| 1 | Optimization of Rooting Medium for Tissue Culture Seedlings of Dendrobium officinale by Response Surface Methodology显示文摘[Objectives] To increase the survival rate of tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium officinale,and optimize the conditions of rooting medium by the response surface methodology( RSM). [Methods]The effects of 6-BA concentration,NAA concentration,potato amount and the amount of mashed banana on the growth of seedlings were determined by single factor experiment and were analyzed by Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology. [Results]The optimal culture conditions: rooting medium 1/2 MS + 6-BA 0. 24 mg/L + mashed banana 87. 63 g/L + potato 89. 30 g/L + NAA 0. 52 mg/L + sucrose 20. 0 g/L + activated carbon 4. 0 g/L + agar 7. 0 g/L,p H 5. 8,and light intensity 2 000 Lx. | 5 | Breeding of Leptin Receptor Gene Knockout Mice and Genotype Identification of the Offspring显示文摘The leptin( LP) receptor gene heterozygous mice were mated in four ways. Genomic DNA was extracted from offspring tails and analyzed by PCR. The result showed that the ratios of the offspring genotypes fit the Mendel's laws. The male and female LP^(-/-)mice( DB / DB mice) were infertile. LP^(-/-)mice could be effectively bred by mating of male and female LP^(+/-)mice. | 6 | Review on Heteroatom Doping Carbonaceous Materials Toward Electrocatalytic Carbon Dioxide Reduction显示文摘Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction into chemicals or fuels by electrocatalysis can eff ectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions and alleviate the energy crisis.Currently,CO_(2)electrocatalytic reduction(CO_(2)RR)has been considered as an ideal way to achieve“carbon neutrality.”In CO_(2)RR,the characteristics and properties of catalysts directly determine the reaction activity and selectivity of the catalytic process.Much attention has been paid to carbon-based catalysts because of their diversity,low cost,high availability,and high throughput.However,electrically neutral carbon atoms have no catalytic activity.Incorpo-rating heteroatoms has become an eff ective strategy to control the catalytic activity of carbon-based materials.The doped carbon-based catalysts reported at present show excellent catalytic performance and application potential in CO_(2)RR.Based on the type and quantity of heteroatoms doped into carbon-based catalysts,this review summarizes the performances and catalytic mechanisms of carbon-based materials doped with a single atom(including metal and without metal)and multi atoms(including metal and without metal)in CO_(2)RR and reveals prospects for developing CO_(2)electroreduction in the future. | Youan Ji Juan Du Aibing Chen | 2022 | Transactions of Tianjin University2022，28，4： | 0 |
