2The origin of Wx^(la) provides new insights into the improvement of grain quality in rice显示文摘Appearance and taste are important factors in rice(Oryza sativa) grain quality. Here, we investigated the taste scores and related eating-quality traits of533 diverse cultivars to assess the relationships between—and genetic basis of—rice taste and eating-quality. A genome-wide association study highlighted the Wx gene as the major factor underlying variation in taste and eating quality. Notably, a novel waxy(Wx) allele, Wx^(la), which combined two mutations from Wx^(b) and Wx^(in), exhibited a unique phenotype. Reduced GBSSI activity conferred Wx^(la) rice with both a transparent appearance and good eating quality. Haplotype analysis revealed that Wx^(la) was derived from intragenic recombination. In fact,the recombination rate at the Wx locus was estimated to be 3.34 kb/c M, which was about 75-fold higher than the genome-wide mean, indicating that intragenic recombination is a major force driving diversity at the Wx locus. Based on our results, we propose a new network for Wx evolution, noting that new Wx alleles could easily be generated by crossing genotypes with different Wx alleles. 3Risk factors of hyperprolactinemia induced by risperidone and olanzapine and their correlations with plasma glucose and lipids显示文摘Background Hyperprolactinemia is a common adverse reaction in patients with schizophrenia who take antipsychotic drugs;it often leads to treatment noncompliance in patients and has an adverse effect on their prognosis.Aims This study aimed to explore the risk factors of elevated prolactin(PRL)caused by risperidone(RIS)and olanzapine(OLZ)and the relationship between PRL and fasting plasma glucose and lipids.Methods Patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups:264 patients who were taking RIS and 175 patients who were taking OLZ.These two groups were further divided according to serum PRL levels:an elevated PRL group(>30ng/mL)and a normal PRL group(PRL<30ng/mL).The demographics,medication dosage,fasting plasma glucose,total cholesterol and triglycerides were compared in the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the risk factors of elevated PRL levels.Results Compared with the OLZ group,the RIS group had a greater number of patients with elevated PRL(155/264 vs 58/175).Either the RIS or the OLZ group,the proportion of elevated PRL was greater in female patients(RIS:x^2=6.76,p=0.009;OLZ:x^2=12.98,p<0.001)and with higher doses of the related drugs(RIS:U=-3.73,p<0.001;OLZ:U=-2.31,p=0.021).In patients taking RIS,the elevated PRL subgroup took the drug for a longer period(U=-2.76,p=0.006)and had lower triglyceride levels(U=2.76,p=0.006).In patients taking OLZ,the elevated PRL subgroup had lower fasting plasma glucose levels(U=2.29,p=0.022).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,dose and fasting glucose levels were significantly associated with elevated PRL levels(RIS:p=0.001,OLZ:p<0.001;RIS:p<0.001;OLZ:p=0.003;RIS:p=0.020,OLZ:p=0.001,respectively).Conclusion Compared with OLZ,RIS had a greater effect on PRL in patients with schizophrenia,and in patients with schizophrenia taking RIS or OLZ,gender and dose were significantly correlated with the PRL value.Moreover,the plasma glucose level of the group with elevated PRL was lower than that of the group with normal PRL.The results also showed that high serum PRL may be associated with a favourable glucose metabolic profile in patients with schizophrenia taking RIS or OLZ.Further studies are warranted to confirm this association.Sidi He Wen Juan Yu Xiaoliang Wang Lei Zhang Nan Zhao Guanjun Li Yi Feng Shen Huafang Li 2020General Psychiatry2020,33,4:5
4Sensor selection of helicopter transmission systems based on physical model and sensitivity analysis显示文摘In the helicopter transmission systems, it is important to monitor and track the tooth damage evolution using lots of sensors and detection methods. This paper develops a novel approach for sensor selection based on physical model and sensitivity analysis. Firstly, a physical model of tooth damage and mesh stiffness is built. Secondly, some effective condition indicators(CIs) are presented, and the optimal CIs set is selected by comparing their test statistics according to Mann–Kendall test. Afterwards, the selected CIs are used to generate a health indicator(HI)through sen slop estimator. Then, the sensors are selected according to the monotonic relevance and sensitivity to the damage levels. Finally, the proposed method is verified by the simulation and experimental data. 5Testability integrated evaluation method based on testability virtual test data显示文摘Testability virtual test is a new test method for testability verification,which has the advantages such as low cost,few restrictions and large sample of test data. It can be used to make up the deficiency of testability physical test. In order to take the advantage of testability virtual test data effectively and to improve the accuracy of testability evaluation,a testability integrated evaluation method is proposed in this paper based on testability virtual test data. Considering the characteristic of testability virtual test data,the credibility analysis method for testability virtual test data is studied firstly. Then the integrated calculation method is proposed fusing the testability virtual and physical test data. Finally,certain helicopter heading and attitude system is presented to demonstrate the proposed method. 6Bioaccumulation, subcellular distribution and chemical forms of yttrium in rice seedling显示文摘Yttrium(Y) accumulation in soil is a serious environment problem in China. To understand the mechanisms involved in Y tolerance and detoxification in rice seedling, the bioaccumulation, subcellular distribution, and chemical forms of Y was investigated in the present study. The results show that the content of Y both in roots and shoots increases with the increasing concentration of Y, and a large amount of Y is stored in roots. Subcellular distribution of Y in rice indicates that the majority of Y is bound to cell wall. Meanwhile, various chemical forms of Y is absorbed by rice. The greatest amount of Y is extracted by 2% hydrate acetic acid(HAc) and 0.6 mol/L HCl(particularly 2% HAc), which indicates that most of Y is combined with un-dissolved phosphate and oxalate(particularly phosphate). Cluster analysis, based on Y abundance levels, reveals the relationship between Y distribution patterns and chemical forms. 7Application of backflush and micro-flow techniques to the analysis of C_5—C_(13) hydrocarbons in crude oils and its geochemical significance显示文摘An Agilent 6890N GC equipped with both FID and Agilent 5975 MSD analyzer has been employed to analyze C5—C13 hydrocarbon fractions of crude oils. A technical combination of program temperature volatilizer injection, backflush and micro-flow controller afforded a fine separation of C5—C13 compounds on a PONA column with the heavy part of crude oils being cut off before entering the analytical column. Both GC-FID chromatogram and GC-MS mass chromatograms (MID and full scan) could be obtained at the same time. The retension time differences of nC6—nC13 alkanes between GC and TIC were in the range of 0.02—0.58 minutes. Totally 286 peaks have been assigned group compositions. 18Behavior Consistency Computation for Workflow Nets With Unknown Correspondence显示文摘Consistency degree calculation is established on the basis of known correspondence, but in real life, the correspondence is generally unknown, so how to calculate consistency of two models under unknown correspondence has become a problem. For this condition, we should analyze unknown correspondence due to the influence of different correspondences.In this paper we obtain the relations of transitions based on event relations using branching processes, and build a behavioral matrix of relations. Based on the permutation of behavioral matrix, we express different correspondences, and define a new formula to compute the maximal consistency degree of two workflow nets.
