2On division management for environmental system of China: lessons from European local sustainable development显示文摘The concept of sustainable development, after being brought forward, has become a shibboleth in the world, at national and local levels. In Europe, this concept is implemented from the local to the nation, even to the Continent. The local sustainable development mainly consists in two factors: one is the renovating method continually invented by European Secretariat of ICLEI, and the other is that the local authorities towards sustainability are co-operated by the European Sustainable Cities and Towns Campaign. The eco-budget method is the outcome of these factors. For our country is a big country on rapid progression of industrialization and urbanization, with a large population and scarce resources per capita, it is practically significance to study as soon as possible the methodology. 3Programmable robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing for large,3D curved electronics on complex surfaces显示文摘Large,3D curved electronics are a trend of the microelectronic industry due to their unique ability to conformally coexist with complex surfaces while retaining the electronic functions of 2D planar integrated circuit technologies.However,these curved electronics present great challenges to the fabrication processes.Here,we propose a reconfigurable,mask-free,conformal fabrication strategy with a robot-like system,called robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing,to assemble diverse electronic devices on complex surfaces.This novel method is a ground-breaking advance with the unique capability to integrate rigid chips,flexible electronics,and conformal circuits on complex surfaces.Critically,each process,including transfer printing,inkjet printing,and plasma treating,are mask-free,digitalized,and programmable.The robotization techniques,including measurement,surface reconstruction and localization,and path programming,break through the fundamental constraints of 2D planar microfabrication in the context of geometric shape and size.The transfer printing begins with the laser lift-off of rigid chips or flexible electronics from donor substrates,which are then transferred onto a curved surface via a dexterous robotic palm.Then the robotic electrohydrodynamic printing directly writes submicrometer structures on the curved surface.Their permutation and combination allow versatile conformal microfabrication.Finally,robotized hybrid printing is utilized to successfully fabricate a conformal heater and antenna on a spherical surface and a flexible smart sensing skin on a winged model,where the curved circuit,flexible capacitive and piezoelectric sensor arrays,and rigid digital–analog conversion chips are assembled.Robotized hybrid printing is an innovative printing technology,enabling additive,noncontact and digital microfabrication for 3D curved electronics.YongAn Huang Hao Wu Chen Zhu Wennan Xiong Furong Chen Lin Xiao Jianpeng Liu Kaixin Wang Huayang Li Dong Ye Yongqing Duan Jiankui Chen Hua Yang Wenlong Li Kun Bai Zhouping Yin Han Ding 2021International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2021,3,4:1

5Study on denoising of continuous spectrum on-line monitoring signal of water quality with micro-reagents based on HHT显示文摘A continuous spectrum water quality on-line monitoring signal processing method based on Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) is proposed in this paper, which combines the micro-reagent water quality on-line monitoring technology of sequential injection. The modulation signal and spectrum curve of each intrinsic mode function(IMF) component of the original spectrum signal were obtained by empirical mode decomposition(EMD). The water sample data of different concentrations in the continuous spectrum on-line monitoring system was analyzed by the HHT model. The noise signal was excavated to realize the noise reduction processing, and the reconstruction of the continuous spectrum signal was realized after the noise reduction processing was completed. The research results show that this method can effectively reduce the noise of continuous spectrum signals according to different signal-to-noise characteristics of continuous spectrum, and has convenient use, fast processing speed, and high resolution in the time-frequency domain, which effectively improves the stability and accuracy of the micro-reagent continuous spectrum water quality on-line monitoring system.LI Wen LÜ Binbin FU Hao CAI Yongqing 2022Optoelectronics Letters2022,18,2:1
6Single-cell RNA Sequencing Reveals Thoracolumbar Vertebra Heterogeneity and Rib-genesis in Pigs显示文摘Development of thoracolumbar vertebra(TLV)and rib primordium(RP)is a common evolutionary feature across vertebrates,although whole-organism analysis of the expression dynamics of TLV-and RP-related genes has been lacking.Here,we investigated the single-cell transcriptome landscape of thoracic vertebra(TV),lumbar vertebra(LV),and RP cells from a pig embryo at 27 days post-fertilization(dpf)and identified six cell types with distinct gene expression signatures.In-depth dissection of the gene expression dynamics and RNA velocity revealed a coupled process of osteogenesis and angiogenesis during TLV and RP development.Further analysis of cell type-specific and strand-specific expression uncovered the extremely high level of HOXA103′-UTR sequence specific to osteoblasts of LV cells,which may function as anti-HOXA10-antisense by counteracting the HOXA10-antisense effect to determine TLV transition.Thus,this work provides a valuable resource for understanding embryonic osteogenesis and angiogenesis underlying vertebrate TLV and RP development at the cell type-specific resolution,which serves as a comprehensive view on the transcriptional profile of animal embryo development.Jianbo Li Ligang Wang Dawei Yu Junfeng Hao Longchao Zhang Adeniyi C.Adeola Bingyu Mao Yun Gao Shifang Wu Chunling Zhu Yongqing Zhang Jilong Ren Changgai Mu David M.Irwin Lixian Wang Tang Hai Haibing Xie Yaping Zhang 2021Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2021,19,3:1
7Intrinsic magnetic topological materials显示文摘Topological states of matter possess bulk electronic structures categorized by topological invariants and edge/surface states due to the bulk-boundary correspondence. Topological materials hold great potential in the development of dissipationless spintronics, information storage and quantum computation, particularly if combined with magnetic order intrinsically or extrinsically. Here, we review the recent progress in the exploration of intrinsic magnetic topological materials, including but not limited to magnetic topological insulators, magnetic topological metals, and magnetic Weyl semimetals. We pay special attention to their characteristic band features such as the gap of topological surface state, gapped Dirac cone induced by magnetization (either bulk or surface), Weyl nodal point/line and Fermi arc, as well as the exotic transport responses resulting from such band features. 8On the topological surface states of the intrinsic magnetic topological insulator Mn-Bi-Te family显示文摘We review recent progress in the electronic structure study of intrinsic magnetic topological insulators(MnBi_(2)Te_(4))·(Bi_(2)Te_(3))n(n=0,1,2,3)family.Specifically,we focus on the ubiquitously(nearly)gapless behavior of the topological Dirac surface state observed by photoemission spectroscopy,even though a large Dirac gap is expected because of surface ferromagnetic order.The dichotomy between experiment and theory concerning this gap behavior is perhaps the most critical and puzzling question in this frontier.We discuss various proposals accounting for the lack of magnetic effect on the topological Dirac surface state,which are mainly categorized into two pictures,magnetic reconfiguration and topological surface state redistribution.Band engineering towards opening a magnetic gap of topological surface states provides great opportunities to realize quantized topological transport and axion electrodynamics at higher temperatures.Yuan Wang Xiao-Ming Ma Zhanyang Hao Yongqing Cai Hongtao Rong Fayuan Zhang Weizhao Chen Chengcheng Zhang Junhao Lin Yue Zhao Chang Liu Qihang Liu Chaoyu Chen 2024National Science Review2024,11,2:0
