| 3 | Recent advances in the synthesis of hierarchically mesoporous TiO2 materials for energy and environmental applications显示文摘Because of their low cost,natural abundance,environmental benignity;plentiful polymorphs,good chemical stability and excellent optical properties,TiO2 materials are of great importance in the areas of physics;chemistry and material science.Much effort has been devoted to the synthesis of TiO2 nanomaterials for various applications.Among them,mesoporous TiO2 materials,especially with hierarchically porous structures;show great potential owing to their extraordinarily high surface areas,large pore volumes,tunable pore structures and morphologies,and nanoscale effects.This review aims to provide an overview of the synthesis and applications of hierarchically mesoporous TiO2 materials.In the first section,the general synthetic strategies for hierarchically mesoporous TiO2 materials are reviewed.After that;we summarize the architectures of hierarchically mesoporous TiO2 materials,including nanofibers,nanosheets,microparticles,films;spheres,core-shell and multi-level structures.At the same time,the corresponding mechanisms and the key factors for the controllable synthesis are highlighted.Following this,the applications of hierarchically mesoporous TiO2 materials in terms of energy storage and environmental protection,including photocatalytic degradation of pollutants,photocatalytic fuel generation,photoelectrochemical water splitting;catalyst support,lithium-ion batteries and sodium-ion batteries,are discussed.Finally,we outline the challenges and future directions of research and development in this area. | Wei Zhang Yong Tian Haili He Li Xu Wei Li Dongyuan Zhao | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,11: | 12 |
| 4 | Seismic response analysis of road vehicle-bridge system for continuous rigid frame bridges with high piers显示文摘The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of earthquakes on road vehicle-bridge coupling vibration systems. A two-axle highway freight vehicle is treated as a 13 degree-of-freedom system composed of several rigid bodies, which are connected by a series of springs and dampers. The framework of the earthquake-vehicle-bridge dynamic analysis system is then established using an earthquake as the external excitation. The equivalent lateral contact force serves as the judgment criteria for sideslip accidents according to reliability theory. The entire process of the vehicle crossing the bridge is considered for a very high pier continuous rigid frame bridge. The response characteristics of the vehicle and the bridge are discussed in terms of various parameters such as earthquake ground motion, PGA value of the earthquake, incident angle, pier height, vehicle speed and mass. | 5 | Resveratrol suppresses bone cancer pain in rats by attenuating inflammatory responses through the AMPK/Drp1 signaling显示文摘Bone cancer pain(BCP)is induced by primary bone cancer and secondary bone metastasis.During BCP pathogenesis,activated spinal astrocytes release proinflammatory cytokines,which participate in pain information transmission.In this study,we found that BCP rats showed disruption of trabecular bone structure,mechanical allodynia,and spinal inflammation.Moreover,reduced adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)activity,increased mitochondrial fission-associated protein Drp1 GTPase activity accompanied by the dysfunction of mitochondrial function,and abnormal BAX and Bcl-2 expression were found in the spinal cord of BCP rats.Notably,these alterations are reversed by resveratrol(Res)administration.Cell experiment results demonstrated that Res promotes mitochondrial function by activating AMPK,decreasing Drp1 activity,and inhibiting tumor necrosis factor-cα-induced mitochondrial membrane potential reduction.Taken together,these results indicate that Res suppresses BCP in rats by attenuation of the inflammatory responses through the AMPK/Drp1 signaling pathway. | Miaomiao Hao Qiong Tang Banghua Wang Yisheng Li Jieqiong Ding Mingyue Li Min Xie Haili Zhu | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3: | 8 |

| 9 | 4-Formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenol: an ESIPT chromophore显示文摘In the present work, excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) emission properties of a new benzotriazole derivative 4-formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenol(C1) were studied. 4-Formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-methoxy-benzene(C2), 4-formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenyl acetate(C3) and 4-methyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenol(C4) were used as the reference molecules.1H NMR chemical shift of hydroxy group in C1 was located at more down field than that of C4 or p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(C5), respectively. C1 showed two absorption bands in the range of 260–400 nm zones in various solvents, while C2 and C3 exhibited single absorption band. The equal molar mixtures of C2/C5 or C3/C5 showed single absorption band.C2 and C3 displayed single fluorescence emission band in various solvents, while C1 exhibited dual emission bands in some strong polar solvents. Furthermore, the second emission band in these strong polar solvents showed the large Stokes shift. The results show that the second emission band of C1 was produced by ESIPT. C2 and C3 could not undergo ESIPT due to no hydroxy group. | 10 | Spatial-temporal variations in net primary productivity in the Arctic from 2003 to 2016显示文摘The area of Arctic sea ice has dramatically decreased, and the length of the open water season has increased;these patterns have been observed by satellite remote sensing since the 1970 s. In this paper, we calculate the net primary productivity(NPP, calculated by carbon) from 2003 to 2016 based on sea ice concentration products,chlorophyll a(Chl a) concentration, photosynthetically active radiation(PAR), sea surface temperature(SST), and sunshine duration data. We then analyse the spatiotemporal changes in the Chl a concentration and NPP and further investigate the relations among NPP, the open water area, and the length of the open water season. The results indicate that(1) the Chl a concentration increased by 0.025 mg/m^3 per year;(2) the NPP increased by 4.29 mg/(m^2·d) per year, reaching a maximum of 525.74 mg/(m^2·d) in 2016;and(3) the Arctic open water area increased by 57.23×10^3 km^2/a, with a growth rate of 1.53 d/a for the length of the open water season. The annual NPP was significantly positively related to the open water area, the length of the open water season and the SST.The daily NPP was also found to have a lag correlation with the open water area, with a lag time of two months.With global warming, NPP has maintained an increasing trend, with the most significant increase occurring in the Kara Sea. | 12 | DYNAMIC BEHAVIORAL MODELING FOR STRONGLY NONLINEAR DOHERTY PAS USING REAL-VALUED TIME-DELAY RECURRENT RBF MODEL显示文摘This paper proposes a Real-Valued Time-Delay Recurrent Radial Basis Function (RVTDRRBF) model suitable for dynamic modeling of the strongly nonlinear behaviors of the Doherty Power Amplifiers (DPAs). This model has four Tapped Delay Lines (TDLs), which account for the memory effect of the DPA. The structure of the RVTDRRBF model is simpler than the traditional FeedForward Neural Networks (FFNNs) model. Weights and centers of the proposed model can be resolved by the Orthogonal Least Square (OLS) and Singular Value De-composition (SVD) algorithm. A three-carrier Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) signal is taken as the test signal. The simulation results in frequency-domain and time-domain for a DPA with 51 dBm output illustrate a good agreement between the RVTDRRBF model and measurement data. | 13 | Influence of cosmic radiation on lymphocyte micronucleus,serum lipid peroxide and antioxidation capacity in aircrew members显示文摘This study looks into the influence of cosmic radiation at high altitudes on human bodies. Results reveal that the cytokinesis-block micronuclei (CBMN) and conventional cultured micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes, serum levels of lipid peroxide, superoxide dismutase, and the total antioxidation capacity by chemical colorimetry all increased significantly in aircrew members. There exists a linear relationship between the CBMN and the average annual effective doses of radiation received or the average annual flying hours. With both of them, a trend shows that the serum lipid peroxide levels increase as well. Either the lipid peroxide or CBMN can sensitively reflect the recent changes in flight load. | 18 | Characteristics of root pullout resistance of Caragana korshinskii Kom.in the loess area of northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,China显示文摘Roots exert pullout resistance under pullout force,allowing plants to resist uprooting.However,the pullout resistance characteristics of taproot-type shrub species of different ages remain unclear.In this study,in order to improve our knowledge of pullout resistance characteristics of taproot systems of shrub species,we selected the shrub species Caragana korshinskii Kom.in different growth periods as the research plant and conducted in situ root pullout test.The relationships among the maximum pullout resistance,peak root displacement,shrub growth period,and aboveground growth indices(plant height and plant crown breadth)were analyzed,as well as the mechanical process of uprooting.Pullout resistance of 4-15 year-old C.korshinskii ranged from 2.49(±0.25)to 14.71(±4.96)kN,and the peak displacement ranged from 11.77(±8.61)to 26.50(±16.09)cm.The maximum pullout resistance and the peak displacement of roots increased as a power function(R^(2)=0.9038)and a linear function(R^(2)=0.8242)with increasing age,respectively.The maximum pullout resistance and the peak displacement increased with increasing plant height;however,this relationship was not significant.The maximum pullout resistance increased exponentially(R^(2)=0.5522)as the crown breadth increased.There was no significant relationship between the peak displacement and crown breadth.The pullout resistance and displacement curve were divided into three stages:the initial nonlinear growth,linear growth,and nonlinear stages.Two modes of failure of a single root occurred when the roots were subjected to vertical loading forces:the synchronous breakage mode and the periderm preferential breakage mode.These findings provide a foundation for further investigation of the soil reinforcement and slope protection mechanisms of this shrub species in the loess area of northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,China. | LIU Yabin SHI Chuan YU Dongmei WANG Shu PANG Jinghao ZHU Haili LI Guorong HU Xiasong | 2022 | Journal of Arid Land2022,14,7: | 2 |

| 20 | Clay nanosheet-mediated delivery of recombinant plasmids expressing artificial miRNAs via leaf spray to prevent infection by plant DNA viruses显示文摘Whitefly-transmitted begomoviruses are economically important plant pathogens that cause severe problems in many crop plants,such as tomato,papaya,cotton,and tobacco.Tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TYLCV)is a typical monopartite begomovirus that has been extensively studied,but methods that can efficiently control begomoviruses are still scarce.In this study,we combined artificial microRNA(amiRNA)-mediated silencing technology and clay nanosheetmediated delivery by spraying and developed a method for efficiently preventing TYLCV infection in tomato plants.We designed three amiRNAs that target different regions of TYLCV to silence virus-produced transcripts.Three plant expression vectors expressing pre-amiRNAs were constructed,and recombinant plasmid DNAs(pDNAs)were loaded onto nontoxic and degradable layered double hydroxide(LDH)clay nanosheets.LDH nanosheets containing multiple pDNAs were sprayed onto plant leaves.We found that the designed amiRNAs were significantly accumulated in leaves 7 days after spraying,while the pDNAs were sustainably detected for 35 days after the spray,suggesting that the LDH nanosheets released pDNAs in a sustained manner,protected pDNAs from degradation and efficiently delivered pDNAs into plant cells.Importantly,when the LDH nanosheets coated with pDNAs were sprayed onto plants infected by TYLCV,both the disease severity and TYLCV viral concentration in sprayed plants were significantly decreased during the 35 days,while the levels of H_(2)O_(2) were significantly increased in those plants.Taken together,these results indicate that LDH nanosheets loaded with pDNAs expressing amiRNAs can be a sustainable and promising tool for begomovirus control. | Qili Liu Yanpeng Li Kedong Xu Dongxiao Li Haiyan Hu Feng Zhou Puwen Song Yongang Yu Qichao Wei Qian Liu Weipeng Wang Ruifang Bu Haili Sun Xiaohui Wang Jianjun Hao Honglian Li Chengwei Li | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 1 |
