| 1 | Distribution and speciation of mercury in the Hongfeng Reservoir,Guizhou Province, China显示文摘The water, pore water, sediment, and fish samples were collected from the Hongfeng Reservoir in No- vember 2003 and February 2004 in accordance with trace metal protocols. The average concentrations of total mer- cury (THg), dissolved mercury (DHg), reactive mercury, dissolved gaseous mercury, total methylmercury, and dis- solved methylmercury in the water columns were 8.00, 5.70, 0.63, 0.05, 0.16, and 0.07 ng/L, respectively. THg and DHg in the water columns, THg in pore water and THg in lake sediments of the Hongfeng Reservoir showed the level of mercury in the Hongfeng Reservoir was higher than in other natural waters in the world due to the loading of a lot of waste water with relatively high concentrations of mercury, whereas methylmercury concentrations in fish (wet weight) varied from 1.73–51.00 ng/g, much lower than in most remote lakes and reservoirs reported in northern Europe and North America. Methylmercury distributions in pore water and sediments showed methylation oc- curred mainly in the upper several centimeters of sediment cores in the Hongfeng Reservoir. The concentrations of dissolved organic carbon, total suspended particles, total Hg, and methylmercury were higher at Houwu than those at Daba in November 2003. | 7 | Regulating nitrogen vacancies within graphitic carbon nitride to boost photocatalytic hydrogen peroxide production显示文摘Introducing nitrogen vacancies is an effective method to improve the catalytic performance of g-C_(3)N_(4)-based photocatalysts,whereas understanding how nitrogen vacancies types affect the catalytic performance remains unclear.Herein,two different types of nitrogen vacancies were successfully introduced into g-C_(3)N_(4)by pyrolysis of melamine under argon and ammonia atmosphere with subsequent HNO3 oxidation.The pyrolysis atmosphere is found to have a significant influence on the introduced nitrogen vacancies type,where tertiary nitrogen groups(N_(3)C)and sp2-hybridized nitrogen atoms(N_(2)C)were the preferred sites for the formation of nitrogen vacancies under ammonia and argon pyrolysis,respectively.Moreover,nitrogen vacancies from N3C are experimentally and theoretically demonstrated to facilitate the narrowed band gap and the improved oxygen absorption capability.As expected,the optimal catalyst exhibits high H_(2)O_(2)yield of 451.8µM,which is 3.8 times higher than the pristine g-C_(3)N_(4)(119.0µM)after 4 h and good stability after10 photocatalytic runs. | Yanlin Zhu Xuetao Liu Heng Liu Guangling He Jiamin Xiao Haijiao Xie Yanyan Sun Lei Han | 2022 | SusMat2022,2,5: | 0 |
| 8 | ABI5 promotes heat stress-induced chlorophyll degradation by modulating the stability of MYB44 in cucumber显示文摘The yellowing of leaves caused by the decomposition of chlorophyll(Chl)is a characteristic event during senescence,which can be induced by various environmental stresses.However,the molecular mechanisms of high temperature-induced Chl degradation in horticultural plants remain poorly understood.Here,we found that heat stress induced Chl degradation and the expression of ABI5 and MYB44 in cucumber.Silencing of ABI5 compromised heat stress-induced Chl degradation,and the transcription of pheophytinase(PPH)and pheophorbide a oxygenase(PAO),two key genes in Chl catabolic pathway,but silencing of MYB44 exhibited the opposite results.Furthermore,ABI5 interacted with MYB44 in vitro and in vivo.ABI5 positively regulated heat stress-induced Chl degradation through two pathways.ABI5 directly bound to PPH and PAO promoters to promote their expression,leading to accelerating Chl degradation.On the other hand,the interaction between ABI5 and MYB44 reduced the binding of MYB44 to PPH and PAO promoters and led to the ubiquitination-depended protein degradation of MYB44,thereby alleviating the transcription inhibitory effect of MYB44 on PPH and PAO.Taken together,our findings propose a new regulatory network for ABI5 in regulating heat stress-induced Chl degradation. | Weikang Liu Guangling Chen Mingming He Jianqiang Wu Wenxu Wen Qinsheng Gu Shirong Guo Yu Wang Jin Sun | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,6: | 0 |
| 9 | A New Prediction System Based on Self-Growth Belief Rule Base with Interpretability Constraints显示文摘Prediction systems are an important aspect of intelligent decisions.In engineering practice,the complex system structure and the external environment cause many uncertain factors in the model,which influence the modeling accuracy of the model.The belief rule base(BRB)can implement nonlinear modeling and express a variety of uncertain information,including fuzziness,ignorance,randomness,etc.However,the BRB system also has two main problems:Firstly,modeling methods based on expert knowledge make it difficult to guarantee the model’s accuracy.Secondly,interpretability is not considered in the optimization process of current research,resulting in the destruction of the interpretability of BRB.To balance the accuracy and interpretability of the model,a self-growth belief rule basewith interpretability constraints(SBRB-I)is proposed.The reasoning process of the SBRB-I model is based on the evidence reasoning(ER)approach.Moreover,the self-growth learning strategy ensures effective cooperation between the datadriven model and the expert system.A case study showed that the accuracy and interpretability of the model could be guaranteed.The SBRB-I model has good application prospects in prediction systems. | Yingmei Li Peng Han Wei He Guangling Zhang Hongwei Wei Boying Zhao | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,5: | 0 |
