1Polymer-based EMI shielding composites with 3D conductive networks:A mini-review显示文摘High-frequency electromagnetic waves and electronic products can bring great convenience to people’s life,but lead to a series of electromagnetic interference(EMI)problems,such as great potential dangers to the normal operation of elec-tronic components and human safety.Therefore,the research of EMI shield-ing materials has attracted extensive attention by the scholars.Among them,polymer-based EMI shielding materials with light weight,high specific strength,and stable properties have become the current mainstream.The construction of 3D conductive networks has proved to be an effective method for the prepara-tion of polymer-based EMI shielding materials with excellent shielding effective-ness(SE).In this paper,the shielding mechanism of polymer-based EMI shield-ing materials with 3D conductive networks is briefly introduced,with emphasis on the preparation methods and latest research progress of polymer-based EMI shielding materials with different 3D conductive networks.The key scientific and technical problems to be solved in the field of polymer-based EMI shielding materials are also put forward.Finally,the development trend and application prospects of polymer-based EMI shielding materials are prospected.Lei Wang Zhonglei Ma Yali Zhang Lixin Chen Dapeng Cao Junwei Gu 2021SusMat2021,1,3:22
2Influence of Weave Structures on the Tribological Properties of Hybrid Kevlar/PTFE Fabric Composites显示文摘The existing research of the woven fabric self-lubricating liner mainly focus on the tribological performance improvements and the service life raised by changing different fiber type combinations, adding additive modification, and performing fiber surface modification. As fabric composites, the weave structures play an important role in the mechanical and tribological performances of the liners. However, hardly any literature is available on the friction and wear behavior of such composites with different weave structures. In this paper, three weave structures (plain, twill 1/3 and satin 8/5) of hybrid Kevlar/PTFE fabric composites are selected and pin-on-flat linear reciprocating wear studies are done on a CETR tester under different pressures and different frequencies. The relationship between the tensile strength and the wear performance are studied. The morphologies of the worn surfaces under the typical test conditions are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The analysis results show that at 10 MPa, satin 8/5 performs the best in friction-reduction and antiwear performance, and plain is the worst. At 30 MPa, however, the antiwear performance is reversed and satin 8/5 does not even complete the 2 h wear test at 16 Hz. There is no clear evidence proving that the tensile strength has an influence on the wear performance. So the different tribological performance of the three weave structures of fabric composites may be attributed to the different PTFE proportions in the fabric surface and the different wear mechanisms. The fabric composites are divided into three regions: the lubrication region, the reinforced region and the bonding region. The major mechanisms are fatigue wear and the shear effects of the friction force in the lubrication region. In the reinforced region fiber-matrix de-bonding and fiber breakage are involved. 3Development of a CLDN18.2-targeting immuno-PET probe for non-invasive imaging in gastrointestinal tumors显示文摘Claudin18.2(CLDN18.2)is a tight junction protein that is overexpressed in a variety of solid tumors such as gastrointestinal cancer and oesophageal cancer.It has been identified as a promising target and a potential biomarker to diagnose tumor,evaluate efficacy,and determine patient prognosis.TST001 is a recombinant humanized CLDN18.2 antibody that selectively binds to the extracellular loop of human Claudin18.2.In this study,we constructed a solid target radionuclide zirconium-^(89)(^(89)Zr)labled-TST001 to detect the expression of in the human stomach cancer BGC823CLDN18.2 cell lines.The[^(89)Zr]Zr-desferrioxamine(DFO)-TST001 showed high radiochemical purity(RCP,>99%)and specific activity(24.15±1.34 GBq/mmol),and was stable in 5%human serum albumin,and phosphate buffer saline(>85%RCP at 96 h).The EC_(50) values of TST001 and DFO-TST001 were as high as 0.413±0.055 and 0.361±0.058 nM(P>0.05),respectively.The radiotracer had a significantly higher average standard uptake values in CLDN18.2-positive tumors than in CLDN18.2-negative tumors(1.11±0.02 vs.0.49±0.03,P=0.0016)2 days post injection(p.i.).BGC823CLDN18.2 mice models showed high tumor/muscle ratios 96 h p.i.with[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 was much higher than those of the other imaging groups.Immunohistochemistry results showed that BGC823CLDN18.2 tumors were highly positive(+++)for CLDN18.2,while those in the BGC823 group did not express CLDN18.2().The results of ex vivo biodistribution studies showed that there was a higher distribution in the BGC823CLDN18.2 tumor bearing mice(2.05±0.16%ID/g)than BGC823 mice(0.69±0.02%ID/g)and blocking group(0.72±0.02%ID/g).A dosimetry estimation study showed that the effective dose of[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 was 0.0705 mSv/MBq,which is within the range of acceptable doses for nuclear medicine research.Taken together,these results suggest that Good Manufacturing Practices produced by this immuno-positron emission tomography probe can detect CLDN18.2-overexpressing tumors.Yan Chen Xingguo Hou Dapeng Li Jin Ding Jiayue Liu Zilei Wang Fei Teng Hongjun Li Fan Zhang Yi Gu Steven Yu Xueming Qian Zhi Yang Hua Zhu 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,4:2
4Spatial distribution of planktonic ciliates in the western Pacifc Ocean: along the transect from Shenzhen (China) to Pohnpei (Micronesia)显示文摘Planktonic ciliates have been recognized as major consumers of nano-and picoplankton in pelagic ecosystems,playing pivotal roles in the transfer of matter and energy in the microbial loop.However,due to the difculties in identifcation,the species composition of ciliate assemblages,especially for the small,fragile,and naked species that usually dominate the ciliate communities in the oceanic waters,remains largely unknown.In the present study,22 stations along the transect from Shenzhen(China)to Pohnpei(Micronesia)were sampled for the enumeration of picoplankton and nanofagellates.In addition,pigment analysis of major phytoplankton groups along with the measurements of environmental variables including temperature,salinity,and nutrients were also carried out.Ciliates were identifed at species level using quantitative protargol stain to reveal the species composition and their distribution patterns from of-shore to open ocean.Ciliate abundance was positively correlated with phosphate,silicate,and pico-sized pigmented eukaryotes(PPEs),whereas the biomass was closely related with PPEs,heterotrophic nanofagellates,and chlorophytes.The combination of silicate and pigmented nanofagellates was identifed as the major factor driving the ciliate community composition.The close relationship between silicate and ciliate abundance and community structure needs further validation based on more data collected from oceanic waters.Our study showed the necessity of using techniques that can reveal the community composition at higher taxonomic resolutions in future studies on ciliates.Hungchia Huang Jinpeng Yang Shixiang Huang Bowei Gu Ying Wang Lei Wang Nianzhi Jiao Dapeng Xu 2021Marine Life Science & Technology2021,3,1:2
5Growth and feeding habits of invasive Pseudorasbora parva in the Chabalang Wetland(Lhasa,China) and its trophic impacts on native fish显示文摘In recent years, fish invasion has become one of the main reasons for the decline of native fish stocks. Pseudorasbora parva is considered one of the major invasive species worldwide. The present study investigated the fish resources of the Chabalang Wetland (Lhasa, Tibet) during diff erent seasons in 2009 and 2013. Four hundred and twelve individuals were subsampled to estimate age, growth, and feeding habit of P . parva . Furthermore, food relationships between P . parva and the native Schizothoracinae fish were also examined. The results revealed a significant shift in species composition and community structure characterized by the disappearance of native fish and outbreak of non-native fish. The percentage of nonnative P . parva in the fish collections significantly increased from 33.64% in 2009 to 64.08% in 2013. The standard length (SL) ranged from 22.00 to 78.71 mm, and their age was 1–5 a. The von Bertalanff y function was used to model the observed length-at-age data as L t =112.19(1–e^-0.1495 ( t +0.8012)) for females and as L t =123.12 (1–e^-0.1500 ( t +0.7132)) for males. The results indicated that P . parva in Tibet has lower growth and mortality rates compared with that from the native ranges. Ninety-seven prey taxa belonging to 9 prey categories were identified in the gut of 38 P . parva . P . parva can be considered a generalized and opportunistic predator, competing with the native fish, especially Schizothorax o’connori , Schizopygopsis younghusbandi younghusbandi , and Ptychobarbus dipogon , for Bacillariophyta and Chironomid larvae. 7A facile strategy of in-situ anchoring of Co_(3)O_(4) on N doped carbon cloth for an ultrahigh electrochemical performance显示文摘Enhancement of supercapacitors(SCs)with high-energy density and high-power density is still a great challenge.In this paper,a facile strategy for in situ anchoring of Co_(3)O_(4) particles on N doped carbon cloth(pCoNCC)is reported.Due to the interaction of the doped N and Co_(3)O_(4),the electrochemical performance improves significantly,reaching 1,940.13 mF·cm^(−2) at 1 mA·cm^(−2) and energy density of 172.46μWh·cm^(−2) at the power density of 400μW·cm^(−2),much larger than that without N doping electrode of 28.5 mF·cm^(−2).An aqueous symmetric supercapacitor(ASSC)assembled by two pCoNCC electrodes achieves a maximum energy density of 447.42μWh·cm^(−2) and a highest power density of 8,000μW·cm^(−2).Utilizing such a high-energy storage ASSC,a digital watch and a temperature-humidity detector are powered for nearly 1 and 2 h,respectively.Moreover,the ASSC displays a superb electrochemical stability of 87.7%retention after 10,000 cycles at 40 mA·cm^(−2).This work would provide a new sight to enhance active materials performance and be beneficial for the future energy storage and supply systems.Junlin Lu Jien Li Jing Wan Xiangyu Han Peiyuan Ji Shuang Luo Mingxin Gu Dapeng Wei Chenguo Hu 2021Nano Research2021,14,7:0
8Arbitrary amplitude femtosecond pulse shaping via a digital micromirror device显示文摘An ultrafast spectrum programmable femtosecond laser may enhance the performance of a wide variety of scientific applications,e.g.,multi-photon imaging.In this paper,we report a digital micromirror device(DMD)-based ultrafast pulse shaper,i.e.,DUPS,for femtosecond laser arbitrary amplitude shaping-the first time a programmable binary device reported to shape the amplitudes of ultrafast pulses spectrum at up to 32 kHz rate over a broad wavelength range.The DUPS is highly effcient,compact,and low cost based on the use of a DMD in combination with a transmission grating.Spatial and temporal dispersion introduced by the DUPS is compensated by a quasi-4-f setup and a grating pair,respectively.Femtosecond pulses with arbitrary spectrum shapes,including rectangular,sawtooth,triangular,double-pulse,and exponential profile,have been demonstrated in our experiments.A feedback operation process is implemented in the DUPS to ensure a robust and repeatable shaping process.The total effciency of the DUPS for amplitude shaping is measured to be 27%.Chenglin Gu Dapeng Zhang Yina Chang Shih-Chi Chen 2019Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2019,,1:0
