1Range ambiguity resolving of HPRF radar based on hybrid filter显示文摘In this paper,a novel method of range ambiguity resolving based on hybrid filter is proposed for high-pulse repetition frequency (HPRF) radars.By considering the discrete-valued pulse interval number (PIN) which is described as the radial range of the target divided by the maximum unambiguous range for a certain HPRF and its incremental variable as target states,the problem of range ambiguity resolving is converted to the hybrid state estimation problem.In the initial time steps,since the range measurement is ambiguous,the hybrid state initialization is achieved by utilizing multiple HPRFs based on Euclidean distance.Then,to avoid the choice of the thresholds,the hybrid model based on six-dimension state vector is made equivalent to several hybrid models based on five-dimension state vector according to the values that PIN incremental variable may take.The hybrid estimation is achieved by comparing 2-norm of the innovations obtained from several hybrid filters.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can converge more rapidly than the existing multiple hypothesis method when only one HPRF has target measurement and overcome the mistake that multiple hypothesis method makes when PIN varies.WANG Na WANG GuoHong ZENG JiaYou HE You 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,7:8

3Reliability-based research for failure risks of ship hull girder显示文摘In order to find a simple and programmed method to analyze the reliability of hull beams when fatigue and corrosion act on ships, the stress of ships is to be calculated in compliance with the longitudinal bending and cross-section modulus of ship beams. The calculation value of stress is to be compared with the allowable stress in order to gain the actual ship load and margin of safety, and then assess the reliability and failure probability of ship beams. The longitudinal bending moment is a random variable; the fatigue and cauterization are also random variables; and as the ship is influenced by cumulative damage of fatigue and cauterization, the cross-section modulus is a time-varying random variable. The reliability and failure probabilities can be actually reflected through the reliability analysis method. The analysis results indicate that in the service time of ships, as the age of ship increases and the fatigue and corrosion effects accumulate, the reliability of ship beams decreases and the failure probability increases, especially after 15 to 20 years.Liao, Guohong Zeng, Guangwu Yang, Kailun 2008Journal of Southeast University(English Edition)2008,24,S1:0
4SARS-CoV-2-specific immune response in COVID-19 convalescent individuals显示文摘We collected blood from coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)convalescent individuals and investigated SARS-CoV-2-specific humoral and cellular immunity in these discharged patients.Follow-up analysis in a cohort of 171 patients at 4-11 months after the onset revealed high levels of IgG antibodies.A total of 78.1%(164/210)of the specimens tested positive for neutralizing antibody(NAb).SARS-CoV-2 antigen peptide pools-stimulated-IL-2 and-IFN-y response can distinguish COVID-19 convalescent individuals from healthy donors.Interestingly,NAb survival was significantly affected by the antigen peptide pools-stimulated-IL-2 response,-IL-8 response,and-IFN-y response.The antigen peptide pools-activated CD8+T cell counts were correlated with NAb.The antigen peptide pools-activated natural killer(NK)cell counts in convalescent individuals were correlated with NAb and disease severity.Our data suggested that the development of NAb is associated with the activation of T cells and NK cells.Our work provides a basis for further analysis of the protective immunity to SARS-CoV-2 and for understanding the pathogenesis of COVID-19.It also has implications for the development of an effective vaccine for SARS-CoV-2 infection.Yunbao Pan Xianghu Jiang Liu Yang Liangjun Chen Xiaojiao Zeng Guohong Liu Yueting Tang Chungen Qian Xinming Wang Fangming Cheng Jun Lin Xinghuan Wang Yirong Li 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8:0

6Combination of CTLA4-FasL gene transfer and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation led to durable macrochimerism and donor-specific tolerance in mouse model显示文摘Mixed hemopoietic chimerism is capable of inducing donor specific tolerance, thus eliminating the chronic immunosuppressive therapy following organ trans- plantation. As yet no safe and effective tolerance protocol is available for clinical implementation. Here we describe an alternative nonmyeloablative based strategy of using a single injection of recombination adenovirus vector encoding CTLA4-FasL fusing gene and donor bone marrow cells to promote durable mixed macrochimerism (>20% on 140 d). Chimeras exhibited robust donor-specific tolerance, as evi- denced by acceptance of fully allogeneic skin grafts (the mean survival time (MST)>200 d) and rejection of third- party skin grafts in a normal manner (MST<10 d). In this model, the frequencies of helper T lymphocyte precursor (HTLp) and cytotoxic T lymphocyte precursor (CTLp) were greatly reduced on day 14 after transplantation, suggesting that CTLA4-FasL led to rapid systemic peripheral tolerance to facilitate the bone marrow engraftment, while both HTLp and CTLp remained at low level only in recipient mice with mixed chimerism on day 140 after transplantation, demon- strating that long-term skin grafts tolerance was associated with stable mixed chimerism, and central deletion of donor specific T cell may be the main mechanism for tolerance maintenance.FENG Yougang WANG Guangming HAO Jie LI Ailing YUAN Guohong LI Chong ZENG Fuqing XlE Shusheng 2005Chinese Science Bulletin2005,50,20:0
7Excitation energy distribution between two photosystems in Porphyra yezoensis and its significance in photosynthesis evolution显示文摘Comparative investigation on energy distribution between two photosystems were carried out in the sporo-phytes and gametophytes of Porphyra yezoensis. By performing 77 K fluorescence spectra, we suggested that there probably existed a pathway for energy transfer from PS II to PS I to redistribute the absorbed energy in gametophytes, while no such a way or at minor level in sporophytes. Electron transfer inhibitor DCMU blocked the energy transfer from PS II to PS I in gametophytes, but no obvious effects on sporophytes. These indicated that excitation energy distribution between two photosystems in gametophytes was more cooperative than that in sporophytes. 8Physiological Responses of Dendrobium officinale under Exposure to Cold Stress with Two Cultivars显示文摘This study aimed to explore the cold tolerance of two cultivars of Dendrobium officinale(MG1,MG2)grown in different regions of China.Under-2℃ incubation,cultivar MG1 remained active after 3 d,and continued to grow after returning to room temperature.However,MG2 could only maintain its activity after 2 d treatment at−2℃,and the seedlings died with the low temperature treatment time.Investigation of the characteristics of the plants grown in the south(Hangzhou)or north(Zhengzhou)of China indicated that the leaves of MG1 also had reduced stomatal density,the highest thickness,and a compact microstructure.The contents of proline and soluble sugars were higher in MG1 than those in MG2.The cultivar MG1 had higher SOD enzyme activity than MG2,while CAT and POD activities in samples from Zhengzhou were higher than those from Hangzhou.The contents of polysaccharides and alkaloids in stems of in MG1 were higher than those in MG2,while the content of flavonoids in the Zhengzhou samples was higher than that in the Hangzhou samples.In addition,plant heights,stem diameters,and chlorophyll content were higher in MG1.Overall,MG1 had better cold resistance than MG2.MG1 is a cold tolerant cultivar with thick leaves and reduced stomatal density,higher contents of soluble sugars,proline,CAT,POD,polysaccharides,flavonoids and alkaloids,which together make it more adaptable to low temperatures.Thus,the cultivar MG1,with its demonstrated cold tolerance,can accordingly be grown on a large scale in cold regions,thereby expanding the available planting area for this important traditional medicinal plant to meet the increasing commercial demand for it.Shuaishuai Zhang Jin Li Yongchang Shen Linda Nartey Korkor Qian Pu Jin Lu Balock Shakeela Dedong Kong Ou Li Guohong Zeng Xiufang Hu 2020Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,3:0
