| 2 | Formation and Accumulation of Hydrocarbons in the Central Uplift,Dongying Depression显示文摘A large number of crude oil and rock samples from various oil pools of the Central Uplift in Dongying Depression were investigated to reveal the origin and accumulation of hydrocarbons. The results showed that the composition and areal distribution of hydrocarbons vary with the location of the oil pools. An increasing trend of gammacerane/C30-hopane and steranes/hopanes but a decreasing trend of prystane/phytane (Pr/Ph) and 18(H)-/17(H)-trisnorhopane (Ts/Tm) ratios were observed from southwest to northeast. This indicates a variation of source rocks and hydrocarbon properties. An increasing trend of water salinity with much more input of algae-rich microorganisms in the deposition environment of the source rock was observed from southwest to northeast. However, the thermal maturity of the source rocks showed a decreasing trend in the same direction. Oil-to-oil and oil-to-source rock correlations showed that most oils were sourced from Es3 and Es4 members with a burial depth of more than 3,000-3,150 m and 2,700 m respectively. The oils in the Shinan and Ying 11 sand bodies, which were generally mixed with the Es4 sourced oils, came mostly from Es3 mudstones. It is quite significant that the Es4 derived oils migrated vertically for hundreds of meters and accumulated in an overlying lithologic pool of the Es3m, i.e., Ying 11 synclinal lithologic pool, which suggests that the mechanisms of migration and accumulation for subtle oil pools in the Dongying Depression are more complex than that of the previously expected. | Li Sumei Qiu Guiqiang Gao Yongjin Jiang Zhenxue | 2006 | Petroleum Science2006,3,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Historic changes in flux of matter and nutrient budgets in the Bohai Sea显示文摘Over the past four periods (1959-1960,1982-1983,1992-1993,and 1998-1999),the ecosystem of the Bohai Sea changed due to both a significant decrease of river water discharge from the Huanghe River and a reduction of precipitation. The shifts in nutrient chemistry could result in changes in the phytoplankton composition with an increased potential for non-diatom algal blooms. Simple box model was used to estimate the water-mass balance and nutrient budgets for the Bohai Sea. Water budgets indicate that the residual flow changed from out of the Bohai Sea before 1993,but became inflow to the Bohai Sea after then. The nutrient budgets developed indicate that the Bohai Sea was a sink for nutrients except for phosphate in 1959-1960 and 1982-1983 and for silicate in 1982-1983. Net water flow transports nutrients out of the Bohai Sea in 1959-1960,1982-1983 and 1992-1993,but into the sea in 1998-1999 due to climate changes,such as precipitation and subsequent freshwater discharge. The residual fluxes of nutrients are minor relative to atmospheric deposition and riverine inputs. Conversions of phosphate values to carbon by stoichiometric ratios were used to predict that the system was net heterotrophic before 1982-1983 and net autotrophic after then. | 12 | Liposome trade-off strategy in mitochondria-targeted NIR-cyanine: balancing blood circulation and cell retention for enhanced antitumor phototherapy in vivo显示文摘Cancer phototheranostics involving optical imaging-guided photodynamic therapy(PDT)and photothermal therapy(PTT)is a localized noninvasive approach in treating cancer.Mitochondria-targeted near-infrared(NIR)cyanines are excellent therapeutic photosensitizers of cancer.However,most mitochondria-targeted cyanines exist in the form of hydrophobic structures,which in vivo may cause cyanine aggregation during blood circulation,resulting in poor biocompatibility and limited therapeutic efficacy.Therefore,we developed a trade-off strategy by encapsulating mitochondria-targeted cyanines into liposomal bilayers(CyBI7-LPs),which balanced hydrophilicity that favored blood circulation and hydrophobicity that enhanced mitochondria tumor targeting.Moreover,CyBI7-LPs greatly minimized photobleaching of cyanine as self-generated reactive oxygen species(ROS)could rapidly escape from the liposomal bilayer,affording enhanced PTT/PDT efficacy.Bioorthogonal-mediated targeting strategy was further employed to improve uptake of tumor cells by modifying the liposomal surface to generate CyBI7-LPB.The CyBI7-LPB probe produced a tumor-to-background ratio(TBR)of approximately 6.4 at 24 HPI.Guiding by highly sensitive imaging resulted in excellent anti-tumor therapy outcomes using CyBI7-LPB due to the enhanced photothermal and photodynamic effects.This proposed liposomal nanoplatform exhibited a simple and robust approach as an imaging-guided synergistic anti-tumor therapeutic strategy. | Xianghan Zhang Sumei Zhao Zhiqing Gao Jialin Zhou Yuqiong Xia Jie Tian Changhong Shi Zhongliang Wang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,7: | 0 |
