2Tunable Schottky barrier width and enormously enhanced photoresponsivity in Sb doped SnS2 monolayer显示文摘Doping, which is the intentional introducti on of impurities into a material, can improve the metal-semiconductor interface by reducing Schottky barrier width. Here, we prese nt high-quality two-dime nsional SnS2 nano sheets with well-controlled Sb dopi ng concen tration via direct vapor growth approach and following micromechanical cleavage process. X-ray photoelectro n spectroscopy (XPS) measureme nt dem on strates that Sb contents of the doped samples are approximately 0.22%, 0.34% and 1.21%, respectively, and doping in duces the upward shift of the Fermi level with respect to the pristi ne SnS2. Tran smissio n electro n microscopy (TEM) characterizatio n exhibits that Sb-doped SnS2 nano sheets have a high-quality hexagonal symmetry structure and Sb element is uniformly distributed in the nano sheets. The phototra nsistors based on the Sb-doped SnS2 mono layers show n-type behavior with high mobility which is one order of magn itude higher than that of pristi ne SnS2 phototra nsistors. The photorespo nsivity and exter nal quantum efficiency (EQE) of Sb-S nS2 mono layers phototra nsistors are approximately three orders of magnitude higher than that of pristine SnS2 phototransistor. 3High-performance asymmetric electrodes photodiode based on Sb/WSe2 heterostructure显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdWs) metal-semiconductor heterostructures with atomically sharp interface and matched work functions have recently attracted great attention due to their unique electronic and optoelectronic properties. Here we report the vapor phase epitaxial growth of large-scale vertical Sb/WSe2 metal-semiconductor vdWs heterostructures with uniform stacking orientation. Compared with the growth on S1O2/S1 substrate, the thick ness of Sb nan osheet on WSe2 can be reduced effectively to mono layer. We con struct Sb-WSe2-Au asymmetric electrodes photodiode based on the Sb/WSe2 heterostructures. Electrical transport measurements indicate that the photodiode show obvious rectifying effect. Optoelectronic characterizations show prominent photoresponse with a high photoresposivity of 364 mA/W, a fast response time of less than 8 ms, a large open-circuit voltage of 0.27 V and a maximum electrical power output of 0.11 nW. 413.4 fs,0.1 Hz OPCPA Front End for the 100 PW-Class Laser Facility显示文摘Here,we report the recent progress on the front end developed for the 100 PW-class laser facility.Using 3 stages of optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification(OPCPA)based on lithium triborate(LBO)crystals,we realized a 5.26 J/0.1 Hz amplified output with a bandwidth over 200 nm near the center wavelength of 925 nm.After the compressor,we obtained a pulse duration of 13.4 fs.As the compression efficiency reached 67%,this OPCPA front end could potentially support a peak power of 263 TW at a repetition rate of 0.1 Hz.To the best of our knowledge,among all the 100 TW-level OPCPA systems,it shows the widest spectral width,the shortest pulse duration,and it is also the first OPCPA system working at a repetition-rate mode.Xinliang Wang Xingyan Liu Xiaoming Lu Junchi Chen Yingbin Long Wenkai Li Haidong Chen Xun Chen Peile Bai Yanyan Li Yujie Peng Yanqi Liu Fenxiang Wu Cheng Wang Zhaoyang Li Yi Xu Xiaoyan Liang Yuxin Leng Ruxin Li 2022Ultrafast Science2022,,3:1
5Increased winter-spring precipitation from the last glaciation to the Holocene inferred from a δ^(13)C_(org) record from Yili Basin(Xinjiang, NW China)显示文摘The nature and dynamics of climate change in central Asia since the late Pleistocene are controversial. Moreover,most of the published studies focus mainly on the evolution of moisture conditions, and there have been few attempts to address changes in seasonality. In this study, records of δ^(13)C_(org), TOC, TN, C/N and grain size were obtained from lacustrine sediments at Yili Basin, Xinjiang, NW China. Our aim was to reconstruct the trend in seasonality of precipitation from the last glaciation to the Holocene. The organic matter content of the sediments is derived predominantly from terrestrial plants. The δ^(13)C_(org)values vary from-19.4‰ to-24.8‰, indicating that the vegetation was dominated by C_3 plants. Winter-spring precipitation is identified as the factor determining the relative proportions of C_3 and C_4 plants in the region. A negative trend in δ^(13)C_(org)corresponding to an increase in the relative abundance of C_3 plants indicate a trend of increasing winter-spring precipitation from the last glaciation to the Holocene. 8A novel in vitro prognostic model of bladder cancer based on urine-derived living tumor cells显示文摘Bladder cancer(BLCA)remains a difficult malignancy to manage because of its high recurrence,intense follow-up,and invasive diagnostic and treatment techniques.Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have forged a new direction for the treatment of BLCA,but it is currently challenging to predict whether an individual patient will be sensitive to ICIs.We collected 43 urine/tumor samples from BLCA patients for primary bladder cancer cells(BCCs)culturing using our previously reported BCC culture platform.We used flow cytometry(FCM)to measure the expression levels of Programmed Death-Ligand 1(PD-L1)on BCCs before and after interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)treatment and found that PD-L1 expression and the sensitivities to IFN-γvaried among patients.RNA-sequencing,western blotting,and programmed death-1(PD-1)binding assays confirmed that the BCC FCM-based PD-L1 detection platform(BC-PD-L1)was reliable and was not hindered by the glycosylation of PD-L1.In the subsequent retrospective study,we found that IFN-γ-stimulated PD-L1(sPD-L1)expression on BCCs detected by BC-PD-L1 could predict the prognosis of BLCA patients.Importantly,the prognostic value was similar or even better in urine-derived BC-PD-L1(UBC-PD-L1).Transcriptome analysis showed that BCCs with high sPD-L1 tended to enrich genes associated with the collagen-containing extracellular matrix,cell–cell adhesion,and positive regulation of the immune system.In addition,the UBC-PD-L1 also exhibited predictive value for ICI response in BLCA patients.In conclusion,as a novel personalized urine-detection method,UBC-PD-L1 may provide a rapid,accurate,and non-invasive tool for monitoring tumor progression,predicting therapeutic responses,and helping improve BLCA clinical treatment in future.Jiaqi Wang Jiying Zhu Junchi Hu Ziruoyu Wang Xiaobo Wang Jianbo Pan Yiwei Chu Zengxia Li Wei Jiang Chunmin Liang Jun Hou Jianming Guo Yongjun Dang Shuai Jiang 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,6:0
9The effect of applied potential on stress corrosion cracking of X80 pipeline steel in acidic soil containing sulfate-reducing bacteria显示文摘Electrochemical experiments,slow strain rate tensile testing(SSRT),and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the effect of various applied potentials on the stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of X80 pipeline steel in acidic soil containing sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB).The results demonstrated that when the anodic potential was applied,X80 steel exhibited sensitivity to SCC,which was attributed to anodic dissolution.The SCC sensitivity initially decreased,but then increased with a negative shift in the applied potential.At-1200 mV,SCC was the most sensitive,which corresponded to the substantial cathodic polarisation and toxic impact of SRB,which increased the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.At-850 mV,the SCC sensitivity was the lowest because cathodic polarisation suppressed anodic dissolution.The experimental results can contribute to the prevention and management of SCC in operational pipelines.HE JianYu XIE Fei ZHAO Yang GUO DaCheng WANG Dan LI JunChi 2023Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,10:0
