2Emergency material scheduling optimization model and algorithms:A review显示文摘In the emergency management of disruptions,efficient emergency material scheduling(EMS) is a key factor to save people’s lives and reduce loss.Based on the literature of EMS and related areas in recent years,the research was summarized from two aspects of EMS optimization model and algorithms.It is concluded that the EMS optimization models mainly aim at the shortest time,shortest distance,minimum cost,maximum satisfaction and fairness,etc.The constraints usually include the quantity of supply depots,relief supply and vehicles,the types of commodities,the road network conditions,the budgets and the demand forecast of emergency materials.Multi-objective model is more complex and it usually considers more than one objective.To find the optimized solution,the multiobjective model with complex constraints needs more efficient algorithms.The existing algorithms,including mathematic algorithm and heuristic algorithm,have been categorized.For NP-hard(non-deterministic polynomial hard) problems,heuristic algorithms should be designed,which mainly include genetic algorithm(GA),ant colony optimization(ACO),particle swarm optimization(PSO),etc.Based on the characteristics of the optimization model and various algorithms,appropriate algorithm or tools should be chosen and designed to obtain the optimized solution of EMS model.Finally,the development trends of EMS optimization model and algorithm in the future are proposed.Hui Hu Jing He Xiongfei He Wanli Yang Jing Nie Bin Ran 2019Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2019,6,5:11
3Characteristics of Carboxymethyl Hemicellulose(CMX)and Its Strengthening Mechanism显示文摘In this study,three kinds of rough-wrought hemicelluloses(RHCs)were obtained via alkali extraction on different raw materials.One was untreated Phyllostachys edulis powder;the second was obtained via benzyl alcohol extraction of Phyllostachys edulis powder;and the third was holocellulose of Phyllostachys edulis powder.Carboxymethyl hemicelluloses(CMXs)were prepared by the alkalization and etherification of RHCs and were used to enhance the tensile strength of household paper.The results demonstrated a synergistic effect between CMX and polyamide epichlorohydrin resin(PAE),and the addition of small amount of CMX(0.35 kg/t pulp)can significantly improve the dry and wet tensile indices of paper.Study results of CMX strengthening mechanism revealed that the addition of CMX can improve the retention of PAE,especially the fine fiber,due to the adsorption of charges.The use of CMX in paper not only saves production costs but also reduces the proportion of long fiber,which is beneficial to the closed circulation and treatment of white water.Shubin Wu Wanli He Feiyu Song 2020Paper And Biomaterials2020,5,2:2
4The ER membrane protein complex subunit Emc3 controls angiogenesis via the FZD4/WNT signaling axis显示文摘The endoplasmic reticulum(ER) membrane protein complex(EMC) regulates the synthesis and quality control of membrane proteins with multiple transmembrane domains. One of the membrane spanning subunits, EMC3, is a core member of the EMC complex that provides essential hydrophilic vestibule for substrate insertion. Here, we show that the EMC subunit Emc3 plays critical roles in the retinal vascular angiogenesis by regulating Norrin/Wnt signaling. Postnatal endothelial cell(EC)-specific deletion of Emc3 led to retarded retinal vascular development with a hyperpruned vascular network, the appearance of bluntended, aneurysm-like tip endothelial cells(ECs) with reduced numbers of filopodia and leakage of erythrocytes at the vascular front. Diminished tube formation and cell proliferation were also observed in EMC3 depleted human retinal endothelial cells(HRECs). We then discovered a critical role for EMC3 in expression of FZD4 receptor of β-catenin signaling using RNA sequencing, real-time quantitative PCR(RT-q PCR) and luciferase reporter assay. Moreover, augmentation of Wnt activity via lithium chloride(Li Cl) treatment remarkably enhanced β-catenin signaling and cell proliferation of HRECs. Additionally, Li Cl partially reversed the angiogenesis defects in Emc3-c KO mice. 5A size-dependent composite laminated skew plate model based on a new modified couple stress theory显示文摘In this study, a size-dependent composite laminated skew Mindlin plate model is proposed based on a new modified couple stress theory. This plate model can be viewed as a simplified couple stress theory in engineering mechanics. Governing equations and related boundary conditions are derived based on the principle of minimum potential energy. The Rayleigh–Ritz method is employed to obtain the numerical solutions of the center deflections of simply supported plates with different ply orientations. Numerical results show that the normalized center deflections obtained by the proposed model are always smaller than those obtained by the classical one, i.e. the present model can capture the scale effects of microstructures. Moreover, a phenomenon reveals that the ply orientation would make a significant influence on the magnitude of scale effects of composite laminated plates at micro scale. 6A general and simple method for evaluating the electrical transport performance of graphene by the van der Pauw–Hall measurement显示文摘Expected for many promising applications in the field of electronics and optoelectronics, a reliable method for the characterization of graphene electrical transport properties is desired to predict its device performance or provide feedback for its synthesis.However, the commonly used methods of extracting carrier mobility from graphene field effect transistor or Hall-bar is time consuming, expensive, and significantly affected by the device fabrication process other than graphene itself.Here we reported a general and simple method to evaluate the electrical transport performance of graphene by the van der Pauw–Hall measurement.By annealing graphene in vacuum to remove the adsorbed dopants and then exposing it in ambient surroundings, carrier mobility as a function of density can be measured with the increase of carrier density due to the dopant re-adsorption from the surroundings.Further, the relationship between the carrier mobility and density can be simply fitted with a power equation to the first level approximation, with which any pair of measured carrier mobility and density can be normalized to an arbitrary carrier density for comparison.We experimentally demonstrated the reliability of the method, which is much simpler than making devices and may promote the standard making for graphene characterization.Fangzhu Qing Yang Shu Linsen Qing Yuting Niu He Guo Shuyi Zhang Chunlin Liu Changqing Shen Wanli Zhang Samuel S.Mao Wenjuan Zhu Xuesong Li 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,22:2
7Factors Controlling Deposition of Metallic Minerals in the Meng’entaolegai Ag-Pb-Zn Deposit, Inner Mongolia, China: Evidence from Fluid Inclusions, Isotope Systematics, and Thermodynamic Model显示文摘The Meng’entaolegai Ag-Pb-Zn vein-type deposit in Inner Mongolia,NE China is hosted in biotite/muscovite granite.This deposit includes the western(Zn-rich,deepest),middle(Zn-Pb rich)and eastern(Pb-Ag-rich,shallowest)ore-blocks.To better understand the metallogenic processes in ore district,we have undertaken a series of studies including fluid inclusion microthermometry,H-O-S-Pb isotope compositions and thermodynamic modeling.Based on fluid inclusion petrography,microthermometry results and HO isotope compositions,the ore-forming H2O-NaCl fluid inclusions are characterized by medium temperature and medium salinity.And two kinds of fluid processes(boiling in western and middle ore-block and fluid mixing in the eastern ore-block)were identified to explain the ore fluid evolution.More importantly,log ?O2-pH diagrams of δ^34S contours with the stability fields of Fe-and Cu-,Zn-,Pb-,and Ag-bearing minerals were constructed to restore the physicochemical conditions of ore-forming fluid in the western(270℃ and 80 bars),middle(250℃ and 70 bars),and eastern(230℃ and 50 bars)ore-blocks.As a result,the ore-forming conditions in the western and middle ore-block were similar.In the eastern ore-block,the fluids may have changed from acidic,S-poor and δ^34S(ΣS)≈2.8 to neutral,S-richer and δ^34S(ΣS)≈0.5,which imply that neutral S-rich meteoric water was mixed with the magmatic fluid.Meanwhile,the activity of Ag+was estimated to be about 10 ppm–9 ppm in the middle ore-block,but in the eastern ore-block it was about^10 ppm–12 ppm.We proposed that the key for Ag ore deposition was likely to be neutralization led by fluid mixing.He Yang Wanli Ma Rui Wang Xueli Ma Keyong Wang 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,2:2
8A New Framework for Focused Web Crawling显示文摘Focused crawlers are important tools to support applications such as specialized Web portals, online searching, and Web search engines. A topic driven crawler chooses the best URLs and relevant pages to pursue during Web crawling. It is difficult to deal with irrelevant pages. This paper presents a novel focused crawler framework. In our focused crawler, we propose a method to overcome some of the limitations of dealing with the irrelevant pages. We also introduce the implementation of our focused crawler and present some important metrics and an evaluation function for ranking pages relevance. 10Preparation and gas-sensing performance of SnO2/NiO composite oxide synthesized by microwave-assisted liquid phase deposition显示文摘We synthesized SnO2/NiO composite oxides by microwave-assisted liquid phase deposition to improve their surface physico-chemical properties and gas-sensing selectivity,and we investigated how the molar ratio of Ni^2+to Sn^4+and the microwave power affected their gas-sensing performance.The microstructure,surface physico-chemical states,and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.Nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms were used to characterize the specific surface areas of the samples.Our results showed that microwave-assisted liquid phase deposition increased the surface-adsorbed oxygen content and the specific surface area of the SnO2/NiO composite oxide from about 22to 120m2/g.When the molar ratio of Ni^2+to Sn^4+was 0.1,the gas response to 1000ppm ethanol gas reached 84.7at a lower working voltage of 3.5V.However,the optimum working voltages for methanol and acetone gas were 4.5and 4.0V,respectively.Thus,a new method was found to improve the selectivity of the gas sensor.Moreover,at a working voltage of 4.0V,the gas response of a SnO2/NiO gas sensor synthesized by microwave-assisted liquid phase deposition with the optimum radiation power of 450W to 1000ppm acetone gas was 49.7,twice that of a sensor synthesized by traditional liquid phase deposition.Jing He Wanli Jiao Lei Zhang Rui Feng 2018Particuology2018,16,6:1

19Dynamic Colloidal Photonic Crystal Hydrogels with Self-Recovery and Injectability显示文摘Simulation of self-recovery and diversity of natural photonic crystal(PC)structures remain great challenges for artificial PC materials.Motivated by the dynamic characteristics of PC nanostructures,here,we present a new strategy for the design of hydrogel-based artificial PC materials with reversible interactions in the periodic nanostructures.The dynamic PC hydrogels,derived from self-assembled microgel colloidal crystals,were tactfully constructed by reversible crosslinking of adjacent microgels in the ordered structure via phenylboronate covalent chemistry.As proof of concept,three types of dynamic colloidal PC hydrogels with different structural colors were prepared.All the hydrogels showed perfect self-healing ability against physical damage.Moreover,dynamic crosslinking within the microgel crystals enabled shear-thinning injection of the PC hydrogels through a syringe(indicating injectability or printability),followed by rapid recovery of the structural colors.In short,in addition to the great significance in biomimicry of self-healing function of natural PC materials,our work provides a facile strategy for the construction of diversified artificial PC materials for different applications such as chem-/biosensing,counterfeit prevention,optical display,and energy conversion.Yue Ma Peiyan He Wanli Xie Qiang Zhang Weiling Yin Jianming Pan Miao Wang Xin Zhao Guoqing Pan 2021Research2021,,1:1
