| 1 | Late Miocene Red River submarine fan,northwestern South China Sea显示文摘A huge submarine fan is discovered through the research of the seismic and borehole data in the binding site of Yinggehai basin and Qiongdongnan basin in northwestern South China Sea.The fan,mainly formed during Late Miocene (Huangliu period) has an area over 10000 km 2 and maximum thickness of over 2000 m.It is characterized by a wedge-shaped oblique progradation configuration on the dip profile and a hummocky bidirectional progradation configuration on the strike profile.The core and Logging data from the well YC35-1-2 located in the front side of the fan indicate that sandy gravity flow deposits are predominant in lower Huangliu Formation and change to interbeds of sand and mud in upper Huangliu Formation.The fan is interpreted as a sand/mud-rich submarine fan in combination with the bathyal geological background of Huangliu period.A preliminary analysis of provenance indicates that neither the Guiren Uplift in the west nor the Hainan Uplift in the north can serve as the major provenance for the submarine fan.The provenance is considered to be from the Red River,based on the sedimentary facies study of the Huangliu Formation in Yinggehai basin.The fan is thus named as 'Red River submarine fan'.The Red River depositional system consists of the Red River submarine fan,the Red River delta,and associated submarine canyons.The discovery of the Red River submarine fan provides important information for the research of the uplift of Tibetan Plateau and the evolvement of Red River Fault Zone.Furthermore,it also points out a new direction for the deepwater hydrocarbon exploration in the northern South China Sea. | WANG YingMin XU Qiang LI Dong HAN JianHui LU Ming WANG YongFeng LI WeiGuo WANG HaiRong | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14: | 28 |
| 2 | Fault Diagnosis for Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor(MAP) of Diesel Engine Based on Elman Neural Network Observer显示文摘Intake system of diesel engine is a strong nonlinear system, and it is difficult to establish accurate model of intake system; and bias fault and precision degradation fault of MAP of diesel engine can't be diagnosed easily using model-based methods. Thus, a fault diagnosis method based on Elman neural network observer is proposed. By comparing simulation results of intake pressure based on BP network and Elman neural network, lower sampling error magnitude is gained using Elman neural network, and the error is less volatile. Forecast accuracy is between 0.015?0.017 5 and sample error is controlled within 0?0.07. Considering the output stability and complexity of solving comprehensively, Elman neural network with a single hidden layer and with 44 nodes is presented as intake system observer. By comparing the relations of confidence intervals of the residual value between the measured and predicted values, error variance and failures in various fault types. Then four typical MAP faults of diesel engine can be diagnosed: complete failure fault, bias fault, precision degradation fault and drift fault. The simulation results show: intake pressure is observable and selection of diagnostic strategy parameter reasonably can increase the accuracy of diagnosis;the proposed fault diagnosis method only depends on data and structural parameters of observer, not depends on the nonlinear model of air intake system. | 7 | TPX2 knockdown suppressed hepatocellular carcinoma cell invasion via inactivating AKT signaling and inhibiting MMP2 and MMP9 expression显示文摘Objective: Targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein 2(TPX2) is a nuclear proliferation-related protein that plays a critical role in the formation of mitotic spindle. High expression of TPX2 has been observed in several types of tumors. However, the role of TPX2 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) remains unclear. Our study aimed to investigate the effect of TPX2 on HCC cell invasion.Methods: The immortalized normal human liver cell line L02 and six HCC cell lines including SMMC-7721, BEL-7402, Huh-7, HepG2, Hep3 B and SKHep1 were subjected to qRT-PCR and western blot for TPX2 mRNA and protein, respectively. Furthermore, TPX2 small interfering RNA(siRNA) was used to knock down TPX2 expression in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells. Cell proliferation and invasion were determined by MTT and transwell assays. Otherwise, expression of p-AKT, MMP2 and MMP9 were evaluated by western blot in SMMC-7721 cells.Results: The expression of TPX2 in HCC cell lines was markedly higher than that in normal human liver cell line. TPX2 knockdown using a specific TPX2-siRNA reduced the number of invaded cells and inhibited cell proliferation in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells. | 8 | Clinical risk score for invasive fungal diseases in patients with hematological malignancies undergoing chemotherapy:China Assessment of Antifungal Therapy in Hematological Diseases (CAESAR) study显示文摘Invasive fungal disease (IFD) is a major infectious complication in patients with hematological malignancies.In this study,we examined 4889 courses of chemotherapy in patients with hematological diseases to establish a training dataset (n=3500) by simple random sampling to develop a weighted risk score for proven or probable IFD through multivariate regression,which included the following variables: male patients,induction chemotherapy for newly diagnosed or relapsed disease,neutropenia,neutropenia longer than 10 days,hypoalbuminemia,central-venous catheter,and history of IFD.The patients were classified into three groups,which had low (0-10,~1.2%),intermediate (11-15,6.4%),and high risk (> 15,17.5%) of IFD.In the validation set (n=1389),the IFD incidences of the groups were ~1.4%,5.0%,and 21.4%.In addition,we demonstrated that antifungal prophylaxis offered no benefits in low-risk patients,whereas benefits were documented in intermediate (2.1% vs.6.6%,P=0.007) and high-risk patients (8.4% vs.23.3%,P=0.007).To make the risk score applicable for clinical settings,a pre-chemo risk score that deleted all unpredictable factors before chemotherapy was established,and it confirmed that anti-fungal prophylaxis was beneficial in patients with intermediate and high risk of IFD.In conclusion,an objective,weighted risk score for IFD was developed,and it may be useful in guiding antifungal prophylaxis. | Ling Wang Ying Wang Jiong Hu Yuqian Sun He Huang Jing Chen Jianyong Li Jun Ma Juan Li Yingmin Liang Jianmin Wang Yan Li Kang Yu Jianda Hu Jie Jin Chun Wang Depei Wu Yang Xiao Xiaojun Huang | 2019 | Frontiers of Medicine2019,13,3: | 10 |

| 10 | The early-middle Miocene submarine fan system in the Pearl River Mouth Basin, South China Sea显示文摘Based on a large amount of seismic, drilling and core data, the characteristics of the earlymiddle Miocene submarine fans in the Baiyun Sag, northern South China Sea are investigated. By analyzing the sedimentary processes of submarine fans in SQ21 (SQ21 refers to the 3rd-order sequence with its bottom boundary 21 Ma), a sedimentary model of the sand-rich fans is established and the main factors controlling fan deposition are detailed. The results indicate that from early to middle Miocene the Pearl River Mouth Basin developed seven 3rd-order sequences in all, with each lowstand systems tract (LST) of the sequence corresponding to submarine fans. However, only the fans in SQ13.8 and SQ21 are sand-rich fans, the others being mud-rich fans. The cores reveal that the submarine fans in the Pearl River Mouth Basin developed five lithofacies: (1) mud clast-bearing sandstone, interpreted as channel deposits; (2) typical turbidite sandstones, also interpreted as channel deposits; (3) thin-bedded sandstone and mudstone, interpreted as channel-levee complex deposits; (4) massive sandstones, interpreted as lobe deposits; (5) massive mudstone, interpreted as hemipelagic mud. The sand-rich submarine fans in the Pearl River Mouth Basin mainly developed in LST, and in LST reverse faults were active, which led to the formation of accommodation on the shelf. Different from the theory of classic sequence stratigraphy, the accommodation on the shelf captures terrigenous debris transported by the Pearl River, and the uplift at the edge of shelf serves as a 'Linear Source' for the deep water area instead of the Pearl River. Therefore, the fans mainly derived from the eroded debris from the uplift. Hexaaluminate catalysts were used to reduce ignition temperature so that dimethyl ether completely combusted at low temperature. Hexaaluminate catalysts MnLaAl11O19-δ were prepared by reverse microemulsion method. Crystalline phase and structure of the catalyst were analysed by means of TG-DTA, XRD and BET. The results show that the hexaalunminate is of magnetoplumbite structure when La is taken as mirror plane cation. Hexaalunminate phase is formed slowly via 1050 ℃ calcined for 4 h and it can keep hexaaluminate phase and high surface area of 48 m2·g-1 even calcined at 1200 ℃ for 2 h. Catalytic activity of MnLaAl11O19-δ was tested in combustion reaction of dimethyl ether. | 12 | Irregular scene text detection via attention guided border labeling显示文摘Scene text detection plays an important role in many computer vision applications. With the help of recent deep learning techniques, multi-oriented text detection that was considered to be quite challenging has been solved to some extent. However, most existing methods still perform poorly for curved text detection, mainly due to the limitation of their text representations(e.g., horizontal boxes, rotated rectangles or quadrangles). To solve this problem, we propose a novel method to detect irregular scene texts based on instance-aware segmentation. The key idea is to design an attention guided semantic segmentation model to precisely label the weighted borders of text regions. | 19 | Overexpression CPT1A reduces lipid accumulation via PPARα/CD36 axis to suppress the cell proliferation in ccRCC显示文摘Clear cell renal carcinoma(ccRCC)is histologically defined by its cytoplasmic lipid deposits.Lipid metabolism disorder largely increases the risk of ccRCC.In this study,we aimed to investigate the biological functions and molecular mechanisms of carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1A(CPT1A)in ccRCC.Our results showed that CPT1A is decreased in ccRCC clinical samples and cell lines compared with that in normal samples.Lentivirus overexpressing CPT1A was used to investigate the neoplastic phenotypes of ccRCC,and the results showed that lipid accumulation and tumor growth are attenuated both in vitro and in vivo.In addition,CPT1A prevents cholesterol uptake and lipid accumulation by increasing the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα)level through regulation of Class B scavenger receptor type 1(SRB1)and cluster of differentiation 36(CD36).Furthermore,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway promotes tumor cell proliferation in ccRCC,which is related to the enhanced expression of CD36.Functionally,weakened CPT1A expression is critical for lipid accumulation to promote ccRCC development.Collectively,our research unveiled a novel function of CPT1A in lipid metabolism via PPARα/CD36 axis,which provides a new theoretical explanation for the pathogenesis of ccRCC.Targeting CPT1A may be a potential therapeutic strategy to treat ccRCC. | Hui Yang Hongbo Zhao Zhongkun Ren Xiaojia Yi Qiao Zhang Zhe Yang Yingmin Kuang Yuechun Zhu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,2: | 4 |
| 20 | Study of CO_2 Hydrogenation to Methanol over CU-V/γ-Al_2O_3 Catalyst显示文摘The effect of vanadium addition to CU/γ-Al2O3 catalyst used in the hydrogenation of CO2 to produce methanol was studied. It was found that the catalytic performance of the Cu-based catalyst improved after V addition. The influence of reaction temperature, space velocity and the molar ratio of H2 to CO2 on the performance of 12%Cu-6%V/γ-Al2O3 catalyst were also studied. The results indicated that the best conditions for reaction were as follows: 240℃, 3600 h-1 and a molar ratio of H2 to CO2 of 3:1.
