1Association of assisted reproductive technology, germline de novo mutations and congenital heart defects in a prospective birth cohort study显示文摘Emerging evidence suggests that children conceived through assisted reproductive technology(ART)have a higher risk of congenital heart defects(CHDs)even when there is no family history.De novo mutation(DNM)is a well-known cause of sporadic congenital diseases;however,whether ART procedures increase the number of germline DNM(gDNM)has not yet been well studied.Here,we performed whole-genome sequencing of 1137 individuals from 160 families conceived through ART and 205 families conceived spontaneously.Children conceived via ART carried 4.59 more gDNMs than children conceived spontaneously,including 332 paternal and 1.26 maternal DNMs,after correcting for parental age at conception,cigarette smoking,alcohol drinking,and exercise behaviors.Paternal DNMs in offspring conceived via ART are characterized by C>T substitutions at CpG sites,which potentially affect protein-coding genes and are significantly associated with the increased risk of CHD.In addition,the accumulation of non-coding functional mutations was independently associated with CHD and 87.9% of the mutations were originated from the father.Among ART offspring,infertility of the father was associated with elevated paternal DNMs;usage of both recombinant and urinary follicle-stimulating hormone and high-dosage human chorionic gonadotropin trigger was associated with an increase of maternal DNMs.In sum,the increased gDNMs in offspring conceived by ART were primarily originated from fathers,indicating that ART itself may not be a major reason for the accumulation of gDNMs.Our findings emphasize the importance of evaluating the germline status of the fathers in families with the use of ART.Cheng Wang Hong Lv Xiufeng Ling Hong Li Feiyang Diao Juncheng Dai Jiangbo Du Ting Chen Qi Xi Yang Zhao Kun Zhou Bo Xu Xiumei Han Xiaoyu Liu Meijuan Peng Congcong Chen Shiyao Tao Lei Huang Cong Liu Mingyang Wen Yangqian Jiang Tao Jiang Chuncheng Lu Wei Wu Di Wu Minjian Chen Yuan Lin Xuejiang Guo Ran Huo Jiayin Liu Hongxia Ma Guangfu Jin Yankai Xia Jiahao Sha Hongbing Shen Zhibin Hu 2021Cell Research2021,31,8:2

3Naive-LSTM based services awareness of edge computing elastic optical networks显示文摘Great challenges and demands are presented by increasing edge computing services for current elastic optical networks(EONs)to deal with serious diversity and complexity of these services.To improve the match degree between edge computing and optical network,the services awareness function is necessary for EON.This article proposes a Naive long short-term memory(Naive-LSTM)based services awareness strategy of the EON,where the Naive-LSTM model makes full use of the most simplified structure and conducts discretization of the LSTM model.Moreover,the proposed algorithm can generate the probability output result to determine the quality of service(Qo S)policy of EONs.After well learning operation,these Naive-LSTM classification agents in edge nodes of EONs are able to perform services awareness by obtaining data traffic characteristics from services traffics.Test results show that the proposed approach is feasible and efficient to improve edge computing ability of EONs.HUO Chao BAI Huifeng YIN Zhibin YAN Bo 2023Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,5:0
4Evaluation Index System of Hydrogeological Investigation Software显示文摘Currently,many types of software including those used for environmental geological survey,investigation of groundwater resources,groundwater pollution investigation and urban geological environment investigation have been developed by hydrogeological investigation industries.In order to rationally and scientifically evaluate the quality of the software and guide software development,a study on hydrogeological survey software evaluation was conducted unsing an index system.A weighting method was used to establish a three-stage quality indicator system model including technical modules,test items and test sub-items.The evaluation index system model was divided into seven technical modules,26 test items and 71 test sub-items,and scoring methods and scoring criteria of various evaluation indicators were established.The groundwater resources survey software was evaluated and the evaluation index system model was tested.Hydrogeological survey software evaluation is still in its infancy,so the hydrogeological survey software evaluation index system is the primary probe for hydrogeological survey software evaluation standards and norms.Wang Qian Zhang Lizhong Cai Zizhao Huo Zhibin Zhang Huaidong 2013Journal of Groundwater Science and Engineering2013,1,2:0
5Polymorphism of the DNA repair gene XPA and susceptibility to lung cancer显示文摘Objective: To study the relationship between one polymorphism in the promoter of the DNA repair gene XPA and the susceptibility to lung cancer. Methods: Genotypes were determined by the PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method in 310 histologically-confirmed lung cancer cases and 341 age and sex frequency-matched cancer-free controls. Results: The XPA A23G genotype frequencies were 27.1% (AA), 42.9% (AG), and 30.0% (GG) in case patients and 21.1% (AA), 52.8% (AG), and 26.1% (GG) in control subjects. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that individuals carrying at least one 23G variant allele (AG+GG genotypes) had a significantly decreased risk for lung cancer (adjusted OR=0.66; 95%CI=0.44-0.98) compared with the wild-type genotype (23AA). Stratified analysis showed that the protective effect was more evident in subjects with a family history of cancer. 6低分化型粘膜内早期胃癌淋巴结转移的危险因素和腹腔镜手术探讨(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to identify clinicopathological factors predictive of lymph node metastasis (LNM) in intramucosal poorly differentiated early gastric cancer (EGC), and further to expand the possibility of using laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of intramucosal poorly differentiated EGC. Methods:Data from 65 patients with intramucosal poorly differentiated EGC and surgically treated were collected, and the association between the clinicopathological factors and the presence of LNM was retrospectively analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. Results:Univariate analysis showed that number of tumors, tumor size and lymphatic vessel involvement (LVI) were the significant and independent risk factors for LNM (all P < 0.05). The LNM rates were 5.0%, 18.2% and 66.7%, respectively. There was no LNM in 31 patients without the three risk clinicopathological factors. Conclusion:The number of tumors, tumor size, and LVI are independently associated with the presence of LNM in intramucosal poorly differentiated EGC.
