| 1 | Use of two-stage dough mixing process in improving water distribution of dough and qualities of bread made from wheat–potato flour显示文摘The two-stage dough mixing process was innovated to improve the qualities of bread made from potato flour(PF) and wheat flour at a ratio of 1:1(w/w). The final dough was first prepared from wheat flour before being added with PF. The effects of the method on enhancing the dough qualities were verified, and the distribution of water in gluten-gelatinized starch matrix of the doughs was investigated. We observed that the bread qualities were improved, as reflected by the increase of specific volume from 2.26 to 2.96 m L g^–1 and the decrease of crumb hardness from 417.93 to 255.57 g. The results from rheofermentometric measurements showed that the dough mixed using the developed mixing method had higher maximum dough height value, time of dough porosity appearance, and gas retention coefficient, as well as enhanced gluten matrix formation compared to that mixed by the traditional mixing method. The results from low-field nuclear magnetic resonance confirmed that the competitive water absorption between gluten and gelatinized starch could restrict the formation of gluten network in the dough mixed using the traditional mixing process. | 5 | B2SMatcher:fine-Grained version identification of open-Source software in binary files显示文摘Codes of Open Source Software(OSS)are widely reused during software development nowadays.However,reusing some specific versions of OSS introduces 1-day vulnerabilities of which details are publicly available,which may be exploited and lead to serious security issues.Existing state-of-the-art OSS reuse detection work can not identify the specific versions of reused OSS well.The features they selected are not distinguishable enough for version detection and the matching scores are only based on similarity.This paper presents B2SMatcher,a fine-grained version identification tool for OSS in commercial off-the-shelf(COTS)software.We first discuss five kinds of version-sensitive code features that are trackable in both binary and source code.We categorize these features into program-level features and function-level features and propose a two-stage version identification approach based on the two levels of code features.B2SMatcher also identifies different types of OSS version reuse based on matching scores and matched feature instances.In order to extract source code features as accurately as possible,B2SMatcher innovatively uses machine learning methods to obtain the source files involved in the compilation and uses function abstraction and normalization methods to eliminate the comparison costs on redundant functions across versions.We have evaluated B2SMatcher using 6351 candidate OSS versions and 585 binaries.The result shows that B2SMatcher achieves a high precision up to 89.2%and outperforms state-of-the-art tools.Finally,we show how B2SMatcher can be used to evaluate real-world software and find some security risks in practice. | Gu Ban Lili Xu Yang Xiao Xinhua Li Zimu Yuan Wei Huo | 2021 | Cybersecurity2021,4,1: | 1 |

| 8 | Does robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy enable to obtain adequate oncological and functional outcomes during the learning curve?From the Korean experience显示文摘To estimate the short-term results of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(RALRP)during the learning curve,in terms of surgical,oncological and functional outcomes,we conducted a prospective survey on RALRP.From July 2007,a single surgeon performed 63 robotic prostatectomies using the same operative technique.Perioperative data,including pathological and early functional results of the patient,were collected prospectively and analyzed.Along with the accumulation of the cases,the total operative time,setup time,console time and blood loss were significantly decreased.No major complication was present in any patient.Transfusion was needed in six patients;all of them were within the initial 15 cases.The positive surgical margin rate was 9.8%(5/51)in pT2 disease.The most frequent location of positive margin in this stage was the lateral aspect(60%),but in pT3 disease multiple margins were the most frequent(41.7%).Overall,53(84.1%)patients had totally continent status and the median time to continence was 6.56 weeks.Among 17 patients who maintained preoperative sexual activity(Sexual Health Inventory for Men≥17),stage below pT2,followed up for>6 months with minimally one side of neurovascular bundle preservation procedure,12(70.6%)were capable of intercourse postoperatively,and the mean time for sexual intercourse after operation was 5.7 months.In this series,robotic prostatectomy was a feasible and reproducible technique,with a short learning curve and low perioperative complication rate.Even during the initial phase of the learning curve,satisfactory results were obtained with regard to functional and oncological outcome. | Young Hwii Ko Jeong Hyeon Ban Seok Ho Kang Hong Seok Park Jeong Gu Lee Duck Ki Yoon Je Jong Kim Jun Cheon Vipul RPatel | 2009 | Asian Journal of Andrology2009,11,2: | 0 |

Human tumor necrosis factor-α (hTNF-α) possesses cross-species activity and directly amplifies the immune rejection via the upregulation of adhesion molecules on porcine endothelium. We investigated the role of protein tyrosine phosphorylation in the induction of expression of E-selectin and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), and the augmentation of adhesion of human peripheral blood monocytes (PBMo) and natural killer cells (PBNK), after rhTNF-α-stimulation of porcine aortic endo-thelial cells (PAEC) in vitro. rhTNF-α-increased adhesiveness of PAEC for both PBMo and PBNK was dose-dependently reduced by pretreatment of PAEC with the selective protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitor genistein. The inhibitory effect occurred at the early time of PAEC activation triggered by rhTNF-α, and was completely reversible.
