2NEW NONSTANDARD JOB SHOP SCHEDULING ALGORITHM显示文摘Considering the complex constraint between operations in nonstandard job shop scheduling problem (NJSSP), critical path of job manufacturing tree is determined according to priority scheduling function constructed. Operations are divided into dependent operations and independent operations with the idea of subsection, and corresponding scheduling strategy is put forward according to operation characteristic in the segment and the complementarities of identical function machines. Forward greedy rule is adopted mainly for dependent operations to make operations arranged in the right position of machine selected, then each operation can be processed as early as possible, and the total processing time of job can be shortened as much as possible. For independent operations optimum scheduling rule is adopted mainly, the inserting position of operations will be determined according to the gap that the processing time of operations is subtracted from idle time of machine, and the operation will be inserted in the position with minimal gap. 3Estimation and inter-comparison of dust aerosols based on MODIS, MISR and AERONET retrievals over Asian desert regions显示文摘This study presents detailed analysis of spatiotemporal variations and trend of dust optical properties i.e., Aerosol Optical Depth(AOD) and Angstrom component over Asian desert regions using thirteen years of data(i.e., 2001–2013) retrieved from Aerosol Robotic Network(AERONET), Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) and Multi-angle Imaging Spectroradiometer(MISR). These regions include Solar Village, Dunhuang and Dalangzadgad and are considered as origin of desert aerosols in Asia. Mann–Kendall trend test was used to show the trend of AOD. The relationship of AOD with weather parameters and general AOD trend over different wavelengths has also been shown. AOD's trend has been observed significant throughout the year in Solar Village, while in Dunhuang and Dalanzadgad the significant trend has been found only in peak period(March–June).Analysis show high values of AOD and low values of angstrom in Solar Village during peak period. In Chinese desert regions, high values of AOD have been found during peak period and low values in pre-peak period. 4Microwave diagnostics of magnetic field strengths in solar flaring loops显示文摘We have performed microwave diagnostics of the magnetic field strengths in solar flaring loops based on the theory of gyrosynchrotron emission.From Nobeyama Radioheliograph observations of three flare events at 17 and 34 GHz,we obtained the degree of circular polarization and the spectral index of microwave flux density,which were then used to map the magnetic field strengths in post-flare loops.Our results show that the magnetic field strength typically decreases from ~800 G near the loop footpoints to~100 G at a height of 10-25 Mm.Comparison of our results with magnetic field modeling using a flux rope insertion method is also discussed.Our study demonstrates the potential of microwave imaging observations,even at only two frequencies,in diagnosing the coronal magnetic field of flaring regions.ZHU Rui TAN BaoLin SU YingNa TIAN Hui XU Yu CHEN XingYao SONG YongLiang TAN GuangYu 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,1:3
5Polyamine oxidase 3 is involved in salt tolerance at the germination stage in rice显示文摘Soil salinity inhibits seed germination and reduces seedling survival rate,resulting in significant yield reductions in crops.Here,we report the identification of a polyamine oxidase,OsPAO3,conferring salt tolerance at the germination stage in rice(Oryza sativa L.),through map-based cloning approach.OsPAO3 is up-regulated under salt stress at the germination stage and highly expressed in various organs.Overexpression of OsPAO3 increases activity of polyamine oxidases,enhancing the polyamine content in seed coleoptiles.Increased polyamine may lead to the enhance of the activity of ROS-scavenging enzymes to eliminate over-accumulated H;O;and to reduce Na;content in seed coleoptiles to maintain ion homeostasis and weaken Na;damage.These changes resulted in stronger salt tolerance at the germination stage in rice.Our findings not only provide a unique gene for breeding new salt-tolerant rice cultivars but also help to elucidate the mechanism of salt tolerance in rice.Guangyu Liu Wanxia Jiang Lei Tian Yongcai Fu Lubin Tan Zuofeng Zhu Chuanqing Sun Fengxia Liu 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5:2
6Satellite-derived primary productivity and its spatial and temporal variability in the China seas显示文摘The spatial and temporal variability of primary productivity in the China seas from 2003 to 2005 was estimated using a size-fractionated primary productivity model. Primary productivity estimated from satellite-derived data showed spatial and temporal variability. Annual averaged primary productivity levels were 564.39, 363.08, 536.47, 413.88, 195.77, and 100.09 gCm-2a-1 in the Bohai Sea, northern Yellow Sea (YS), southern YS, northern East China Sea (ECS), southern ECS, and South China Sea (SCS), respectively. Peaks of primary productivity appeared in spring (April–June) and fall (October and November) in the northern YS, southern YS, and southern ECS, while a single peak (June) appeared in the Bohai Sea and northern ECS. The SCS had two peaks in primary productivity, but these peaks occurred in winter (January) and summer (August), with the winter peak far higher than the summer peak. Monthly averaged primary productivity values from 2003 to 2005 in the Bohai Sea and southern YS were higher than those in the other four seas during most months, while those in the southern ECS and SCS were the lowest. Primary productivity in spring (March–June in the southern ECS and April–July in the other five areas) contributed approximately 41% on average to the annual primary productivity in all the study seas except the SCS. The largest interannual variability also occurred in spring (average standard deviation = 6.68), according to the satellite-derived estimates. The contribution during fall (October–January in the southern ECS and August–November in the other five areas) was approximately 33% on average; the primary productivity during this period also showed interannual variability. However, in the SCS, the winter (December–March) contribution was the highest (about 42%), while the spring (April–July) contribution was the lowest (28%). The SCS did share a feature with the other five areas: the larger the contribution, the larger the interannual variability. Spatial and temporal variability of satellite-derived ocean primary productivity may be influenced by physicochemical environmental conditions, such as the chlorophyll-a concentration, sea surface temperature, photosynthetically available radiation, the seasonally reversed monsoon, river discharge, upwelling, and the Kuroshio and coastal currents.TAN Saichun SHI Guangyu 2006Journal of Geographical Sciences2006,16,4:2

18Effects of Ocean Particles on the Upwelling Radiance and Polarized Radiance in the Atmosphere–Ocean System显示文摘Based on a vector radiative transfer model of the atmosphere–ocean system,the influence of oceanic components on radiation processes,including polarization effects,was investigated in the wavelength region ranging from 0.380 to 0.865 μm.The components considered were phytoplankton,inorganic suspended material(sediment),and colored,dissolved organic matter.Due to their important roles in oceanic radiation processes,the sensitivity of the bidirectional reflectance to the rough ocean surface,represented by the wind velocity 10 m above the ocean surface,and aerosol,were taken into account.The results demonstrated that both radiance and polarized radiance just below the ocean surface were sensitive to the change of the concentrations of the considered components,while the dependence of polarized radiance on the observation geometry was more sensitive than radiance.Significant differences in the specular plane existed between the impacts of the phytoplankton and sediment on the degree of polarization just above the ocean surface at 670 nm.At the top of the atmosphere(TOA),polarization was relatively insensitive to changing concentrations of ocean particles at longer wavelengths.Furthermore,the radiance at the TOA in the solar plane was more sensitive to the aerosol optical thickness than wind velocity.In contrast,wind velocity strongly influenced the radiance at the TOA in the sun glint region,while the polarization degree showed less dependence in that region.Finally,a nonlinear optimal inversion method was proposed to simultaneously retrieve the aerosol and wind velocity using radiance measurement.SHI Chong WANG Pucai Teruyuki NAKAJIMA Yoshifumi OTA TAN Saichun SHI Guangyu 2015Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2015,32,9:0

20Spacecraft damage infrared detection algorithm for hypervelocity impact based on double-layer multi-target segmentation显示文摘To detect spacecraft damage caused by hypervelocity impact,we propose an advanced spacecraft defect extraction algorithm based on infrared imaging detection.The Gaussian mixture model(GMM)is used to classify the temperature change characteristics in the sampled data of the infrared video stream and reconstruct the image to obtain the infrared reconstructed image(IRRI)reflecting the defect characteristics.The designed segmentation objective function is used to ensure the effectiveness of image segmentation results for noise removal and detail preservation,while taking into account the complexity of IRRI(that is,the required trade-offs are different).A multi-objective optimization algorithm is introduced to achieve balance between detail preservation and noise removal,and a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition(MOEA/D)is used for optimization to ensure damage segmentation accuracy.Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Xiao YANG Chun YIN Sara DADRAS Guangyu LEI Xutong TAN Gen QIU 2022Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,4:0
