1THE PREPARATION OF CROSSLINKED N,O-CARBOXYMETHYL CHITOSAN RESINSAND THEIR ADSORPTION PROPERTIESFOR TRIGLYCERIDE IN SERUM显示文摘Crosslinked N, O-carboxymethyl chitosan resins which can selectively adsorb triglyceride, were prepared by the reaction of N, O- carboxymethyl chitosan with glutaraldehyde solution. Adsorption experiments were performed by adding the resins to the serum. 2In-situ growth of flexible 3D hollow tubular Cu_(2)S nanorods on Cu foam for high electrochemical performance supercapacitor显示文摘For pursing high-performance supercapacitors,both of the design strategy and structural characteristic of electrode materials are crucial.Herein,we report the in-situ growth of flexible self-assembled 3D hollow tubular Cu_(2)S nanorods on Cu foam substrate(Cu_(2)S@Cu).The Cu substrate is simultaneously acted as a copper source and a collector,which reduces the contact resistance.Moreover,the highly ordered 3D unique structure increases the redox reactive sites and enhances the ion transmission effectively,resulting in greatly improved electrochemical performance.Based on the Cu_(2)S@Cu electrode,the supercapacitor exhibits high areal capacitance of 1000 mF cm^(-2) at a current density of 2 mA cm^(-2),and great cycle stability,maintaining 96.9% capacitance after 10,000 cycles.Furthermore,the supercapacitor also shows an excellent flexibility with no significant decrease in the twisting or bending state.The capacity retention rates are 99.8% and 86.1%,respectively,and finally recover to 99.3%,confirming its great potential in practical application for portable electronic devices.Xinrui He Yalin Hu Hanqing Tian Zhipeng Li Pei Huang Jing Jiang Chao Wang 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1:2

4Aging-elevated inflammation promotes DNMT3A R878H-driven clonal hematopoiesis显示文摘Aging-elevated DNMT3A R882H-driven clonal hematopoiesis(CH)is a risk factor for myeloid malignancies remission and overall survival.Although some studies were conducted to investigate this phenomenon,the exact mechanism is still under debate.In this study,we observed that DNMT3 A R878 H bone marrow cells(human allele:DNMT3 A R882 H)displayed enhanced reconstitution capacity in aged bone marrow milieu and upon inflammatory insult.DNMT3 A R878 H protects hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from the damage induced by chronic inflammation,especially TNFa insults.Mechanistically,we identified that RIPK1-RIPK3-MLKL-mediated necroptosis signaling was compromised in R878 H cells in response to proliferation stress and TNFa insults.Briefly,we elucidated the molecular mechanism driving DNMT3 A R878 H-based clonal hematopoiesis,which raises clinical value for treating DNMT3 A R882 H-driven clonal hematopoiesis and myeloid malignancies with aging.Min Liao Ruiqing Chen Yang Yang Hanqing He Liqian Xu Yuxuan Jiang Zhenxing Guo Wei He Hong Jiang Jianwei Wang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:1

8Impact history and origin of lunar meteorite Northwest Africa 15528显示文摘No samples from the Moon’s far side have been returned to Earth.Thus,lunar meteorite study can deepen the understanding of the Moon’s far side(if we can identify which lunar meteorites came from the Moon’s far side).The Northwest Africa(NWA)15528 meteorite is a lunar feldspathic regolith breccia meteorite and we speculated it might originate from the Feldspathic Highlands Terrane(FHT)on the far side of the Moon.Here,we report detailed petrography,major and trace elements,and noble gas(He,Ne,and Ar)isotopes for the clasts and matrix,respectively.The results show that the NWA 15528 lunar meteorite contains diverse clasts,including anorthosite,granulite,basalt,and impact melt clasts.The coarse,wellcrystallized,uniform chemical composition minerals may come from intrusive plutonic rocks.Among the anorthosite clasts,the norite/olivine clasts originate from the deep lunar crust,whereas the other anorthosite clasts are from lunar highlands.The Sm concentrations in NWA 15528 were similar to those in the fourth group of Apollo 16 melt samples,demonstrating that NWA 15528 has a typical plagioclase highland meteorite composition.Compared with the Apollo sample data and remote sensing results,the chemical composition of NWA 15528 indicated strong affinities with the FHT area and ferroan anorthosite(FAN)material from the far side of the Moon.The noble gas isotopic composition of NWA 15528 is consistent with a binary mixture of solar wind and cosmogenic components;during stepwise pyrolytic extractions,we observed that the abundance of cosmogenic components decreased,whereas that of solar wind components increased with increasing temperature.The average cosmic-ray exposure(CRE)age of the matrix and granulite is 42±6 Ma,with a shielding depth in the same range of 10-20 g cm^(−2).The gas retention age of NWA 15528 is 2.14 Ga,and the antiquity age of NWA 15528 is(0.69-0.74)±0.2 Ga(considering 50%40Arm is 40Artrap)which indicates the different clasts of NWA 15528 are assembled after 0.69-0.74 Ga.Runchuan LIU Huaiyu HE Thomas SMITH Hanqing YE Huapei WANG Xuhang ZHANG Fei SU Ziheng LIU Wei GUO Peng YANG Chuantong ZHANG Dingshuai Xue Ting CAO Jiannan LI Xuelong JIANG Ye HE Chao LU 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,6:0

11Quantum light source devices of In(Ga)As semiconductor self-assembled quantum dots显示文摘A brief introduction of semiconductor self-assembled quantum dots (QDs) applied in single-photon sources is given. Single QDs in confined quantum optical microcavity systems are reviewed along with their optical properties and coupling characteristics. Subsequently, the recent progresses in In(Ga)As QDs systems are summarized including the preparation of quantum light sources, multiple methods for embedding single QDs into different microcavities and the scalability of single-photon emitting wavelength. Particularly, several In(Ga)As QD single-photon devices are surveyed including In(Ga)As QDs coupling with nanowires, InAs QDs coupling with distributed Bragg reflection microcavity and the In(Ga)As QDs coupling with micropillar microcavities. 12Terrestrial carbon cycle model-data fusion:Progress and challenges显示文摘The terrestrial carbon cycle is an important component of global biogeochemical cycling and is closely related to human well-being and sustainable development.However,large uncertainties exist in carbon cycle simulations and observations.Model-data fusion is a powerful technique that combines models and observational data to minimize the uncertainties in terrestrial carbon cycle estimation.In this paper,we comprehensively overview the sources and characteristics of the uncertainties in terrestrial carbon cycle models and observations.We present the mathematical principles of two model-data fusion methods,i.e.,data assimilation and parameter estimation,both of which essentially achieve the optimal fusion of a model with observational data while considering the respective errors in the model and in the observations.Based upon reviewing the progress in carbon cycle models and observation techniques in recent years,we have highlighted the major challenges in terrestrial carbon cycle model-data fusion research,such as the“equifinality”of models,the identifiability of model parameters,the estimation of representativeness errors in surface fluxes and remote sensing observations,the potential role of the posterior probability distribution of parameters obtained from sensitivity analysis in determining the error covariance matrixes of the models,and opportunities that emerge by assimilating new remote sensing observations,such as solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence.It is also noted that the synthesis of multisource observations into a coherent carbon data assimilation system is by no means an easy task,yet a breakthrough in this bottleneck is a prerequisite for the development of a new generation of global carbon data assimilation systems.This article also highlights the importance of carbon cycle data assimilation systems to generate reliable and physically consistent terrestrial carbon cycle reanalysis data products with high spatial resolution and longterm time series.These products are critical to the accurate estimation of carbon cycles at the global and regional scales and will help future carbon management strategies meet the goals of carbon neutrality.Xin LI Hanqing MA Youhua RAN Xufeng WANG Gaofeng ZHU Feng LIU Honglin HE Zhen ZHANG Chunlin HUANG 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,10:0
13Adaptive connected hierarchical optimization algorithm for minimum energy spacecraft attitude maneuver path planning显示文摘Space object observation requirements and the avoidance of specific attitudes produce pointing constraints that increase the complexity of the attitude maneuver path-planning problem.To deal with this issue,a feasible attitude trajectory generation method is proposed that utilizes a multiresolution technique and local attitude node adjustment to obtain sufficient time and quaternion nodes to satisfy the pointing constraints.These nodes are further used to calculate the continuous attitude trajectory based on quaternion polynomial interpolation and the inverse dynamics method.Then,the characteristic parameters of these nodes are extracted to transform the path-planning problem into a parameter optimization problem aimed at minimizing energy consumption.This problem is solved by an improved hierarchical optimization algorithm,in which an adaptive parameter-tuning mechanism is introduced to improve the performance of the original algorithm.A numerical simulation is performed,and the results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.Hanqing He Peng Shi Yushan Zhao 2023Astrodynamics2023,7,2:0
14Optimal Energy-Efficient Operation of a Metro Train on a Long and Steep Downhill Segment显示文摘Because the standard four-stage operation and con-trol strategy cannot fully utilize the gravitational potential energy of a train operating on a long and steep downhill segment,this paper further improves the method for train operation and control strategy.The improved operation includes three stages of acceleration,coasting-speed limit cruising,and brak-ing.Taking the speed limit,time limit,and distance limit as the constraints,the coasting condition switching point,braking condition switching point,traction coefficient,and braking force coefficient are used as the decision variables.Then,an improved train traction energy consumption model is constructed,and an improved differential evolution algorithm is designed to solve this model.The improved method is used to simulate two long and steep downhill segments of the Nanning metro.The results show that the improved method can meet the requirements of speed limit,time limit,and distance limit.Compared with the standard four-stage operation,the improved train operation and control strategy can reduce train energy consumption by more than 40%on the two long and steep downhill segments;compared with other similar algorithms,the improved algorithm is more suitable for solving the model.Deqiang He Hanqing Jian Yanjun Chen Jian Miao Zhixiao Luo Chonghui Ren Lang Zhang 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,6:0

16ALKBH3 is dispensable in maintaining hematopoietic stem cells but forced ALKBH3 rectified the differentiation skewing of aged hematopoietic stem cells显示文摘ALKBH3,a demethylase responsible for demethylating N1-methyladenosine(m^(1)A)in mRNA and N1-methyldeoxyadenosine in single-stranded DNA,plays an important role in DNA repair and cancer cell proliferation.However,its function in hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)is unknown.In this study,we generated Alkbh3 knockout mice and observed that the deletion of Alkbh3 does not impair the reconstitution capacity of HSCs in both primary and secondary transplantation.Aged hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells exhibit increased expression of ALKBH3.Forced ALKBH3 rescued the differentiation skewing without affecting the reconstitution capacity of aged HSCs.In brief,our study for the first time investigated the functional role of ALKBH3 in hematopoietic system,and observed that ALKBH3 is dispensable for HSCs maintenance and differentiation,but overexpression of ALKBH3 rectified the differentiation skewing of aged HSCs.Hanqing He Yuqian Wang Jianwei Wang 2020Blood Science2020,2,4:0
