1Electrodeposition of Ni-W Amorphous Alloy and Ni-W-SiC Composite Deposits显示文摘Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits are electroplated on the metals when an appropriate complex agent is selected on the base of the theories of electrochemistry and complex chemistry, and the principle of induced codeposition. Effects of the bath composition, pH value, temperature and current density on the electrode position of Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits have been investigated, and the effect of heat treatment temperature on the hardness, structure and cohesive force of the amorphous Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits are also discussed. Results showed that the alloys containing more than 44 wt pct W content and the composite deposits containing 7.8 wt pct SiC content could be obtained by making use of the appropriate bath composition and plating conditions. Alloys and their composite deposits with over 44 wt pct W content show amorphous structure. The hardness of amorphous Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits increases obviously when heated, and can reach to 1350 HV and 1520 HV respectively for 46 wt pct W content. 3Suppression of ETI by PTI priming to balance plant growth and defense through an MPK3/MPK6-WRKYs-PP2Cs module显示文摘Pattern-triggered immunity(PTI)and effector-triggered immunity(ETI)are required for host defense against pathogens.Although PTI and ETI are intimately connected,the underlying molecular mechanisms remain elusive.In this study,we demonstrate that flg22 priming attenuates Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato DC3000(Pst)AvrRpt2-induced hypersensitive cell death,resistance,and biomass reduction in Arabidopsis.Mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs)are key signaling regulators of PTI and ETI.The absence of MPK3 and MPK6 significantly reduces pre-PTI-mediated ETI suppression(PES).We found that MPK3/MPK6 interact with and phosphorylate the downstream transcription factor WRKY18,which regulates the expression of AP2C1 and PP2C5,two genes encoding protein phosphatases.Furthermore,we observed that the PTI-suppressed ETI-triggered cell death,MAPK activation,and growth retardation are significantly attenuated in wrky18/40/60 and ap2c1 pp2c5 mutants.Taken together,our results suggest that the MPK3/MPK6-WRKYs-PP2Cs module underlies PES and is essential for the maintenance of plant fitness during ETI.Dacheng Wang Lirong Wei Ting Liu Jinbiao Ma Keyi Huang Huimin Guo Yufen Huang Lei Zhang Jing Zhao Kenichi Tsuda Yiming Wang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,5:1

64-6 Measurement of the Ratio of C3+ and O4+ Ions Produced by ECR Source to Prepare a Laser Cooling Experiment at Storage Rings显示文摘The cooling of heavy ions can provide high-quality beams that are especially important for high-precisionexperimental nuclear and atomic physics. The laser cooling of relativistic C3+ ion beams at the experimental coolerstorage ring (CSRe) is being currently prepared at Institute of Modern Physics (IMP) in Lanzhou. An electroncyclotron resonance ion source (ECRIS) will be used to produce C3+ ion beams. Meanwhile, O4+ ions could alsobe produced due to residual gas because of the same mass-to-charge ratio. Therefore, both C3+ and O4+ ion beamswill be injected and circulate in a storage ring during the laser cooling experiment at the same time. 7Study on Vegetation Characteristics & Soil Properties of Secondary Grassland in Farmland Areas Abandoned for Different Years in Minqin Oasis显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the vegetation community characteristics and soil properties of secondary grassland in abandoned farmland areas of different years in Minqin Oasis. [Methods] By the method of space-for-time substitution, the changes of vegetation community characteristics(species composition, structural characteristics and important values) and soil microbial and enzyme activity were determined, and the correlation between various soil factors was analyzed. [Results](1) There were 39 species belonging to 32 genera of 15 families in the research area, including 8 shrub plants, 15 perennial herbs and 16 annual herbs.(2) Soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus contents were higher in the upper layer than in the lower layer, and the phenomenon of “surface aggregation” was obvious. The differences were different with the change of abandoned years.(3) Soil catalase content was the highest among different plots, and soil phosphatase, sucrase and urease all showed a trend of fluctuating decline with the increase in abandoned years. Soil enzyme changes were different in different soil layers. 8Nd:YAG Laser for Laser Ion Source显示文摘A laser ion source (LIS) has several advantages over the conventional ion implanters. For example, LIS can produce up to two orders of magnitude higher current densities, higher charges, and very good pulsed beam. And modern lasers can ionize any solid material. Another advantage is the greater ease of biasing the ion source to positive high voltage, which is important for moving substrates. For these reason, we have custom-tailored a Nd :YAG laser with Q switch (Fig. 1). 9The effect of applied potential on stress corrosion cracking of X80 pipeline steel in acidic soil containing sulfate-reducing bacteria显示文摘Electrochemical experiments,slow strain rate tensile testing(SSRT),and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the effect of various applied potentials on the stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of X80 pipeline steel in acidic soil containing sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB).The results demonstrated that when the anodic potential was applied,X80 steel exhibited sensitivity to SCC,which was attributed to anodic dissolution.The SCC sensitivity initially decreased,but then increased with a negative shift in the applied potential.At-1200 mV,SCC was the most sensitive,which corresponded to the substantial cathodic polarisation and toxic impact of SRB,which increased the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.At-850 mV,the SCC sensitivity was the lowest because cathodic polarisation suppressed anodic dissolution.The experimental results can contribute to the prevention and management of SCC in operational pipelines.HE JianYu XIE Fei ZHAO Yang GUO DaCheng WANG Dan LI JunChi 2023Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,10:0
10Olefin-linked covalent organic frameworks with twisted tertiary amine knots for enhanced ultraviolet detection显示文摘Though Olefin-linked covalent organic frameworks(oCOFs)possess excellentπ-electron delocalization,the barely reversible olefin linkage brings challenges for oCOFs’synthesis and functionalization.Here,we synthesize new oCOFs with tertiary amine knots which have twisted configuration and electron-donating nature.Investigation into the structural variation and photoelectric performance shows that the twisted configuration of oCOF-TFPA could favor to the intramolecular charge transfer process and reduce the pos-sibility of aggregation-caused quenching.Photoelectrical measurements and electric band structure cal-culation both verify the superiority of this oCOFs’structure in photoelectric sensing.Qianying Guo Hongyan Ji Lei Yang Daizong Ji Zhaolin Ai Shi Luo Jiatao Sun Yunqi Liu Dacheng Wei 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,5:0
