1Data Fusion Algorithm Based on Fuzzy Sets and D-S Theory of Evidence显示文摘In cyber-physical systems, multidimensional data fusion is an important method to achieve comprehensive evaluation decisions and reduce data redundancy. In this paper, a data fusion algorithm based on fuzzy set theory and Dempster-Shafer(D-S) evidence theory is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the existing decision-layer multidimensional data fusion algorithms. The basic probability distribution of evidence is determined based on fuzzy set theory and attribute weights, and the data fusion of attribute evidence is combined with the credibility of sensor nodes in a cyber-physical systems network. 2Carbon Isotope Gradient of the Ediacaran Cap Carbonate in the Shennongjia Area and Its Implications for Ocean Stratification and Palaeogeography显示文摘The geochemistry and paleogeography of the Doushantuo succession in the Shennongjia area have been insufficiently studied. Here, we report on the carbon and oxygen isotope compositions of Ediacaran Doushantuo cap carbonates from four sections(Longxi, Muyu, Yazikou and Songluo) in the Shennongjia area. A large C-isotopic gradient(~5‰) between the Longxi and Songluo sections, here identified for the first time, is inferred to have been dynamically maintained by photosynthesis in surface waters and anaerobic oxidation of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) in deep waters. Spatial variation in C-isotope chemostratigraphy among the four sections was related to Marinoan post-glacial sea-level elevation changes. At Longxi, a positive δ^(13)C_(carb) shift below the horizon containing tepee-like structure resulted from intense photosynthesis during early regression. A negative δ^(13)C_(carb) shift within the tepee-horizon was triggered by sulfate reduction and freshwater mixing with ^(13)C-depleted dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC) during late regression. A positive δ^(13)C_(carb) excursion in the uppermost part of the cap carbonate was related to enhance primary productivity and organic matter burial during early transgression. At Muyu, the carbon isotopic variation tendency, which is similar to that at Longxi, may have been mildly influenced by the surface water environment. At Songluo, the positive δ^(13)C_(carb) excursion, up to-4‰ in the lower part of the cap carbonate, was probably associated with methanogenesis in deep waters during late transgression to early regression and subsequently disappeared due to decomposition of methane hydrate during late regression. At Yazikou, the consistently stable δ^(13)C_(carb) values around-4‰ indicate that the cap carbonate may have deposited at intermediate water depths. 3Transferring deep neural networks for the differentiation of mammographic breast lesions显示文摘Machine learning can help differentiating benign and malignant lesions seen on mammographic images. Conventional models require handcrafting features for lesion representation. Due to insufficient medical instances, the performance of convolutional neural networks(CNNs) can be further increased. This study makes use of transfer learning for mammographic breast lesion diagnosis and deep neural network(DNN) models pre-trained with large-scale natural images are employed. The diagnosis performance is evaluated with the prediction accuracy(ACC) and the area under the curve(AUC) on average. A histologically verified database is analyzed which contains 406 lesions(230 benign and 176 malignant). Involved models include transferred DNNs(GoogLeNet and AlexNet), shallow CNNs(CNN2 and CNN3) that are fully trained with medical instances and boosted by support vector machine(SVM), and two conventional methods which combine handcrafted features and SVM for lesion diagnosis. Experimental results indicate that GoogLeNet achieves the best performance(ACC=0.81, AUC=0.88), followed by AlexNet(ACC=0.79, AUC=0.83) and CNN3(ACC=0.73, AUC=0.82). 4Quercetin promotes human epidermal stem cell proliferation through the estrogen receptor/β-catenin/c-Myc/cyclin A2 signaling pathway显示文摘Skin epidermal stem cells(EpSCs)play an important role in wound healing.Quercetin is a phytoestrogen reported to accelerate skin wound healing,but its effect on EpSCs is unknown.In this study,we investigated the effect of quercetin on human EpSC proliferation and explored the underlying mechanisms.We found that quercetin at 0.1~1μM significantly promoted EpSC proliferation and increased the number of cells in S phase.The pro-proliferative effect of quercetin on EpSCs was confirmed in cultured human skin tissue.Mechanistic studies showed that quercetin significantly upregulated the expressions ofβ-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclins A2 and E1.Inhibitor forβ-catenin or c-Myc significantly inhibited quercetin-induced EpSC proliferation.Theβ-catenin inhibitor XAV-939 suppressed quercetin-induced expressions ofβ-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclins A2 and E1.The c-Myc inhibitor 10058-F4 inhibited the upregulation of c-Myc and cyclin A2 by quercetin.Pretreatment of EpSCs with estrogen receptor(ER)antagonist ICI182780,but not the G protein-coupled ER1 antagonist G15,reversed quercetin-induced cell proliferation and upregulation ofβ-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclin A2.Collectively,these results indicate that quercetin promotes EpSC proliferation through ER-mediated activation ofβ-catenin/c-Myc/cyclinA2 signaling pathway and ER-independent upregulation of cyclin E1 and that quercetin may accelerate skin wound healing through promoting EpSC proliferation.As EpSCs are used not only in clinic to treat skin wounds but also as seed cells in skin tissue engineering,quercetin is a useful reagent to expand EpSCs for basic research,skin wound treatment,and skin tissue engineering.Zhaodong Wang Guangliang Zhang Yingying Le Jihui Ju Ping Zhang Dapeng Wan Qiang Zhao Guangzhe Jin Hao Su Jinwei Liu Jiaxuan Feng Yi Fu Ruixing Hou 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,10:3
5Re–Os geochronology of the Cambrian stage-2 and-3 boundary in Zhijin County, Guizhou Province, China显示文摘The black shale series that formed in the Ediacaran–Cambrian transition are important stratigraphic records of the co-evolution of the paleo-ocean,-climate,and-biology. In this study, we measured Re–Os isotopic compositions of the black shale in the Niutitang Formation from the Gezhongwu section in Zhijin, Guizhou Province.The samples had high Re and Os contents, with Re ranging from 21.27 to 312.78 ng/g and Os ranging from 0.455 to7.789 ng/g. The Re–Os isotope isochron age of 522.9 ± 8.6 Ma implies deposition of the Niutitang black shale predated the Chengjiang Fauna, providing an age constraint for the expansion of oceanic anoxia in the study area. 8Effect of Pb and Cd Stress on the Growth of Potato and Its Antioxidase System显示文摘With the potato variety Xishu 1as the test materials,this paper adopted tissue culture to study the effect of Pb and Cd stress with different mass fractions on potato growth and the antioxidase system.The results showed that under the stress of Pb(200mg/kg)and Cd(20mg/kg),growth of potato had no obvious difference with that in control group;under the stress of Pb(>200mg/kg)and Cd(>20mg/kg),potato growth suspended,and its physiological indexes such as dry weight,plant height,root number,root length were inhibited obviously.With the increasing mass fraction of Pb,relative electrical conductivity,MDA and proline of potato leaves showed the tendency of increase,and the results in high mass fraction treatments showed significant difference with those in the control group(P <0.05),CAT,POD and SOD activity of leaves increased greatly with the increasing mass fraction.In the Pb stress treatment(200mg/kg),relative electrical conductivity,MDA and proline of potato leaves showed no obvious difference with those in the control group,and the results in high mass fraction treatments were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05),CAT and SOD activity increased greatly with the increasing mass fraction(P <0.05).Under the stress of Pb and Cd,synthesis of soluble protein in potato leaves was strongly inhibited.The results showed that potato was tolerant to Pb and Cd of lower mass fraction,and damage of potato caused by Pb and Cd stress could be relieved by improving activity of antioxidase and reducing peroxidation of membrane lipid,and the tolerance reduced with the increase of stress.Li Peihua Liu Xiaowen Pan Tao Cai Guangzhe 2015Plant Diseases and Pests2015,6,2:1

10Bilateral U-Net semantic segmentation with spatial attention mechanism显示文摘Aiming at the problem that the existing models have a poor segmentation effect on imbalanced data sets with small-scale samples,a bilateral U-Net network model with a spatial attention mechanism is designed.The model uses the lightweight MobileNetV2 as the backbone network for feature hierarchical extraction and proposes an Attentive Pyramid Spatial Attention(APSA)module compared to the Attenuated Spatial Pyramid module,which can increase the receptive field and enhance the information,and finally adds the context fusion prediction branch that fuses high-semantic and low-semantic prediction results,and the model effectively improves the segmentation accuracy of small data sets.The experimental results on the CamVid data set show that compared with some existing semantic segmentation networks,the algorithm has a better segmentation effect and segmentation accuracy,and its mIOU reaches 75.85%.Moreover,to verify the generality of the model and the effectiveness of the APSA module,experiments were conducted on the VOC 2012 data set,and the APSA module improved mIOU by about 12.2%.Guangzhe Zhao Yimeng Zhang Maoning Ge Min Yu 2023CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,2:0
11Corrosion characteristics of single-phase Mg-3Zn alloy thin film for biodegradable electronics显示文摘Biodegradable metals as electrodes, interconnectors, and device conductors are essential components in the emergence of transient electronics, either for passive implants or active electronic devices, especially in the fields of biomedical electronics. Magnesium and its alloys are strong candidates for biodegradable and implantable conducting materials because of their high conductivity and biocompatibility, in addition to their well-understood dissolution behavior. One critical drawback of Mg and its alloys is their considerably high dissolution rates originating from their low anodic potential, which disturbs the compatibility to biomedical applications. Herein, we introduce a single-phase thin film of a Mg-Zn binary alloy formed by sputtering, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the device electrode, and verify its applicability in biodegradable electronics. The formation of a homogeneous solid solution of single-phase Mg-3Zn was confirmed through X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. In addition, the dissolution behavior and chemistry was also investigated in various biological fluids by considering the effect of different ion species. Micro-tensile tests showed that the Mg-3Zn alloy electrode exhibited an enhanced yield strain and elongation in relation to a pure Mg electrode. Cell viability test revealed the high biocompatibility rate of the Mg-3Zn binary alloy thin film. 12Ultrasonic generation via direct interaction between photons and phonons in anharmonic lattice of ionic crystals显示文摘A theory of ultrasonic generation via direct interaction of transverse optic (TO) phonons with photons in anharmonic lattice of ionic crystals is presented. There are two methods of supplying light energy for the excitation of TO lattice wave as a high frequency ultrasound: (A) incident light comes from the source outside the cavity? fulfilled with ionic crystal medium, (B) photon mode of the cavity possesses the gain of amplification by stimulated radiation of active atoms doping in the medium. More attention is drawn to the case (B). The working system of case (B), as a mixture of lasing action and ultrasonic generation, has the threshold phenomena like usual laser. And the linear stability analysis shows that the nonlineax phonon-photon coupling and the interaction among phonons themselves, both of which reflect the anharmonicity of lattice vibration, are necessary to the stable ultrasonic output. 13Amyloid precursor-like protein 2 C-terminal fragments upregulate S100A9 gene and protein expression in BV2 cells显示文摘The murine microglial cell line BV2 has neuroprotective effects, but is toxic to neurons by secreting inflammatory cytokines, and is an important target in the treatment of nerve inflammation and neurodegenerative diseases. In the present study, we observed the effects of transfecting three amyloid precursor-like protein 2(APLP2) C-terminal fragments(CTFs; C57, C50 and C31) in the p EGFP-N1 vector on S100A9 expression in BV2 cells. Reverse transcription-PCR, western blot assay and immunocytochemistry revealed that S100A9 protein and m RNA expression was greater in BV2 cells after CTF transfection than after mock transfection with an empty vector. Furthermore, transfection of full-length APLP2-751 resulted in low levels of S100A9 protein expression.
