| 1 | Spatial and temporal variability of daily precipitation in Haihe River basin, 1958-2007显示文摘The seasonal variability and spatial distribution of precipitation are the main cause of flood and drought events.The study of spatial distribution and temporal trend of precipitation in river basins has been paid more and more attention.However,in China,the precipita- tion data are measured by weather stations(WS)of China Meteorological Administration and hydrological rain gauges(RG)of national and local hydrology bureau.The WS data usually have long record with fewer stations,while the RG data usually have short record with more stations.The consistency and correlation of these two data sets have not been well understood.In this paper,the precipitation data from 30 weather stations for 1958-2007 and 248 rain gauges for 1995-2004 in the Haihe River basin are examined and compared using linear regression,5-year moving average,Mann-Kendall trend analysis,Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Z test and F test methods.The results show that the annual precipitation from both WS and RG records are normally distributed with minor difference in the mean value and variance.It is statistically feasible to extend the precipitation of RG by WS data sets.Using the extended precipitation data,the detailed spatial distribution of the annual and seasonal precipitation amounts as well as their temporal trends are calculated and mapped.The various distribution maps produced in the study show that for the whole basin the precipitation of 1958-2007 has been decreasing except for spring season.The decline trend is significant in summer,and this trend is stronger after the 1980s.The annual and seasonal precipitation amounts and changing trends are different in different regions and seasons.The precipitation is decreasing from south to north,from coastal zone to inland area. | CHU Jianting XIA Jun XU Chongyu LI Lu WANG Zhonggen | 2010 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2010,20,2: | 17 |

| 3 | Modulation of Sex Expression in Four Forms of Watermelon by Gibberellin, Ethephone and Silver Nitrate显示文摘There has been no systematic research on the effect of plant growth regulators and silver nitrate treatments on the control of sex expression in watermelon. In this study, we tested sex expression responses of four watermelon forms(monoecism, gynoecism, andromonoecism,and hermaphrodite) to gibberellin, ethephon and silver nitrate treatments. Results have shown that, in monoecious plants, gibberellins(GA_3)and ethephon treatments reduced the percentage of female flowers and delayed the occurrence of the first female flower, while silver nitrate induced the formation of bisexual flowers. In gynoecious plants, both ethephon and silver nitrate treatments transformed some female flowers into bisexual flowers, and treatment with ethephon resulted in a mass of abnormal flowers, while no obvious effect of treatment with GA_3 was observed. In andromonoecious plants, ethephon and GA_3 treatments delayed the occurrence of the first bisexual flower, and GA_3 reduced the percentage of bisexual flowers, while no distinct effect for silver nitrate treatment was observed. In hermaphroditic plants, ethephon treatment induced the appearance of numerous abnormal flowers, while no obvious effects for GA_3 and silver nitrate treatments were observed.We analyzed the transcription levels of all the expressed aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid synthase(ACS) homologues in two gynoecious mutants and their wild types. We also tested the gene expression of CitACS4 which had been recognized as the andromonoecious gene in all treatments. | 4 | Genetic analysis of selected Sargassum fusiforme (Harvey) Setchell (Sargassaceae, Phaeophyta) strains with RAPD and ISSR markers显示文摘Since the 1980s,Sargassum fusiforme has been cultivated in Zhejiang,South China,and nowadays it becomes one of the important commercial seaweeds in China.With traditions of eating habits in the East Asian countries,this brown alga is used as food,because it contained functional oligo/polysaccharides and chemical components,and was regarded playing roles in antioxidant activities and regulating immunology.Through over 15 years’selection,breeding and cultivation,we obtained three strains with good traits and testified their characters during the production,which included the cultivars with high yield and other two good characters,either all the selected strains were applied in the Sargassum production.To avoid confusion during the selection and nursery,it was preferred to establish one fingerprint for distinguishing the Sargassum cultivars from different strains.Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)and inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)methods were adopted to analyze the genetic diversities of the selected S.fusiforme strains.With that,one fingerprint with RAPD markers was constructed,and one sequence characterized amplifi ed region(SCAR)marker to S.fusiforme was obtained.It is indicated that the applied fingerprint could be valid in S.fusiforme genetic and germplasm justification,and will be positive to molecular marker assistance in its selection and cultivation. | YAO Jianting SHUAI Li LI Shengyao XU Caolu WANG Xiuliang | 2019 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,3: | 3 |

| 6 | Inertial force balance and ADAMS simulation of the oscillating sieve and return pan of a rice combine harvester显示文摘To reduce the inertial force of the oscillating sieve and return pan of a rice combine harvester,partial equilibrium was adopted.Firstly,based on the kinematic analysis of a slider-crank mechanism,the appropriate mass of counterweight intervals was achieved.Then,an ADAMS dynamic simulation was used to determine the optimum balance mass of the oscillating sieve and return pan individually.Considering the relative motion between the return pan and the oscillating sieve,the overall inertial force of the two parts would be reduced.The simulation results indicated that the optimum counterweight of the oscillating sieve was 15.5 kg based on an analysis of the movement tracks of the mass center and overall inertial force.The results also showed that the overall balance of inertial force not only reduced the counterweight but also decreased the overall inertial force of the oscillating sieve and return pan.Finally,a search for the most suitable crank initial angle of the return pan to reduce the overall inertial force and optimize the overall balance revealed three groups of initial angles:φ=0°,φ=45°,andφ=90°.The results indicated that arranging the initial angle of the crank of the oscillating sieve and return pan in the same position(φ=90°)was the most favorable for reducing the overall inertial force.In this situation,the optimum counterweight of the oscillating sieve was only 14.0 kg.The results can provide references for the design of the overall balance of the inertial force in the cleaning components of a combine harvester. | Chuncai Wei Lizhang Xu Jianting Wang Yaoming Li | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,1: | 2 |
| 7 | Quantitative identification and distribution of quartz genetic types based on QemScan:A case study of Silurian Longmaxi Formation in Weiyuan area,Sichuan Basin显示文摘As a key factor restricting the fracturing effect of shale reservoir,the origin and content of quartz components have always been the focus of academic and industrial circles.Due to the great influence of diagenesis process,the accuracy of trace element determination to identify the origin of quartz is not good,which can not meet the increasingly accurate research requirements.In this paper,mineral quantitative analysis technology(QemScan)is used to identify quartz components by two-dimensional quantitative scanning,and the content data of quartz components with different grain sizes are extracted.The results show that the size of quartz particles is obviously controlled by the difference of sedimentary water and sedimentary environment,that is,quartz particles less than 30 mm are mainly concentrated in Long112 and Long114 layers,which is the normal oxygen environment under the background of medium retention in deep water environment;quartz particles larger than 20 mm are mainly concentrated in Long111 and Long113 layers,which is the poor oxygen environment under the background of strong retention in deep water environment.In shallow water environment,the stronger hydrodynamic conditions make the strata rich in terrigenous clastic quartz particles with larger grain size,and oxygen poor environment is conducive to the enrichment of authigenic quartz with smaller grain size. | Jiarui Zhang Jianting Xu Shengming Jiang Shuai Tang | 2021 | Petroleum Research2021,6,4: | 1 |
| 8 | Alignment control for a long span urban rail-transit cable-stayed bridge considering dynamic train loads显示文摘In this paper, bridge alignment control with considering dynamic train loads was experimentally and theoretically investigated.Analytical process of bridge dynamics and the self-adaptive Kalman filter bridge alignment control method with considering the dynamic train loads were briefly introduced. The static measurement, the dynamic test, the field alignment measurement as well as the finite element analysis(FEA) of the second longest rail transit cable-stayed bridge in the world were carried out.Based on the results, the train dynamic load effect on the bridge alignment was obtained quantitatively. Subsequently, alignment control of the rail transit bridge with considering this effect using a self-adaptive Kalman filter method was analyzed. The results show that:(a) the dynamic train loads have effects on alignment control of the bridge and therefore cannot be neglected;(b) the self-adaptive Kalman filter method is applicable and reliable for alignment control of bridges during construction. | 10 | Mutation in the gene encoding 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase 4 (CitACS4) led to andromonoecy in watermelon显示文摘Although it has been reported previously that ethylene plays a critical role in sex determination in cucurbit species, how the andromonoecy that carries both the male and hermaphroditic flowers is determined in watermelon is still unknown. Here we showed that the watermelon gene 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase 4(Cit ACS4), expressed specifically in carpel primordia, determines the andromonoecy in watermelon. Among four single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs) and one InDel identified in the coding region of Cit ACS4, the C364 W mutation located in the conserved box 6 was cosegregated with andromonoecy. Enzymatic analyses showed that the C364 W mutation caused a reduced activity in Cit ACS4. | 13 | Stability and stabilization of a class of switched stochastic systems with saturation control显示文摘A switching system always comprises of several subsystems and a rule supervising the switching between the subsystems. A major problem that is often inherent to all dynamical systems is actuator saturation. Saturation is a nonlinear property that nonlinearly maps small input signals to the output,which may affect the system properties and even destroy them. In this study, stability and stabilization of a class of switched stochastic systems with saturation control was investigated. First, the variation parameter method was used to present the integral form of switched stochastic systems. Second, to guarantee that the zero solution is globally exponentially stable in mean square, two sufficient conditions were obtained using direct computation with Gronwall inequality and indirect method with matrix theory, respectively. Further,another simple sufficient condition was obtained for the stability of the systems using the row norm, column norm, and Frobenius norm. Finally, two examples were used to illustrate the preciseness and effectiveness of the results.
