| 1 | Electroacupuncture at He-Mu points reduces P2X_4 receptor expression in visceral hypersensitivity显示文摘Electroacupuncture at Shangjuxu (ST37) and Tianshu (ST25) was reported to improve visceral hypersensitivity in rats.Colorectal distension was utilized to generate a rat model of chronic visceral hypersensitivity in irritable bowel syndrome.Results showed that abdominal withdrawal reflex scores noticeably increased after model establishment.Simultaneously,P2X 4 receptor immunoreactivity significantly increased in the colon and spinal cord.Electroacupuncture and pinaverium bromide therapy both markedly decreased abdominal withdrawal reflex scores in rats with visceral hypersensitivity,and significantly decreased P2X 4 receptor immunoreactivity in the colon and spinal cord.These data suggest that electroacupuncture treatment can improve visceral hypersensitivity in rats with irritable bowel syndrome by diminishing P2X 4 receptor immunoreactivity in the colon and spinal cord. | Xinxin Guo Jifei Chen Yuan Lu Luyi Wu Zhijun Weng Ling Yang Yuhu Xin Xianming Lin Yi Liang Jianqiao Fang | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,22: | 9 |
| 2 | Importance measure system of fuzzy and random input variables and its solution by point estimates显示文摘For structure system with fuzzy input variables as well as random ones, a new importance measure system is presented for evaluating the effects of the two kinds of input variables on the output response. Based on the fact that the fuzziness of the output response is determined by that of the input variable, the presented measure system defines the importance measures which evaluate the effect of the fuzzy input variable. And for the random input variable, the importance measure system analyzes its effect from two aspects, i.e. its effect on the central distribution position and that on the fuzzy degree of the membership function of the output response. Taking the effects of the two kinds of input variables on the first moment and second one of the output response into account, the definitions of the importance measures of the input variables are given and their engineering significations are demonstrated. Combining with the advantages of the point estimates of Zhao and Ono, a solution of the proposed importance measures is provided. | 3 | Electroacupuncture diminishes P2X_2 and P2X_3 purinergic receptor expression in dorsal root ganglia of rats with visceral hypersensitivity显示文摘Electroacupuncture at Shangjuxu (ST37) and Tianshu (ST25) can improve visceral hypersensitivity in rats. Colorectal distension was used to establish a rat model of chronic visceral hypersensitivity. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect P2X2 and P2X3 receptor expression in dorsal root ganglia from rats with chronic visceral hypersensitivity. Results demonstrated that abdominal withdrawal reflex scores obviously increased following establishment of the model, indicating visceral hypersensitivity. Simultaneously, P2X2 and P2X3 receptor expression increased in dorsal root ganglia. After bilateral electroacupuncture at Shangjuxu and Tianshu, abdominal withdrawal reflex scores and P2X2 and P2X3 receptor expression decreased in rats with visceral hypersensitivity. | 4 | State dependent parameter method for importance analysis in the presence of epistemic and aleatory uncertainties显示文摘For the structure system with epistemic and aleatory uncertainties,a new state dependent parameter(SDP) based method is presented for obtaining the importance measures of the epistemic uncertainties.By use of the marginal probability density function(PDF) of the epistemic variable and the conditional PDF of the aleatory one at the fixed epistemic variable,the epistemic and aleatory uncertainties are propagated to the response of the structure firstly in the presented method.And the computational model for calculating the importance measures of the epistemic variables is established.For solving the computational model,the high efficient SDP method is applied to estimating the first order high dimensional model representation(HDMR) to obtain the importance measures.Compared with the direct Monte Carlo method,the presented method can considerably improve computational efficiency with acceptable precision.The presented method has wider applicability compared with the existing approximation method,because it is suitable not only for the linear response functions,but also for nonlinear response functions.Several examples are used to demonstrate the advantages of the presented method. | LI LuYi LU ZhenZhou LI Wei | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6: | 6 |
| 5 | Saddlepoint approximation based line sampling method for uncertainty propagation in fuzzy and random reliability analysis显示文摘For structural system with random basic variables as well as fuzzy basic variables,uncertain propagation from two kinds of basic variables to the response of the structure is investigated.A novel algorithm for obtaining membership function of fuzzy reliability is presented with saddlepoint approximation(SA)based line sampling method.In the presented method,the value domain of the fuzzy basic variables under the given membership level is firstly obtained according to their membership functions.In the value domain of the fuzzy basic variables corresponding to the given membership level,bounds of reliability of the structure response satisfying safety requirement are obtained by employing the SA based line sampling method in the reduced space of the random variables.In this way the uncertainty of the basic variables is propagated to the safety measurement of the structure,and the fuzzy membership function of the reliability is obtained.Compared to the direct Monte Carlo method for propagating the uncertainties of the fuzzy and random basic variables,the presented method can considerably improve computational efficiency with acceptable precision.The presented method has wider applicability compared to the transformation method,because it doesn't limit the distribution of the variable and the explicit expression of performance function, and no approximation is made for the performance function during the computing process.Additionally,the presented method can easily treat the performance function with cross items of the fuzzy variable and the random variable,which isn't suitably approximated by the existing transformation methods.Several examples are provided to illustrate the advantages of the presented method. | LI LuYi,LU ZhenZhou &SONG ShuFang School of Aeronautics,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi’an 710072,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,8: | 5 |
| 6 | Effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on dopamine levels and dopamine receptor 1 expression in the colon and central nervous system in rats with Crohn’s disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints in rats with Crohn's disease,and explore the underlying mechanism from dopamine (DA) and dopamine receptor 1 (D1 R) in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus.METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into the normal,model (CD),herb-partitioned moxibustion (Mox) and mesalazine (Mesa) groups.Damage in the colons was scored and observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining.DA and D1R protein expression in the colonic mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry.The concentrations of DA and D1R in the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and D1R mRNA expression was evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:In the colon,compared with the normal group,DA,D1 R protein expressions and D1 R mRNA expression were significantly higher in the model group,while decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.In the spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus,compared with the normal group,the concentrations of DA and D1 R,and the D1R mRNA expressions were significantly higher in the model group,and decreased in the Mox group and the Mesa group.CONCLUSION:Herb-partitioned moxibustion at the Tianshu (ST 25) and Qihai (CV 6) acupoints relieved ulceration in CD rats,the underlying mechanism maybe relative with the regulation of DA and D1R in the colon,spinal dorsal horn and hypothalamus by moxibustion. | Lu Yuan Zheng Handan Lü Tingting Ma Zhe Wu Huangan Xu Manwen Weng Zhijun Feng Hui Zhang Fang Ding Guanghong Wu Luyi Liu Huirong | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3: | 3 |

| 8 | An efficient algorithm for detecting particle contact in non-uniform size particulate system显示文摘Algorithms for detecting particle collision play an important role in the discrete element method (DEM) for the simulation of granular flow systems since the time taken to detect the contact pairs usually occupies a considerable proportion of the total CPU time for the simulation. In this study, we developed a new octree algorithm called multi-octree algorithm, for detecting candidate contact pairs. The so-called multioctree algorithm adopts the topology of octree for detecting possible contacts, in which the particles are managed by hierarchical classification according to particle size and then mapped to different level nodes of an octree, instead of mapping all particles into the leaf nodes of an octree in Vemuri-octree algorithm. The present algorithm speeds up the detecting process by reducing the number of candidate particles for possible contacts. A non-uniform size particulate system with three particle sizes was simulated by the multi-octree and the Vemuri-octree algorithms simultaneously. | 12 | Influence mechanism of dynamic and static liquid bridge forces on particle deposition behaviors in solar photovoltaic mirrors显示文摘Solar energy is one of the most promising forms of renewable energy for solving the energy crisis and environmental problems. Dust deposition on photovoltaic mirrors has a serious negative impact on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar power stations. In this paper, the influence mechanism of the dynamic and static liquid bridge forces on particle deposition behaviors on solar photovoltaic mirrors is investigated. In addition, the expression and physical meaning of the particle critical separation velocity are proposed. The research results show that the static liquid bridge force can be the primary deposition force causing dust particles to adhere to photovoltaic mirrors. However, the dynamic liquid bridge force can act as a resistance force for the particle motion process and even make dust particles roll along and finally stay on the mirror. The contact force is the primary separation force that causes dust particles to flow away from the mirror. Whether dust particles adhere to the mirror depends on the relative size of the deposition and separating forces. The particle critical separation velocity describes the relative size of the collision-rebound effect and mirror adhesion effect and is expressed in Eq. (16). | 13 | Dynamic Shafting Alignment Algorithms Considering Sensitivity Analysis and Its Application显示文摘A method for dynamic alignment calculation of a large turbogenerator shafting is proposed. The method can analyze bearing load and bearing load sensitivity. Shafting alignment is made up of two parts:static alignment and dynamic alignment. Static alignment forms the basis of dynamic alignment, its mathematical model is deduced by transfer matrix method, the shafting static characteristic parameters under specific alignment installation requirements were obtained afterwards. Based on superposition method, bearing sensitivity analysis is performed to find the impact of slight bearing elevation change of the static alignment result. Above static alignment, dynamic shafting alignment considers the internal geometry of bearing under rotating state, static Reynolds equation is solved by the finite difference method and the relative position relationship of the center of journal and bearing are obtained. For static characteristic parameters calculated by static alignment and bearing sensitivity analysis, the calculation accuracy is verified by finite element software.
