1Static Extracting Method of Software Intended Behavior Based on API Functions Invoking显示文摘The method of extracting and describing the intended behavior of software precisely has become one of the key points in the fields of software behavior's dynamic and trusted authentica-tion. In this paper,the author proposes a specified measure of ex-tracting SIBDS (software intended behaviors describing sets) statically from the binary executable using the software's API functions invoking,and also introduces the definition of the struc-ture used to store the SIBDS in detail. 4A comparison study of summer-time synoptic-scale waves in South China and the Yangtze River basin using the TRMM Multi-Satellite Precipitation Analysis daily product显示文摘Summer-time synoptic-scale waves in South China and the Yangtze River basin are quantified and compared by means of analyzing the 6-year (1998―2004) TRMM Multi-Satellite Precipitation Analysis (TMPA) daily product. An innovative 3-dimensional spectrum analysis method is applied. The results indicate that synoptic-scale waves appearing in South China prominently propagate westward within a zonal wavenumber range of 9―21 and a frequency range of-0.12―-0.22 cycles day-1, while those in the Yangtze River basin primarily move eastward with the same characteristic wavenumbers of 9―21, but within a frequency range of 0.2―0.29 cycles day?1. Zonal and meridional distributions, and seasonal variations of these waves are further explored and compared. 6Role of surface defects of carbon nanotubes on catalytic performance of barium promoted ruthenium catalyst for ammonia synthesis显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with abundant surface defects are prepared by a liquid oxidation and thermal annealing method. The defective CNTs-D supported Ba–Ru/CNTs-D catalysts exhibit superior catalytic performance in ammonia synthesis with a TOF be increased up to 0.30 s-1, which is 2.5 times of oxidized CNTs-O supported Ba–Ru/CNTs-O catalysts and 5 times of the Ba–Ru/CNTs. The characterizations by CO chemisorption, transmission electron microscope, Raman, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the uniformly well dispersed Ru NPs can be stabilized on the defective sites of CNTs-D. 12Direct comparison of culture-dependent and culture-independent molecular approaches reveal the diversity of fungal endophytic communities in stems of grapevine(Vitis vinifera)显示文摘Grapevines(Vitis vinifera)are colonized by ubiquitous microorganisms known as endophytes,which may have advantageous or neutral effects without causing disease symptoms.Certain endophytes are uncultivable,so culture-independent approaches such as next generation sequencing(NGS)can help for a better understanding of their ecology and distribution.To date,there are no studies which directly link NGS results with taxa derived from a culturing approach,integrating morphological and multi-gene phylogenetic analysis of endophytes.In this study,a culture-dependent and high-resolution culture-independent approach(next generation sequencing)were used to identify endophytes in grapevine stems.In the culture-dependent approach,a total of 94 isolates were recovered from 84 of 144 healthy grapevine stem fragments(colonization rate=58.3%).The study is unique as we used subsets of combined multi-gene regions to identify the endophytes to species level.Based on each multi-gene phylogenetic analysis,28 species belong to 19 genera(Acremonium,Alternaria,Arthrinium,Ascorhizoctonia,Aspergillus,Aureobasidium,Bipolaris,Botryosphaeria,Botrytis,Chaetomium,Cladosporium,Curvularia,Hypoxylon,Lasiodiplodia,Mycosphaerella,Nigrospora,Penicillium,Phoma,Scopulariopsis)were identified.A higher number of culturable fungi were obtained from 13 year-old vines,followed by eight and three yearold vines.In the culture-independent approach,a fungal richness of 59 operational taxonomic units(OTU)was detected,being highest in 13 year-old grapevines,followed by eight and three years.Even though the cultivation approach detected lower fungal richness,the results related to stem are consistent for fungal community composition and richness.Comparison of the fungal taxa identified by the two approaches resulted in an overlap of 53%of the fungal genera.Due to interspecific variability of the sequences from NGS,in many cases the OTUs(even with the highly abundant ones)were only assignable to order,family or genus level.Incorporating multi-gene phylogenies we successfully identified many of the NGS derived OTUs with poor taxonomic information in reference databases to the genus or species levels.Hence,this study signifies the importance of applying both culture-dependent and culture-independent approaches to study the fungal endophytic community composition in Vitis vinifera.This principle could also be applied to other host species and ecosystem level studies.Asha J.Dissanayake Witoon Purahong Tesfaye Wubet Kevin D.Hyde Wei Zhang Haiying Xu Guojun Zhang Chunyuan Fu Mei Liu Qikai Xing Xinghong Li Jiye Yan 2018Fungal Diversity2018,,3:1
13Modular synthesis of a block copolymer with a cleavable linkage via “click” chemistry显示文摘A diblock copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)-block-polystyrene or PEG-b-PS with an olefinic double bond at the PEG and PS junction has been prepared by modular synthesis via'click'chemistry.This involved the synthesis of PS by atom transfer radical polymerization and the nucleophilic substitution of the terminal bromide group with azide to yield azide-terminated PS. PEG with an alkynyl terminal group was prepared from reacting carboxyl-end-functionalized PEG with 4-hydroxybut-2-enyl prop-2-ynyl succinate,which contained an alkynyl group as well as an olefin group.The PS and PEG polymers were linked via the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the end azide and alkyne groups.The obtained copolymer was characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy and size exclusion chromatography(SEC).SEC analysis indicated that the diblock copolymer produced could be readily cleaved by ozonolysis to regenerate the constituent homopolymers.Fu, Yu Liu, GuoJun 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,5:1

17Comprehensive Humoral and Cellular Immune Responses to SARS-CoV-2 Variants in Diverse Chinese Population显示文摘The SARS-CoV-2 variants have been emerging and have made great challenges to current vaccine and pandemic control strategies.It is urgent to understand the current immune status of various Chinese populations given that the preexisting immunity has been established by national vaccination or ex posure to past variants.Using sera from 85 individuals(including 21 convalescents of natural infection,15 cases which suffered a breakthrough infection after being fully vaccinated,and 49 healthy vaccinees),we showed signifcantly enhanced neutralizing activities against SRAS-CoV-2 variants in convalescent sera,especially those who had been fully vaccinated.The neut ralizing antibodies against Omicron were detectable in 75%of convalescents and 4.9%of healthy vaccinees(p=0.006),with a GMT of 289.5,180.9-463.3,and 42.6,31.3-59,respetively.However,the neutralizing activities were weaker in young convalescents(aged<18y),with a detectable rate of 50%and a GMT of 46.4 against Omicron.We also examined and found no pan.sarbecovirus neutralizing activities in vaccinated SARS-CoV-I survivors.A booster dose could further increase the breadth and magnitude of neutralization against WT and variants of concern(VOCs)to different degrees.In addition,we showed that COVID-19-inactivated vaccines can elicit Omicron-specific T-cell responses.The positive rates of ELISpot reactions were 26.7%(4/15)and 43.8%(7/16)in the full vaccination group and the booster vaccination group,respectively,although without statistically significant difference.The neutralizing antibody titers declined while T-cell responses remain consistent over 6 months.These findings will inform the optimization of public health vaccination and intervention strategies to protect diverse populations against SARS-CoV-2 variants.Advances.Breakthrough infection significantly boosted neutralizing activities against SARS-CoV-2 variants a compared to booster immunization with inaclivated vaccine.Vaccine-induced vir us-specific T-cell immunity,on the other hand,may compensate for the shortall.Furthermore,the public health system should target the most vulnerable group due to a poorer protective serological response in both infected and vaccinated adolescents.Jiwei Li Jing Wu Qiuyue Long Yan'an Wu Xiaoyi Hu Yukun He Mingzheng Jiang Jia Li Lili Zhao Shuoqi Yang Xiaoyong Chen Minghui Wang Jianshi Zheng Fangfang Wu Ruiliang Wu Lihong Ren Liang Bu Houzhao Wang Ke Li Lijuan Fu Guojun Zhang Yali Zheng Zhancheng Gao 2022Research2022,,2:1
