1Low-carbon unit commitment with intensive wind power generation and carbon capture power plant显示文摘The paper proposes a stochastic unit commitment(UC)model to realize the low-carbon operation requirement and cope with wind power prediction errors for power systems with intensive wind power and carbon capture power plant(CCPP).A linear re-dispatch strategy is introduced to compensate the wind power deviation from the spot forecast.The robust optimization technique is employed to obtain a reliable commitment plan against all realizations of wind power within the uncertainty set given by probabilistic forecast.The proposed model is validated with IEEE 39-bus system.The advantages of flexible CCPPs are compared to the normal coal-fueled plants and the impacts of robustness controlling are discussed.Jiaming LI Jinyu WEN Xingning HAN 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,1:19
2Transmission Network Expansion Planning Considering Uncertainties in Loads and Renewable Energy Resources显示文摘This paper proposes a novel method for transmission network expansion planning(TNEP)that take into account uncertainties in loads and renewable energy resources.The goal of TNEP is to minimize the expansion cost of candidate lines without any load curtailment.A robust linear optimization algorithm is adopted to minimize the load curtailment with uncertainties considered under feasible expansion costs.Hence,the optimal planning scheme obtained through an iterative process would be to serve loads and provide a sufficient margin for renewable energy integration.In this paper,two uncertainty budget parameters are introduced in the optimization process to limit the considered variation ranges for both the load and the renewable generation.Simulation results obtained from two test systems indicate that the uncertainty budget parameters used to describe uncertainties are essential to arrive at a compromise for the robustness and optimality,and hence,offer a range of preferences to power system planners and decision makers.Jinyu Wen Xingning Han Jiaming Li Yan Chen Haiqiong Yi Chang Lu 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,1:17
3Injectable ECM hydrogel for delivery of BMSCs enabled full-thickness meniscus repair in an orthotopic rat model显示文摘Meniscal injuries have poor intrinsic healing capability and are associated with the development of osteoarthritis.Decellularized meniscus extracellular matrix(mECM)has been suggested to be efficacious for the repair of meniscus defect.However,main efforts to date have been focused on the concentration,crosslinking density and anatomical region dependence of the mECM hydrogels on regulation of proliferation and differentiation of adult mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)in vitro 2D or 3D culture.A systematic investigation and understanding of the effect of mECM on encapsulated MSCs response and integrative meniscus repair by in vivo rat subcutaneous implantation and orthotopic meniscus injury model will be highly valuable to explore its potential for clinical translation.In this study,we investigated the in situ delivery of rat BMSCs in an injectable mECM hydrogel to a meniscal defect in a SD rat model.Decellularized mECM retained essential proteoglycans and collagens,and significantly upregulated expression of fibrochondrogenic markers by BMSCs versus collagen hydrogel alone in vitro 3D cell culture.When applied to an orthotopic model of meniscal injury in SD rat,mECM is superior than collagen I scaffold in reduction of osteophyte formation and prevention of joint space narrowing and osteoarthritis development as evidenced by histology and micro-CT analysis.Taken together,these results indicate mECM hydrogel is a highly promising carrier to deliver MSCs for long-term repair of meniscus tissue,while preventing the development of osteoarthritis.Gang Zhong Jun Yao Xing Huang Yixuan Luo Meng Wang Jinyu Han Fei Chen Yin Yu 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,4:9
4Acoustic emission characterization methods of damage modes identification on carbon fiber twill weave laminate显示文摘In order to get a deep understanding of composite failure mechanisms, the new advanced signal processing methodologies are established for the analysis of the large number of acoustic emission (AE) data obtained from the quasi-static tension test of carbon fiber twill weave composite. For this purpose, AE signals have been collected and post-processed for tension test, and are analyzed with three signal processing methods: Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD), Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) and modified energy entropy algorithm. AE signals can be decomposed into a set of Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMF) components, results from this study reveal that the peak frequency of IMF components based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) corresponds to different damage mechanisms of composite. HHT of AE signals can clearly express the frequency distribution of IMF component in time-scale in different damage stages, and can calculate accurate instantaneous frequency for damage modes recognition. 8A Deletable and Modifiable Blockchain Scheme Based on Record Verification Trees and the Multisignature Mechanism显示文摘As one of the most valuable technologies,blockchains have received extensive attention from researchers and industry circles and are widely applied in various scenarios.However,data on a blockchain cannot be deleted.As a result,it is impossible to clean invalid and sensitive data and correct erroneous data.This,to a certain extent,hinders the application of blockchains in supply chains and Internet of Things.To address this problem,this study presents a deletable and modifiable blockchain scheme(DMBlockChain)based on record verification trees(RVTrees)and the multisignature scheme.(1)In this scheme,an RVTree structure is designed and added to the block structure.The RVTree can not only ensure that a record is true and valid but,owing to its unique binary structure,also verify whether modification and deletion requests are valid.(2)In DMBlockChain,the multisignature mechanism is also introduced.This mechanism requires the stakeholders’signatures for each modification or deletion request and thus ensures that a record will not be modified arbitrarily.A user’s request is deemed valid only if it is dually verified by the RVTree and the multisignature mechanism.The analysis finds that DMBlockChain can provide a secure and valid means for modifying and deleting records in a block while ensuring the integrity of the block and that DMBlockChain can effectively save space in some scenarios that require frequent records modification.Daojun Han Jinyu Chen Lei Zhang Yatian Shen Yihua Gao Xueheng Wang 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,7:3
9Low intensity near-infrared light promotes bone regeneration via circadian clock protein cryptochrome 1显示文摘Bone regeneration remains a great clinical challenge. Low intensity near-infrared(NIR) light showed strong potential to promote tissue regeneration, offering a promising strategy for bone defect regeneration. However, the effect and underlying mechanism of NIR on bone regeneration remain unclear. We demonstrated that bone regeneration in the rat skull defect model was significantly accelerated with low-intensity NIR stimulation. In vitro studies showed that NIR stimulation could promote the osteoblast differentiation in bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) and MC3T3-E1 cells, which was associated with increased ubiquitination of the core circadian clock protein Cryptochrome 1(CRY1) in the nucleus. We found that the reduction of CRY1 induced by NIR light activated the bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) signaling pathways, promoting SMAD1/5/9 phosphorylation and increasing the expression levels of Runx2 and Osterix. NIR light treatment may act through sodium voltage-gated channel Scn4a, which may be a potential responder of NIR light to accelerate bone regeneration. 10Pore Characteristics and Factors Controlling Lacustrine Shales from the Upper Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation of the Songliao Basin,Northeast China:A Study Combining SEM,Low-temperature Gas Adsorption and MICP Experiments显示文摘To investigate pore characteristics and the factors controlling lacustrine shales,geochemical,mineralogical and petrophysical experiments were performed on 23 shale samples from the Qingshankou Formation of the Songliao Basin,China.A comparison of mercury injection capillary pressure(MICP)and low-temperature N2 adsorption pore-size distribution showed that MICP has a higher pore-size distribution(PSD)line in its overlapping pore diameter range,which may be elevated by the higher pressure of MICP.Therefore,in the overlapping range,low-temperature N2 adsorption data were preferred in pore characterization.Negative correlations were observed between pore volumes and TOC content,indicating organic matter pores are not well-developed in the studied samples.This may be related to their low grade of maturity and type I kerogens.There existed negative relationships between pore volumes and S1,which illustrated that liquid hydrocarbons occupied some pore space.Micropore volume had a better correlation with S1 than mesopore and macropore volumes,which suggests that liquid hydrocarbons preferentially occur in micropores.No obvious relationships between pore volumes and quartz or feldspar were observed,while pore volumes increased with the increasing clay mineral content.These relationships indicate that intraparticle pores in clay minerals represent the principal pore type.HAN Hui DAI Jie GUO Chen ZHONG Ningning PANG Peng DING Zhengang CHEN Jianping HUANG Zhenkai GAO Yuan LUO Jinyu LI Qirui ZHANG Zhaokun 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2:2

20Facile synthesis of hierarchical flower-like Ag/Cu2O and Au/Cu2O nanostructures and enhanced catalytic performance in electrochemical reduction of CO2显示文摘Novel,hierarchical,flower-like Ag/Cu2O and Au/Cu2O nanostructures were successfully fabricated and applied as efficient electrocatalysts for the electrochemical reduction of CO2.Cu2O nanospheres with a uniform size of^180 nm were initially synthesized.Thereafter,Cu2O was used as a sacrificial template to prepare a series of Ag/Cu2O composites through galvanic replacement.By varying the Ag/Cu atomic ratio,Ago.12/Cu2O,having a hierarchical,flower-like nanostructure with intersecting Ag nanoflakes encompassing an inner Cu2O sphere,was prepared.The as-prepared Ag/Cu2O samples presented higher Faradaic efficiencies(FE)for CO and relatively suppressed H2 evolution than the parent Cu2O nanospheres due to the combination of Ag with Cu2O in the former.Notably,the highest CO evolution rate was achieved with Ago.12/Cu2O due to the larger electroactive surface area furnished by the hierarchical structure.The same hier-archical flower-like structure was also obtained for the Auo./Cu2O composite,where the FEco(10%)was even higher than that of Ago.12/Cu2O.Importantly,the results reveal that Ago.12/Cu2O and Auo./Cu2O both exhibit remarkably improved stability relative to Cu2O.This study presents a facile method of developing hierarchical metal-oxide composites as fficient and stable electrocatalysts for the electrochemical reduction of CO2.Mengyun Wang Shengbo Zhang Mei Li Aiguo Han Xinli Zhu Qingfeng Ge Jinyu Han Hua Wang 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5:1
