| 2 | Private Car Travel Characteristics and Influencing Factors in Chinese Cities——A Case Study of Guangzhou in Guangdong,China显示文摘Taking Guangzhou as a case,this paper adopted a questionnaire survey to gather first-hand data and analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of private car travel in Chinese cities.As the research indicated,trip purposes of private car travel are mainly commute and business affairs with a more flexible trip in the urban core area.And trip intensities are concentrated in a certain extent,with trip frequency being lower in the urban core area than the peripheral area.In addition,the trip time has two significant peaks occurring in the morning and afternoon,and one trough in the midday.And trip spatial distribution is mainly within commute with both residence and employment in urban area and inward commute with residence in suburban area while employment in urban area.Both kinds of commutes direct to the urban area.The study also shows that the characteristics of private car travel are principally influenced by two aspects:travelers' attributes and urban characteristics.The main travelers' social and economic attributes influenced it include the gender,education attainment,age,driving experience and per capita monthly household income.The urban characteristics influenced it mainly cover the land use pattern,public traffic facilities and spatial attributes of residential environment. | CAO Xiaoshu CHEN Hemei LI Linna ZHEN Feng | 2009 | Chinese Geographical Science2009,19,4: | 5 |

| 11 | Expansive Soil Stabilization by Bagasse Ash in Partial Replacement of Cement显示文摘This study examined the effects of using bagasse ash in replacement of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)in the treatment of expansive soils.The study concentrated on the compaction characteristics,volume change,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,microstructure,California bearing ratio(CBR)value,and shear wave velocity of expansive soils treated with cement.Different bagasse ash replacement ratios were used to create soil samples.At varying curing times of 7,14,and 28 days,standard compaction tests,unconfined compressive strength tests,CBR tests,Brazilian split tensile testing,and bender element(BE)tests were carried out.According to X-ray diffraction(XRD)investigations,quartz and crystobalite make up the majority of the minerals in bagasse ash.Bagasse ash contains a variety of grain sizes,including numerous fiber-shaped particles,according to a scanning electronic microscope(SEM)test.For all of the treated specimens with various replacement ratios,the overall additive content has not changed.The results of the Brazilian split tensile tests demonstrate improved tensile strength for all specimens with various replacement proportions.A lower maximum dry density and a greater optimal water content would result from the substitution of bagasse ash.When the replacement ratio is not more than 20%,the CBR values of the parts replaced specimens are even higher than the cement treatments.The results of BE testing on the treated soils show that there is significant stiffness anisotropy but that it steadily diminishes with curing time and replacement ratio.According to the study,bagasse ash is a useful mineral additive,and the best replacement ratio(CBA20)is 20%. | Waleed Awadalseed Honghua Zhao Hemei Sun Ming Huang Cong Liu | 2023 | Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,4: | 0 |

| 13 | Silencing of long non-coding RNA CCHE1 inhibits the ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell invasion and migration and inactivates the p38-MAPK signaling pathway显示文摘Ovarian cancer(OC)is a major cause of cancer-related deaths among gynaecologicalmalignancies.Emerging studies suggest that the long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)may be the potential biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of the cancer.The current study was carried out to investigate the role of lncRNA CCHE1 silencing in OC cell invasion and migration.Expression of lncRNA CCHE1 in normal ovarian cell Hose and OC cell lines HO 8910,A2780 and SKOV3 was detected.LncRNA were transfected with siRNA,and then the proliferation of cells was detected by using MTT assay.Cell invasion and migration was measured by using Transwell assay and scratch test,respectively.The protein levels of E-cadherin,N-cadherin,ERK,p38-MAPK and the phosphorylation of ERK and p38-MAPK in cells after siRNA transfection were detected by using Western blot analysis.Consequently,lncRNA CCHE1 expression was highly expressed in OC cell lines,especially in SKOV3 cells.siRNA1,siRNA2 and siRNA3 all decreased.lncRNA CCHE1 expression in SKOV3 cells and siRNA2 showed the best silencing efficacy.Silencing of lncRNA CCHE1 decreased proliferation,invasion and migration,and reduced the protein levels of N-cadherin,ERK,p38-MAPK and the phosphorylation of ERK and p38-MAPK,while reducing the protein level of E-cadherin in SKOV3 cells.Collectively,our study proved that the silencing of lncRNA CCHE1 could inhibit SKOV3 cell invasion and migration via inactivating the p38-MAPK signaling pathway. | HONGWEI CHEN XUAN SONG HEMEI LI | 2020 | BIOCELL2020,44,3: | 0 |
