1Crop 3D a LiDAR based platform for 3D high-throughput crop phenotyping显示文摘With the growing population and the reducing arable land, breeding has been considered as an effective way to solve the food crisis.As an important part in breeding, high-throughput phenotyping can accelerate the breeding process effectively. Light detection and ranging(LiDAR) is an active remote sensing technology that is capable of acquiring three-dimensional(3 D) data accurately,and has a great potential in crop phenotyping. Given that crop phenotyping based on LiDAR technology is not common in China,we developed a high-throughput crop phenotyping platform, named Crop 3 D, which integrated LiDAR sensor, high-resolution camera, thermal camera and hyperspectral imager. Compared with traditional crop phenotyping techniques, Crop 3 D can acquire multi-source phenotypic data in the whole crop growing period and extract plant height, plant width, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf inclination angle and other parameters for plant biology and genomics analysis. In this paper, we described the designs,functions and testing results of the Crop 3 D platform, and briefly discussed the potential applications and future development of the platform in phenotyping. 4P-doped BN nanosheets decorated graphene as the functional interlayer for Li–S batteries显示文摘Lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries have attracted much attention due to their ultrahigh theoretical specific capacity.However,serious capacity attenuation caused by shuttle effect still inhibits the performance improvement.Herein,a modified separator consists of the few-layer graphene as a highly conductive network and stable scaffold to support P-doped boron nitride(denoted as BN-P@GO)as the functional interlayer of Li–S batteries.The cell with the interlayer provides an initial discharge capacity as high as1045.3 mAh g^-1,and retains a high reversible capacity of 728.7 mAh g^-1 at 1 C after 500 cycles with a capacity decay of 0.061%per cycle.Moreover,the rate capability is also superior to cells with BN@GO or BN-P interlayers,i.e.reversible capcity of 457.9 mAh g^-1 even at 3 C.The excellent electrochemical performance is ascribed to the synergistic effect of physical barrier and chemical adsorption for dissolved polysulfides provided by the modified layer.Furhtermore,it also mitigates the polarization and promotes kinetic reactions of the cells.This work provides a concise and effective method for commercialization of lithium–sulfur batteries.Jing Zhang Wenzhe Ma Zhenyu Feng Fangfang Wu Denghu Wei Baojuan Xi Shenglin Xiong 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:7
5sLe^(x) expression in invasive micropapillary breast carcinoma is associated with poor prognosis and can be combined with MUC1/EMA as a supplementary diagnostic indicator显示文摘Objective: Mucin 1(MUC1/EMA) and sialyl Lewis X(sLe^(x)) indicate polarity reversal in invasive micropapillary carcinoma(IMPC). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expression of MUC1/EMA and sLe^(x) and to assess their diagnostic and prognostic value in patients with IMPC.Methods: The expression of sLe^(x) and MUC1/EMA in 100 patients with IMPC and a control group of 89 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma not otherwise specified(IDC-NOS) were analyzed with IHC. Fresh tumor tissues were collected from patients with IMPC or IDC-NOS for primary culture and immunofluorescence analysis.Results: The rate of nodal metastasis was higher in patients with IMPC than those with IDC-NOS, and IMPC cells tended to express more sLe^(x) and MUC1/EMA in the cytomembranes(the stroma-facing surfaces of the micropapillary clusters) than IDC-NOS cells. In IMPC, high cytomembrane expression of sLe^(x), but not MUC1/EMA, indicated poor prognosis. In addition, among the 100 patients with IMPC, 10 patients had sLe^(x)+/EMA-expression patterns, and 8 patients had sLe^(x)-/EMA+ expression patterns. The primary IMPC cells were suspended, non-adherent tumor cell clusters, whereas the primary IDC cells were adherent tumor cells. 6Co0.85Se hollow spheres constructed of ultrathin 2D mesoporous nanosheets as a novel bifunctional-electrode for supercapacitor and water splitting显示文摘Hollow spheres of Co0.85Se con structed by two-dime nsional(2D)mesoporous ultrathi nnanosheets were synthesized via simple and costeffective approach.Their bifunctional electrocatalytic-supercapacitive properties were obtained simultaneously due to synergistic effects betweenmacroscopic morphological features and microscopic atomic/electronic structure of Co0.85Se.The as-synthesized hollow spheres of Co0.85Sethat are con structed by 2D mesoporous ultrathin nanosheets exhibit in spiring electrochemical performance for supercapacitor,presenting maximum energy density at high power density(54.66 Wh·kg^-1 at 1.6 kW·kg^-1)and long cycle stability(88%retention after 8,000 cycles).Atthe same time,the hollow spheres of Co0.85Se constructed by 2D mesoporous ultrathin nanosheets display excellent catalytic performaneefor oxygen evolution reaction(OER)due to special structure,high surface area and mesoporous nature of sheets,which achieve lowoverpotential(290 mV at 10 mA·g^-1)and low Tafel slope(81 mV·dec^-1)for Iong-term operation(only 7.8%decay in current density after 9 h).It could be envisioned that the proposed simple approach will pave a new way to synthesize other metal chalcoge nides for energy conversionand storage technology.Nadeem Hussain Fangfang Wu Liqiang Xu Yitai Qian 2019Nano Research2019,12,12:5
7MODIS observations of water color of the largest 10 lakes in China between 2000 and 2012显示文摘Forel-Ule(FU)index of water color is an important parameter in traditional water quality investigations.We retrieved the FU index of the largest 10 lakes in China during 2000-2012 from MODerate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer surface reflectance product(MOD09)images.Since FU index is an optical parameter,it can be derived from optical remote sensing data by direct formulas,which is invariant with region and season.Based on validation by in situ measured reflectance data,the FU index products are reliable,with average relative error of 7.7%.FU index can be used to roughly assess water clarity:the clearer a water body is,and the bluer it is in color,the smaller its FU index is.FU index can also be used to roughly classify trophic state into three classes:oligotrophic,mesotrophic,and eutrophic.We analyzed the spatial,interannual,and seasonal variations of the FU index and its implications for water clarity and trophic state,and the findings are mostly consistent with the results from related literature.All in all,it might be a feasible way to roughly assess inland water quality by FU index in large region and over long time period.Junsheng Li Shenglei Wang Yanhong Wu Bing Zhang Xiaoling Chen Fangfang Zhang Qian Shen Dailiang Peng Liqiao Tian 2016International Journal of Digital Earth2016,9,8:5

9Mechanism underlying the retarded nuclear translocation of androgen receptor splice variants显示文摘As shown in our previous study, two alternatively spliced androgen receptor(AR) variants, which are exclusively expressed in the granulosa cells of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, exhibit retarded nuclear translocation compared with wild-type AR. However, researchers have not yet determined whether these abnormalities correlate with heat shock protein 90(HSP90)and importin α(the former is a generally accepted co-chaperone of AR, and the latter is a component of classical nuclear import complexes). Here, these two variants were mainly retained in cytoplasm with HSP90 and importin α in the presence of dihydrotestosterone(DHT), and their levels in nucleus were significantly reduced, according to the immunofluorescence staining. The binding affinity of two AR variants for importin α was consistently decreased, while it was increased in WT-AR following DHT stimulation, leading to reduced nuclear import, particularly for the insertion-AR(Ins-AR). However, the binding affinities of two AR variants for HSP90 were increased in the absence of DHT compared with WT-AR, which functioned to maintain spatial structural stability, particularly for the deletion-AR(Del-AR). 10A high quality image reconstruction method based on nonconvex decoding显示文摘The article proposes a fast reconstruction algorithm for l0≤p≤1 norm nonconvex model,called Gradient projection nonconvex sparse recovery(GPNSR),which makes a good performance in high-quality image reconstruction.We apply the GPNSR into canonical multiple description coding theory and propose a robust high-quality compressed sensing-based coding method.Combined with iterative weighted technique and fast gradient descent method,the proposed method implicitly implements matrix inverse operations to highly reduce the storage pressure.Also the weighted norm method is taken to optimize the descent steps,which highly increases convergent speed of the algorithm.Taking an image has sparse Fourier representations as an example,the paper presents the detailed image sparse coding and fast reconstruction procedure.By integrating the compressive sensing multi-description coding framework,the simulation demonstrates the superior reconstruction performance of the proposed algorithm.Most importantly,with p close to zero,the reconstruction performance of GPNSR can approximate that of l0 norm optimization result.ZHAO GuangHui SHEN FangFang WANG ZhengYang WU WeiJia SHI GuangMing LIU DanHua 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,11:3
11Study on Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography Assay for Rapid Detection of Spectinomycin显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a rapid detection method for spectinomycin in pork,chicken,fish,shrimp flesh and water.[Methods]A test strip for rapid detection of spectinomycin in milk was developed by colloidal gold immunochromatography assay. [Results]The test strip had a detection limit of 50 μg/kg to milk with a detection time of 15 min,and the false positive rate and false negative rate were both 0. 13The Scorpion Venom Peptide Smp76 Inhibits Viral Infection by Regulating Type-Ⅰ Interferon Response显示文摘Dengue virus(DENV) and Zika virus(ZIKV) have spread throughout many countries in the developing world and infect millions of people every year, causing severe harm to human health and the economy. Unfortunately, there are few effective vaccines and therapies available against these viruses. Therefore, the discovery of new antiviral agents is critical.Herein, a scorpion venom peptide(Smp76) characterized from Scorpio maurus palmatus was successfully expressed and purified in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3). The recombinant Smp76(rSmp76) was found to effectively inhibit DENV and ZIKV infections in a dose-dependent manner in both cultured cell lines and primary mouse macrophages. Interestingly,rSmp76 did not inactivate the viral particles directly but suppressed the established viral infection, similar to the effect of interferon(IFN)-b. Mechanistically, rSmp76 was revealed to upregulate the expression of IFN-b by activating interferon regulatory transcription factor 3(IRF3) phosphorylation, enhancing the type-Ⅰ IFN response and inhibiting viral infection.This mechanism is significantly different from traditional virucidal antimicrobial peptides(AMPs). 14Effect of Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris) oil on the expression of p21 and CDK4 in HepG2 cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To research the anti-cancer mechanism of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris) oil in the human hepatoma cell line Hep G2.METHODS:Gas chromatography was used to analyze the components of Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris).We tested the inhibitory effect of Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris) oil on the human hepatoma cell line Hep G2 in vitro using 3-(4,5-Dimet hylt hiazol-2-yl)-2,5-dip henyltetrazoliumbromide assays.Fluorescence activating cell sorter analysis was used to examine the levels of apoptosis,and western blot and immunofluorescence were used to detect the expression of p21,p-p21 and CDK4 proteins.RESULTS:Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris)oil contains 45 ingredients,and L-ascorbic acid 2,6-bispalmitate was the main component and accounted for 44.96% of total drive-off peak area.Other components included(Z)-14-met hyl-8-exadecenal-acetal(8.56%),phytol(7.74%) and lauric acid(6.31%).Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris)oil treatment reduced the proliferation of Hep G2 cells and the half growth inhibition concentration(IC50) was 2.03 mg/m L.Furthermore,we also observed significantly increased Hep G2 cell apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner(P < 0.05).Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris) oil significantly increased the expression of p21 and p-p21 and significantly decreased the expression of CDK4 in Hep G2 cells compared with controls(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:Our results showed that Fanbaicao(Herba Potentillae Discoloris) oil has anti-cancer activities in Hep G2 cells,which is probably related to the upregulation of p21 and p-p21 and downregulation of CDK4 expression.Liu Lei Chen Guang Wang Baixin Chen Liping Wang Shuqiu Liu Zhixin Ma Xiaoru Wang Fangfang Liang Yanfeng Wu Jiamei Yang Zhiwei 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4:1
15Direct synthesis of ordered mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolites from in situ crystallization of carbonaceous SBA-15显示文摘Two types of ordered mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolites with different mesopores were synthesized by a two-step method. First,carbonaceous SBA-15 was produced by in situ carbonization of SBA-15/P123 composite. Then the obtained SBA-15/C composite was transformed into crystallized mesoporous ZSM-5 by impregnation TPAOH followed by steam-assisted crystallization. The final calcined samples synthesized with typical SBA-15/P123 precursor showed a wormlike morphology with the mean mesopore size of 4.6 nm, while samples synthesized with the addition of trimethylbenzene as swelling agent in the precursor exhibited the morphology of microsphere with the mesopore size of about 9.5 nm. Both two types of mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolites exhibited large surface area and mesopore structure. The steam-assisted crystallization(SAC) was performed with lower consumption of solvents. 17Analysis and seismic tests of composite shear walls with CFST columns and steel plate deep beams显示文摘A composite shear wall concept based on concrete filled steel tube(CFST)columns and steel plate(SP)deep beams is proposed and examined in this study.The new wall is composed of three different energy dissipation elements:CFST columns;SP deep beams;and reinforced concrete(RC)strips.The RC strips are intended to allow the core structural elements-the CFST columns and SP deep beams-to work as a single structure to consume energy.Six specimens of different configurations were tested under cyclic loading.The resulting data are analyzed herein.In addition,numerical simulations of the stress and damage processes for each specimen were carried out,and simulations were completed for a range of location and span-height ratio variations for the SP beams.The simulations show good agreement with the test results.The core structure exhibits a ductile yielding mechanism characteristic of strong column-weak beam structures,hysteretic curves are plump and the composite shear wall exhibits several seismic defense lines.The deformation of the shear wall specimens with encased CFST column and SP deep beam design appears to be closer to that of entire shear walls.Establishing optimal design parameters for the configuration of SP deep beams is pivotal to the best seismic behavior of the wall.The new composite shear wall is therefore suitable for use in the seismic design of building structures.Dong Hongying Cao Wanlin Wu Haipeng Zhang Jianwei Xu Fangfang 2013Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2013,12,4:1

19Analysis and Evaluation of Bioavailable Heavy Metals in Surface Soil of the Abandoned Lead-zinc Mine in Changhua,Hainan Province显示文摘[Objectives] The research was conducted to study characteristics of bioavailable levels pollution of heavy metals in the surface soil of the lead-zinc mine in Changhua. [Methods] A total of 56 surface samples were collected from the 3 study zones( peripheral zone,reclamation zone and tailing zone) located at the lead-zine mine in Changhua. Based on total and bioavailable heavy metals( Pb,Zn,Cu and Cd) in soils,the correlation of total content with bioavailable content was analyzed,and their pollution characteristics were assessed by methods of single factor pollution index,Nemerow pollution index,geological accumulation index and potential ecological risk index. [Results]( i) The surface soils were polluted by Pb,Zn,Cu,Cd in different degrees,and the overall trend of the contents of the 4 heavy metals was in order of Cd > Pb > Zn > Cu. The average excess multiple of heavy metals of total and bioavailable content in soils were in the order of peripheral zone > tailing zone > reclaimed zone,and their pollution degrees were tailing zone > peripheral zone > reclaimed zone.( ii) In general,the total and bioavailable contents of Pb,Zn,Cu,Cd showed a significant correlation,but were not correlated in each study zone.( iii) Pollution degrees of the study zones were in the order of tailing zone > peripheral zone > reclamation zone. The pollutions of heavy metals Pb and Cd were more serious,especially Cd reached high levels of pollution degree,and the pollution degrees of Zn,Cu were lighter. Contributors of ecological risk were mainly Cd,Pb and Cu,and the contribution of Cd achieved more than 90 %,making it the main source of pollution. 20Reasonable location of stopping line in close‑distance underlying coal seam and partition support of large cross‑section roadway显示文摘Close-distance coal seams are widely distributed over China,and the coal pillars left by the overlying coal seams afect the retracement channel of the underlying coal seam in the stopping stage.Based on the engineering background of close-distance seam mining in a coal mine,the reasonable position of the underlying coal seam's stopping line and the support method of the large section roadway during stopping are investigated using feld measurements,similar simulation experiments,and numerical simulations.There are three types of location relationships between the stopping line of the underlying coal seam and the stopping line of the overlying coal seam:'externally staggered with the upper stopping line'(ESUL,stops mining under the overlying goaf),'overlapped with upper stopping line'(OUL),and'internally staggered with the upper stopping line'(ISUL,ISUL-SD for shorter internal staggered distances,ISUL-LD for longer ones).There are diferent stress arch structures in the overlying strata of the above three positions,and the stress arch evolution process exists in the process of ESUL→OUL→ISUL-SD→ISUL-LD:a front and rear double stress arch structure→the front arch gradually decreases→the front arch dies out,and the double arch synthesizes the single arch→the single-arch range expands→the nested double arch.The relationship between the stress arch structure and the position of the stopping line is evaluated as follows:(1)ESUL:the stress concentration in the roof plate of the retracement channel of the underlying coal seam is the highest,because the overburden block of the extensive collapse zone acts directly on the roof plate of the retracement channel,resulting in relative difculties in roof support.(2)OUL:although the retracement channel roof pressure is minimal,the overlying rock structure has the potential for rotation or slippage instability.(3)ISUL-SD:the pressure on the roof of the retracement channel is small and the overburden structure is stable,which is conducive to the safe retraction of the support and not limited by the width of the end-mining coal pillar.(4)ISUL-LD:it is basically the same as the condition of stopping under the non-goaf;however,it has a limitation on the width of the end-mining coal pillar.The location of the stopping line is selected as ISUL-SD,and the retraction process of the self-excavating retraction channel was adopted.A partition asymmetric support scheme which is proven by feld practice is proposed,through a comprehensive analysis of the pre-stress feld simulation of the support scheme,based on the diferent control requirements of the roof above the support and the roof of the retracement channel in the stopping area.This method realizes safe and smooth withdrawal of the support.Dongdong Chen Yiyi Wu Shengrong Xie Fangfang Guo Fulian He Ruipeng Liu 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,4:1
