16饲料中添加大豆黄素对初产母猪妊娠后期和哺乳期抗氧化指标和生产性能的影响显示文摘研究旨在探讨日粮中添加大豆黄素对初产母猪妊娠后期(从第85天开始)和哺乳期抗氧化指标和生产性能的影响。选择母猪(约克夏×长白)227头,待分娩后,对乳猪进行交叉培养,每头母猪哺乳乳猪10头。将母猪随机分为4组,妊娠85d后,对照组饲喂妊娠期或哺乳期的基础日粮(对照组),试验分别添加大豆黄酮15、30、45mg·kg-1。测定母猪的繁殖性能、断奶窝个体增重、血浆大豆黄素的浓度、乳成分以及母猪血浆和奶的抗氧化指标.包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。相比于大豆黄酮45mg·kg-1添加组,日粮添加大豆黄酮15、30mg·kg-1显著增加了仔猪日增重(线性,P=0.003)和断奶窝重(线性,P=0.01),分别增加约10%。在泌乳期第1和7天,乳蛋白率呈线性增加(P〈0.05);第7、14天,乳的脂肪含量呈线性增加(线性,P〈0.05),其他生产性能的衡量指标均不受大豆黄素的影响(P〉0.05)。母猪血浆中大豆黄素浓度呈线性升高(P〈0.0001)。在整个哺乳期添加大豆黄素,血浆SOD活性(P〈0.001)、总抗氧化能力(P〈0.05),过氧化氢酶(哺乳期第7~18天,P〈0.05)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(哺乳期第7天,P〈0.05)均线性提高,而血浆MDA含量降低(线性,P〈0.05)。母猪补充大豆黄素后乳中CAT和T-AOC活性没有受到影响(P〉0.05),哺乳期第18天的SOD活性(P〈0.001)和初乳中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P〈0.05)均提高。除第14天外,在哺乳期的各个阶段乳中的MDA含量均显著降低(线性,P〈0.05)。结果表明,在母猪妊娠后期和哺乳期日粮中添加大豆黄素能提高抗氧化指标,降低母猪的乳和血浆中MDA含量,改善乳成分,提高哺乳仔猪的生长性能。Hu Y J Gao K G Zheng C T Wu Z J Yang X F Wang L Ma X Y Zhou A G Jiang Z J 2015饲料博览2015,0,5:1
