1Spatial patterns of ecosystem vulnerability changes during 2001–2011 in the three-river source region of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, China显示文摘The three-river source region(TRSR, including Yangtze, Yellow and Lancang rivers), located in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, China, is a typical alpine zone with apparent ecosystem vulnerability and sensitivity. In this paper, we introduced many interdisciplinary factors, such as landscape pattern indices(Shannon diversity index and Shannon evenness index) and extreme climate factors(number of extreme high temperature days, number of extreme low temperature days, and number of extreme precipitation days), to establish a new model for evaluating the spatial patterns of ecosystem vulnerability changes in the TRSR. The change intensity(CI) of ecosystem vulnerability was also analyzed. The results showed that the established evaluation model was effective and the ecosystem vulnerability in the whole study area was intensive. During the study period of 2001–2011, there was a slight degradation in the eco-environmental quality. The Yellow River source region had the best eco-environmental quality, while the Yangtze River source region had the worst one. In addition, the zones dominated by deserts were the most severely deteriorated areas and the eco-environmental quality of the zones occupied by evergreen coniferous forests showed a better change. Furthermore, the larger the change rates of the climate factors(accumulative temperature of ≥10°C and annual average precipitation) are, the more intensive the CI of ecosystem vulnerability is. 2SVR mathematical model and methods for sale prediction显示文摘Sale prediction plays a significant role in business management. By using support vector machine Regression (ε-SVR), a method using to predict sale is illustrated. It takes historical data and current context data as inputs and presents results, i.e. sale tendency in the future and the forecasting sales, according to the user's specification of accuracy and time cycles. 3Active control of EIT-like response in a symmetry-broken metasurface with orthogonal electric dipolar resonators显示文摘The active control of electromagnetic response in metamaterial and mutual coupling between resonant building blocks is of fundamental importance in realizing high-quality metamaterials. In this work, we propose and experimentally demonstrate the tunabilities of symmetry-broken metasurfaces made of orthogonal electric dipolar resonators. The metasurface with vertical and horizontal wires is integrated with a PIN diode for active control.It is found that the electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT)-like spectrum appears due to the destructive or constructive interferences between the two electric dipolar modes when the structural symmetry broken is introduced to the metasurface. Different from previous works on the EIT-like effect, there is only electric dipole response in our metasuface. The microscopic response of the metasurface is numerically calculated to illustrate the mode coupling between the orthogonal electric dipolar resonators. 4Three Discharge Modes of Dielectric Barrier Discharge in a Two-phase Mixture显示文摘两相体介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge in atwo-phase mixture,TPM-DBD)是在大气压下产生低温等离子体的重要方法,因具有很高的能量密度而被广泛应用在污染治理中。为研究介质颗粒的填充方式对TPM-DBD的影响,以γ-Al2O3作为填充介质颗粒,将数码相机与体视显微镜连体拍摄放电显微照片。结果发现,随着电压变化,TPM-DBD由3种依次串联发生的放电构成。电压较低时,首先在颗粒与极板间发生剩余间隙放电;随着电压增加,颗粒沿面放电串联发生;电压继续增加,孔隙放电串联发生。当颗粒间距较大时,在颗粒的远域出现典型的丝状放电,而近域内出现可能为汤森放电的放电"暗区"。外电场的数值计算结果初步说明了上述现象,电场畸变是其主要原因。研究结果为调节TPM-DBD的放电形式,进而高效率应用提供了较好的支持。CHEN Tian YE Qizheng TAN Dan YANG Fuli 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,22:3

6Linear and nonlinear photophysical properties of ZnSe/CdS/ZnS core/shell/shell typeⅡnanocrystals显示文摘In this work,one kind of typeⅡZnSe/CdS/ZnS core/shell/shell nanocrystals(NCs)is synthesized,and their linear and nonlinear photophysical properties are investigated.Through measurements of the temperaturedependent photoluminescence spectra of NCs,their excitonic properties,including the coefficient of the bandgap change,coupling strength of the exciton acoustic phonons,exciton longitudinal optical(LO)phonons,and LO–phonon energy are revealed.Femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy was employed to obtain insight into ultrafast processes occurring at the interface of ZnSe and CdS,such as those involving the injection of photoinduced electrons into the CdS shell,interfacial state bleaching,and charge separation time.At the end,their multiphoton absorption spectra were determined by using the z-scan technique,which yielded a maximum twophoton absorption cross section of 3717 GM at 820 nm and three-photon absorption cross section up to 3.9×10^-77cm^6·s^2·photon^-2at 1220 nm,respectively.The photophysical properties presented here may be important for exploiting their relevant applications in optoelectronic devices and deep-tissue bioimaging.YANG GAO XIN QIU FULI ZHAO SHUYU XIAO JUNZI LI XIAODONG LIN RUI CHEN AND TINGCHAO HE 2020Photonics Research2020,8,9:1

9Subwavelength optical localization with toroidal excitations in plasmonic and Mie metamaterials显示文摘Since the performance of electronic circuits is becoming rather limited in face of intensively increasing of amount of information and related operations,alloptical processing offers a promising strategy for future information system.It would benefit a great deal if the all-optical processing could be implemented within the developed electronic chips of nanoscale structures.In that it is highly desirable to break the diffraction limit of light for achieving effective light manipulations with deep subwavelength structures compatible with the state-of-the-art nanofabrication processes.It is of fundamental importance to get subwavelength optical localization,that is,squeeze light wave into subwavelength space for achieving freely manipulating of light fields.This review summarizes the development in realizing subwavelength optical localization by exciting toroidal mode in photonic metamaterials.The toroidal excitations in plasmonic metamaterials and Mie resonant metamaterials,in 3D structures and planar metamaterials,with single or few layers in spectral regime from microwave to optical frequencies are surveyed.Based on the discussion on the configurations of toroidal excitations,the recent development on toroidalrelated optical scattering control actively manipulates the toroidal excitations,and promising applications are further investigated and highlighted.Ruisheng Yang Jing Xu Nian-Hai Shen Fuli Zhang Quanhong Fu Junjie Li Hongqiang Li Yuancheng Fan 2021InfoMat2021,3,5:1
10Effects of urea ammonia pretreatment on the batch anaerobic fermentation efficiency of corn stovers显示文摘In order to enhance the biogas production and provide nitrogen sources for the growth of microorganisms,experiments on urea ammonia pretreatment of corn stovers were implemented at(35±1)°C to investigate the effects of urea ammonia pretreatment on the batch anaerobic fermentation efficiency of corn stovers.This study assessed the effects of urea ammonia contents(2%,4%,and 6%)and moisture contents(30%,50%,70%and 90%)on the physical structures of lignocelluloses and the efficiency of biogas production from anaerobic fermentation of corn stovers.The results indicated that the methane production reached 230.31 mL/g VS(volatile solids)at pretreatment with 4%urea ammonia and 70%moisture contents for the batch anaerobic fermentation,which was 26.6%higher than that of the untreated group.The degradation rates of cellulose and hemicellulose were 66.34%and 75.47%after the anaerobic fermentation,respectively,which were about 22.6%and 20.9%higher than that of the untreated group,respectively.Thus,it was concluded that urea ammonia pretreatment can improve the efficiency of biogas production from anaerobic fermentation of corn stovers.Qiang Li Fuli Yang Guoxiang Zheng Zhengjun Guan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,4:1
11Automatic delineation of organs at risk in non-small cell lung cancer radiotherapy based on deep learning networks显示文摘Objective To introduce an end-to-end automatic segmentation method for organs at risk(OARs)in chest computed tomography(CT)images based on dense connection deep learning and to provide an accurate auto-segmentation model to reduce the workload on radiation oncologists.Methods CT images of 36 lung cancer cases were included in this study.Of these,27 cases were randomly selected as the training set,six cases as the validation set,and nine cases as the testing set.The left and right lungs,cord,and heart were auto-segmented,and the training time was set to approximately 5 h.The testing set was evaluated using geometric metrics including the Dice similarity coefficient(DSC),95%Hausdorff distance(HD95),and average surface distance(ASD).Thereafter,two sets of treatment plans were optimized based on manually contoured OARs and automatically contoured OARs,respectively.Dosimetric parameters including Dmax and Vx of the OARs were obtained and compared.Results The proposed model was superior to U-Net in terms of the DSC,HD95,and ASD,although there was no significant difference in the segmentation results yielded by both networks(P>0.05).Compared to manual segmentation,auto-segmentation significantly reduced the segmentation time by nearly 40.7%(P<0.05).Moreover,the differences in dose-volume parameters between the two sets of plans were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The bilateral lung,cord,and heart could be accurately delineated using the DenseNet-based deep learning method.Thus,feature map reuse can be a novel approach to medical image auto-segmentation.Anning Yang Na Lu Huayong Jiang Diandian Chen Yanjun Yu Yadi Wang Qiusheng Wang Fuli Zhang 2022Oncology and Translational Medicine2022,8,2:1

13鸦胆子、丝裂霉素和卡介苗膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的前瞻性临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects and safety of brucea javanica oil,mitomycin and BCG for preventing postoperative relapse of superficial bladder cancer through perfusion.Methods:From July 2000 to May 2006,178 patients with primary superficial bladder cancer(Ta-1,G1-2) were divided into three groups after operation in random:57 patients in group A received perfusion of 60 mL 10% brucea javanica oil,and 66 patients in group B received perfusion of 20 mg mitomycin while 55 patients in group C received perfusion of 120 mg BCG.Eighteen perfusions per patient were carried out regularly a week after operation.Patients were followed up for clinical,analytical and cystoscopic evaluations every 3 months for 2 years.The tumor relapse rates and side effects after treatment were evaluated.Results:The relapse rate was 14.04%(8/57),34.85%(23/66) and 18.18%(10/55) in group A,B and C respectively.The relapse rate in group A was obviously lower than that in group B(χ2 = 6.17,P < 0.05).Disease free interval in group A was significantly different from that in group B(F = 7.03,P < 0.05).Side effect in group A(12.28%) was observably lower than that in group B(43.94%) and group C(83.64%)(χ2AB = 15.72,P < 0.01;χ2AC = 55.34,P < 0.01).Conclusion:Perfusion of 10% brucea javanica oil after operation is safer and more effective in preventing superficial bladder tumour relapse and worth for popularizing.Fuli Wang Weijun Qin Geng Zhang Yuntao Zhang Heliang Liu Lijun Yang He Wang Jianlin Yuan 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,4:1

15PLX8394,a RAF inhibitor,inhibits enterovirus 71 replication by blocking RAF/MEK/ERK signaling显示文摘Enterovirus 71(EV71)poses a serious threat to human health,with scattered outbreaks worldwide.There are several vaccines against a few EV71 strains but no efficient drug for the treatment of EV71 infection.Therefore,it is urgent and of significance to develop anti-EV71 drugs.Here,we found that PLX8394,a RAF inhibitor,possesses high antiviral activity against EV71 in vitro,being superior to the traditional clinical drug ribavirin.Moreover,PLX8394 exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity against enteroviruses.Notably,in a suckling mouse model,PLX8394 provided a 70%protection rate for EV71-infected mice,reduced the viral load in liver and heart tissues,and relieved the inflammatory response.A mechanistic study showed that PLX8394 inhibited EV71 by suppressing the RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway.Thus,PLX8394 lays a foundation for the development of new drugs against EV71.Chengyuan Wu Guangyan Zhu Fang Qiu Fuli Ren Binbin Lin Dingyu Zhang Qingyu Yang Chaolin Huang 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,2:0

19M-X Ray of Ta Excited by Highly Charged Ar and Xe Ions显示文摘The X-ray spectra induced by the highly charged xenon and argon ions impinging on a tantalum surface are reported. The experiment was done at the ECR ion source of H1RFL. It is found that the yield of the tantalum M-X rays increases intensively as the projectile kinetic energy increasing. 20Fuzzy fault tree analysis of roller oscillating tooth gear drive显示文摘Conventional fault tree and reliability analysis do not reflect the characteristics of basic events as non stationary and ergodic process. To overcome these drawbacks, theory of fuzzy sets is employed to run fault tree analysis(FTA) of roller oscillating tooth gear drive(ROTGD), the relative frequencies of basic events are considered as symmetrical normal fuzzy numbers, from the logical relationship between different events in the fault tree and fuzzy operators AND and OR, fuzzy probability of top event is solved.
