| 1 | Analytical Method of Fault Characteristic and Non-unit Protection for HVDC Transmission Lines显示文摘An analytical method of fault characteristic for the HVDC system based on frequency response characteristics of boundary elements is presented here.The computational formulas of transfer function and input impedance are deduced using the distributed parameter model of HVDC transmission line,and the amplitude-to-frequency-characteristics of the transfer function and input impedance are analyzed.Based on the amplitude-to-frequency difference between internal and external faults,a non-unit protection method for VSC-HVDC transmission line is presented.Using the current ratio of high-to-low-frequency,this protection method can distinguish internal from external fault.The presented algorithm only uses local-end current,has high operation speed,and is easy to implement.Simulations on a±200 kV VSC-HVDC system are conducted to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the developed protection method. | Xu Chu Guobing Song Jun Liang | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,4: | 10 |
| 2 | Combined peripheral natural killer cell and circulating tumor cell enumeration enhance prognostic efficiency in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous disease with poor prognosis.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are a promising predictor for breast cancer prognoses but their reliability regarding progression-free survival(PFS)is controversial.We aim to verify their predictive value in TNBC.Methods:In present prospective cohort study,we used the Pep@MNPs method to enumerate CTCs in baseline blood samples from 75 patients with TNBC(taken at inclusion in this study)and analyzed correlations between CTC numbers and outcomes and other clinical parameters.Results:Median PFS was 6.0(range:1.0–25.0)months for the entire cohort,in whom we found no correlations between baseline CTC status and initial tumor stage(P=0.167),tumor grade(P=0.783)or histological type(P=0.084).However,among those getting first-line treatment,baseline CTC status was positively correlated with ratio of peripheral natural killer(NK)cells(P=0.032),presence of lung metastasis(P=0.034)and number of visceral metastatic site(P=0.037).Baseline CTC status was predictive for PFS in first-line TNBC(P=0.033),but not for the cohort as a whole(P=0.118).This prognostic limitation of CTC could be ameliorated by combining CTC and NK cell enumeration(P=0.049).Conclusions:Baseline CTC status was predictive of lung metastasis,peripheral NK cell ratio and PFS in TNBC patients undergoing first-line treatment.We have developed a combined CTC-NK enumeration strategy that allows us to predict PFS in TNBC without any preconditions. | Xiaoran Liu Ran Ran Bin Shao Hope S.Rugo Yanlian Yang Zhiyuan Hu Zewen Wei Fengling Wan Weiyao Kong Guohong Song Hanfang Jiang Xu Liang Ruyan Zhang Ying Yan Guobing Xu Huiping Li | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3: | 4 |
| 3 | Adaptive restarting method for LCC-HVDC based on principle of fault location by current injection显示文摘The existing LCC-HVDC transmission project adopts the fixed-time delay restarting method.This method has disadvantages such as non-selectivity,long restart process,and high probability of restart failure.These issues cause a secondary impact on equipment and system power fluctuation.To solve this problem,an adaptive restarting method based on the principle of fault location by current injection is proposed.First,an additional control strategy is proposed to inject a current detection signal.Second,the propagation law of the current signal in the line is analyzed based on the distributed parameter model of transmission line.Finally,a method for identifying fault properties based on the principle of fault location is proposed.The method fully considers the influence of the long-distance transmission line with earth capacitance and overcomes the influence of the increasing effect of the opposite terminal.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately identify the fault properties under various complex fault conditions and subsequently realize the adaptive restarting process. | Ruidong Xu Guobing Song Junjie Hou Zhongxue Chang | 2021 | Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,6: | 2 |

| 12 | Convex decomposition of concave clouds for the ultra-short-term power prediction of distributed photovoltaic system显示文摘Concave clouds will cause miscalculation by the power prediction model based on cloud features for distributed photovoltaic( PV) plant. The algorithm for decomposing concave cloud into convex images is proposed. Adopting minimum polygonal approximation( MPP) to demonstrate the contour of concave cloud,cloud features are described and the subdivision lines of convex decomposition for the concave clouds are determined by the centroid point scattering model and centroid angle function,which realizes the convex decomposition of concave cloud. The result of MATLAB simulation indicates that the proposed algorithm can accurately detect cloud contour corners and recognize the concave points. The proposed decomposition algorithm has advantages of less time complexity and decomposition part numbers compared to traditional algorithms. | 19 | Immune‑Ageing Evaluation of Peripheral T and NK Lymphocyte Subsets in Chinese Healthy Adults显示文摘Ageing is often accompanied with a decline in immune system function,resulting in immune ageing.Numerous studies have focussed on the changes in different lymphocyte subsets in diseases and immunosenescence.The change in immune phenotype is a key indication of the diseased or healthy status.However,the changes in lymphocyte number and phenotype brought about by ageing have not been comprehensively analysed.Here,we analysed T and natural killer(NK)cell subsets,the phenotype and cell differentiation states in 43,096 healthy individuals,aged 20–88 years,without known diseases.Thirty-six immune parameters were analysed and the reference ranges of these subsets were established in different age groups divided into 5-year intervals.The data were subjected to random forest machine learning for immune-ageing modelling and confirmed using the neural network analysis.Our initial analysis and machine modelling prediction showed that na.ve T cells decreased with ageing,whereas central memory T cells(Tcm)and effector memory T cells(Tem)increased cluster of differentiation(CD)28-associated T cells.This is the largest study to investigate the correlation between age and immune cell function in a Chinese population,and provides insightful differences,suggesting that healthy adults might be considerably influenced by age and sex.The age of a person's immune system might be different from their chronological age.Our immune-ageing modelling study is one of the largest studies to provide insights into‘immune-age’rather than‘biological-age’.Through machine learning,we identified immune factors influencing the most through ageing and built a model for immune-ageing prediction.Our research not only reveals the impact of age on immune parameter differences within the Chinese population,but also provides new insights for monitoring and preventing some diseases in clinical practice. | Zhenghu Jia Zhiyao Ren Dongmei Ye Jiawei Li Yan Xu Hui Liu Ziyu Meng Chengmao Yang Xiaqi Chen Xinru Mao Xueli Luo Zhe Yang Lina Ma Anyi Deng Yafang Li Bingyu Han Junping Wei Chongcheng Huang Zheng Xiang Guobing Chen Peiling Li Juan Ouyang Peisong Chen Oscar Junhong Luo Yifang Gao Zhinan Yin | 2023 | Phenomics2023,3,4: | 1 |
