1Grey Relation between Nonlinear Characteristic and Dynamic Uncertainty of Rolling Bearing Friction Torque显示文摘The rolling bearing friction torque which is characterized by its uncertainty and nonlinearity affects heavily the dynamic performance of a system such as missiles, spacecrafts and radars, etc. It is difficult to use the classical statistical theory to evaluate the dynamic evaluation of the rolling bearing friction torque for the lack of prior information about both probability distribution and trends. For this reason, based on the information poor system theory and combined with the correlation dimension in chaos theory, the concepts about the mean of the dynamic fluctuant range (MDFR) and the grey relation are proposed to resolve the problem about evaluating the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the rolling bearing friction torque. Friction torque experiments are done for three types of the rolling bearings marked with HKTA, HKTB and HKTC separately; meantime, the correlation dimension and MDFR are calculated to describe the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the friction torque, respectively. And the experiments reveal that there is a certain grey relation between the nonlinear characteristic and the dynamic uncertainty of the rolling bearing friction torque, viz. MDFR will become the nonlinear increasing trend with the correlation dimension increasing. 2Soliton Solution of the DNLS Equation Based on Hirota's Bilinear Derivative Transform显示文摘Based on the method of Hirota's bilinear derivative transform, the derivative nonlinear Schrdinger equation with vanishing boundary condition has been directly solved. The oneand two-soliton solutions are given as two typical examples in the illustration of the general procedures and the concrete cut-off technique of the series-form solution, and the n-soliton solution is also attained by induction method. Our study shows their equivalence to the existing soliton solutions by a simple parameter transformation. The methodological importance of bilinear derivative transform in dealing with an integrable nonlinear equation has also been emphasized. The evolution of one and two-soliton solution with respect to time and space has been discussed in detail. 3Design and experiments of an active isolator for satellite micro-vibration显示文摘In this paper, a soft active isolator(SAI) derived from a voice coil motor is studied to determine its abilities as a micro-vibration isolation device for sensitive satellite payloads. Firstly,the two most important parts of the SAI, the mechanical unit and the low-noise driver, are designed and manufactured. Then, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the SAI is built, and a dynamic analysis is conducted. Furthermore, a controller with a sky-hook damper is designed. Finally,results from the performance tests of the mechanical/electronic parts and the isolation experiments are presented. 4Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Pulse MIG Welded 6061/A356 Aluminum Alloy Dissimilar Butt Joints显示文摘The microstructure and mechanical properties of pulse metal inert-gas(MIG) welded dissimilar joints between 4 mm thick wrought 6061-T6 and cast A356-T6 aluminum alloy plates were investigated. The tensile strength of the joints reached 235 MPa, which is 83% of that of 6061 aluminum alloy, and then decreased with the increase of travel speed while keeping other welding parameters constant. The microstructure, composition and fractography of joints were examined by the optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA). Grain boundary liquation and segregation occurred in the partially melted zone(PMZ) on 6061 aluminum alloy side, and brittle Fe-rich phases were observed in partially melted zone on A356 aluminum alloy side. The minimum microhardness appeared in heat-affected zone(HAZ) near A356 aluminum alloy substrate. 5Ni@N-doped graphene nanosheets and CNTs hybrids modified separator as efficient polysulfide barrier for high-performance lithium sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs) have been regarded as one of the most promising energy storage systems to break through the upper limit of lithium-ion batteries.However,the rampant diffusions of soluble lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) in the electrolyte induced the shuttle effect between anode and cathode,resulting in low sulfur utilization,low energy efficiency and short cycling life.Herein,we prove the rational design and construction of Ni nanoparticles filled in vertically grown N-doped bamboo-like carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on graphene nanosheets (Ni@NG-CNTs) as efficient polysulfide barrier for high-performance LSBs.The unique design integrates graphene nanosheets and CNTs into hierarchical architectures with one-dimensional (1D) CNTs,two-dimensional (2D) ultrethin nanosheets and abundant carbon nanocages.This design provides large surface area for lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) adsorption,accelerates electron transport and enhances electrochemical redox of LiPSs.Benefiting from the unique structural features,the LSBs with the Ni@NG-CNTs as polysulfide barrier keep high reversible specific capacities of 309.1 and 265.0 mAh·g-1 at 5 and 10 C rates after 500 cycles.This work provides a new strategy for constructing self-assembled hybrids of CNTs and graphene nanosheets with abundant carbon nanocages for high-performance LSBs.Xintao Zuo Mengmeng Zhen Cheng Wang 2019Nano Research2019,12,4:8

7Design and feedforward control of large-rotation two-axis scan mirror assembly with MEMS sensor integration显示文摘As a key component of electro-optical systems, a Two-axis Scan mirror AssemblY(TSAY) is usually used for Line-of-Sight(LOS) precision pointing, tracking, scanning, and stabilizing. Therefore, it is necessary for a TSAY to have a large angular range, high dynamic characteristics, and small mirror surface distortion. Furthermore, vibration from carriers of electro-optical systems, such as spacecraft and airplanes, is inevitable, so it is critical to guarantee the control accuracy of a TSAY under vibration. In this paper, a TSAY prototype is designed and developed. To increase the control bandwidth, structural topology optimization is applied to the TSAY’s elliptical mirror to reduce the moment of inertia, meanwhile keeping surface flatness. A flexible hinge is adopted to achieve a large angular range. To suppress the angular perturbation caused by the base linear vibration, an adaptive feedforward loop with base-integrated Micro-Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS) accelerators is constructed to enhance the TSAY’s feedback loop. Simulation and experimental results show that the TSAY prototype’s two-axis mechanical angular ranges are more than ±3.2°, the mirror surface flatness Root Mean Square(RMS) value is better than 0.04 k, and the closed-loop bandwidth is beyond 330 Hz. These are suitable for most applications. 8Coverless Steganography for Digital Images Based on a Generative Model显示文摘In this paper,we propose a novel coverless image steganographic scheme based on a generative model.In our scheme,the secret image is first fed to the generative model database,to generate a meaning-normal and independent image different from the secret image.The generated image is then transmitted to the receiver and fed to the generative model database to generate another image visually the same as the secret image.Thus,we only need to transmit the meaning-normal image which is not related to the secret image,and we can achieve the same effect as the transmission of the secret image.This is the first time to propose the coverless image information steganographic scheme based on generative model,compared with the traditional image steganography.The transmitted image is not embedded with any information of the secret image in this method,therefore,can effectively resist steganalysis tools.Experimental results show that our scheme has high capacity,security and reliability.Xintao Duan Haoxian Song Chuan Qin Muhammad Khurram Khan 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,6:4
9Influence of cosmic radiation on lymphocyte micronucleus,serum lipid peroxide and antioxidation capacity in aircrew members显示文摘This study looks into the influence of cosmic radiation at high altitudes on human bodies. Results reveal that the cytokinesis-block micronuclei (CBMN) and conventional cultured micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes, serum levels of lipid peroxide, superoxide dismutase, and the total antioxidation capacity by chemical colorimetry all increased significantly in aircrew members. There exists a linear relationship between the CBMN and the average annual effective doses of radiation received or the average annual flying hours. With both of them, a trend shows that the serum lipid peroxide levels increase as well. Either the lipid peroxide or CBMN can sensitively reflect the recent changes in flight load. 10Reconstruction of the Triassic Tectonic Lithofacies Paleogeography in Qiangtang Region, Northern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China显示文摘The Triassic petrostratigraphic system and chronologic stratigraphic sketch have been updated and perfected in the Qiangtang area, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau based on the integrated 1:250000 regional geological survey and the latest research progeny. The first finished 1:3000000 Triassic tectonic lithofacies paleogeographic maps in the Qiangtang area shows that the Triassic tectonic unit in the Qiangtang area can been divided into three parts from north to south: northern Qiangtang block; Longmucuo-Shuanghu suture zone; and southern Qiangtang block. The early-middle Triassic tectonic paleogeography in the Qiangtang area is divides into three subunits: northern Qiangtang passive continental marginal basin (NQPB), Longmucuo-Shuanghu residual basin (LSRB) and southern Qiangtang residual basin (SQRB). The NQPB can be subdivided into four paleogeography units: The Tanggula-Zangxiahe shallow and bathyal sea; The Wangquanhe-Yingshuiquan carbonate platform; The Rejuechaka-Jiangaidarina littoral-shallow sea; and Qiangtang central uplift. The above units of The NQPB possess EW trend, geomorphology high in the south and low in the north, the seawater depth northward. The basinal paleo-current direction is unidirectional, and basinal tectonic subsidence center is in accord with the depo-center, located in the Tanggula-Zangxiahe belt, north of the basin. The sedimentation and tectonic evolution of the NQPB are characterized with passive continental marginal basin. The Qiangtang central orogenic denuded area (ancient land) may be as a sedimentary materials source of the NQPB. SQRB can be divided into two units: Duoma carbonate platform and southern Qiangtang neritic-deep sea. The late Triassic tectonic paleogeography in the Qiangtang area is the framework of the 'archipelagic-sea' as a whole, and it may be divided into three sub-units: northern Qiangtang back arc foreland basin(NQFB), Longmucuo-Shuanghu residual basin(LSRB) and southern Qiangtang marginal-sea basin(SQMB). Thereinto, NQFB can be divided into five paleogeography units: the Zangxiahe-Mingjinghu bathyal basin characterized with the flysch; the Tanggula shallow-sea shelf with the fine-clastics; the Juhuashang platform with carbonates; the Tumenggela-Shuanghu coastal delta with coal-bearing clastics and the Nadigangri-Geladandong arc with volcanics and tuffs. In transverse section, the NQFB fills is wedge-shaped, and the sediments characterized with thicker in north and thinner in south, and with double materials derived from the Ruolagangri orogenic belt in north and the Shuanghu central orogenic belt in south. The late Triassic depocenter of NQFB is located in the middle of the basin, the Yakecuo-Bandaohu-Quemocuo belt, but the subsidence center in the north, the Zangxiahe-Mingjinghu belt, and basinal tectonic subsidence center not concordant with the depo-center. Late Triassic, the SQMB may be divided into three sub-units: Xiaochaka shallow-sea; Riganpeicuo platform;and South Qiangtang southern bathyal basin. In transverse section, the basement of the SQMB is characterized with low in the northern and southern, but high in the middle; forming wedge shaped sediments with thicker in the north and thinner in the south; the sedimentary materials derived from the Qiangtang central uplift and Nadigangri arcs in north. The late Triassic subsidence centre of the SQMB is located in the northern (Xiaochaka area), but the depocenter in the southern (Qixiancuo Suobucha area). 12Prostate cancer targeted MRI nanoprobe based on superparamagnetic iron oxide and copolymer of poly(ethylene glycol) and polyethyleneimin显示文摘Methoxyl poly (ethylene glycol) (mPEG-OH) was successfully grafted onto branched polyethyleneimine (hy-PEI) to yield a water soluble graft copolymer mPEG-g-PEI. This copolymer may package super- paramagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) by ligand exchange. The SPIO weight percentage in the polymer coated nanoparticles was determined to be 55%, the size and zeta potential of nanoparticles was 50 nm and 12 mV respectively. Antibody fixation onto the complex (mPEI-g-PEG-SPIO) surface layer was achieved by activated single chain monoclonal antibody against prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA). Our study showed that the single chain antibody functionalized nanoprobe (scAbPSCA-PEI-g-PEG-SPIO) with a small size can specifically enter the prostate cancer cells, decreasing MRI T2-weighted signal intensity of prostate cancer cells to 44.76%. 14An integrated cathode with bi-functional catalytic effect for excellent-performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The high energy density of lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs) is mainly based on the complex redox reactions and phase conversions.The sluggish redox kinetics and the large accumulation of soluble polysulfides in the electrolyte leads to low sulfur utilization and serious shuttle effect.Herein,an integrated sulfur cathode is constructed through a facile and large-scale method.It is composed of sulfur-N,S doped bamboo like CNTs@Co3S4 (NSC@Co3S4) composites on polypropylene separator.The immobilized polysulfides on the NSC@Co3S4 surface are further reduced/oxidized during the discharge/charge process via the efficient bi-functional catalytic effect of NSC@Co3S4,resulting in the rapid conversion of LiPSs.Consequently,the integrated sulfur cathode delivers a high initial reversible capacity of 1,473.6 mAh·g^-1 at 0.2 C and a high specific capacity of 979 mAh·g^-1 at 1 C after 500 cycles as well as excellent cycling stability for 1,000 cycles with a high specific capacity of 362.5 mAh·g^-1 at 5 C,which are superior to reported similar host materials.Mengmeng Zhen Xintao Zuo Juan Wang Cheng Wang 2019Nano Research2019,12,5:2

16Comprehensive evaluation of the metabolic effects of porcine CRTC3 overexpression on subcutaneous adipocytes with metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses显示文摘Background:Meat quality is largely driven by fat deposition,which is regulated by several genes and signaling pathways.The cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)-regulated transcriptional coactivator 3(CRTC3)is a coactivator of cAMP response element binding protein(CREB)that mediates the function of protein kinase A(PKA)signaling pathway and is involved in various biological processes including lipid and energy metabolism.However,the effects of CRTC3 on the metabolome and transcriptome of porcine subcutaneous adipocytes have not been studied yet.Here,we tested whether porcine CRTC3 expression would be related to fat deposition in Heigai pigs(a local fatty breed in China)and Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire(DLY,a lean breed)pigs in vivo.The effects of adenovirus-induced CRTC3 overexpression on the metabolomic and transcriptomic profiles of subcutaneous adipocytes were also determined in vitro by performing mass spectrometry-based metabolomics combined with RNA sequencing(RNA-seq).Results:Porcine CRTC3 expression is associated with fat deposition in vivo.In addition,CRTC3 overexpression increased lipid accumulation and the expression of mature adipocyte-related genes in cultured porcine subcutaneous adipocytes.According to the metabolomic analysis,CRTC3 overexpression induced significant changes in adipocyte lipid,amino acid and nucleotide metabolites in vitro.The RNA-seq analysis suggested that CRTC3 overexpression alters the expression of genes and pathways involved in adipogenesis,fatty acid metabolism and glycerophospholipid metabolism in vitro.Conclusions:We identified significant alterations in the metabolite composition and the expression of genes and pathways involved in lipid metabolism in CRTC3-overexpressing adipocytes.Our results suggest that CRTC3 might play an important regulatory role in lipid metabolism and thus affects lipid accumulation in porcine subcutaneous adipocytes.Jiaqi Liu Jie Li Wentao Chen Xintao Xie Xingang Chu Teresa G.Valencak Yizhen Wang Tizhong Shan 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:2
