2An Optimal Coordination Control Strategy of Micro-Grid Inverter and Energy Storage Based on Variable Virtual Inertia and Damping of VSG显示文摘The virtual inertia and virtual damping affect both the dynamic stability of the virtual synchronous generator(VSG)and the configuration of energy storage,but there is a conflict between them while selecting the virtual inertia and virtual damping.An optimal coordination control strategy of micro-grid inverter and energy storage based on variable virtual inertia and damping is proposed to mitigate this conflict.With the integrated optimal constraint of the VSG frequency variation and the energy storage capacity,the virtual inertia and damping of VSG are configured dynamically,adopting linear quadratic optimal control.It can suppress the oscillations of the active power and frequency to improve the stability of VSG and optimally configure the energy storage capacity of VSG simultaneously.The proposed strategy aims to improve the control performance of micro-grid inverter and the system economy.The simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the strategy.Xing Zhang Fubin Mao Haizhen Xu Fang Liu Ming Li 2017Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2017,3,3:10
3Clinicopathological features and surgical outcomes of four rare subtypes of primary liver carcinoma显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to analyze clinicopathological and prognostic features of four rare pathological subtypes of primary liver malignancies to make better understanding of their clinical features.Methods:The clinicopathological data of 114 patients who were diagnosed with histologically proven four subtypes:clear cell carcinoma(CCC),giant cell carcinoma(GCC),sarcomatoid carcinoma(SC),and combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma(CHC)between October 1998 and August 2015 were reviewed.Their survival data were compared with those of 908 patients with histologically proven common hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)(early-and advanced-stage HCC)during the same period.Results:The outcome of the CCC group was better than that of the other three subgroups,and was similar to that of the early-stage HCC group.Also,the smallest tumor size and the highest incidence of pseudocapsule formation were observed in the CCC group.The SC group had the worst outcome among these four subgroups;the prognosis was much poorer than that of any other subgroups,even poorer than that of the advanced-stage common HCC group.No statistical difference was observed between the GCC,CHC and advanced-stage HCC groups on survival analysis.The incidences of tumor vascular emboli,TNM staging and non-radical resection were three risk factors of the prognosis.Conclusions:CCC is a low-degree malignancy and relatively favorably prognostic subtype of HCC.However,GCC,SC,and CHC are three rare high-degree malignancy subtypes of HCC with poor prognosis.Zhiyu Li Xiaolong Wu Xinyu Bi Yefan Zhang Zhen Huang Haizhen Lu Hong Zhao Jianjun Zhao Jianguo Zhou Muxing Li Jianming Ying Jianqiang Cai 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3:6
4Knockdown of MRP4 by lentivirus-mediated siRNA improves sensitivity to adriamycin in adriamycin-resistant acute myeloid leukemia cells显示文摘Chemotherapy remains the standard treatment for acute myeloid leukemia;however,the emergence of drug resistance is a major hurdle in the successful treatment of leukemia.The expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein 4(MRP4)induces re- sistance in the adriamycin-resistant acute myeloid leukemia cell line,K562/ADR.The aim of this study was to investigate whether knockdown of MRP4 by lentivirus-mediated siRNA could improve the sensitivity of K562/ADR cells to adriamycin.Five lenti- virus-mediated short hairpin RNAs(lv-shRNAs-MRP4)were designed to trigger the gene silencing RNA interference(RNAi) pathway.The efficiency of lentivirus-mediated siRNA infection into K562/ADR cells was determined using fluorescence mi- croscopy to observe lentivirus-mediated GFP expression.MRP4 expression in infected K562/ADR cells was evaluated by real- time PCR and Western blot analysis.The MTS assay was used to measure cell viability and flow cytometry was used to measure apoptosis.The transfection efficiency of K562/ADR cells was over 80 percent.The gene silencing efficacy of lv-shRNA1-MRP4 was superior to the other constructs.Infection of K562/ADR cells with lv-shRNA1-MRP4 led to strong inhibition of MRP4 mRNA and protein expression.Combined treatment with lv-shRNA1-MRP4 and adriamycin decreased cell growth and increased apoptosis compared to treatment with lv-shRNA1-MRP4 or adriamycin alone.These data indicate that in K562/ADR cells MRP4 is involved in drug resistance mechanisms and that lentivirus-mediated knockdown of MRP4 may enhance sensitivity to adriamycin.LIU Bei ZHAO Li MA HaiZhen ZHANG Wei JIN Yu 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,1:5
5Self-trapped excitons in two-dimensional perovskites显示文摘With strong electron-phonon coupling,the self-trapped excitons are usually formed in materials,which leads to the local lattice distortion and localized excitons.The self-trapping strongly depends on the dimensionality of the materials.In the three dimensional case,there is a potential barrier for self-trapping,whereas no such barrier is present for quasi-one-dimensional systems.Two-dimensional(2D)systems are marginal cases with a much lower potential barrier or nonex istent potential barrier for the self-trapping,leading to the easier formation of self-trapped states.Self-trapped excitons emission exhibits a broadband emission with a large Stokes shift below the bandgap.2D perovskites are a class of layered structure material with unique optical properties and would find potential promising optoelectronic.In particular,self-trapped excitons are present in 2D per-ovskites and can significantly influence the optical and electrical properties of 2D perovskites due to the soft characteristic and strong electron-phonon interaction.Here,we summarized the luminescence characteristics,origins,and characterizations of self-trapped excitons in 2D perovskites and finally gave an introduction to their applications in optoelectronics.Junze LI Haizhen WANG Dehui LI 2020Frontiers of Optoelectronics2020,13,3:4

7Three Gorges Dam: friend or foe of riverine greenhouse gases?显示文摘Dams are often regarded as greenhouse gas(GHG) emitters. However, our study indicated that the world’s largest dam, the Three Gorges Dam(TGD), has caused significant drops in annual average emissions of CO, CHand NO over 4300 km along the Yangtze River, accompanied by remarkable reductions in the annual export of CO(79%), CH(50%) and NO(9%) to the sea. Since the commencement of its operation in 2003, the TGD has altered the carbonate equilibrium in the reservoir area, enhanced methanogenesis in the upstream, and restrained methanogenesis and denitrification via modifying anoxic habitats through long-distance scouring in the downstream. 9Recent progress of the optoelectronic properties of 2D Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites显示文摘Two-dimensional(2 D) hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites have recently attracted attention due to their layered nature, naturally formed quantum well structure, large exciton binding energy and especially better long-term environmental stability compared with their three-dimensional(3 D) counterparts. In this report, we present a brief overview of the recent progress of the optoelectronic applications in 2 D perovskites. The layer number dependent physical properties of 2 D perovskites will first be introduced and then the different synthetic approaches to achieve 2 D perovskites with different morphologies will be discussed. The optical, optoelectronic properties and self-trapped states in 2 D perovskites will be described, which are indispensable for designing the new device structures with novel functionalities and improving the device performance. 10Antisense Oligonucleotide Targeting TGF-β1 Abrogates Tumorigenicity of Rhabdomyosarcoma in vivo显示文摘OBJECTIVE Over-expression of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)has been observed in many advanced cancers. The present study was aimed at developing potential antisense oligonucleotides(ASONs)to repress TGF-β1 expression in rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS)RD cells,and to examine their effect on tumorigenicity of RD cells in vivo. METHODS ASONs targeting the region surrounding the start codon of TGF-β1 were synthesized and transferred into cells in the form of complexes with Lipofectamine 2000.The TGF-β1 protein was determined by immunofluorescence and ELISA. The cell viability and cell cycle were examined by MTT and flow cytometry.The RD cells,with or without TGF-β1ASON,in 50μ1 of serum-free EMDM medium were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of nude mice.The tumors were then measured and weighed. RESULTS The ASON sequence targeting the first start site at bases 841-855 of the human TGF-β1 gene had the greatest effect on attenuating the expression of TGF-β1(P<0.05).The ASONs induced a decrease in OD values after 6 d(P<0.05).Analvsis of the cell cycle revealed that the ASON induced a significant decrease in cells in the S phase and an increase in cells in the G1 phase(P<0.05).In the nude mice model,the mean tumor volume,after 2 weeks of treatment with Lipofectamine or ASON, decreased to 88.5% or 55% respectively,compared to the control tumor size,resulting in a significant difference(P<0.01). 11Development of a gaseous and solid-state hybrid system for stationary hydrogen energy storage显示文摘Hydrogen can serve as a carrier to store renewable energy in large scale.However,hydrogen storage still remains a challenge in the current stage.It is difficult to meet the technical requirements applying the conventional storage of compressed gaseous hydrogen in high-pressure tanks or the solid-state storage of hydrogen in suitable materials.In the present work,a gaseous and solid-state(G-S)hybrid hydrogen storage system with a low working pressure below 5 MPa for a 10 kW hydrogen energy storage experiment platform is developed and validated.A Ti-Mn type hydrogen storage alloy with an effective hydrogen capacity of 1.7 wt%was prepared for the G-S hybrid hydrogen storage system.The G-S hybrid hydrogen storage tank has a high volumetric hydrogen storage density of 40.07 kg H_(2)m^(-3) and stores hydrogen under pressure below5 MPa.It can readily release enough hydrogen at a temperature as low as-15C when the FC system is not fully activated and hot water is not available.The energy storage efficiency of this G-S hybrid hydrogen storage system is calculated to be 86.4%-95.9%when it is combined with an FC system.This work provides a method on how to design a G-S hydrogen storage system based on practical demands and demonstrates that the G-S hybrid hydrogen storage is a promising method for stationary hydrogen storage application.Haizhen Liu Li Xu Yu Han Xin Chen Peng Sheng Shumao Wang Xiantun Huang Xinhua Wang Chenglin Lu Hui Luo Shixuan He Zhiqiang Lan Jin Guo 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,4:2
12Two-dimensional vanadium carbide for simultaneously tailoring the hydrogen sorption thermodynamics and kinetics of magnesium hydride显示文摘Magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))is a potential material for solid-state hydrogen storage.However,the thermodynamic and kinetic properties are far from practical application in the current stage.In this work,two-dimensional vanadium carbide(V_(2)C)MXene with layer thickness of 50−100 nm was fist synthesized by selectively HF-etching the Al layers from V_(2)AlC MAX phase and then introduced into MgH_(2) to improve the hydrogen sorption performances of MgH_(2).The onset hydrogen desorption temperature of MgH_(2) with V_(2)C addition is significantly reduced from 318℃ for pure MgH_(2) to 190℃,with a 128℃ reduction of the onset temperature.The MgH_(2)+10 wt%V_(2)C composite can release 6.4 wt%of H_(2) within 10 min at 300℃ and does not loss any capacity for up to 10 cycles.The activation energy for the hydrogen desorption reaction of MgH_(2) with V_(2)C addition was calculated to be 112 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2) by Arrhenius’s equation and 87.6 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2) by Kissinger’s equation.The hydrogen desorption reaction enthalpy of MgH_(2)+10 wt%V_(2)C was estimated by van’t Hoff equation to be 73.6 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2),which is slightly lower than that of the pure MgH_(2)(77.9 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2)).Microstructure studies by XPS,TEM,and SEM showed that V_(2)C acts as an efficient catalyst for the hydrogen desorption reaction of MgH_(2).The first-principles density functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrated that the bond length of Mg−H can be reduced from 1.71A for pure MgH_(2) to 2.14A for MgH_(2) with V_(2)C addition,which contributes to the destabilization of MgH_(2).This work provides a method to significantly and simultaneously tailor the hydrogen sorption thermodynamics and kinetics of MgH_(2) by two-dimensional MXene materials.Chenglin Lu Haizhen Liu Li Xu Hui Luo Shixuan He Xingqing Duan Xiantun Huang Xinhua Wang Zhiqiang Lan Jin Guo 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,4:2

17Effect of Initial Principal Stress Direction on the Dynamic Characteristics of Carbonate Sand显示文摘The dynamic characteristics of carbonate sand under wave loads are very important for constructions on the ocean floor. The initial principal stress direction has been known to exert some influence on the dynamic characteristics of sand during cyclic loading. In an effort to investigate this aspect of the problem, several series of cyclic undrained tests were carried out on a saturated and loose sample of carbonate sand using a geotechnical static and dynamic universal triaxial shear apparatus. In this test apparatus, a hollow cylindrical sand specimen is subjected to a simultaneous application of both triaxial and torsional modes of shear stresses, which brings about the continuous rotation of principal stress axes. The test results indicated that the initial principal stress direction has a considerable influence on the dynamic strength of loose carbonate sand and with the increase of initial orientation of principal stress, dynamic strength will be reduced, the cyclic pore pressure increased, but the residual pore pressure reduced.Yu Haizhen Zhao Wenguang Wang Ren Li Jianguo He Yang 2005Journal of China University of Geosciences2005,16,4:1
