| 1 | An atlas of CNV maps in cattle, goat and sheep显示文摘Copy number variation(CNV)is the most prevalent type of genetic structural variation that has been recognized as an important source of phenotypic variation in humans, animals and plants. However, the mechanisms underlying the evolution of CNVs and their function in natural or artificial selection remain unknown. Here,we generated CNV region(CNVR)datasets which were diverged or shared among cattle, goat, and sheep, including 886 individuals from 171 diverse populations.Using 9 environmental factors for genome-wide association study(GWAS),we identified a series of candidate CNVRs,including genes relating to immunity, tick resistance,multi-drug resistance, and muscle development. The number of CNVRs shared between species is significantly higher than expected(P<0.00001),and these CNVRs may be more persist than the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)shared between species. We also identified genomic regions under long-term balancing selection and uncovered the potential diversity of the selected CNVRs close to the important functional genes. This study provides the evidence that balancing selection might be more common in mammals than previously considered, and might play an important role in the daily activities of these ruminant species. | Yongzhen Huang Yunjia Li Xihong Wang Jiantao Yu Yudong Cai Zhuqing Zheng Ran Li Shunjin Zhang Ningbo Chen Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Quratulain Hanif Qiuming Chen Weiwei Fu Chao Li Xiukai Cao Guangxian Zhou Shudong Liu Sangang He Wenrong Li Yulin Chen Hong Chen Chuzhao Lei Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,10: | 2 |

| 6 | Electron-ion collider in China显示文摘Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as nuclei. As a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in China(EicC)has been proposed. It will be constructed based on an upgraded heavy-ion accelerator,High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)which is currently under construction, together with a new electron ring. The proposed collider will provide highly polarized electrons(with a po-larization of 80%)and protons(with a polarization of 70%)with variable center of mass energies from 15 to 20 GeV and the luminosity of(2–3)×1033 cm^(−2)·s^(−1).Polarized deuterons and Helium-3,as well as unpolarized ion beams from Carbon to Uranium, will be also available at the EicC.The main foci of the EicC will be precision measurements of the structure of the nucleon in the sea quark region, including 3D tomography of nucleon;the partonic structure of nuclei and the parton interaction with the nuclear environment;the exotic states, especially those with heavy flavor quark contents. In addition, issues fundamental to understanding the origin of mass could be addressed by measurements of heavy quarkonia near-threshold production at the EicC.In order to achieve the above-mentioned physics goals,a hermetical detector system will be constructed with cutting-edge technologies. This document is the result of collective contributions and valuable inputs from experts across the globe. The EicC physics program complements the ongoing scientific programs at the Jefferson Laboratory and the future EIC project in the United States. The success of this project will also advance both nuclear and particle physics as well as accelerator and detector technology in China. | Daniele PAnderle Valerio Bertone Xu Cao Lei Chang Ningbo Chang Gu Chen Xurong Chen Zhuojun Chen Zhufang Cui Lingyun Dai Weitian Deng Minghui Ding Xu Feng Chang Gong Longcheng Gui Feng-Kun Guo Chengdong Han Jun He Tie-Jiun Hou Hongxia Huang Yin Huang KrešImir KumeričKi LPKaptari Demin Li Hengne Li Minxiang Li Xueqian Li Yutie Liang Zuotang Liang Chen Liu Chuan Liu Guoming Liu Jie Liu Liuming Liu Xiang Liu Tianbo Liu Xiaofeng Luo Zhun Lyu Boqiang Ma Fu Ma Jianping Ma Yugang Ma Lijun Mao Cédric Mezrag HervéMoutarde Jialun Ping Sixue Qin Hang Ren Craig DRoberts Juan Rojo Guodong Shen Chao Shi Qintao Song Hao Sun PawełSznajder Enke Wang Fan Wang Qian Wang Rong Wang Ruiru Wang Taofeng Wang Wei Wang Xiaoyu Wang Xiaoyun Wang Jiajun Wu Xinggang Wu Lei Xia Bowen Xiao Guoqing Xiao Ju-Jun Xie Yaping Xie Hongxi Xing Hushan Xu Nu Xu Shusheng Xu Mengshi Yan Wenbiao Yan Wencheng Yan Xinhu Yan Jiancheng Yang Yi-Bo Yang Zhi Yang Deliang Yao Zhihong Ye Peilin Yin C-PYuan Wenlong Zhan Jianhui Zhang Jinlong Zhang Pengming Zhang Yifei Zhang Chao-Hsi Chang Zhenyu Zhang Hongwei Zhao Kuang-Ta Chao Qiang Zhao Yuxiang Zhao Zhengguo Zhao Liang Zheng Jian Zhou Xiang Zhou Xiaorong Zhou Bingsong Zou Liping Zou | 2021 | Frontiers of physics2021,16,6: | 1 |
| 7 | Bovine HSD17B8 gene and its relationship with growth and meat quality traits显示文摘17 b-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 8(HSD17B8) is an important regulator of lipid and steroid metabolism. In the present study, we aimed to assess the effects of HSD17B8 on growth and meat quality traits in cattle. Transcription profile analysis showed that HSD17B8 was primarily expressed in the salpinx, liver, and testis.Meanwhile, we identified three SNPs(SNP1: intron1-A91G; SNP2: exon 1-A90G; and SNP3: intron 8-A86G)of the bovine HSD17B8 gene and investigated its haplotype frequencies and linkage disequilibrium. The detected SNPs were found associated with growth traits(body weight, body length, height at withers, heart girth, hip width, and average daily gain) in native cattle populations(Nanyangand Jiaxian) as well as the meat quality traits(Warner–Bratzler shear force, rib area, dressing percentage, carcass weight, and backfat thickness) in commercial breeds(Angus, Hereford, Limousin, Luxi, Simmental, and Jinnan). Our results provided evidence that polymorphisms in the HSD17B8 gene were associated with growth traits and meat quality traits. Moreover, our findings might be used for marker-assisted selection in beef cattle breeding program. | Yun Ma Ningbo Chen Fen Li Weiwei Fu Yapeng Han Yanlin Chang Xiangxiang Jiang Junya Li Yueyu Bai Xuxin Tan | 2015 | Science Bulletin2015,60,18: | 0 |
| 8 | Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Property of Disodium Biscarbonato cobaltate(Ⅱ) Tetrahydrate, Na_2Co(CO_3)_2·4H_2O显示文摘The title compound, Na 2Co(CO 3) 2·4H 2O, was synthesized by dropwise addition of 1.0 mL of 1 mol/L Co(CH 3COO) 2 to 50 mL of aqueous solution containing 7.0 g(66.0 mmol) of Na 2CO 3 and 2.5 g(29.8 mmol) of NaHCO 3 under stirring. A rose colored rhombohedral crystal grew by the slow evaporation of the solution of the title compoud at room temperature. The crystal structure was established on the basis of the single crystal X ray diffraction data. Na 2Co(CO 3) 2·4H 2O crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a =0.856 6(1) nm, b =0.714 6(1) nm, c = 1 438 7(2) nm, β =97.59(1)° , V =0.873 0(2) nm 3 , D x=2.260 g/cm 3, F (000)=596, M r=296 99, μ (Mo K α)=21.06 cm -1 , Z =4 and the final R(F) =0.032 and wR(F 2) =0.068 on the basis of 947 reflections ( F 2 ≥ 2σ(F 0 2)). The crystal consists of H 2O molecules, Na + ions and 2D 2 ∞[Co(CO 3) 2] 2- layers extending parallel to (001). H 2O molecules and Na + cations are located between the 2D layers. | 9 | Molecular Simulation of Naphthenic Acid Removal on Acidic Catalyst(I) Mechanism of Catalytic Decarboxylation显示文摘In this paper, the charge distribution, the chemical bond order and the reactive performance of carboxylic acid model compounds on acidic catalyst were investigated by using molecular simulation technology. The simulation results showed that the bond order of C—O was higher than that of C—C, and C—C bond connected to the carbon atom in the carboxyl radical had the lowest bond order. The charge distributions of model naphthenic acids were similar in characteristics that the negative charges were concentrated on carboxyls. According to the simulation results, the mechanisms of catalytic decar- boxylation over acidic solid catalyst were proposed, and a new route was put forward regarding removal of the naphthenic acid from crude oil through catalytic decarboxylation. | Fu Xiaoqin Dai Zhenyu Tian Songbai Hou Suandi Wang Xieqing 2 Research Institute of Petroleum Processing , Beijing 100083) | 2008 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2008,10,1: | 0 |
