3Fe_3O_4@C nanoparticles as high-performance Fenton-like catalyst for dye decoloration显示文摘Water pollution has become serious environmental problem nowadays. Advanced oxidation processes(AOP) have been widely applied in water treatment.However, traditional Fenton reaction based on Fe2﹢-H2O2 system has obvious drawbacks, which limit its applications In this study, magnetic Fe3O4core-C shell nanoparticles(Fe3O4@C NPs) were prepared for the decoloration of methylene blue(MB) via the co-precipitation followed by the hydrothermal dehydrogenation of glucose. Fe3O4@C NPs showed high catalytic activity of the decoloration of MB through the decomposition of H2O2 in Fenton-like reactions. Fe3O4@C NPs had much higher activity than bare Fe3O4 cores, suggesting the coating of carbon enhanced the catalytic activity. The performance of Fe3O4@C NPs was better at lower pH and higher temperature, but was significantly inhibited in the presence of radical scavenger tertiary butanol. Fe3O4@C NPs could be magnetic separated and regenerated, and maintained with very good catalytic activity. 4Growth and characterization of 0.8-μm gate length AlGaN/GaN HEMTs on sapphire substrates显示文摘AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) structures were grown on 2 inch sapphire substrates by MOCVD, and 0.8-μm gate length devices were fabricated and measured. It is shown by resistance mapping that the HEMT structures have an average sheet resistance of approximately 380 ?/sq with a uniformity of more than 96%. The 1-mm gate width devices using the materials yielded a pulsed drain current of 784 mA/mm at Vgs=0.5 V and Vds=7 V with an extrinsic transconductance of 200 mS/mm. A 20-GHz unity current gain cutoff frequency (?T ) and a 28-GHz maximum oscillation frequency (?max) were obtained. 5Crosstalk-free achromatic full Stokes imaging polarimetry metasurface enabled by polarization-dependent phase optimization显示文摘Imaging polarimetry is one of the most widely used analytical technologies for object detection and analysis.To date,most metasurface-based polarimetry techniques are severely limited by narrow operating bandwidths and inevitable crosstalk,leading to detrimental effects on imaging quality and measurement accuracy.Here,we propose a crosstalkfree broadband achromatic full Stokes imaging polarimeter consisting of polarization-sensitive dielectric metalenses,implemented by the principle of polarization-dependent phase optimization.Compared with the single-polarization optimization method,the average crosstalk has been reduced over three times under incident light with arbitrary polarization ranging from 9μm to 12μm,which guarantees the measurement of the polarization state more precisely.The experimental results indicate that the designed polarization-sensitive metalenses can effectively eliminate the chromatic aberration with polarization selectivity and negligible crosstalk.The measured average relative errors are 7.08%,8.62%,7.15%,and 7.59%at 9.3,9.6,10.3,and 10.6μm,respectively.Simultaneously,the broadband full polarization imaging capability of the device is also verified.This work is expected to have potential applications in wavefront detection,remote sensing,light-field imaging,and so forth.Yaxin Zhang Mingbo Pu Jinjin Jin Xinjian Lu Yinghui Guo Jixiang Cai Fei Zhang Yingli Ha Qiong He Mingfeng Xu Xiong Li Xiaoliang Ma Xiangang Luo 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,11:6
6Preparation and characterization of 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane grafted montmorillonite and acid-activated montmorillonite显示文摘3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane grafted montmorillonites were synthesized with montmorillonite, acidactivated montmorillonites and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in ethanol-water mixture. The resulting products were investigated using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG). XRD patterns demonstrated that silane was intercalated into the montmorillonite gallery, indicated by increasing basal spacings. These intercalated silanes probably adopt bilayer arrangement models within the montmorillonite and acid-activated montmorillonites interlayer spaces. TG and DTG curves indicate that acidification results in a decrease of the thermal stability of the resultant montmorillonites. 7Sand flux estimation during a sand-dust storm at Tazhong area of Taklimakan Desert, China显示文摘In this paper, the sand transport during a sand-dust storm in the Tazhong area of the central Taklimakan Desert from 11:29 to 23:56 on July 19, 2008 was observed and measured in real time. The sand flux at Tazhong was estimated using sand transport empirical formulas. The critical friction velocity at Tazhong was 0.24 m/s and the functional relation between the wind speed and sediment discharge at the height of 2 m was established. It was also found that the calculated values by Lettau's sediment discharge formula were close to those of the instrument measurements. 8Risk factors of hyperprolactinemia induced by risperidone and olanzapine and their correlations with plasma glucose and lipids显示文摘Background Hyperprolactinemia is a common adverse reaction in patients with schizophrenia who take antipsychotic drugs;it often leads to treatment noncompliance in patients and has an adverse effect on their prognosis.Aims This study aimed to explore the risk factors of elevated prolactin(PRL)caused by risperidone(RIS)and olanzapine(OLZ)and the relationship between PRL and fasting plasma glucose and lipids.Methods Patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups:264 patients who were taking RIS and 175 patients who were taking OLZ.These two groups were further divided according to serum PRL levels:an elevated PRL group(>30ng/mL)and a normal PRL group(PRL<30ng/mL).The demographics,medication dosage,fasting plasma glucose,total cholesterol and triglycerides were compared in the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the risk factors of elevated PRL levels.Results Compared with the OLZ group,the RIS group had a greater number of patients with elevated PRL(155/264 vs 58/175).Either the RIS or the OLZ group,the proportion of elevated PRL was greater in female patients(RIS:x^2=6.76,p=0.009;OLZ:x^2=12.98,p<0.001)and with higher doses of the related drugs(RIS:U=-3.73,p<0.001;OLZ:U=-2.31,p=0.021).In patients taking RIS,the elevated PRL subgroup took the drug for a longer period(U=-2.76,p=0.006)and had lower triglyceride levels(U=2.76,p=0.006).In patients taking OLZ,the elevated PRL subgroup had lower fasting plasma glucose levels(U=2.29,p=0.022).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,dose and fasting glucose levels were significantly associated with elevated PRL levels(RIS:p=0.001,OLZ:p<0.001;RIS:p<0.001;OLZ:p=0.003;RIS:p=0.020,OLZ:p=0.001,respectively).Conclusion Compared with OLZ,RIS had a greater effect on PRL in patients with schizophrenia,and in patients with schizophrenia taking RIS or OLZ,gender and dose were significantly correlated with the PRL value.Moreover,the plasma glucose level of the group with elevated PRL was lower than that of the group with normal PRL.The results also showed that high serum PRL may be associated with a favourable glucose metabolic profile in patients with schizophrenia taking RIS or OLZ.Further studies are warranted to confirm this association.Sidi He Wen Juan Yu Xiaoliang Wang Lei Zhang Nan Zhao Guanjun Li Yi Feng Shen Huafang Li 2020General Psychiatry2020,33,4:5

10Performance improvement of solution-processed CdS/CdTe solar cells with a thin compact TiO_2 buffer layer显示文摘The device performance of CdS/CdTe solar cells largely depends on not only the back ohmic contact, but also the conformality of Cd S window layer coating. In order to reduce the light absorption loss in Cd S, the Cd S thickness is usually less than 100 nm. However, pinholes in Cd S and non-conformal coverage of Cd S on transparent conducting oxide layer will cause shunting thus leading to device performance degradation and failure. In this paper, low-temperature and low-cost fabrication methods, i.e., chemical bath deposition and electrochemical deposition, were used to deposit Cd S and Cd Te, respectively. It was found that the yield of device was around 20 % due to shunting. In order to alleviate this problem, a compact layer of TiO2 was inserted between the fluorine-doped tin oxide and Cd S as a buffer layer. The thickness effect of TiO2 was studied and showed that devices with thin(20 nm thickness) TiO2 performed better than the counterparts with thick layers. 15Lipidomic and transcriptomic analysis reveals reallocation of carbon flux from cuticular wax into plastid membrane lipids in a glossy“Newhall”navel orange mutant显示文摘Both cuticle and membrane lipids play essential roles in quality maintenance and disease resistance in fresh fruits.Many reports have indicated the modification of alternative branch pathways in epicuticular wax mutants;however,the specific alterations concerning lipids have not been clarified thus far.Here,we conducted a comprehensive,timeresolved lipidomic,and transcriptomic analysis on the“Newhall”navel orange(WT)and its glossy mutant(MT)“Gannan No.1”.The results revealed severely suppressed wax formation accompanied by significantly elevated production of 36-carbon plastid lipids with increasing fruit maturation in MT.Transcriptomics analysis further identified a series of key functional enzymes and transcription factors putatively involved in the biosynthesis pathways of wax and membrane lipids.Moreover,the high accumulation of jasmonic acid(JA)in MT was possibly due to the need to maintain plastid lipid homeostasis,as the expression levels of two significantly upregulated lipases(CsDAD1 and CsDALL2)were positively correlated with plastid lipids and characterized to hydrolyze plastid lipids to increase the JA content.Our results will provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the natural variation of plant lipids to lay a foundation for the quality improvement of citrus fruit.Haoliang Wan Hongbo Liu Jingyu Zhang Yi Lyu Zhuoran Li Yizhong He Xiaoliang Zhang Xiuxin Deng Yariv Brotman Alisdair RFernie Yunjiang Cheng Weiwei Wen 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2

17Numerical simulation of drop oscillation in AC electrowetting显示文摘In this paper,a 'macroscopic-scale' numerical method for drop oscillation in AC electrowetting is presented.The method is based on a high-fidelity moving mesh interface tracking(MMIT) approach and a 'microscopic model' for the moving contact line.The contact line model developed by Ren et al.[Phys Fluids,2010,22:102103] is used in the simulation.To determine the slip length in this model,we propose a calibration procedure using the experimental data of drop spreading in DC electrowetting.In the simulation,the frequency of input AC voltage varies in a certain range while the root-mean-square value remains fixed.The numerical simulation is validated against the experiment and it shows that the predicted resonance frequencies for different oscillation modes agree reasonably well with the experiment.The origins of discrepancy between simulation and experiment are analyzed in the paper.Further investigation is also conducted by including the contact angle hysteresis into the contact line model to account for the 'stick-slip' behavior.A noticeable improvement on the prediction of resonance frequencies is achieved by using the hysteresis model.LI XiaoLiang HE GuoWei ZHANG Xing 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,2:1
18Safety Risk Analysis of Large⁃scale Complex Project based on WBS⁃RBS and Interval Numbers显示文摘Safety risks are essential to the success or failure of the large⁃scale complex projects.In order to assess and evaluate the safety risks of the large⁃scale complex projects scientifically,a risk assessment method of work breakdown structure and risk breakdown structure(WBS⁃RBS)is proposed to identify the project risks.In this paper,interval numbers are used to evaluate the risk levels,weights are assigned automatically based on the complexity and risk degree of WBS to distinguish three types of nodes in WBS,and a risk assessment algorithm is designed to assess safety risk at all layers of the project.A case study is conducted to demonstrate how to apply the method.The results show the practicality,robustness and efficiency of our new method,which can be applied to different kinds of large⁃scale complex projects in reality.JIANG Weiyang HE Xiaoliang DU Hejia 2022International Journal of Plant Engineering and Management2022,27,3:1

20High performance 1 mm AlGaN/GaN HEMT based on SiC substrate显示文摘This is our first report on the high performance 1 mm AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor(HEMT)which was developed using home-made AlGaN/GaN epitaxy structures based on SiC substrate.Metal-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD)was used to generate the epitaxy layers.Corresponding experiments show that the device has a gate length of 0.8 mm exhibiting drain current density of 1.16 A/mm,transconductance of 241 ms/mm,a gate-drain break-down voltage larger than 80 V,maximum current gain frequency of 20 GHz and maximum power gain frequency of 28 GHz.In addition,the power gain under the continues wave condition is 14.2 dB with a power density of 4.1 W/mm,while under the pulsed wave condition,power gain reaches 14.4 dB with power density at 5.2 W/mm.Furthermore,the two-port network impedance characteristics display great potential in microwave application.Weijun LUO Xiaojuan CHEN Chengzhan LI Xinyu LIU Zhijing HE Ke WEI Xiaoxin LIANG Xiaoliang WANG 2008Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2008,3,1:1
