| 1 | Self-microemulsifying drug delivery system for improving the bioavailability of huperzine A by lymphatic uptake显示文摘Huperzine A(Hup-A) is a poorly water-soluble drug with low oral bioavailability. A selfmicroemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS) was used to enhance the oral bioavailability and lymphatic uptake and transport of Hup-A. A single-pass intestinal perfusion(SPIP) technique and a chylomicron flow-blocking approach were used to study its intestinal absorption, mesenteric lymph node distribution and intestinal lymphatic uptake. The value of the area under the plasma concentration–time curve(AUC) of Hup-A SMEDDS was significantly higher than that of a Hup-A suspension(P <0.01).The absorption rate constant(K_a) and the apparent permeability coefficient(P_(app)) for Hup-A in different parts of the intestine suggested a passive transport mechanism, and the values of K_a and P_(app) of Hup-A SMEDDS in the ileum were much higher than those in other intestinal segments. The determination of Hup-A concentration in mesenteric lymph nodes can be used to explain the intestinal lymphatic absorption of Hup-A SMEDDS. For Hup-A SMEDDS, the values of AUC and maximum plasma concentration(C_(max)) of the blocking model were significantly lower than those of the control model(P<0.05). | 4 | Integrating a weighted-average method into the random walk framework to generate individual friend recommendations显示文摘Friend recommendation is a fundamental service in both social networks and practical applications,and is influenced by user behaviors such as interactions, interests, and activities. In this study, we first conduct in-depth investigations on factors that affect recommendation results. Next, we design Friend++, a hybrid multi-individual recommendation model that integrates a weighted average method(WAM) into the random walk(RW) framework by seamlessly employing social ties, behavior context, and personal information. In Friend++, the first plus signifies recommending a new friend through network features, while the second plus stands for using node features. To verify our method, we conduct experiments on three social datasets crawled from the Sina microblog system(Weibo). Experimental results show that the proposed method significantly outperforms six baseline methods in terms of recall, precision, F1-measure, and MAP. As a final step, we describe a case study that demonstrates the scalability and universality of our method. | 5 | Vapor deposition of aluminium oxide into N-rich mesoporous carbon framework as a reversible sulfur host for lithium-sulfur battery cathode显示文摘Restraining the shuttle effects of lithium polysulfides is the key to improve the cycling reversibility and stability of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries for which design of robust sulfur hosts has been regarded as the most effective strategy.In this work,we report a new type of hybrid sulfur host which is composed of Al_(2)O_(3) homogenously decorated in nitrogen-rich mesoporous carbon framework(NMC-Al_(2)O_(3)).The NMC-Al_(2)O_(3) hybrid host features a poly-dispersed spherical morphology and a mesoporous configuration with high surface area and large pore volume that can accommodate a high sulfur content up to 73.5 wt.%.As a result,the fabricated NMC-Al_(2)O_(3)-S cathode exhibits all-round improvements in electrochemical properties in term of capacities(1,212 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.2 C;755 mAh·g^(-1)at 2 C),cycling charge-discharge reversibility(sustainably 100%efficiencies)and stability(1,000 cycles with only 0.023%capacity decay per cycle at 0.5 C).By contrast,the Al_(2)O_(3)-free NMC-S cathode shows both decreased capacities and rapidly descending Coulombic efficiencies during cycling.Density functional theory(DFH')calculations further reveal that the implanted Al_(2)O_(3) can greatly enhance the chemical adsorption and catalytic conversion for various lithium polysulfides and thereby effectively prevent the polysulfide shuttling and significantly improve the utilizability,reversibility and stability of sulfur cathode. | Fei Sun Zhibin Qu Hua Wang Xiaoyan Liu Tong Pei Rui Han Jihui Gao Guangbo Zhao Yunfeng Lu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,1: | 3 |

On-line sensing plays an important role in controlling the quality of the final product in the LCM manufacturing environment. The long-period fiber grating (LPG)technology, a new real-time fiber optic sensor system, was developed to monitor the flow front progression. The sensor operation and characterization under various process conditions were discussed in detail. | 9 | Preoperative ultrasound combined with routine blood tests in predicting the malignant risk of pancreatic cystic neoplasms显示文摘Objective:Accurate preoperative identification of benign or malignant pancreatic cystic neoplasms(PCN)may help clinicians make better intervention choices and will be essential for individualized treatment.Methods:Preoperative ultrasound and laboratory examination findings,and demographic characteristics were collected from patients.Multiple logistic regression was used to identify independent risk factors associated with malignant PCN,which were then included in the nomogram and validated with an external cohort.The Net Reclassification Index(NRI)and Integrated Discrimination Improvement(IDI)were calculated to evaluate the improvement in the predictive power of the new model with respect to that of a combined imaging and tumor marker prediction model.Results:Malignant PCN were found in 83(40.7%)and 33(38.7%)of the model and validation cohorts,respectively.Multivariate analysis identified age,tumor location,imaging of tumor boundary,blood type,mean hemoglobin concentration,neutrophil-tolymphocyte ratio,carbohydrate antigen 19-9,and carcinoembryonic antigen as independent risk factors for malignant PCN.The calibration curve indicated that the predictions based on the nomogram were in excellent agreement with the actual observations.A nomogram score cutoff of 192.5 classified patients as having low vs.high risk of malignant PCN.The model achieved good C-statistics of 0.929(95%CI 0.890–0.968,P<0.05)and 0.951(95%CI 0.903–0.998,P<0.05)in predicting malignancy in the development and validation cohorts,respectively.NRI=0.268;IDI=0.271(P<0.001 for improvement).The DCA curve indicated that our model yielded greater clinical benefits than the comparator model.Conclusions:The nomogram showed excellent performance in predicting malignant PCN and may help surgeons select patients for detailed examination and surgery.The nomogram is freely available at http://gffzz301f03ad8b874f7es96xqxvcoxofk6cpq.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/DynNomapp/. | Xiuchao Wang Junjin Wang Xi Wei Lihui Zhao Bo Ni Zekun Li Chuntao Gao Song Gao Tiansuo Zhao Jian Wang Weidong Ma Xiao Hu Jihui Hao | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,10: | 1 |

| 11 | Attitude estimation method based on extended Kalman filter algorithm with 22 dimensional state vector for low-cost agricultural UAV显示文摘To overcome the shortcomings of traditional artificial spraying pesticides and make more efficient prevention of diseases and pests,a coaxial sixteen-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)with pesticide spraying system is designed.The coaxial sixteen-rotor UAV’s basic structure and attitude estimation method are explained.The whole system weights 25 kg,cruising speed can reach 15 m/s,and the flight time is more than 20 min.When the UAV takes large load,the traditional extended Kalman filter(EKF)attitude estimation method can not meet the work requirements under the condition of strong vibration,the attitude measure accuracy is poor and the attitude angle divergence is easily caused.Hence an attitude estimation method based on EKF algorithm with 22 dimensional state vector is proposed which can solve these problems.The UAV system consists of STM32F429 as controller,integrating following measure sensors:accelerometer and gyroscope MPU6000,magnetometer LSM303D,GPS NEO-M8N and barometer.The attitude unit quaternion,velocity,position,earth magnetic field,biases error of gyroscope,accelerometer and magnetometer are introduced as the inertial navigation systems(INS)state vector,while magnetometer,global positioning system(GPS)and barometer are introduced as observation vector,thus making the estimate of the navigation information more accurate.The control strategy of coaxial sixteen-rotor UAV is based on the control method of combining active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)and proportion integral derivative(PID)control.Actual flight data are used to verify the algorithm,and the static experiment shows that the precision of roll angle and pitch angle of the algorithm are±0.1°,the precision of yaw angle is±0.2°.The attitude angle output of MTi sensor is used as reference.The dynamic experiment shows that the accuracy of attitude estimated by EKF algorithm is quite similar to that of MTi’s output,moreover,the algorithm has good real-time performance which meets the need of high maneuverability of agricultural UAV. | 吴和龙 Pei Xinbiao Li Jihui Gao Huibin Bai Yue | 2020 | High Technology Letters2020,26,2: | 1 |
