1Single-atom site catalysts for environmental catalysis显示文摘In recent decades,the environmental protection and long-term sustainability have become the focus of attention due to the increasing pollution generated by the intense industrialization.To overcome these issues,environmental catalysis has increasingly been used to solve the negative impact of pollutants emission on the global environment and human health.Supported platinum-metal-group(PGM)materials are commonly utilized as the state-of-the-art catalysts to eliminate gaseous pollutants but large quantities of PGMs are required.By comparison,single-atom site catalysts(SACs)have attracted much attention in catalysis owing to their 100%atom efficiency and unique catalytic performances towards various reactions.Over the past decade,we have witnessed burgeoning interests of SACs in heterogeneous catalysis.However,to the best of our knowledge,the systematic summary and analysis of SACs in catalytic elimination of environmental pollutants has not yet been reported.In this paper,we summarize and discuss the environmental catalysis applications of SACs.Particular focus was paid to automotive and stationary emission control,including model reaction(CO oxidation,NO reduction and hydrocarbon oxidation),overall reaction(three-way catalytic and diesel oxidation reaction),elimination of volatile organic compounds(formaldehyde,benzene,and toluene),and removal/decomposition of other pollutants(Hg0 and SO3).Perspectives related to further challenges,directions and design strategies of single-atom site catalysts in environmental catalysis were also provided.Ningqiang Zhang Chenliang Ye Han Yan Lingcong Li Hong He Dingsheng Wang Yadong Li 2020Nano Research2020,13,12:38

3Hydrothermal Synthesis of Orthorhombic LiMnO_(2)Nano-Particles and LiMnO_(2)Nanorods and Comparison of their Electrochemical Performances显示文摘Orthorhombic LiMnO_(2)nanoparticles and LiMnO_(2)nanorods have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods.LiMnO_(2)nanoparticles were synthesized by simple one-step hydrothermal method.To obtain rod-like LiMnO_(2),γ-MnOOH nanorods were first synthesized and then the H+ions were completely replaced by Li+resulting in LiMnO_(2)nanorods.Their electrochemical performances were thoroughly investigated by galvanostatic tests.Although the LiMnO_(2)nanoparticles have smaller size than LiMnO_(2)nanorods,the latter exhibited higher discharge capacity and better cyclability.For example,the discharge capacities of LiMnO_(2)nanorods reached 200 mA·h/g over many cycles and remained above 180 mA·h/g after 30 cycles.However,the maximum capacity of LiMnO_(2)nanoparticles was only 170 mA·h/g and quickly decreased to 110 mA·h/g after 30 cycles.Nanorods with one-dimensional electronic pathways favor the transport of electrons along the length direction and accommodate volume changes resulting from charge/discharge processes.Thus the morphology of LiMnO_(2)may play an important role in electrochemical performance.Xiaoling Xiao Li Wang Dingsheng Wang Xiangming He Qing Peng Yadong Li 2009Nano Research2009,2,12:8

5A highly reversible dendrite-free Zn anode via spontaneous galvanic replacement reaction for advanced zinc-iodine batteries显示文摘Rechargeable aqueous zinc-iodine batteries have received extensive attention due to their inherent advantages such as low cost,flame retardancy and safety.To address the safety concern associated with Zn dendrites,tin functional layer is introduced to the Zn surface via a spontaneous galvanic replacement reaction.This provides rapid deposition kinetics,thereby achieving the uniform Zn plating/stripping with a low overpotential(13.9 mV)and good stability for over 900 h.Importantly,the coupling of the advanced Zn anode with iodine in Zn-I_(2)battery exhibits a high specific capacity of 196.4 mAh·g^(−1)with high capacity retention(90.7%).This work provides a reliable strategy to regulate the reversible redox of zinc for advanced rechargeable batteries.Yadong Tian Song Chen Yulong He Qianwu Chen Lili Zhang Jintao Zhang 2022Nano Research Energy2022,1,3:5

10Leaf-inspired design of mesoporous Sb_(2)S_(3)/N-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite towards fast sodium storage显示文摘Owing to excellent conductivity and abundant surface terminals,MXene-based heterostructures have been intensively investigated as energy storage materials.However,elaborate design of the structure and composition of MXene-based hybrids towards superior electrochemical performance is still challenging.Herein,we present an ingenious leaf-inspired design for preparing a unique Sb_(2)S_(3)/nitrogen-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene(L-Sb_(2)S_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2))hybrid.In-situ TEM observations reveal that the leaflike Sb_(2)S_(3)nanoparticles with numerous mesopores can well relieve the large volume changes via an inward pore filling mechanism with only 20%outward expansion,whereas highly conductive N-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanosheets can serve as the robust mechanical support to reinforce the structural integrity of the hybrid.Benefiting from the structural and constituent merits,the L-Sb_(2)S_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2)anode fabricated exhibits a fast sodium storage behavior in terms of outstanding rate capability(339.5 mA h g^(-1)at 2,000 mA g^(-1))and high reversible capacity at high current density(358.2 mA h g^(-1)at 1,000 mA g^(-1)after 100 cycles).Electrochemical kinetic tests and theoretical simulation further manifest that the boosted electrochemical performance mainly arises from such a unique leaf-like Sb_(2)S_(3)mesoporous nanostructure with abundant active sites,and enhanced Na^(+)adsorption energy on the heterojunction formed between Sb_(2)S_(3)nanoparticles and Ti_(3)C_2)matrix.Fengyi He Cheng Tang Guanjia Zhu Yadong Liu Aijun Du Qiaobao Zhang Minghong Wu Haijiao Zhang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,6:3

12Design and Operation of the Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Project by Combination of Coagulation Sedimentation - Hydrolytic Acidification with Aeration Tank - Biological Aerated Filter - Active Sand Filter显示文摘In order to protect quality of Baiyangdian surface water and Gaoyang groundwater,the project is applied to process printing and dyeing wastewater that contains complicated compositions,high concentrations of organics and SS,and lots of pollutants difficult to degrade by microorganism. The process and operating parameters of project are optimized and debugged,and its economic and environmental benefits are analyzed.The results show that the process of coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification with aeration tank-biological aerated filter-active sand filter is applied in Gaoyang Sewage Treatment Plant. The design scale of sewage treatment plant is 120000 m^3/d. The influent is as following: COD is 669mg/L; SS is 424mg/L; NH_3-N is 8.83mg/L; TP is 6.03mg/L. After the process,the best removal rates of COD,SS,NH_3-N and TP are 93. 5%,98. 8%,97. 1% and 96. 2%,respectively. The various indexes of effluent water complied with standard A of the first order in Pollutants Emission Standard of Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918-2002). The processing cost is only 0. 807 yuan/m^3. As a result,the project construction and operation not only improve the environment,but also promote regional economic development. 13RuO_(2) clusters derived from bulk SrRuO_(3):Robust catalyst for oxygen evolution reaction in acid显示文摘Developing highly efficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalyst for the acidic corrosive operating conditions is a challenging task.Herein,we report the synthesis of uniform RuO_(2)clusters with~2 nm in size via electrochemical leaching of Sr from SrRuO_(3) ceramic in acid.The RuO_(2)clusters exhibit ultrahigh OER activity with overpotential of~160 mV at 10 mA·cm_(geo)^(−2) in 1.0 M HClO4 solution for 30-h testing.The extended X-ray absorption fine structure measurement reveals enlarged Jahn-Teller distortion of Ru-O octahedra in the RuO_(2)clusters compared to its bulk counterpart.Density function theory calculations show that the enhanced Jahn-Teller distortion can improve the intrinsic OER activity of RuO_(2).Muwei Ji Xin Yang Shengding Chang Wenxing Chen Jin Wang Dongsheng He Yao Hu Qian Deng You Sun Bo Li Jingyu Xi Tomoaki Yamada Jiatao Zhang Hai Xiao Caizhen Zhu Jia Li Yadong Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:2

18Mining hyperspectral data for non-destructive and rapid prediction of nitrite content in ham sausages显示文摘Accurate and rapid determination of nitrite contents is an important step for guaranteeing sausage quality.This study attempted to mine hyperspectral data in the range of 900-1700 nm for non-destructive and rapid prediction of nitrite contents in sausages.The average spectra of 156 samples were collected to relate to the measured nitrite values by partial least squares(PLS)regression.Optimal wavelengths were respectively selected by successive projections algorithm(SPA)and regression coefficients(RC)to simplify the PLS model.The results indicated that PLS model established with 15 optimal wavelengths(900.5 nm,907.1 nm,908.8 nm,912.1 nm,915.4 nm,920.3 nm,922.0 nm,941.7 nm,979.6 nm,1083.2 nm,1213.2 nm,1353.0 nm,1460.2 nm,1595.6 nm and 1699.9 nm)selected by SPA had better performance with r C,r CV,r P of 0.92,0.89,0.89 and RMSEC,RMSECV,RMSEP of 0.41 mg/kg,0.89 mg/kg,0.49 mg/kg,respectively,for calibration set,cross-validation and prediction set.It was concluded that hyperspectral data could be mined by PLS&SPA for realizing the rapid evaluation of nitrite content in ham sausages.Yadong Zhu Hongju He Shengqi Jiang Hanjun Ma Fusheng Chen Baocheng Xu Hong Liu Mingming Zhu Shengming Zhao Zhuangli Kang 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2:1

20Critical tectonic events and their geological controls on deep buried coalbed methane accumulation in Daning-Jixian Block, eastern Ordos Basin显示文摘Commercial exploration and development of deep buried coalbed methane (CBM) in Daning-Jixian Block, eastern margin of Ordos Basin, have rapidly increased in recent decades. Gas content, saturation and well productivity show significant heterogeneity in this area. To better understand the geological controlling mechanism on gas distribution heterogeneity, the burial history, hydrocarbon generation history and tectonic evolution history were studied by numerical simulation and experimental simulation, which could provide guidance for further development of CBM in this area. The burial history of coal reservoir can be classified into six stages, i.e., shallowly buried stage, deeply burial stage, uplifting stage, short-term tectonic subsidence stage, large-scale uplifting stage, sustaining uplifting and structural inversion stage. The organic matter in coal reservoir experienced twice hydrocarbon generation. Primary and secondary hydrocarbon generation processes were formed by the Early and Middle Triassic plutonic metamorphism and Early Cretaceous regional magmatic thermal metamorphism, respectively. Five critical tectonic events of the Indosinian, Yanshanian and Himalayan orogenies affect different stages of the CBM reservoir accumulation process. The Indosinian orogeny mainly controls the primary CBM generation. The Yanshanian Orogeny dominates the second gas generation and migration processes.
