| 1 | Synthesis of magnetic polyphosphazene-Ag composite particles as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrates for the detection of melamine显示文摘Magnetic polyphosphazene(MPZS) particles coated by Ag nanoparticles(MPZS-Ag) have been developed as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) substrates for sensitive detection of melamine in aqueous solutions and milk samples.5,5’-Dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid)(DTNB) was used as model analyte to test the SERS activity of the MPZS-Ag particles.The prepared MPZS-Ag particles possess both magnetic responsiveness and excellent SERS properties.SERS detection of different concentrations of melamine aqueous solutions and spiked milk samples were performed by the MPZS-Ag particles.The limit of detection(LOD) of the melamine in aqueous solutions was 10^-7 mol/L(0.0126 mg/L) and 0.6 mg/L in real milk samples using the MPZS-Ag particles as SERS substrates.The LOD of the melamine are much lower than the safety values of Food and Drug Administration and Codex Alimentarius Commission.These results indicate that the MPZS-Ag particles have promising application prospect for SERS analysis in food safety fields. | Ci Huang Feifei Lu Ke Xu Guanjun Ding Lijun You Jiabin Wang Qiqing Zhang | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12: | 6 |

| 6 | Study and performance test of 10 kW molten carbonate fuel cell power generation system显示文摘The use of high-temperature fuel cells as a power technology can improve the efficiency of electricity generation and achieve near-zero emissions of carbon dioxide.This work explores the performance of a 10 kW high-temperature molten carbonate fuel cell.The key materials of a single cell were characterized and analyzed using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the pore size of the key electrode material is 6.5 lm and the matrix material is a-LiAlO_(2).Experimentally,the open circuit voltage of the single cell was found to be 1.23 V.The current density was greater than 100 mA/cm^(2)at an operating voltage of 0.7 V.The 10 kW fuel cell stack comprised 80 single fuel cells with a total area of 2000 cm^(2)and achieved an open circuit voltage of greater than 85 V.The fuel cell stack power and current density could reach 11.7 kW and 104.5 mA/cm2 at an operating voltage of 56 V.The influence and long-term stable operation of the stack were also analyzed and discussed.The successful operation of a 10 kW high-temperature fuel cell promotes the large-scale use of fuel cells and provides a research basis for future investigations of fuel cell capacity enhancement and distributed generation in China. | Chengzhuang Lu Ruiyun Zhang Guanjun Yang Hua Huang Jian Cheng Shisen Xu | 2021 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,3: | 0 |
| 7 | High energy density in ultra-thick and flexible electrodes enabled by designed conductive agent/binder composite显示文摘Thick electrodes can increase incorporation of active electrode materials by diminishing the proportion of inactive constituents,improving the overall energy density of batteries.However,thick electrodes fabricated using the conventional slurry casting approach frequently exhibit an exacerbated accumulation of carbon additives and binders on their surfaces,invariably leading to compromised electrochemical properties.In this study,we introduce a designed conductive agent/binder composite synthesized from carbon nanotube and polytetrafluoroethylene.This agent/binder composite facilitates production of dry-process-prepared ultra-thick electrodes endowed with a three-dimensional and uniformly distributed percolative architecture,ensuring superior electronic conductivity and remarkable mechanical resilience.Using this approach,ultra-thick LiCoO_(2)(LCO) electrodes demonstrated superior cycling performance and rate capabilities,registering an impressive loading capacity of up to 101.4 mg/cm^(2),signifying a 242% increase in battery energy density.In another analytical endeavor,time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy was used to clarify the distribution of cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI) in cycled LCO electrodes.The results provide unprecedented evidence explaining the intricate correlation between CEI generation and carbon distribution,highlighting the intrinsic advantages of the proposed dry-process approach in fine-tu ning the CEI,with excellent cycling performance in batteries equipped with ultra-thick electrodes. | Xiaoyu Shen Hailong Yu Liubin Ben Wenwu Zhao Qiyu Wang Guanjun Cen Ronghan Qiao Yida Wu Xuejie Huang | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3: | 0 |

| 9 | Continuous adaptive gaits manipulation for three-fingered robotic hands via bioinspired fingertip contact events显示文摘The remarkable skill of changing its grasp status and relocating its fingers to perform continuous in-hand manipulation is essential for a multifingered anthropomorphic hand.A commonly utilized method of manipulation involves a series of basic movements executed by a high-level controller.However,it remains unclear how these primitives evolve into sophisticated finger gaits during manipulation.Here,we propose an adaptive finger gait-based manipulation method that offers real-time regulation by dynamically changing the primitive interval to ensure the force/moment balance of the object.Successful manipulation relies on contact events that act as triggers for real-time online replanning of multifinger manipulation.We identify four basic motion primitives of finger gaits and create a heuristic finger gait that enables the continuous object rotation of a round cup.Our experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Despite the constant breaking and reengaging of contact between the fingers and the object during manipulation,the robotic hand can reliably manipulate the object without failure.Even when the object is subjected to interfering forces,the proposed method demonstrates robustness in managing interference.This work has great potential for application to the dexterous operation of anthropomorphic multifingered hands. | Xiaolong Ma Jianhua Zhang Binrui Wang Jincheng Huang Guanjun Bao | 2024 | Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2024,4,1: | 0 |
