1Trajectory Tracking of Autonomous Vehicle with the Fusion of DYC and Longitudinal–Lateral Control显示文摘The current research of autonomous vehicle motion control mainly focuses on trajectory tracking and velocity tracking. However, numerous studies deal with trajectory tracking and velocity tracking separately, and the yaw stability is seldom considered during trajectory tracking. In this research, a combination of the longitudinal–lateral control method with the yaw stability in the trajectory tracking for autonomous vehicles is studied. Based on the vehicle dynamics, considering the longitudinal and lateral motion of the vehicle, the velocity tracking and trajectory tracking problems can be attributed to the longitudinal and lateral control. A sliding mode variable structure control method is used in the longitudinal control. The total driving force is obtained from the velocity error in order to carry out velocity tracking. A linear time-varying model predictive control method is used in the lateral control to predict the required front wheel angle for trajectory tracking. Furthermore, a combined control framework is established to control the longitudinal and lateral motions and improve the reliability of the longitudinal and lateral direction control. On this basis, the driving force of a tire is allocated reasonably by using the direct yaw moment control, which ensures good yaw stability of the vehicle when tracking the trajectory. 4GNSS Spoofing Detection Based on Consistency Check of Velocities显示文摘Spoofing attacks for Global navigation satellite system(GNSS) would cause the abnormal changes of receiver measurements. Monitoring the abnormal changes is the main pattern of anti-spoofing techniques.Anomalies of Doppler shifts are important for GNSS spoofing detection. Most researchers focus on the consistency of Doppler such as the consistency of carrier Doppler and code rate. But the method is powerless in some cases.Doppler shift measurement is proportional to change rate of pseudorange, and the relationship would be broken in the case of spoofing attack. As both Doppler measurements and pseudoranges are related to velocity of receiver,two approaches of computing velocity can be used to check the consistency of Doppler shifts and pseudoranges measurements. An efficient spoofing detection method based on the consistency check of velocities is proposed in the paper. Principle of the method is given in detail and its performance evaluations are provided as well. 6Estrogen,male dominance and esophageal adenocarcinoma:Is there a link?显示文摘Esophageal adenocarcinoma is a cancer with poor prognosis,and its incidence has risen sharply over recent decades.Obesity is a major risk factor for developing this cancer and there is a clear male gender bias in the incidence that cannot be fully explained by known risk factors.It is possible that a difference in the expression of estrogen,or its signaling axes,may contribute to this gender bias.We undertook a comprehensive literature search and analyzed the available data regarding estrogen and estrogen receptor expression,and the possible sex-specific links with esophageal adenocarcinoma development.Potentially relevant associations between visceral vs subcutaneous fat deposition and estrogen expression,and the effect of crosstalk between estrogen and leptin signaling were identified.We also found limited studies suggesting a role for estrogen receptor β expression in esophageal adenocarcinoma development.The current literature supports speculation on an etiological role for estrogen in the male gender bias in esophageal adenocarcinoma,but further studies are required.Huiqi Yang Olga A Sukocheva Damian J Hussey David I Watson 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,5:7

8MicroRNA-34c-5p provokes isoprenaline-induced cardiac hypertrophy by modulating autophagy via targeting ATG4B显示文摘Pathological cardiac hypertrophy serves as a significant foundation for cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. Recently, growing evidence has revealed that microRNAs(miRNAs) play multiple roles in biological processes and participate in cardiovascular diseases. In the present research, we investigate the impact of miRNA-34 c-5 p on cardiac hypertrophy and the mechanism involved. The expression of miR-34 c-5 p was proved to be elevated in heart tissues from isoprenaline(ISO)-infused mice. ISO also promoted miR-34 c-5 p level in primary cultures of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes(NRCMs). Transfection with miR-34 c-5 p mimic enhanced cell surface area and expression levels of foetal-type genes atrial natriuretic factor(Anf) and β-myosin heavy chain(β-Mhc) in NRCMs. In contrast, treatment with miR-34 c-5 p inhibitor attenuated ISO-induced hypertrophic responses. Enforced expression of miR-34 c-5 p by tail intravenous injection of its agomir led to cardiac dysfunction and hypertrophy in mice, whereas inhibiting miR-34 c-5 p by specific antagomir could protect the animals against ISO-triggered hypertrophic abnormalities. Mechanistically, miR-34 c-5 p suppressed autophagic flux in cardiomyocytes, which contributed to the development of hypertrophy. Furthermore, the autophagy-related gene 4 B(ATG4 B) was identified as a direct target of miR-34 c-5 p, and miR-34 c-5 p was certified to interact with 3’untranslated region of Atg4 b mRNA by dual-luciferase reporter assay. miR-34 c-5 p reduced the expression of ATG4 B, thereby resulting in decreased autophagy activity and induction of hypertrophy. Inhibition of miR-34 c-5 p abolished the detrimental effects of ISO by restoring ATG4 B and increasing autophagy. In conclusion, our findings illuminate that miR-34 c-5 p participates in ISO-induced cardiac hypertrophy, at least partly through suppressing ATG4 B and autophagy. 9Tissue engineered esophagus by copper——small intestinal submucosa graft for esophageal repair in a canine model显示文摘Acellular porcine small intestinal submucosa(SIS)has been used for esophagoplasty with success in a canine model.However,it did not lead to complete epithelialization.For better reconstruction,a cellular component is required.Moreover,promotion of angiogenesis with copper has been widely recognized by basic research as well as clinical studies.In this study,we have evaluated the feasibility and effectiveness of combined Cu and SIS(SIS-Cu patch)for the esophageal repair using a canine model.Eighteen male beagle dogs were subjected to surgical resection to produce cervical esophageal defects(5 cm in length,180°in range).SIS with Cu(5 or 25μmol L 1copper)or without Cu was patched on the esophageal defects.Barium esophagram and histology exam were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy.As shown,the SIS-Cu graft promoted re-epithelialization,re-vascularization and muscular regeneration.SIS-Cu patch is more effective than SIS alone for esophageal repair,and the SIS+25μmol L 1Cu group demonstrated additional advantages over the SIS+5μmol L 1Cu.TAN Bo WANG Min CHEN Xi HOU JiangLong CHEN XiaoHe WANG Yue LI-LING Jesse XIE HuiQi 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,2:3
10Mesenchymal stem cell-based therapy for burn wound healing显示文摘Burns,with their high incidence and mortality rates,have a devastating effect on patients.There are still huge challenges in the management of burns.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),which have multidirectional differentiation potential,have aroused interest in exploring the capacity for treating different intractable diseases due to their strong proliferation,tissue repair,immune tolerance and paracrine abilities,among other features.Currently,several animal studies have shown that MSCs play various roles and have beneficial effects in promoting wound healing,inhibiting burn inflammation and preventing the formation of pathological scars during burn healing process.The substances MSCs secrete can act on peripheral cells and promote burn repair.According to preclinical research,MSC-based treatments can effectively improve burn wound healing and reduce pain.However,due to the small number of patients and the lack of controls,treatment plans and evaluation criteria vary widely,thus limiting the value of these clinical studies.Therefore,to better evaluate the safety and effectiveness of MSC-based burn treatments,standardization of the application scheme and evaluation criteria of MSC therapy in burn treatment is required in the future.In addition,the combination of MSC pretreatment and dressing materials are also conducive to improving the therapeutic effect of MSCs on burns.In this article,we review current animal research and clinical trials based on the use of stem cell therapy for treating burns and discuss the main challenges and coping strategies facing future clinical applications.Mingyao Wang Xinxuan Xu Xiongxin Lei Jie Tan Huiqi Xie 2021Burns & Trauma2021,9,1:2

13Research of an SHPB Device in Two-by-Two Form for Impact Experiments of Concrete-Like Heterogeneous Materials显示文摘A split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)device in two-by-two form,including the bar bundle form and the single cylindrical bar form,was designed in response to the demand for the dynamic mechanical experiments for brittle materials such as concrete,rock,etc.The stress waveforms generated through a projectile impacting two different types of incident bars have been studied based on the one-dimensional stress wave theory and numerical simulation method.At last,based on the established two types of mesoscale concrete models with random convex polyhedral aggregates,we performed comparison analysis of SHPB numerical simulations for concrete materials with bar bundle and single cylindrical bar separately,so as to provide technical support for the manufacture and development of this experimental device.The results showed that the introduced two-by-two form SHPB device expanded the scope of practical application,and the wave dispersion effect existing in a large-diameter bar can be evidently reduced when we employed the bar bundle form,indicating its applicability to the dynamic mechanical experiments of concrete-like heterogeneous materials.Ruiqi Guo Huiqi Ren Lei Zhang Zhilin Long Xiangyun Wu Hailu Wang 2021Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2021,34,4:2
