| 1 | FUSAR-Ship:building a high-resolution SAR-AIS matchup dataset of Gaofen-3 for ship detection and recognition显示文摘Gaofen-3 (GF-3) is China's first civil C-band fully polarimetric spaceborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) primarily missioned for ocean remote sensing and marine monitoring. This paper proposes an automatic sea segmentation, ship detection, and SAR-AIS matchup procedure and an extensible marine target taxonomy of 15 primary ship categories, 98 sub-categories, and many non-ship targets. The FUSAR-Ship high-resolution GF-3 SAR dataset is constructed by running the procedure on a total of 126 GF-3 scenes covering a large variety of sea, land, coast, river and island scenarios. It includes more than 5000 ship chips with AIS messages as well as samples of strong scatterer, bridge, coastal land, islands, sea and land clutter. FUSAR-Ship is intended as an open benchmark dataset for ship and marine target detection and recognition. | 3 | Rapid dendrite growth in quaternary Ni-based alloys显示文摘The high undercooling and rapid solidification of Ni-10%Cu-10%Fe-10%Co quaternary alloy were achieved by electromagnetic levitation and glass fluxing techniques. The maximum undercooling of 276 K (0.16TL) was obtained in the experiments. All the solidified samples are determined to be α-Ni single-phase solid solutions by DSC thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The microstructure of the α-Ni solid solution phase transfers from dendrite to equiaxed grain with an increase in undercooling, accompanied by the grain refinement effect. When the undercooling is very large, the solute trapping effect becomes quite significant and the microseg-regation is suppressed. | 5 | Risk stratification in symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic disease with conventional vascular risk factors and cerebral haemodynamics显示文摘Background and purpose Symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(sICAS)is associated with a considerable risk of recurrent stroke despite contemporarily optimal medical treatment.Severity of luminal stenosis in sICAS and its haemodynamic significance quantified with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)models were associated with the risk of stroke recurrence.We aimed to develop and compare stroke risk prediction nomograms in sICAS,based on vascular risk factors and these metrics.Methods Patients with 50%-99%sICAS confirmed in CT angiography(CTA)were enrolled.Conventional vascular risk factors were collected.Severity of luminal stenosis in sICAS was dichotomised as moderate(50%-69%)and severe(70%-99%).Translesional pressure ratio(PR)and wall shear stress ratio(WSSR)were quantified via CTA-based CFD modelling;the haemodynamic status of sICAS was classified as normal(normal PR&WSSR),intermediate(otherwise)and abnormal(abnormal PR&WSSR).All patients received guideline-recommended medical treatment.We developed and compared performance of nomograms composed of these variables and independent predictors identified in multivariate logistic regression,in predicting the primary outcome,recurrent ischaemic stroke in the same territory(SIT)within 1 year.Results Among 245 sICAS patients,20(8.2%)had SIT.The D2H2A nomogram,incorporating diabetes,dyslipidaemia,haemodynamic status of sICAS,hypertension and age≥50 years,showed good calibration(P for Hosmer-Lemeshow test=0.560)and discrimination(C-statistic 0.73,95%CI 0.60 to 0.85).It also had better performance in risk reclassification and provided larger net benefits in decision curve analysis,compared with nomograms composed of conventional vascular risk factors only,and plus the severity of luminal stenosis in sICAS.Sensitivity analysis in patients with anterior-circulation sICAS showed similar results.Conclusions The D2H2A nomogram,incorporating conventional vascular risk factors and the haemodynamic significance of sICAS as assessed in CFD models,could be a useful tool to stratify sICAS patients for the risk of recurrent stroke under contemporarily optimal medical treatment. | Xuan Tian Hui Fang Linfang Lan Hing Lung Ip Jill Abrigo Haipeng Liu Lina Zheng Florence S Y Fan Sze Ho Ma Bonaventure Ip Bo Song Yuming Xu Jingwei Li Bing Zhang Yun Xu Yannie O Y Soo Vincent Mok Ka Sing Wong Thomas W Leung Xinyi Leng | 2023 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,1: | 2 |

| 15 | Thermal Equation of State of Natural F-Rich Topaz up to 29 GPa and 750 K显示文摘Subducting oceanic sediments and crusts,originating from the Earth's surface and descending into its deep interior,are important carriers of volatiles.The volatiles have significant effects on materials cycling and the dynamic evolution of the subduction zones.A simplified Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-H_(2)O(ASH)ternary system models the relationship of minerals in the hydrated and alumina-silica rich sedimentary layer.Topaz Al_(2)SiO_(4)(F,OH)_(2)is an important mineral in the ASH system and comprises two volatiles:H_(2)O and fluorine(F).In this study,the thermoelasticity of a natural F-rich topaz was investigated using synchrotron-based single-crystal X-ray diffraction combined with diamond anvil cells up to 29.1 GPa and 750 K.The pressure-volume-temperature data were fitted to a third-order Birch-Murnaghan Equation of state with V_(0)=343.15(7)Å3,K_(0)=166(1)GPa,K_(0)'=3.0(1),(∂K_(0)/∂T)P=-0.015(9)GPa/K andα_(0)=3.9(5)×10^(-5)K^(-1).The isothermal bulk modulus increases with the F content in topaz,and the various F contents present significant effects on its anisotropic compressibility.Our results further reveal that the isothermal bulk modulus K_(0)of the minerals in ASH system increases with density.F and H contents in hydrous minerals might greatly affect their properties(e.g.,compressibility and stability),providing more comprehensive constraints on the subduction zones. | Yungui Liu Xiang Li Haipeng Song Jingui Xu Dongzhou Zhang Junfeng Zhang Xiang Wu | 2023 | Journal of Earth Science2023,34,3: | 0 |

| 17 | Assessing non-point source pollution in an apple-dominant basin and associated best fertilizer management based on SWAT modeling显示文摘Investigating the impact of apple-dominated areas on nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)losses at a basin scale was essential for the sustainable development of apple industry in China.This study conducted a survey on fertilizer application and built a Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT)model to quantita-tively analyze the N and P losses in the Qixia apple-dominated area.Additionally,the decreases in N and P losses through adjusting the fertilizer application modes were evaluated.Results showed that average N and P losses in the Wulong River Basin(WRB)were 44.4 and 0.365 kg ha^(-1)in 2011-2017,respectively,and apple orchards accounted for 733%and 51.4%of the total N and P losses in the basin.Under nine fertilizer scheduling scenarios,three fertilizer schedule scenarios,automatic fertilizer application(S-AUTO),'one shot'mode(S1),and regulated fertilizer application(S-BSD),had the lowest N and P losses in apple orchards.The decreases in N loss ranged from 20.6%to 26.1%at the subbasin scale and 14.8%-30.7%at the basin outlet when applying the S-AUTO,S1,and S-BSD fertilizer application modes in Qixia apple orchards and all apple orchards in the WRB.The reductions in P loss varied from 22.0%to 46.1%at the subbasin scale and 14.6%-25.6%at the basin outlet.In orchard-dominated basin,N and P losses can be effectively reduced by optimizing the orchard fertilizer scheduling strategies. | Yiwen Han Zhong Liu Yafei Chen Yingxuan Li Haipeng Liu Lianghong Song Yong Chen | 2023 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2023,11,2: | 0 |

| 19 | Origin and geological control of desorbed gas in multi-thin coal seam in the Wujiu depression, Hailar Basin, China显示文摘To understand the natural gas characteristics of multi-thin coal seam,this study selected the desorbed gas of coal seams in different layers of Well A in the Wujiu depression,Hailar Basin in northeast Inner Mongolia.The results show that the heavy hydrocarbon content of desorbed gas increases significantly with the increasing depth.Methane carbon(δ13C_(1))and ethane carbon(δ13C_(2))isotope values are vertically become heavier downwards,while the δ13 values did not change significantly.The kerogen is close to the III–II mixed type with the source rocks mainly deposited in a shore/shallow lake or braided-river delta front,and the gas produced has certain characteristics of oil associated gas.However,the characteristics of oil associated gas produced by the organic formed in the shallow-water environment(braided-river delta plain)are not obvious.The sandstone pore and fracture systems interbedded with multi-thin coal seam are well developed.And it is conducive to the migration of methanogenic micro-organisms to coal seams via groundwater,making it easier to produce biogenic gas under this geological condition.During the burial evolution of coal-bearing strata in the study area,when the burial depth reaches the maximum,there are significant differences in the paleotemperature experienced by different vertical coal seams,caused by a high-paleogeothermal gradient,increasing the δ13C_(2) of desorbed gas with increasing depth.The above research indicates that there is less biogenic gas in the multi-thin coal seams with relatively developed mudstone,and the multi-thin coal seams with relatively developed sandstones have obvious biogenic gas characteristics.Therefore,for the exploration and development of biogenic gas in low-rank multi-thin coal seams,it is necessary to give priority to the layer with high sandstone content. | Geng LI Yong QIN Xuejuan SONG Boyang WANG Haipeng YAO Yabing LIN | 2023 | Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,1: | 0 |
