| 1 | Prognostic value of KIT mutation in gastrointestinal stromal tumors显示文摘AIM: To examine the prevalence and prognostic significance of C-kit gene mutation and analysis the correlation of C-kit gene mutation and the clinicalpathologic parameters of GISTs. METHODS: Eighty-two GISTs were studied for the mutation of C-kit gene by PCR-SSCP, DNA sequence. Statistical comparison were used to analysis the correlation of C-kit gene mutation and clinicalpathology, clinical behavior, recurrence. RESULTS: (1) Mutation-positive and mutation-negative GISTs were 34 and 48,respectively; (2) Among the sepatients with C-kit mutation remained a significantly poor prognosis associated with 59% 3-year survival compared to those whose tumors did not; (3) Tumor size, PCNA index, mitotic cell number, presence of necrosis, microscopic invasion to adjacent tissues, recurrence and distant metastasis among mutation-positive and mutation-negative GISTs were significantly different. CONCLUSION: C-kit mutation is a undoubtedly pivotal event in GIST and may be associated with poor prognosis. | 4 | GNSS-based BiSAR imaging using modified range migration algorithm显示文摘This paper proposed a new focusing approach for the bistatic SAR systems with a GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) satellite as the transmitter. Because of the long integration time the inherited curvature of the transmitter's trajectory was adopted and the spatial variance of the equivalent velocity was derived under the principal of equivalent slant range model in the system signal model. The proposed focusing approach consists of two-step processing. Firstly, the general Doppler phase from constant velocity of the echo data is focused by modified Stolt mapping. Secondly, the residual nonlinear Doppler phase due to velocity variation is compensated by means of block-processing-based adaptive phase compensation to achieve large scene focusing. | 6 | Insulin peptides and their receptors regulate ovarian development and oviposition behavior in Diaphorina citri显示文摘Diaphorina citri is an important vector of Citrus Huanglongbing(HLB)disease.After feeding on young host plant shoots,the population of D.citri can increase significantly.Females also only lay eggs on young shoots.However,there are few studies on the mechanism of this phenomenon.Exogenous nutrient signals can affect the insulin signaling system of D.citri after feeding on young shoots.In this study,the expression of upstreamfactors DclLPl,DclLP2,and DclR in the insulin signaling system of D.citri was upregulated after feeding on young shoots.After being silenced by RNA interference technology,the results showed that the number of oviposited eggs of D.citri was significantly decreased and the ovarian development was inhibited with severe vacuolation.In addition,detection using quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction showed that the upstream regulatory gene DcRheb of the target of rapamycin(TOR)pathway and the downstream reproduction-related DcVg gene were also significantly downregulated.These results suggest that feeding upon young shoots may upregulate the expression levels of upstream factors DclLPl,DclLP2,and DclR in the insulin signaling system.The signal will be through upregulating the expression of DcRheb,an upstream gene of the TOR signaling pathway.This in turn influences yolk metabolism,which eventually causes the ovaries of female D.citri to mature and therefore initiate oviposition behavior. | Ziye Wang Delong Tan Feifeng Wana Shuhao Guo Jinhua Liu Andrew G.S.Cuthbertson Baoli Qiu Wen Sang | 2023 | Insect Science2023,30,1: | 1 |

| 13 | Monitoring nitrogen concentration of oilseed rape from hyperspectral data using radial basis function显示文摘Remote sensing technology is the important tool of digital earth,it can facilitate nutrient management in sustainable cropping systems.In the study,two types of radial basis function(RBF)neural network approaches,the standard radial basis function(SRBF)neural networks and the modified type of RBF,generalized regression neural networks(GRNN),were investigated in estimating the nitrogen concentrations of oilseed rape canopy using vegetation indices(VIs)and hyperspectral reflectance.Comparison analyses were performed to the spectral variables and the approaches.The Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)and determination coefficients(R2)were used to assess their predictability of nitrogen concentrations.For all spectral variables(VIs and hyperspectral reflectance),the GRNN method produced more accurate estimates of nitrogen concentrations than did the SRBF method at all ranges of nitrogen concentrations,and the better agreements between the measured and the predicted nitrogen concentration were obtained with the GRNN method.This indicated that the GRNN method is prior to the SRBF method in estimation of nitrogen concentrations.Among the VIs,the Modified Chlorophyll Absorption in Reflectance Index(MCARI),MCARI1510,and Transformed Chlorophyll Absorption in Reflectance Index are better than the others in estimating oilseed rape canopy nitrogen concentrations.Compared to the results from VIs,the hyperspectral reflectance data also gave an acceptable estimation.The study showed that nitrogen concentrations of oilseed rape canopy could be monitored using remotely sensed data and the RBF method,especially the GRNN method,is a useful explorative tool for oilseed rape nitrogen concentration monitoring when applied on hyperspectral data. | Fumin Wang Jingfeng Huang Yuan Wang Zhuanyu Liu Dailiang Peng Feifeng Cao | 2013 | International Journal of Digital Earth2013,6,6: | 0 |
