5The Present Situation of Occurrence, Control and Prevention of Citrus Huanglongbing in Meizhou City, South China显示文摘Meizhou is the main citrus fruit producing area in China, and its pomelo planting area and output value rank second in China. In this paper, the present situation of prevention and control of citrus HLB(Huanglongbing) in this city in recent years is introduced, some successful experiences are mentioned, some shortcomings are also analyzed, and combined with the problems existing in the current process of prevention and control of citrus HLB, this paper puts forward some measures, such as timely removal of the diseased individuals, control of planthoppers, establishment of the HLB demonstration site of comprehensive prevention and control and large aseptic seedling breeding base, active introduction of HLB pathogen inspection and quarantine equipment, strengthening supervision and inspection, comprehensive control and other measures, in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of the disease in Meizhou.Qihe YANG Muxiang LAN Hesheng YANG 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,1:1

10Effects and mechanism of miRNA-24 on the proliferation,migration and tube formation of vascular endothelial cells显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of miRNA-24 on the proliferation,migration and tube formation of vascular endothelial cells.Methods:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)were assigned into control,microRNA(miR)-24 overexpression and anti-miR-24 groups.The proliferation and migration abilities of HUVECs were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay and scratch wound healing assay,respectively.The ability of HUVECs to form tubular structures was evaluated by a tube formation assay.The mRNA and protein expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transcription factor Sp1 were determined by RT-PCR,immunocytochemistry and western blotting,respectively.Results:The miR-24 overexpression group exhibited decreased cell proliferation and migration,and expressions of VEGF and Sp1 compared with the control group(P <0.01).No tube-like network structure was formed in the miR-24 overexpression group.However,inhibition of miR-24 in HUVECs markedly increased cell proliferation and migration,enhanced tube formation and expressions of VEGF and Sp1(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:MiR-24 suppressed the proliferation,migration and tube formation of HUVECs,and the mechanism might be related to the down-regulation of VEGF expression.Sp1 might participate in this regulation process.Xiaojing Tao Feng Shen Peng Yang Xuelan Luo Dan Li Yuanyuan Yan Yongxiong Zhong Hesheng Ou 2018广西医科大学学报2018,35,7:0

12Plant Community Diversity in Dongtian Forest Park,Meizhou City,South China显示文摘Dongtian Park is a forest park in Dongtian Lake Ecological Tourism Resort in Meizhou City,South China.Through investigation and analysis of sample methods of the forest community structure and plant diversity in this park,the results showed that there were 181 plant species,belonging to 138 genera in 76 families,including 48 trees,60 shrubs,36 herbs and 37 lianas.The flora is a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest with some distinct tropical properties,and evergreen trees accounted for 48.62%of total plant species.The dominant species in the tree layer were Schima superba,Pinus massoniana,Cinnamomum parthenoxylon,etc.,and those in the shrub layer were Bambusa textilis,Aidia cochinchinensis,Rhaphiolepis indica,etc.,and in herb layer were Carex baccans,Adiantum flabellulatum,Cibotium barometz,etc.,and the lianas mainly included Smilax hypoglauca,Callerya dielsiana,Trachelospermum jasminoides,etc.There were few adults of dominant species in the tree layer,S.superba and P.massoniana also lacked seedlings,they would still maintain their dominant position for a quite long period,but Cyclobalanopsis neglecta had sufficient seedling reserves and would be most likely to become a dominant species in future.The community had relatively rich species,many ferns and lianas and complex hierarchy.The evenness,Shannon-Wiener diversity,Pielou uniformity and Simpson index were higher in the shrub layer than in the tree and herb layer,and the Simpson index was the lowest(0.9280)in the herb layer and Shannon-Wiener diversity index was the highest(7.5853)in the liana layer.Qihe YANG Zhiqi LI Hesheng YANG Lihui MO 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,2:0
13A landslide extraction method of channel attention mechanismU-Net network based on Sentinel-2A remote sensing images显示文摘Accurate landslide extraction is significant for landslide disaster prevention and control.Remote sensing images have been widely used in landslide investigation,and landslide extraction methods based on deep learning combined with remote sensing images(such as U-Net)have received a lot of attention.However,because of the variable shape and texture features of landslides in remote sensing images,the rich spectral features,and the complexity of their surrounding features,landslide extraction using U-Net can lead to problems such as false detection and missed detection.Therefore,this study introduces the channel attention mechanism called the squeeze-and-excitation network(SENet)in the feature fusion part of U-Net;the study also constructs an attention U-Net landside extraction model combining SENet and U-Net,and uses Sentinel-2A remote sensing images for model training and validation.The extraction results are evaluated through different evaluation metrics and compared with those of two models:U-Net and U-Net Backbone(U-Net Without Skip Connection).The results show that proposed the model can effectively extract landslides based on Sentinel-2A remote sensing images with an F1 value of 87.94%,which is about 2%and 3%higher than U-Net and U-Net Backbone,respectively,with less false detection and more accurate extraction results.Hesheng Chen Yi He Lifeng Zhang Sheng Yao Wang Yang Yumin Fang Yaoxiang Liu Binghai Gao 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
14Effects of miR-21 antisense oligonucleotides on proliferation,migration and autophagy of human umbilical vein endothelial cells显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of microRNA-21 antisense nucleotide(AS-miR-21)on the proliferation,migration and autophagy of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).Methods:HUVECs were treated with1,000 nmol/L rapamycin for 6 h(rapamycin group)or ASmiR-21 transfection followed by 1,000 nmol/L rapamycin for6 h(AS-miR-21+rapamycin group).HUVECs without any treatment were defined as control group.The proliferation and migration abilities of HUVECs were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay,scratch wound healing assay and transwell test,respectively.The expressions of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 Ⅱ/Ⅰ(LC3 Ⅱ/Ⅰ)and Becline-1 were determined by western blotting.Results:The rapamycin group showed decreased OD value and migration rate,an increased ratio of LC3 Ⅱ/Ⅰ and up-regulated expression of Beclin-1 compared with the control group(P<0.05).The AS-miR-21+rapamycin group demonstrated lower OD value,migration rate,the number of migrated cells,and significantly higher ratio of LC3 Ⅱ/Ⅰ and Beclin-1 protein expression level than the control group and the rapamycin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:AS-miR-21 suppressed the autophagy,proliferation and migration in the HUVECs model of autophagy induced by rapamycin.Lyu Dongning Luo Xuelan Yang Ruixia Wang Guangyao Zhou Dong Gan Na Ou Hesheng 2018广西医科大学学报2018,35,8:0

16A three-dimensional spatio-temporal EEG pattern analyzing system显示文摘Spatio-temporal pattern analysis of EEG is an important tool in brain research. An EEG pattern analysis system based on a hierarchical multi-method approach is proposed here. The system consists of multiple steps including extraction of target signal, acquisition of intracranial electric activity distribution, adaptive segmentation of EEG and spatio-temporal pattern recognition. Some modern signal processing methods such as common spatial subspace decomposition, hidden Markov model are adopted. This paper also proposes an algorithm named LORETA-FOCUSS to estimate the current density inside the brain with a high spatial resolution. Microstate analysis of EEG is extended to the 3-D situation. The system was applied to the brain computer interface problem and achieved the highest accuracy of 88.89% with an average accuracy of 81.48% when classifying two imaginary movement tasks, while the data were not manually pre-selected.
