| 1 | Corrected empirical likelihood for a class of generalized linear measurement error models显示文摘Generalized linear measurement error models, such as Gaussian regression, Poisson regression and logistic regression, are considered. To eliminate the effects of measurement error on parameter estimation, a corrected empirical likelihood method is proposed to make statistical inference for a class of generalized linear measurement error models based on the moment identities of the corrected score function. The asymptotic distribution of the empirical log-likelihood ratio for the regression parameter is proved to be a Chi-squared distribution under some regularity conditions. The corresponding maximum empirical likelihood estimator of the regression parameter π is derived, and the asymptotic normality is shown. Furthermore, we consider the construction of the confidence intervals for one component of the regression parameter by using the partial profile empirical likelihood. Simulation studies are conducted to assess the finite sample performance. | 2 | Mesoporous silica decorated with platinum nanoparticles for drug delivery and synergistic electrodynamic-chemotherapy显示文摘Electrodynamic therapy(EDT)is a conceptually new cancer treatment approach recently proposed by our group.During EDT,the electro-driven catalytic reaction would occur on the surface of platinum nanoparticles(PtNPs)to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS)under the direct current(DC)or square-wave alternating current(AC)electric field.To further extend the potential of EDT,we hereby designed mesoporous silica-based nanocomposites decorated with PtNPs and loaded with anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX)for synergistic electrodynamic-chemotherapy.Such silica-based nanocomposites could enable homogenous killing of large-sized tumors(over 500 mm^3)and realize remarkable tumor destruction efficacy at a relatively low quantity of electricity.To our best knowledge,this is the first study to combine EDT and chemotherapy to develop a synergetic nanoplatform,openning a new dimension for the design of other EDT-based anticancer strategies. | Tongxu Gu Tong Chen Liang Cheng Xiang Li Gaorong Han Zhuang Liu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,8: | 4 |

| 5 | An effective artificial layer boosting high-performance all-solid-state lithium batteries with high coulombic efficiency显示文摘All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)employ high-capacity lithium(Li)metal as the anode and exhibit a higher energy density than that of conventional Li-ion batteries.However,the problems arose from the Li dendrites induce severely parasitic reaction between Li and electrolytes,leading to low coulombic efficiency(CE)and poor cyclic stability.Herein,a poly(vinylidene-co-hexafluoropropylene)/lithium nitrate(PVDF-HFP/LiNO_(3),marked as PFH/LN)artificial layer is employed to modified Li and achieve high CE ASSLBs with polyethylene oxide-Li_(6.4) La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(PEO-LLZTO)electrolyte.LN serves as a functionalized additive to facilitate the formation of a robust solid electrolyte interface(SEI),effi-ciently suppressing the formation of Li dendrites.Additionally,LN as a“binder”effectively links PFH with Li,providing good contact.PFH possesses high mechanical strength and moderate flexibility,which can not only physically inhibit the growth of Li dendrites,but also maintain the structural integrity of arti-ficial layer over long-term cycles.Finally,Li/Li cells with such artificial layer demonstrate ultralong cycle life of 1800 and 1000 h under 0.2 and 0.4 mA cm^(-1),respectively.Furtherly,high CE can be achieved when applied in both LiFePO 4 full cells and Li-Cu half cells.This work offers a facile and efficient strategy to greatly promote CE in PEO-based ASSLBs. | Jianli Wang Zhao Zhang Hangjun Ying Shunlong Zhang Hui Tan Gaorong Han Wei-Qiang Han | 2022 | Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2: | 1 |

| 20 | Platinum-copper alloy nanoparticles armored with chloride ion transporter to promote electro-driven tumor inhibition显示文摘The induction of oxidative species,driven by oscillating electric field(E),has recently emerged as an effective approach for tumor inhibition,so-called electrodynamic therapy(EDT).While it offers a series of advantages attracting considerable attention,the fundamental mechanism and improvement strategies for EDT approach are being endeavored extensively with the aid of new material explorations.An interesting phenomenon observed in early studies is that the on-site concentration of chloride ion is highly favored for the induction of oxidative species and the efficacy of tumor inhibition.Following this discovery ignored previously,here for the first time,fine Pt/Cu alloy nanoparticles(PtCu_(3) NPs)are integrated with chloride ion transporter(CIT)for EDT-based combinational therapy.In this system,while PtCu_(3) NPs induce oxidative species under an electric field,it also effectively transforms endogenous H_(2)O_(2) into·OH and consumes intracellular glutathione(GSH).More importantly,with the aid of CIT,PtCu_(3)-PEG@CIT NPs promote the intracellular concentration of chloride ion(Cl^(-))by transporting extracellular Cl^(-),facilitating the generation of oxidative species considerably.Meanwhile,CIT delivered intracellularly increases lysosomal pH,leading to the disruption of cellular autophagy and weakening the treatment resistance.In consequence,significant tumor inhibition is enabled both in vitro and in vivo,due to the combination of unique characteristics offered by PtCu_(3)-PEG@CIT. | Tong Chen Gaorong Han Xiang Li | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,6: | 1 |
