| 1 | Catastrophe Model of Steam Flow Excitation Vibration in Steam Turbine Governing Stage显示文摘汽流激振是影响大型汽轮机组安全运行的主要故障之一。根据突变理论、非线性振动理论以及流体动力学,从机理分析的角度出发,对汽轮机调节级在部分进汽下导致的汽流激振突变性能进行了定量分析。建立了部分进汽情况下调节级气流激振力模型,以及考虑汽流激振力的调节级非线性动力学模型,通过基于突变理论的推导,得到了调节级汽流激振的尖点突变流形和分岔集,确定了系统汽流激振突变的影响因子,讨论了振幅突变与影响因子的相关性,划分了系统工作的突变区域。最后,利用数值计算方法对汽流激振的幅值响应进行了分析,分析结果验证了基于突变理论的汽流激振突变分析方法的正确性。研究成果为汽轮机汽流激振突变性能的研究提供了一条新的途径。 | LI Jianlan GUO Xuhong YU Chen HUANG Shuhong | 2013 | 中国电机工程学报2013,33,11: | 8 |
| 2 | Use of Support Vector Regression Based on Mean Impact Value Model to Identify Active Compounds in a Combination of Curcuma longa L.and Glycyrrhiza extracts显示文摘A support vector regression based on the mean impact value (MIV) model was constructed to identify the bioactive compounds inhibiting proliferation of He La cells in a combination of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.)and liquorice (Glycyrrhiza) extracts.The quantitative chemical fingerprint from 50 batches of turmeric and liquorice extracts was established using high performance liquid chromatography hyphenated to an ultraviolet visible detector.Qualitative results were obtained using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry.A total of 46 peaks (peaks 1–15 from turmeric and 16–46 from liquorice) were selected as 'common peaks' for analysis.The inhibitory effect of the combined extracts on He La cells was measured by MTT (3- (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay.It was found that 15 compounds (peaks:8,12,30,24,46,11,14,9,3,1,44,18,7,45 and 43)possessing high absolute MIV exhibited a significant correlation with the cytotoxicity against He La cells; most of these have already been confirmed with potential cytotoxicity in previous research.The important potential application of the present model can be extended to help discover active compounds from complex herbal medicine prior to traditional bioassay-guided separation.It is considered that this could be a useful tool for redeveloping herbal medicine based on the use of these active compounds. | Jianlan Jiang Qingjie Tan Weifeng Li Xinyun Du Ningzhi Liu | 2017 | Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,3: | 2 |

| 4 | Influence mechanism of dynamic and static liquid bridge forces on particle deposition behaviors in solar photovoltaic mirrors显示文摘Solar energy is one of the most promising forms of renewable energy for solving the energy crisis and environmental problems. Dust deposition on photovoltaic mirrors has a serious negative impact on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar power stations. In this paper, the influence mechanism of the dynamic and static liquid bridge forces on particle deposition behaviors on solar photovoltaic mirrors is investigated. In addition, the expression and physical meaning of the particle critical separation velocity are proposed. The research results show that the static liquid bridge force can be the primary deposition force causing dust particles to adhere to photovoltaic mirrors. However, the dynamic liquid bridge force can act as a resistance force for the particle motion process and even make dust particles roll along and finally stay on the mirror. The contact force is the primary separation force that causes dust particles to flow away from the mirror. Whether dust particles adhere to the mirror depends on the relative size of the deposition and separating forces. The particle critical separation velocity describes the relative size of the collision-rebound effect and mirror adhesion effect and is expressed in Eq. (16). | 5 | Ready-to-implement low-carbon retrofit of coal-fired power plants in China:Optimal scenarios selection based on sludge and photovoltaic utilization显示文摘Currently the flexible demand for high proportion penetration of renewable energy depends on coal-fired units(CFUs),and the large-scale phase-out of CFUs in a short time is not realistic in China.Due to urban expansion,approximately 458 Chinese coal-fired power plants(CFPPs)are now located in cities.Limited by space,urban CFUs face difficulty in becoming equipped with carbon capture and storage systems.This presents a sizeable challenge for the low-carbon transition of urban CFPPs and carbon neutral processes.Here,we present a ready-to-implement method to reduce the carbon emission of CFPPs in limited space:roof photovoltaic-assisted power generation combined with sludge cocombustion for coal-fired power generation systems(PVSCs).We also consider nonurban CFPPs with the method of roof photovoltaic-assisted power generation(PVs)only.Based on remaining life cycle analysis,we find that the PVSCs could save 28.47 Mt of coal,reduce CO_(2)emissions by 69.76 Mt,treat 125.70 Mt of sludge,and also generate 12.08 billion RMB worth of electricity revenue per year.In addition,our scenario analysis shows that PVSCs are more profitable when choosing an urban CFU with a remaining life of more than 12 years and while the sludge treatment subsidy is set at 100 RMB t1.Under strict and lenient CFU decommissioning policies,CFUs with a remaining life of between 19 and 30 years and between 13 and 24 years should be selected for PVs,respectively.Thus,we conclude that PVSCs can not only generate economic benefits but also facilitate carbon reduction and solid waste treatment. | Yunchao Xia Jian Deng Bo Hu Qing Yang Jianlan Li Hongqun Gu Guiping Zhou | 2022 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2022,,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Synthesis and assembly of full-length cyanophage A-4L genome显示文摘Artificial cyanophages are considered to be an effective biological method to control harmful cyanobacterial bloom.However,no synthetic cyanophage genome has been constructed and where its obstacles are unclear.Here,we survey a stretch of 16 kb length sequence of cyanophage A-4L that is unclonable in Escherichia coli.We test 12 predicted promoters of cyanophage A-4L which were verified all active in E.coli.Next,we screen for eight ORFs that hindered the assembly of intermediate DNA fragments in E.coli and describe that seven ORFs in the 16 kb sequence could not be separately cloned in E.coli.All of unclonable ORFs in high-copy-number plasmid were successfully cloned using low-copy-number vector,suggesting that these ORFs were copy-number-dependent.We propose a clone strategy abandoned the promotor and the start codon that could be applied for unclonable ORFs.Last,we de novo synthesized and assembled the full-length genome of cyanophage A-4L.This work deepens the understanding of synthetic cyanophages studies. | Ting Zhang Bonan Xu Jia Feng Pingbo Ge Guorui Li Jiabao Zhang Jianting Zhou Jianlan Jiang | 2023 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Dynamic Shafting Alignment Algorithms Considering Sensitivity Analysis and Its Application显示文摘A method for dynamic alignment calculation of a large turbogenerator shafting is proposed. The method can analyze bearing load and bearing load sensitivity. Shafting alignment is made up of two parts:static alignment and dynamic alignment. Static alignment forms the basis of dynamic alignment, its mathematical model is deduced by transfer matrix method, the shafting static characteristic parameters under specific alignment installation requirements were obtained afterwards. Based on superposition method, bearing sensitivity analysis is performed to find the impact of slight bearing elevation change of the static alignment result. Above static alignment, dynamic shafting alignment considers the internal geometry of bearing under rotating state, static Reynolds equation is solved by the finite difference method and the relative position relationship of the center of journal and bearing are obtained. For static characteristic parameters calculated by static alignment and bearing sensitivity analysis, the calculation accuracy is verified by finite element software. | 8 | High-order nonreciprocal add-drop filter显示文摘Topological photonics have led to robust optical behavior of optical devices, which has alleviated the influence of manufacturing defects and perturbations on the device performance. Meanwhile, temporal coupled-mode theory(t-CMT) has been developed and applied widely. However, the t-CMT of cascaded coupled cavities(CCC) system and its corresponding high-order filter has yet to be established. Here, the t-CMT of CCC system is established based on the existing t-CMT. By combining the CCC with topological waveguides, a versatile design scheme of high-order nonreciprocal add-drop filter(HONAF) is proposed. The relationship between the coupling effect of cavities and transmission and the filtering performance of HONAF is analyzed quantitatively. Then, a method to improve the transmission efficiency and quality factor of the filter is given. The proposed HONAF is based on the combination of gyromagnetic photonic crystals and decagonal Penrose-type photonic quasicrystals. The transmission and filtering performance of the HONAF are numerically analyzed, which verifies the consistency between theoretical prediction and numerical simulation. The established t-CMT of CCC system can be widely used in coupled resonator optical waveguides and their related systems.
