1Electrostatic levitation under the single-axis feedback control condition显示文摘An electrostatic levitator with a single-axis feedback control system was developed on the basis of electric field analysis and optimum design for levitation electrodes. In order to realize the stable levitation of various types of materials such as metals, inorganic materials and polymers, we made both experimental and theoretical investigations to solve the four key problems of electric field optimization, sample position detecting, sample charging control and levitation voltage minimization. Under the capacitive induction charging condition, a sample with the size of 2.6–4.5 mm usually bears positive charges amounting to 10-9 Coulomb. Because the single-axis feedback control system responds quickly, it takes the levitated sample only 0.1 s from leaving the bottom electrode until attaining a stable levitation in the upright direction. 3van der Waals epitaxial growth of ultrathin metallic NiSe nanosheets on WSe2 as high performance contacts for WSe2 transistors显示文摘A prerequisite for widespread applications of atomically thin transition metal dichalcogenides in future electronics is to achieve reliable electrical contacts,which is of considerable challenge due to the difficulties in selectively doping and inevitable physical damages of these atomically thin materials during typical metal integration process.Here,we report the in situ growth of ultrathin metallic NiSe single crystals on WSe2 in which the metallic NiSe nanosheets function as the contact electrodes to WSe2,creating an interface that is essentially free from chemical disorder.The NiSe/WSe2 heterostructures also exhibit well-aligned lattice orientation between the two layers,forming a periodic Moire pattern.Electrical transport studies demonstrate that the NiSe nanosheets exhibit an excellent metallic feature,as evidenced by the extra-high electrical conductivity of up to 1.6×10^6 S-nf1.The WSe2 transistors with the NiSe contact show field-effect mobilities (/vFe) more than double that with Cr/Au electrodes.This study demonstrates an effective pathway to achieve reliable electrical contacts to the atomically thin 2D materials,and maybe readily extended for fabricating 2D/2D low-resistance contacts for a variety of transition metal dichalcogenides.Bei Zhao Weiqi Dang Xiangdong Yang Jia Li Haihong Bao Kai Wang Jun Luo Zhengwei Zhang Bo Li Haipeng Xie Yuan Liu Xidong Duan 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:4
4Distributed Energy Management of Integrated Electricity-thermal Systems for High-speed Railway Traction Grids and Stations显示文摘This paper proposes an integrated electricity-ther-mal energy management system(EMS)for high-speed railways.First,an operational model is built for the integrated electricity-thermal system,including a train operation EMS(TO-EMS)model and station operation EMS(SO-EMS)model.In the TO-EMS model,traction grids(TGs)are formulated with a solvable second-order cone programming problem.In the SO-EMS model,station indoor thermal systems are taken into account,and the building heat exchange process and solar radiation influence upon station indoor temperature are also included.Then the TO-EMS and the SO-EMS are coordinated with an alternating direction method of the multipliers-based(ADMM-based)algo-rithm,protecting the privacy and interests both for the train dispatch center and stations.To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed railway EMS,a modified realistic high-speed railway segment with six stations in North China with summer and winter scenarios is studied.Lizhou Jiang Zhaohong Bie Tao Long Haipeng Xie Yao Xiao 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,3:4

6Enormous enhancement in electrical performance of few-layered MoTe2 due to Schottky barrier reduction induced by ultraviolet ozone treatment显示文摘Doping can improve the band alignment at the metal-semiconductor interface to modify the corresponding Schottky barrier,which is crucial for the realization of high-performance logic components.Here,we systematically investigated a convenient and effective method,ultraviolet ozone treatment,for p-type doping of MoTe2 field-effect transistors to enormously enhance the corresponding electrical performance.The resulted hole concentration and mobility are near 100 times enhanced to be〜1.0×10^13 cm^-2 and 101.4 cm^2/(V·s),respectively,and the conductivity is improved by 5 orders of magnitude.These values are comparable to the highest ones ever obtained via annealing doping or non-lithographic fabrication methods at room temperature.Compared with the pristine one,the photoresponsivity(522 mA/W)is enhanced approximately 100 times.Such excellent performances can be attributed to the sharply reduced Schottky barrier because of the surface charge transfer from MoTe2 to MoOx(x<3),as proved by photoemission spectroscopy.Additionally,the p-doped devices exhibit excellent stability in ambient air.Our findings show significant potential in future nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications.Xiaoming Zheng Xueao Zhang Yuehua Wei Jinxin Liu Hang Yang Xiangzhe Zhang Shitan Wang Haipeng Xie Chuyun Deng Yongli Gao Han Huang 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:3
7Coordinated Dispatch of Integrated Electricity-Natural Gas System and the Freight Railway Network显示文摘With the significant development of liquefied natural gas(LNG)rail transport,the railway system is increasingly more closely connected with the integrated electricity-natural gas system(IEGS).To coordinate the economic operations of the two systems,this paper innovatively proposes a coordinated dispatch model of IEGS with LNG infrastructures and a freight railway network with LNG transport.First,an operational scheduling model of the railway network,considering energy consumption,is put forward for both LNG transmission and ordinary freight transport.Then,the coordinated dispatch problem of IEGS and the railway network is formulated into a mixed-integer linear programming model via the big M method and a modified incremental linearization approach.Finally,a bi-level optimization algorithm based on generalized benders decomposition(GBD)is presented to solve the coordinated dispatch problem due to the restrictions on exchanging private information.Case studies demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm as well as the potential benefit for wind power accommodation.Tao Long Zhaohong Bie Lizhou Jiang Haipeng Xie 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,4:3

11Large-scale roll-to-roll printed,flexible and stable organic bulk heterojunction photodetector显示文摘A flexible and stable photodetector shows great potential applications in intelligent wearable devices,health monitoring,and biological sensing.The high-output fabrication of flexible and stable photodetector via the large-scale printing process would accelerate its commercialization.Herein,a high performance,flexible organic bulk heterojunction(BHJ)photodetector with good stability is designed and fabricated via a large-scale roll-to-roll(R2R)micro-gravure printing technique on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)or paper substrate,in which the organic BHJ active layer is structured with[6,6]-phenyl C_(61)butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM)and a donor-acceptor copolymer,i.e.,employing 4,8-bis(2-ethylhexylthiophene)benzo[1,2-b;3,4-b′]dithiophene(BDTT)as the donor unit and 5,8-bis(5-thiophen-2-yl)-6,7-difluoro-2,3-bis(4-ethylhexyloxy-1-mata-luorophenyl)quinoxaline(ffQx)as the acceptor unit(PBDTT-ffQx).The PBDTT-ffQx/PCBM BHJ photodetector shows a broad photoresponse in ultraviolet and visible light,a high detectivity(D^(*))value up to 6.19×10^(11)Jones,and an excellent Iphoto/Idark as high as 5.6×10^(2).It exhibits excellent flexibility and stability.Its performance parameters could maintain over 80%of original values after bending 10,000 cycles or exposing in ambient condition(humidity~50%,temperature~30℃)for 50 days without any encapsulation.More importantly,the R2R micro-gravure printed PBDTT-ffQx/PCBM BHJ active layer is great homogeneous,and the responsivity(R)values of photodetector arrays show a very narrow distribution.The research results show that a high-performance PBDTT-ffQx/PCBM BHJ photodetector with well reliability and reproducibility can be fabricated via the R2R micro-gravure printing technique,which provides an available strategy for fabricating large-area and flexible electronic and optoelectronic devices.Sichao Tong Jun Yuan Chujun Zhang Chunhua Wang Baoxing Liu Jianqiang Shen Huayan Xia Yingping Zou Haipeng Xie Jia Sun Si Xiao Jun He Yongli Gao Junliang Yang 2018npj Flexible Electronics2018,2,1:0
12An Iron-Based High-Entropy Alloy with Highly Efficient Degradation for p-Nitrophenol显示文摘High-entropy alloys(HEAs)have attracted widespread attention due to their excellent mechanical properties.However,their functional properties arising from the supersaturated solid solution state can be improved.Advanced oxidation processes(AOPs)are considered to be an effective method for decomposing organic pollutants,and HEAs are proposed as effective candidates for AOP catalysts.Currently,several HEAs used for organic pollutant degradation are prepared through mechanical alloying.In this work,FeAlCoNi and FeAlCoNiB Fenton-like catalysts were prepared by single roll melt spinning and subsequent ball milling techniques.We found that the FeAlCoNiB HEA exhibits highly efficient degradation for p-nitrophenol(p-NP).The degradation efficiency of FeAlCoNiB is 120 times higher than that of FeAlCoNi,which confirms that boron functions effectively during the degradation process.FeAlCoNiB has a better degradation efficiency than pure iron powder and a degradation efficiency comparable to that of the amorphous Fe_(78)Si_(11)B_(11) alloy.Additionally,the degradation efficiency of FeAlCoNiB_(X) increases(k values from 0.13 to 0.55 min^(−1))when the boron content increases from an X value of 0.25 to 1.25.We speculate that Fe_(2)B favors the degradation process and promotes zero-valent iron to decompose organic pollutants through a galvanic cell effect.Possible p-NP degradation pathways are proposed after LC–MS analysis.This study provides a new series of HEA Fenton-like catalysts,which have the potential to be prepared into bulk devices for industrial applications.Shenghui Xie Xiang Liao Xierong Zeng Haipeng Yang Liang He 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,10:0

14Stress compensation based on interfacial nanostructures for stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘The long-term stability issue of halide perovskite solar cells hinders their commercialization.The residual stress-strain affects device stability,which is derived from the mismatched thermophysical and mechanical properties between adjacent layers.In this work,we introduced the Rb_(2)CO_(3)layer at the interface of SnO_(2)/perovskite with the hierarchy morphology of snowflake-like microislands and dendritic nanostructures.With a suitable thermal expansion coefficient,the Rb_(2)CO_(3)layer benefits the interfacial stress relaxation and results in a compressive stress-strain in the perovskite layer.Moreover,reduced nonradiative recombination losses and optimized band alignment were achieved.An enhancement of open-circuit voltage from 1.087 to 1.153 V in the resultant device was witnessed,which led to power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.7%(active area of 0.08313 cm^(2))and 20.6%(1 cm2).Moreover,these devices retained 95%of its initial PCE under the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)after 2700 h.It suggests inorganic materials with high thermal expansion coefficients and specific nanostructures are promising candidates to optimize interfacial mechanics,which improves the operational stability of perovskite cells.Cheng Zhu Xi Wang Hangxuan Li Chenyue Wang Ziyan Gao Pengxiang Zhang Xiuxiu Niu Nengxu Li Zipeng Xu Zhenhuang Su Yihua Chen Huachao Zai Haipeng Xie Yizhou Zhao Ning Yang Guilin Liu Xueyun Wang Huanping Zhou Jiawang Hong Xingyu Gao Yang Bai Qi Chen 2023Interdisciplinary Materials2023,2,2:0
15Ablative behavior and mechanism of SiC_(f) /SiBCZr composites prepared by PIP process显示文摘SiC_(f)/SiBCZr composites were prepared by polymer precursor impregnation and pyrolysis process with near stoichiometric ratio SiC fiber preform as reinforcement phase and SiBCZr multiphase ceramic precursor as impregnating reagent.The results highlighted that the SiC_(f)/SiBCZr composites exhibited excellent ablative properties after ablative tests at 1200℃/3600 s and 1400℃/3600 s,and the strength retention rates of the composites reached 90%and 85%,respectively.This was mainly due to the liquid sealing effect of the ablative products represented by B2O_(3) and SiO_(2)∙B_(2)O_(3),which inhibited the ablative reaction by reducing the diffusion rate of the oxidation medium,and the solid pinning effect of the substances represented by SiO_(2),ZrO_(2),and ZrSiO_(4),which could play high viscosity and high strength characteristics to improve anti-erosion ability.The above-mentioned SiC_(f)/SiBCZr composites with corrosion resistance,oxidation resistance,and ablative resistance provided a solid material foundation and technical support for the development of reusable spacecraft hot-end components.Mingwei Chen Yuliang Zhao Haipeng Qiu Shijian Liu Weijie Xie Yi Chen Qiyue Zhang 2024Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,1:0
16Hippo pathway-manipulating neutrophil-mimic hybrid nanoparticles for cardiac ischemic injury via modulation of local immunity and cardiac regeneration显示文摘The promise of regeneration therapy for restoration of damaged myocardium after cardiac ischemic injury relies on targeted delivery of proliferative molecules into cardiomyocytes whose healing benefits are still limited owing to severe immune microenvironment due to local high concentration of proinflammatory cytokines.Optimal therapeutic strategies are therefore in urgent need to both modulate local immunity and deliver proliferative molecules.Here,we addressed this unmet need by developing neutrophil-mimic nanoparticles NM@miR,fabricated by coating hybrid neutrophil membranes with artificial lipids onto mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)loaded with microRNA-10b.The hybrid membrane could endow nanoparticles with strong capacity to migrate into infammatory sites and neutralize proinfammatory cytokines and increase the delivery efficiency of microRNA-1Ob into adult mammalian cardiomyocytes(CMs)by fusing with cell membranes and leading to the release of MSNs-miR into cytosol.Upon NM@miR administration,this nanoparticle could home to the injured myocardium,restore the local immunity,and efficiently deliver microRNA-1Ob to cardiomyocytes,which could reduce the activation of Hippo-YAP pathway mediated by excessive cytokines and exert the best proliferative effect of miR-1Ob.This combination therapy could finally improve cardiac function and mitigate ventricular remodeling.Consequently,this work offers a combination strategy of immunity modulation and proliferative molecule delivery to boost cardiac regeneration after injury.Qiaozi Wang Yanan Song Jinfeng Gao Qiyu Li Jing Chen Yifang Xie Zhengmin Wang Haipeng Tan Hongbo Yang Ning Zhang Juying Qian Zhiqing Pang Zheyong Huang Junbo Ge 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
17Optimal Deployment Density for Maximum Coverage of Drone Small Cells显示文摘With the proliferation of small and mini drones, Drone Small Cells(DSCs) can cooperative multiple drones to provide communication service for ground users as emergency means or supplementary ones of traditional terrestrial cellular networks. In this paper, we study the fundamental problem of optimizing the deployment density of DSCs to achieve the maximum coverage performance. Most related works do not consider cumulative inter-cell interference when studying the coverage performance of DSCs. First, we derive an approximate and closed-form expression of the cumulative inter-cell interference which comes from both probabilistic Line-of-Sight(Lo S) and Non-Line-of-Sight(NLo S) links. Then, we analyze the coverage performance of DSCs and derive the transcendental function of optimal deployment density to obtain the maximum coverage. Last, we propose an algorithm to get the optimal deployment density with low complexity. We conduct both field experiments and Matlab simulations to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis. 18Intratumoral Bacteria Dysbiosis Is Associated with Human Papillary Thyroid Cancer and Correlated with Oncogenic Signaling Pathways显示文摘Emerging evidence suggests that microbial dysbiosis plays vital roles in many human cancers.However,knowledge of whether the microbial community in thyroid tumor is related to tumorigenesis remains elusive.In this study,we aimed to explore the microbial community in thyroid tissues and its contribution to papillary thyroid cancer(PTC).In parallel,we performed microbial profiling and transcriptome sequencing in the tumor and adjacent normal tissues of a large cohort of 340 PTC and benign thyroid nodule(BTN)patients.Distinct microbial signatures were identified in PTC,BTN,and their adjacent nontumor tissues.Intra-thyroid tissue bacteria were verified by means of bacteria staining,fluorescence in situ hybridization,and immunoelectron microscopy.We found that 17 bacterial taxa were differentially abundant in PTC compared with BTN,which included enrichment in PTC of the pathobionts Rhodococcus,Neisseria,Streptococcus,Halomonas,and Devosia,and depletion of the beneficial bacteria Amycolatopsis.These differentially abundant bacteria could differentiate PTC tumor tissues(PTC-T)from BTN tissues(BTN-T)with an area under the curve(AUC)of 81.66%.Microbial network analysis showed increased correlation strengths among the bacterial taxa in PTC-T in comparison with BTN-T.Immunefunction-corresponding bacteria(i.e.,Erwinia,Bacillus,and Acinetobacter)were found to be enriched in PTC with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Moreover,our integrative analysis revealed that the PTC-enriched bacteria had a positive association with key PTC-oncogenic pathway-related genes,including BRAF,KRAS,IRAK4,CTNNB1,PIK3CA,MAP3K7,and EGFR.In conclusion,our results suggest that intratumor bacteria dysbiosis is associated with the thyroid tumorigenesis and oncogenic signaling pathways of PTC.Shuang Yu Yanqiang Ding Xuejie Wang Siu Kin Ng Siting Cao Weixin Liu Zhuming Guo Yubin Xie Shubin Hong Lixia Xu Xiaoxing Li Jie Li Weiming Lv Sui Peng Yanbing Li Joseph J.Y.Sung Jun Yu Haipeng Xiao 2023Engineering2023,,9:0
19Combining Stated Preference and Revealed Preference Methods for the Valuation of Non-market Goods显示文摘In this paper,we introduce the combining stated preference and revealed preference methods which is the state-ofthe-art method for the valuation of non-market goods.Revealed preference methods and stated preference (SP) methods have both been applied by economists in valuing non-market goods;however both methods have inherent weaknesses.In order to exploit the strengths of the various approaches while minimizing their weaknesses,combining the two methods has become an important methodological option.Up to now,a growing number of literatures of studying combing the two types of data have evolved,and researchers developed three types of models to estimate combining revealed preference and stated preference data in academic fields:discrete choice model,continuous choice model and mixed choice model.Combining stated and revealed preference methods have been developed fast especially in the transport study field in which ideas could also be leant for environmental economic studies.Zhang Haipeng Xie Xuxuan 2012Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2012,10,4:0
