) flare events which display post-flare loops (PFLs). We investigate the brightening propagation of these PFLs of the events in the sample along the magnetic neutral lines. In most of the cases, the length of the flare ribbons (FRs) ranges from 20 to 170 Mm. The propagating duration of the brightening lasts 10-60 min. The velocities of the propagation associated with the flare strength and the length of the FRs, range from 5 to 35 km·s-1. Furthermore, a greater propagating velocity corresponds to a greater deceleration (or acceleration). | 10 | High-temperature superconductivity in sulfur hydride evidenced by alternating-current magnetic susceptibility显示文摘The search for high-temperature superconductivity is one of the research frontiers in physics. In the sulfur hydride system, an extremely high T_c(~200 K) has been recently developed at pressure. However, the Meissner effect measurement above megabar pressures is still a great challenge. Here, we report the superconductivity identification of sulfur hydride at pressure, employing an in situ alternating-current magnetic susceptibility technique. We determine the superconducting phase diagram, finding that superconductivity suddenly appears at 117 GPa and Tcreaches 183 K at 149 GPa before decreasing monotonically with increasing pressure. By means of theoretical calculations, we elucidate the variation of T_c in the low-pressure region in terms of the changing stoichiometry of sulfur hydride and the further decrease in Tcowing to a drop in the electron–phonon interaction parameter λ. | 12 | A Numerical Gas Fracturing Model of Coupled Thermal,Flowing and Mechanical Effects显示文摘Gas fracturing,which overcomes the limitation of hydraulic fracturing,is a potential alternative technology for the development of unconventional gas and oil resources.However,the mechanical principle of gas fracturing has not been learned comprehensively when the fluid is injected into the borehole.In this paper,a damage-based model of coupled thermal-flowing-mechanical effects was adopted to illustrate the mechanical principle of gas fracturing.Numerical simulation tools Comsol Multiphysics and Matlab were integrated to simulate the coupled process during the gas fracturing.Besides,the damage evolution of drilling areas under several conditions was fully analyzed.Simulation results indicate that the maximum tensile stress,which occurs in the upper and lower of the injection hole,decreases with the increase of the tectonic stress coefficient(TSC).As the TSC increases,shear fractures increase,a crushed area is gradually formed and the seepage area increases rapidly.The influence of TSC on fracture expansion is concluded as follows:with the decrease of TSC,the relative width of fractures decreases whilst the depth increases.It indicates that thermal stress and pore pressure promote the expansion of tensile fractures but restrain the expansion of shear fractures.Therefore,a relatively lower injection gas pressure is required to obtain the same degree of fracturing with a coupled thermal gradient. | Dan Ma Hongyu Duan Qi Zhang Jixiong Zhang Wenxuan Li Zilong Zhou Weitao Liu | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,12: | 2 |

| 14 | Heterojunction architecture of Nb_(2)O_(5)/g-C_(3)N_(4)for enhancing photocatalytic activity to degrade organic pollutants and deactivate bacteria in water显示文摘Water pollution has become a serious problem owing to the development of society.Photocatalysis is a promising approach to remove various pollutants in water,such as organic pollutants and antibiotic resistance bacteria.Meanwhile,the design of heterojunction between two semiconductors is an effective path to improve photocatalytic properties due to its potential in improving separation and transfer of photoinduced carriers.In this study,Nb_(2)O_(5)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(NO/CN)composite materials were prepared through a one-step heating method.Characterizations confirmed successful preparation of NO/CN heterojunction structure and better optical properties than pure g-C_(3)N_(4) and Nb_(2)O_(5).NO/CN composite materials showed excellent photocatalytic efficiency for Escherichia coli(E.coli)inactivation(95%)compared with the pure Nb_(2)O_(5)(10%) and g-C_(3)N_(4)(77%).Meanwhile,NO/CN exhibited better organic pollutants removal(Rh B for94%,methyl orange(MO)for 15%and methylene blue(MB)for 87%)under visible light,which is likely owing to the heterojunction structure between g-C_(3)N_(4) and Nb_(2)O_(5) that leads to the good separation of photogenerated electron-hole pair.Free radical scavenging and electron spin resonance(ESR)experiments demonstrated that superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-)) and holes(h^(+)) were the dominant radicals.Therefore,the NO/CN was proposed to be a promising material for effective disinfection and removal of organic contaminants in water treatment. | Xudong Yang Jun Duan Xian Zhang Hongyu Zhang Xinlei Liu Yueqi Feng Maosheng Zheng | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8: | 1 |

| 18 | Diagenesis of shale and its control on pore structure, a case study from typical marine, transitional and continental shales显示文摘Due to discrepancies in pore structure,the productivity of shale gas reservoirs under different diagenesis stages varies greatly.This study discussed the controlling of sedimentation and diagenesis on shale pore structure in typical marine,transitional,and continental shales,respectively.Continental shale samples from the Shuinan Formation,Jiaolai Basin,transitional shale samples from the Taiyuan,Shanxi and Xiashihezi Formations,Ordos Basin,and marine shale samples from the Longmaxi Formation,Sichuan Basin,were collected.Scanning electron microscope with argon ion polishing,high-pressure mercury injection,and low-temperature nitrogen adsorption experiments were conducted to acquire pore structure parameters.And the diagenetic stage of the reservoir was classified according to thermal maturity,organic geochemical parameters,and mineral composition.Our results exhibit that continental,transitional,and marine shales are period A,period B of the middle diagenetic stage,and the late diagenetic stage,respectively.For pore structure,micropore(0–2 nm)and mesopore(2–50 nm)controlled pore volume and specific surface area of transitional and marine shales,and specific surface area of continental shale have similar results,while micropore,mesopore,and macropore(>50 nm)all have a significant proportion of pore volume in continental shale.The pore structure characteristics and controlling factors exhibit a pronounced difference in different diagenesis stages,the compaction and cementation in period A of the middle diagenesis stage is relatively weak,intergranular pore and interlayer pore of clay minerals are well preserved,and moldic pore and dissolved pore developed as well;organic matter is in high maturity in period B of the middle diagenesis stage,organic matter pore developed correspondingly,while the intergranular pore developed poorly affected by compaction,notably,the carbonate is negligible in transitional shale,and the interlayer pore of clay minerals are well preserved with weak cementation;while dissolution and metasomatism controlled the pore structure in the late diagenesis stage in marine shale,the primary pores were poorly preserved,and the organic matter pore and carbonate dissolved pore developed.Results from this work are of a specific reference for shale gas development under different diagenesis stages. | Weidong XIE Meng WANG Hua WANG Ruying MA Hongyue DUAN | 2021 | Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,2: | 1 |
