44T1 cell membrane-derived biodegradable nanosystem for comprehensive interruption of cancer cell metabolism显示文摘Glycolysis inhibition can effectively block the energy supply and interrupt tumorigenesis in many types of cancers.However,when glycolysis is inhibited,tumor cells will break down glutamine as the raw material for the replenishment pathway to maintain the tricarboxylic acid cycle ensuring energy supply,therefore inducing ineffective interruption of metabolic.Herein,we designed glutamine transporter antagonist L-γ-glutamyl-p-nitroanilide(GPNA)loaded and 4T1 cancer cell membrane coated iridium oxide nanoparticles(IrO_(2)-GPNA@CCM)to realize a comprehensive inhibition of tumor energy supply which synergistically mediated by glycolysis and glutamine cycle.IrO_(2)NPs were used to catalyze the O_(2)generation by facilitating the decomposition of endogenous H_(2)O_(2)in tumor cells,which further downregulated the expression of HIF-1αand PI3K/pAKT to interrupt the generation of lactate.Meanwhile,the loaded GPNA was released under NIR irradiation to bind to alanine-serine-cysteine transporter(ASCT2)for glutamine uptake suppression,therefore realizing the comprehensive dysfunction of cell metabolism.Moreover,both in vitro and in vivo results convinced the thorough energy inhibition effect based on Ir O_(2)-GPNA@CCM NPs,which provided an inspiring strategy for future construction of tumor therapeutic regimen.Yingzi Ren Huaqing Jing Yue Zhou Chuchu Ren Guangxu Xiao Siyu Wang Xiaoyang Liang Yunsheng Dou Ziqiao Ding Yan Zhu Xinxing Wang Nan Li 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,9:0
5High-lying excited states in ^10Be from the ^9Be(^9Be,^10Be)^8Be reaction显示文摘A transfer-reaction experiment of ~9Be(~9Be,^(10)Be)~8Be was performed at a beam energy of 45 Me V.Excited states in ^(10)Be up to 18.80 Me V are produced using missing mass and invariant mass methods.Most of the observed high-lying resonant states,reconstructed from theα+~6He and t+~7Li decay channels,agree with the previously reported results.In addition,two new resonances at 15.6 and 18.8 Me V are identified from the present measurement.The 18.55 Me V state is found to decay into both the t + ~7Lig:s: and t + ~7Li?(0.478 MeV) channels, with a relative branching ratio of 0:93 ± 0:33. It is reported that SA-CRC differs from sporadic colorectal cancer (S-CRC) in terms of epidemiological features, histological patterns, and clinical outcomes,1 which is also supported by our institutional data (Table S1 and Fig. S2). 7Beneficial effects of fermented jujube pulp in relieving loperamide hydrochloride-induced constipation in male ICR mice显示文摘Unfermented jujube pulp(UFJP),fermented jujube pulp(FJP)in high and low doses were fed to constipated ICR mice.Defecation function,serum gastrointestinal regulatory peptide,fecal short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)and gut microbial composition were assessed.Results showed that high-dose FJP could protect intestinal mucosa tissue,shorten the first black feces defecating time by 17%and increase the number and wet weights of black feces by 72%and 71%,respectively,within 6 h.High-dose FJP signifi cantly down-regulated the somatostatin level and up-regulated gastrin level in constipated mice,compared with low-dose FJP and UFJP.The high-dose FJP intervention regulated the microbiota profi le,which afterwards restored microbiota,like Bacteroidetes,Bifi dobacterium and Lactobacillus,to a less unhealthy state.This study provides convincing in vivo evidence that high-dose FJP supplementation through daily diet could be a promising approach to effectively alleviate constipation and modulate gut health.Jing Li Xinyue Yu Xinxing Xu Peipei Tang Shuang Bi Xiaopu Ren Yong Shi Jihong Wu Fei Lao 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6:0
