| 1 | 3D N,O-Codoped Egg-Box-Like Carbons with Tuned Channels for High Areal Capacitance Supercapacitors显示文摘Functional carbonaceous materials for supercapacitors(SCs)without using acid for post-treatment remain a substantial challenge.In this paper,we present a less harmful strategy for preparing three-dimensional(3D)N,O-codoped egg-box-like carbons(EBCs).The as-prepared EBCs with opened pores provide plentiful channels for ion fast transport,ensure the e ective contact of EBCs electrodes and electrolytes,and enhance the electron conduction.The nitrogen and oxygen atoms doped in EBCs improve the surface wettability of EBC electrodes and provide the pseudocapacitance.Consequently,the EBCs display a prominent areal capacitance of 39.8μF cm-2(340 F g-1)at 0.106 m A cm-2 in 6 M KOH electrolyte.The EBC-based symmetric SC manifests a high areal capacitance to 27.6μF cm-2(236 F g-1)at 0.1075 m A cm-2,a good rate capability of 18.8μF cm-2(160 F g-1)at 215 m A cm-2 and a long-term cycle stability with only 1.9%decay after 50,000 cycles in aqueous electrolyte.Impressively,even in all-solid-state SC,EBC electrode shows a high areal capacitance of 25.0μF cm-2(214 F g-1)and energy density of 0.0233 m Wh cm-2.This work provides an acid-free process to prepare electrode materials from industrial by-products for advanced energy storage devices. | Feng Wei Xiaojun He Lianbo Ma Hanfang Zhang Nan Xiao Jieshan Qiu | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020，12，7： | 13 |
| 2 | Combined peripheral natural killer cell and circulating tumor cell enumeration enhance prognostic efficiency in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous disease with poor prognosis.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are a promising predictor for breast cancer prognoses but their reliability regarding progression-free survival(PFS)is controversial.We aim to verify their predictive value in TNBC.Methods:In present prospective cohort study,we used the Pep@MNPs method to enumerate CTCs in baseline blood samples from 75 patients with TNBC(taken at inclusion in this study)and analyzed correlations between CTC numbers and outcomes and other clinical parameters.Results:Median PFS was 6.0(range:1.0–25.0)months for the entire cohort,in whom we found no correlations between baseline CTC status and initial tumor stage(P=0.167),tumor grade(P=0.783)or histological type(P=0.084).However,among those getting first-line treatment,baseline CTC status was positively correlated with ratio of peripheral natural killer(NK)cells(P=0.032),presence of lung metastasis(P=0.034)and number of visceral metastatic site(P=0.037).Baseline CTC status was predictive for PFS in first-line TNBC(P=0.033),but not for the cohort as a whole(P=0.118).This prognostic limitation of CTC could be ameliorated by combining CTC and NK cell enumeration(P=0.049).Conclusions:Baseline CTC status was predictive of lung metastasis,peripheral NK cell ratio and PFS in TNBC patients undergoing first-line treatment.We have developed a combined CTC-NK enumeration strategy that allows us to predict PFS in TNBC without any preconditions. | Xiaoran Liu Ran Ran Bin Shao Hope S.Rugo Yanlian Yang Zhiyuan Hu Zewen Wei Fengling Wan Weiyao Kong Guohong Song Hanfang Jiang Xu Liang Ruyan Zhang Ying Yan Guobing Xu Huiping Li | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018，30，3： | 4 |
| 3 | Multicenter phaseⅡstudy of apatinib single or combination therapy in HER2-negative breast cancer involving chest wall metastasis显示文摘Objective:Breast cancer(BC)with chest wall metastasis(CWM)usually shows rich neovascularization.This trial explored the clinical effect of apatinib on human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-negative advanced BC involving CWM.Methods:This trial involved four centers in China and was conducted from September 2016 to March 2020.Patients received apatinib 500 mg/d[either alone or with endocrine therapy if hormone receptor-positive(HR+)]until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.Progression-free survival(PFS)was the primary endpoint.Results:We evaluated 26 patients for efficacy.The median PFS(mPFS)and median overall survival(mOS)were4.9[range:2.0-28.5;95%confidence interval(95%CI):2.1-8.3]months and 18(range:3-55;95%CI:12.9-23.1)months,respectively.The objective response rate(ORR)was 42.3%(11/26),and the disease-control rate was76.9%(20/26).In the subgroup analysis,HR+patients compared with HR-negative patients had significantly improved mPFS of 7.0(95%CI:2.2-11.8)months vs.2.3(95%CI:1.2-3.4)months,respectively(P=0.001);and mPFS in patients without or with chest wall radiotherapy was 6.4(95%CI:1.6-19.5)months vs.3.0(95%CI:1.3-4.6)months,respectively(P=0.041).In the multivariate analysis,HR+status was the only independent predictive factor for favorable PFS(P=0.014).Conclusions:Apatinib was highly effective for BC patients with CWM,especially when combined with endocrine therapy.PFS improved significantly in patients with HR+status who did not receive chest wall radiotherapy.However,adverse events were serious and should be carefully monitored from the beginning of apatinib treatment. | Huiping Li Cuizhi Geng Hongmei Zhao Hanfang Jiang Guohong Song Jiayang Zhang Yaxin Liu Xinyu Gui Jing Wang Kun Li Zhongsheng Tong Fangyuan Zhao Junlan Yang Guoliang Chen Qianyu Liu Xu Liang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021，33，2： | 4 |

| 5 | Effects of SNPs and alternative splicing within HGF gene on its expression patterns in Qinchuan cattle显示文摘Background: Identification of genetic variants, including SNPs(Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), CNVs(Copy Number Variations) and alternative splicing, within functional genes has received increasing attention in animal science research. HGF(Hepatocyte Growth Factor) is a very important growth factor that works as a mitogen or a morphogen during tissue growth, development and regeneration. However, to date, the functions of genetic variants within the bovine HGF gene, particularly their effects on m RNA expression, have not been determined well.Results: The present study aimed to perform association analysis between genetic variants and m RNA expression for the bovine HGF gene in Qinchuan cattle using various strategies, including PCR-RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism), q PCR(Quantitative Real-time quantitative PCR), TA cloning, DNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis. A total of five SNPs were identified and only SV1 locus significantly affected HGF m RNA expression in fetal skeletal muscle(P < 0.05). Heterozygous genotype individuals showed significantly higher HGF expression(P < 0.05), which was significantly greater in the 'CTCCAGGGTT' combined genotype than that in the'CCCCGGGGTT' combined genotype(P < 0.05). In addition, two alternative splicing variations, HGF-W and HGF-M,were identified, which resulted from alternative 3′ splice sites of exon 5, and HGF-W showed higher m RNA levels than HGF-M in all tissues.Conclusion: In summary, genetic variations within the HGF gene affected m RNA expression. | 11 | Study about Evaluation System of Take-out Platform显示文摘In order to get a deeper understanding of the real situation of the evaluation system, the situation that each group may encounter in their link was speculated for two different groups of customers and delivery workers, and the questions were designed, then a total of 65 delivery workers and 100 customers were surveyed. The age of the questionnaire survey group is above 10 years old and under 40 years old, which is the group that orders take-out most in peacetime. As far as customers are concerned, following questions are put forward to investigate the customer's opinions on the evaluation criteria of take-out quality and the delivery quality of delivery workers: the first is to understand customer's perception of being late for negative comments or the time;the second is to understand the attitude of customers towards the distribution of delivery workers;the third is to find out the reasons why customers gave delivery workers negative comments before;the fourth is to compare the salary of delivery workers estimated by the customers with their actual salaries, so as to make customers understand the hardship and difficulty of the take-out employees and solve the existing problems;and the fifth is to understand the proportion of additional tasks that customers ask, thus considering whether to add this column to the evaluation system, and improving it. For delivery workers, several questions are proposed to be able to truly and accurately understand some of the problems they encounter at work, as well as the reasons and solutions: the first is to know whether the customer's negative comments can be dealt with and deduce their impact on delivery workers, because the company's attitude toward delivery workers is also an important factor in determining the quality of their work;the second is to know whether the company provides benefits to delivery workers and the quality of the benefits;the third is to ask about the income of delivery workers, and compare it with the revenue estimated by customers, so as to understand whether customers are in a position to consider delivery workers when evaluating them;and the fourth is to ask the real opinions of the delivery workers on this issue, which is also the aspect of the research and analysis. As for the evaluation criteria of take-out platform, delivery workers have the most voice, and the impact of evaluation criteria on them is self-evident.
