3集料碱活性快速检测法对比研究显示文摘为探讨中国快速砂浆棒法(CAMBT)与其它集料碱活性快速检测法的相关性及对国外岩石的适应性,采用混凝土棱柱体法(CPT)、快速砂浆棒法(AMBT)、压蒸法和CAMBT研究了11种国外不同源集料的膨胀行为,同时还研究了集料颗粒尺寸对CAMBT中集料膨胀的影响.结果表明:CAMBT,AMBT及压蒸法的检测结果具有一致性,但均不能完全正确地判定这些集料的碱活性,它们在夸大RG集料碱活性的同时,还漏判了PO集料的碱活性;集料在现有快速法中的膨胀率与其在CPT中的膨胀率无明显相关性,因此快速法不能很好地表征集料在混凝土中的碱活性程度;CAMBT中集料颗粒尺寸对不同集料膨胀程度的影响不同,其中0.15~0.80mm集料颗粒尺寸对集料膨胀而言不是最敏感粒级;采用2.5~5.0mm单粒级集料颗粒,可以比现有标准检测方法更好地预测集料在混凝土中的膨胀行为.卢都友 许仲梓 吕忆农 唐明述 Benoit Fournier 2006建筑材料学报2006,9,4:12
4锂离子在混凝土碱集料反应过程中的作用显示文摘在采用X射线衍射分析、化学组成分析和偏光显微镜分析对硅质碳酸盐集料的矿物学特征充分研究的基础上,研究了锂离子迁移渗透在混凝土碱集料反应过程中的行为特征.混凝土棱柱法(CSA A23.2-14A或ASTM C1293)所测的膨胀结果表明:掺加[Li]/[Na+K]摩尔比1.11的LiNO3能有效抑制混凝土碱集料反应膨胀;锂玻璃不仅不能抑制碱集料反应膨胀甚至会在一定程度上促进膨胀;与单一掺加混合材(粉煤灰或矿渣)相比,LiNO3与混合材的复合在一定程度上增强了相应的膨胀抑制效果;在混凝土碱集料反应过程中,存在Li+与Na+,K+之间的竞争.相对而言,Li+具有一定的优势.这与锂盐能表现出一定的混凝土碱集料反应膨胀抑制效果相一致.此外,强度对比研究结果表明,掺加锂盐一定程度上降低了混凝土的强度.俞琛捷 莫祥银 邓敏 唐明述 沈健 Benoit Fournier Klaus-Jurgen Hunger 2009东南大学学报(自然科学版)2009,39,1:11

9Immunotoxic potential of aeration lagoon effluents for the treatment of domestic and hospital wastewaters in the freshwater mussel Elliptio complanata显示文摘Municipal wastewaters are major sources of pollution for the aquatic biota. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of some pharmaceutical products and the immunotoxic potential of a municipal wastewater aeration lagoon for the treatment of the domestic wastewaters of a small town with wastewater inputs from a 400-bed hospital complex. Endemic mussels were collected, caged and placed in the final aeration lagoon and at sites 1 km upstream and 1 km downstream of the effluent outfall in the receiving river for a period of 14 days. The results showed that the final aeration lagoon contained high levels of total coliforms, conductivity and low dissolved oxygen (2.9 mg/L) as well as detectable amounts of trimethoprim, carbamazepine, gemfibrozil, and norfloxacin at concentrations exceeding 50 ng/L. The lagoon effluent was indeed toxic to the mussel specimens, as evidenced by the appearance of mortality after 14 days (10% mortality), decreased mussel weight-to-shell-length ratio and loss of hemocyte viability. The number of adhering hemocytes, phagocytic activity, total nitrite levels and arachidonic cyclooxygenase activity were significantly higher in mussels placed in the final aeration lagoon. A multivariate analysis also revealed that water pH, conductivity, total coliforms and dissolved oxygen were the endpoints most closely linked with phagocytic activity, the amount of adhering hemocytes and loss of hemocyte viability. 13100 GHz silicon–organic hybrid modulator显示文摘Electro-optic modulation at frequencies of 100 GHz and beyond is important for photonic-electronic signal processing at the highest speeds.To date,however,only a small number of devices exist that can operate up to this frequency.In this study,we demonstrate that this frequency range can be addressed by nanophotonic,silicon-based modulators.We exploit the ultrafast Pockels effect by using the silicon–organic hybrid(SOH)platform,which combines highly nonlinear organic molecules with silicon waveguides.Until now,the bandwidth of these devices was limited by the losses of the radiofrequency(RF)signal and the RC(resistor-capacitor)time constant of the silicon structure.The RF losses are overcome by using a device as short as 500 μm,and the RC time constant is decreased by using a highly conductive electron accumulation layer and an improved gate insulator.Using this method,we demonstrate for the first time an integrated silicon modulator with a 3dB bandwidth at an operating frequency beyond 100 GHz.Our results clearly indicate that the RC time constant is not a fundamental speed limitation of SOH devices at these frequencies.Our device has a voltage–length product of only V_(π)L=11 V mm,which compares favorably with the best silicon-photonic modulators available today.Using cladding materials with stronger nonlinearities,the voltage–length product is expected to improve by more than an order of magnitude.Luca Alloatti Robert Palmer Sebastian Diebold Kai Philipp Pahl Baoquan Chen Raluca Dinu Maryse Fournier Jean-Marc Fedeli Thomas Zwick Wolfgang Freude Christian Koos Juerg Leuthold 2014Light(Science & Applications)2014,3,1:3
14Stratification of outcomes for mucinous appendiceal adenocarcinoma with peritoneal metastasis by histological grade显示文摘AIM To investigate the importance of a three-tiered histologic grade on outcomes for patients with mucinous appendiceal adenocarcinoma(MAA).METHODS Two hundred and sixty-five patients with MAA undergoing cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy were identified from a prospective database from 2004 through 2014. All pathology was reviewed by our gastrointestinal subspecialty pathologists and histological grade was classified as well-differentiated, moderately differentiated, and poorly differentiated. Survival analysis was performed using Cox proportional hazards regression.RESULTS There were 201(75.8%) well-, 45(16.9%) moderatelyand 19(7.2%) poorly-differentiated tumors. Histological grade significantly stratified the 5-year overall survival(OS), 94%, 71% and 30% respectively(P < 0.001) as well as the 5-year disease-free survival(DFS) 66%, 21% and 0%, respectively(P < 0.001). Independent predictors of DFS included tumor grade(HR = 1.78, 95%CI: 1.21-2.63, P = 0.008), lymph node involvement(HR = 0.33, 95%CI: 0.11-0.98, P < 0.02), previous surgical score(HR = 1.31, 95%CI: 1.1-1.65, P = 0.03) and peritoneal carcinomatosis index(PCI)(HR = 1.05, 95%CI: 1.02-1.08, P = 0.002). Independent predictors of OS include tumor grade(HR = 2.79, 95%CI: 1.26-6.21, P = 0.01), PCI(HR = 1.10, 95%CI: 1.03-1.16, P = 0.002), and complete cytoreduction(HR = 0.32, 95%CI: 0.11-0.92, P = 0.03). Tumor grade and PCI were the only independent predictors of both DFS and OS. Furthermore, histological grade and lymphovascular invasion stratified the risk of lymph node metastasis into a low(6%) and high(40%) risk groups. CONCLUSION Our data demonstrates that moderately differentiated MAA have a clinical behavior and outcome that is distinct from well-and poorly-differentiated MAA.
