1Urban Green Space, Uneven Development and Accessibility: A Case of Dalian′s Xigang District显示文摘This study examines the socio-spatial context of uneven development and the residential accessibility of green space in Dalian of Liaoning Province, China. The social fairness was analyzed with a community scale as the basis. We combined social scientific methods with a GIS method using a behavior accessibility model from the perspectives of fairness of urban green space allocation based on social geography, geographic information science, management science and many other related discipline theories. The results show that: 1) Most of the urban green space distribution presents an unbalanced phenomenon, and it does not match with the population distribution; 2) We found some differences in the accessibility of the population with different attributes and opportunities to use and enjoy the urban green spaces, mainly due to: the dual social and spatial attributes of the residents and the serious stratum differentiation generated were the internal causes; the residential space differentiation and the pursuit of economic and real estate development were the direct causes; and unreasonable planning, in regard to the fact that government policies did not give consideration to efficiency and fairness, was also an important factor.YANG Jun LI Chuang LI Yuechen XI Jianhao GE Quansheng LI Xueming 2015Chinese Geographical Science2015,25,5:3

3In situ self-assembled organoid for osteochondral tissue regeneration with dual functional units显示文摘The regeneration of hierarchical osteochondral units is challenging due to difficulties in inducing spatial,directional and controllable differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)into cartilage and bone compartments.Emerging organoid technology offers new opportunities for osteochondral regeneration.In this study,we developed gelatin-based microcryogels customized using hyaluronic acid(HA)and hydroxyapatite(HYP),respectively for inducing cartilage and bone regeneration(denoted as CH-Microcryogels and OS-Microcryogels)through in vivo self-assembly into osteochondral organoids.The customized microcryogels showed good cytocompatibility and induced chondrogenic and osteogenic differentiation of MSCs,while also demonstrating the ability to self-assemble into osteochondral organoids with no delamination in the biphasic cartilage-bone structure.Analysis by mRNA-seq showed that CH-Microcryogels promoted chondrogenic differentiation and inhibited inflammation,while OS-Microcryogels facilitated osteogenic differentiation and suppressed the immune response,by regulating specific signaling pathways.Finally,the in vivo engraftment of pre-differentiated customized microcryogels into canine osteochondral defects resulted in the spontaneous assembly of an osteochondral unit,inducing simultaneous regeneration of both articular cartilage and subchondral bone.In conclusion,this novel approach for generating self-assembling osteochondral organoids utilizing tailor-made microcryogels presents a highly promising avenue for advancing the field of tissue engineering.Zhen Yang Bin Wang Wei Liu Xiaoke Li Kaini Liang Zejun Fan Jiao Jiao Li Yudi Niu Zihao He Hui Li Du Wang Jianjing Lin Yanan Du Jianhao Lin Dan Xing 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,9:2

7Biomechanical evaluation of two fusion techniques based on finite element analysis:Percutaneous endoscopic and minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion显示文摘As a novel minimally invasive technique,percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(PETLIF)has been widely used in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.The purpose of this study was to analyze these two operation types’biomechanical performances of PE-TLIF and traditional minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)using the finite element(FE)method.The intact FE models of L4-L5 were established and validated based on the CT images.On this basis,the FE models of MIS-TLIF and PETLIF were established and analyzed.It is demonstrated that for lumbar interbody fusion with the oblique asymmetrically implanted cage under bilateral pedicle screws and rods fixation,such as MIS-TLIF and PE-TLIF,different degrees of articular process resection have no significant effect on the cage subsidence,and the surgical segment can achieve similar stability.In addition,the maximum stress of the L4 inferior endplate of MIS-TLIF and PE-TLIF is greater than that of the L5 superior endplate,which indicates that MIS-TLIF and PE-TLIF can cause cage subsidence in the L4 inferior endplate.Yang Yan Jiarui Li Jianhao Yu Yan Wang Hao Dong Yuqin Sun Xiaogang Wu Liming He Weiyi Chen Haoyu Feng 2022Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4:1

9A pseudo-random sequence generation scheme based on RNS and permutation polynomials显示文摘Long period pseudo-random sequence plays an important role in modern information processing systems. Base on residue number system(RNS) and permutation polynomials over finite fields, a pseudorandom sequence generation scheme is proposed in this paper. It extends several short period random sequences to a long period pseudo-random sequence by using RNS. The short period random sequences are generated parallel by the iterations of permutation polynomials over finite fields. Due to the small dynamic range of each iterative calculation, the bit width in hardware implementation is reduced. As a result, we can use full look-up table(LUT) architecture to achieve high-speed sequence output. The methods to find proper permutation polynomials to generate long period sequences and the optimization algorithm of Chinese remainder theorem(CRT) mapping are also proposed in this paper. The period of generated pseudorandom sequence can exceed 2100 easily based on common used field programmable gate array(FPGA) chips.Meanwhile, this scheme has extensive freedom in choosing permutation polynomials. For example, 10905 permutation polynomials meet the long period requirement over the finite field Fq with q ■ 1(mod 3) and q 503. The hardware implementation architecture is simple and multiplier free. Using Xilinx XC7020 FPGA chip, we implement a sequence generator with the period over 250, which only costs 20 18 kb-BRAMs(block RAM) and a small amount of logics. And the speed can reach 449.236 Mbps. 10In-situ construction of hybrid artificial SEI with fluorinated siloxane to enable dendrite-free Li metal anodes显示文摘Lithium(Li)metal anode holds great promise for high-energy-density rechargeable batteries.However,it suffers from the Li dendrites growth and uncontrollable side reactions with electrolyte due to the unstable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layer.Herein,we propose a facile strategy for the in-situ fabricate of organic-inorganic composite artificial SEI layers on Li surfaces,which consist of organic fluorinated siloxane and inorganic LiF-rich phases.The hybrid artificial SEI endows high mechanical strength(13.1 GPa)and Liþtransfer number(0.62).Such robust SEI protective layers can not only guide uniform nucleation and deposition of Li metal by facilitating uniform Li-ion distribution,but also prevent unfavourable side reactions.Accordingly,the protected metallic lithium anode(PMTFPS-Li)anode enables stable Li plating/stripping performance in symmetric cells for more than 300 h at 4 mA$h/cm^(2)under a high areal capacity of 4 mA/cm^(2).Moreover,the PMTFPS-Li/S cells could maintain more than 300 stable cycles at 0.5C and the PMTFPS-Li/LFP cells present excellent cycling performance(400 cycles at 1C)and enhanced rate capability(110.4 mA$h/g at 3 C).This work will inspire the design of artificial SEI on Li anodes for advanced Li metal batteries.Lei Wei Zhaoqing Jin Jianhao Lu Yang Guo Zilong Wang Gaoping Cao Jingyi Qiu Anbang Wang Weikun Wang 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,2:0
11Achieving high-performance sodium metal anodes: From structural design to reaction kinetic improvement显示文摘Sodium metal is one of the ideal anodes for high-performance rechargeable batteries because of its high specific capacity(~1166 mAh·g^(-1)),low reduction potential(-2.71 V compared to standard hydrogen electrodes),and low cost.However,the unstable solid electrolyte interphase,uncontrolled dendrite growth,and inevitable volume expansion hinder the practical application of sodium metal anodes.At present,many strategies have been developed to achieve stable sodium metal anodes.Here,we systematically summarize the latest strategies adopted in interface engineering,current collector design,and the emerging methods to improve the reaction kinetics of sodium deposition processes.First,the strategies of constructing protective layers are reviewed,including inorganic,organic,and mixed protective layers through electrolyte additives or pretreatments.Then,the classification of metal-based,carbon-based,and composite porous frames is discussed,including their function in reducing local deposition current density and the effect of introducing sodiophilic sites.Third,the recent progress of alloys,nanoparticles,and single atoms in improving Na deposition kinetics is systematically reviewed.Finally,the future research direction and the prospect of high-performance sodium metal batteries are proposed.Jing Xu Jianhao Yang Yashuang Qiu Yang Jin Tianyi Wang Bing Sun Guoxiu Wang 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0

13Effect of Metformin on Lactate Metabolism in Normal Hepatocytes under High Glucose Stress in Vitro显示文摘To study the effect of metformin on lactate metabolism in hepatocytes in vitro under high glucose stress.Method:LO2 hepatocytes was cultured in vitro,hepatocytes were randomly divided into blank control group,25 mmol/L glucose solution,27 mmol/L glucose solution,29 mmol/L glucose solution,31 mmol/L glucose solution,33 mmol/L glucose solution,35 mmol/L glucose solution treatment group,after determining the optimal concentration as 31 mmol/L,use 30 mmol/L metformin solution,and then divided into blank control group,normal hepatocytes+the optimal concentration of glucose solution,normal hepatocytes+metformin solution,normal hepatocytes+.The optimal concentration of glucose solution normal hepatocytes+metformin solution,calculate the number of hepatocytes on cell count plate respectively in the 12 h,24 h,48 h,and use the lactic acid kit to determine the lactic acid value of the cell culture medium of normal liver cells+optimal concentration glucose solution and normal liver cells+optimal concentration glucose solution+metformin solution at 12 h,24 h,and 48 h,respectively.Results:There was no significant change in the lactic acid concentration but significant increase in the number of surviving hepatocytes in the high-glycemic control group compared with that in the high-glycemic control group without metformin.Conclusions:Metformin has no significant effect on lactic acid metabolism of hepatocytes under high glucose stress in vitro,and has a protective effect on hepatocytes under high glucose stress.Based on this,it is preliminarily believed that metformin is not the direct factor leading to diabetic lactic acidosis.Jianhao Wu Qinnan Zhang Yubiao Yang Chunyue Wang Xindi Yue Zhilu Li Pingping Yan 2021Journal of Advances in Medicine Science2021,4,2:0
14Mettl13 protects against cardiac contractile dysfunction by negatively regulating C-Cbl-mediated ubiquitination of SERCA2a in ischemic heart failure显示文摘Ischemic heart failure(HF)remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality.Maintaining homeostasis of cardiac function and preventing cardiac remodeling deterioration are critical to halting HF progression.Methyltransferase-like protein 13(Mettl13)has been shown to regulate protein translation efficiency by acting as a protein lysine methyltransferase,but its role in cardiac pathology remains unexplored.This study aims to characterize the roles and mechanisms of Mettl13 in cardiac contractile function and HF.We found that Mettl13 was downregulated in the failing hearts of mice post-myocardial infarction(MI)and in a cellular model of oxidative stress.Cardiomyocyte-specific overexpression of Mettl13 mediated by AAV9-Mettl13 attenuated cardiac contractile dysfunction and fibrosis in response to MI,while silencing of Mettl13 impaired cardiac function in normal mice.Moreover,Mettl13 overexpression abrogated the reduction in cell shortening,Ca^(2+)transient amplitude and SERCA2a protein levels in the cardiomyocytes of adult mice with MI.Conversely,knockdown of Mettl13 impaired the contractility of cardiomyocytes,and decreased Ca^(2+)transient amplitude and SERCA2a protein expression in vivo and in vitro.Mechanistically,Mettl13 impaired the stability of c-Cbl by inducing lysine methylation of c-Cbl,which in turn inhibited ubiquitination-dependent degradation of SERCA2a.Furthermore,the inhibitory effects of knocking down Mettl13 on SERCA2a protein expression and Ca^(2+)transients were partially rescued by silencing c-Cbl in H_(2)O_(2)-treated cardiomyocytes.In conclusion,our study uncovers a novel mechanism that involves the Mettl13/c-Cbl/SERCA2a axis in regulating cardiac contractile function and remodeling,and identifies Mettl13 as a novel therapeutic target for ischemic HF.Shuting Yu ZhiYong Sun Xiuzhu Wang Tiantian Ju Changhao Wang Yingqi Liu Zhezhe Qu KuiWu Liu Zhongting Mei Na Li Meixi Lu Fan Wu Min Huang Xiaochen Pang Yingqiong Jia Ying Li Yaozhi Zhang Shunkang Dou Jianhao Jiang Xin Li Baofeng Yang Weijie Du 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,12:0
15LINDA:multi-agent local information decomposition for awareness of teammates显示文摘In cooperative multi-agent reinforcement learning(MARL),where agents only have access to partial observations,efficiently leveraging local information is critical.During long-time observations,agents can build awareness for teammates to alleviate the restriction of partial observability.However,previous MARL methods usually neglect awareness learning from local information for better collaboration.To address this problem,we propose a novel framework,multi-agent local information decomposition for awareness of teammates(LINDA),with which agents learn to decompose local information and build awareness for each teammate.We model the awareness as stochastic random variables and perform representation learning to ensure the informativeness of awareness representations by maximizing the mutual information between awareness and the actual trajectory of the corresponding agent.LINDA is agnostic to specific algorithms and can be flexibly integrated with different MARL methods.Sufficient experiments show that the proposed framework learns informative awareness from local partial observations for better collaboration and significantly improves the learning performance,especially on challenging tasks.Jiahan CAO Lei YUAN Jianhao WANG Shaowei ZHANG Chongjie ZHANG Yang YU De-Chuan ZHAN 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,8:0
16Overestimate of remediation efficiency due to residual sodium persulfate in PAHs contaminated soil and a solution显示文摘Oxidation remediation is a commonly used technology for PAHs contaminated soil presently,but the overestimate of efficiency due to ongoing remediation by residual oxidants during extraction and testing has not been paid enough attention.In this study,persulfate was activated by Fe(Ⅱ)to investigate the effects of residual oxidants on PAHs removal during detection process and the elimination effects of adding Na_(2)SO_(3) and extending sampling time on residual oxidants.Results verified that the residual oxidants removed PAHs in extraction process,making the results lower than the actual values:the detection recovery rate η of ΣPAHs and 3-6 ring PAHs ranged from 24.3%(25%Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)treatment)to 87.4%(5%Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)+4/4Fe^(2+) treatment),20.1%-99.0%,28.9%-87.9%,20.8%-89.4%,and 1.8.6%-76.9%,respectively.After adding Na_(2)SO_(3),the accuracy of detection results increased significantly:the η of ΣPAHs and 3-6 ring PAHs increased to 64.1%-96.5%,58.8%-95.5%,73.8%-114.4%,60.6%-95.6%,and 45.4%-77.1%,respectively.After 49 days of adding oxidants,residual oxidants had no considerable effect on the detection of PAHs,indicating it was appropriate to start soil remediation verification sampling49 days after the remediation was completed.The observed results will help scientific evaluation of the remediation effects of chemical oxidation on or-ganic contaminated soil.Liping He Jianhao Tong Yuanqiang Yang Jianxun Wu Linqian Li Zhonghua Wei Wei Long Jingli Pang Jiyan Shi 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3:0
17Observer design and interval estimation of time-delay discrete-time linear systems with external disturbance and measurement noise显示文摘For a class of time-delay discrete-time linear systems with external disturbance and measurement noise, the interval estimation problems of state and measurement noise are investigated in this paper. First, the system state together with the time-delay term and measurement noise is augmented as a new state, and a singular system is then constructed. Subsequently, a kind of decoupling technique is employed to eliminate the effect of external disturbance, and an observer is designed to simultaneously estimate the system state and measurement noise. Based on the estimated state and measurement noise, the interval estimations of system state and measurement noise are obtained by reachability analysis technique.
